sasha garcia: very poor management- worst wax of my LIFE!!!!! no training what so ever! the waxer /manager argued with me on how to properly wax, anyone who knows anything about waxing KNOWS you cannot just put a slab of wax all over the hair and rip everything all in one direction!! they causes me to BLEED they ripped the skin due to the waxing being done WRONG!!!! when doing a Brazilian there it should be done in numerous separate patches! not only did they damage my skin and wax me TOTALLY incorrectly -they proceeded to argue and blame me! i've had many many MAN Brazilian waxes they all come out perfectly smooth w out any issues - at THIS place i was left with SO MUCH STUBLE & HAIR because they don't know how to wax they ripped the hair up all in the wrong direction! never had so much discomfort, bleeding and pain from a wax like this ever before! they left marks on my skin from ripping so much hair incorrectly causing skin damage/ bleeding AND ALL THEY HAD WAS A BUNCH OF EXCUSES! they are extremely insulting here playing the blame game because their waxers are unqualified!! PLEASE BEWARE some of these ppl do not know how to wax & they will damage your skin!! not to mention the double dipping in the wax is disgusting!! never ever going back here!Service:Brazilian waxing

Ashley Wallingford: Worst waxing experience ever! I will never be back! No consideration of letting me know that my aesthetician would be a male for a Brazilian wax. He basically ripped out my hair while spreading the soft wax. Then switched to the hard wax which was too hot. He left it on too long causing the wax to break into pieces as he ripped it off. Bug on the floor, wallpaper coming off the wall. That should have been my first sign to turn around and leave but I tend to give the benefit of the doubt when a place is suppose to have five stars. I ended up leaving with chunks of wax still on my nether region, the job not even complete, and still having to pay despite everything. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING!Service:Brazilian waxing
