Chris Streath: This bank seriously needs to consider closing. The wait times are always long and the staff isn't friendly at all.

CM 8A: PLEASE PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER !!!!This women DENIED the deposit service to me after Bussines banking with them for more than 10 years and send me back with the money on my hands!!!She asked me my account number and I didn't know the number by memory so I provided to her my ID and Checking Visa card, the enough information for her to check on the system for my account number but she desired to don't do her work and got furious on me and DENIED ME the right to make my deposit embarrassing me on from of the other customers and asking me to go!!!They need to checked carefully the application, background, customer service skills and educational level when somebody apply to have a position job with the bank!!! What a fiasco! I am closing the account and moving to a better bank with a human customer service, compassion, empaty , professionalism and respect for the public. Shame on them!!!!
Nefetiti Easter: This location has the most laziest employees I’ve ever encountered.
L.: After withdrawing money using the drive thue I realized that they gave me a fake 100 bill. Please open the envelope as soon as it is delivered to you. I did notice that the cashier was taking time and was nervous at the time of the transaction.
NazNakira Edwards: This is the worst branch. I made an appointment online and was greeted when I came in for the appointment. I was told that the banker would be right with me. My appointment time came and the banker did not attend to me. 10 minutes into my initial appointment time he came up to me to inform me that his previous appointment ran over, and he would be right with me. I waited 20 more minutes before I got up and left. I was on my lunch break and could not stay. I called the branch back to reschedule for tomorrow. The individual on the phone told me that my appointment was not confirmed. The same representative that greeted me and confirmed that I was there for my 3:30 appointment. I also received a confirmation code for the appointment via email. She refused to make time for me in the banker’s schedule for the next day even though they were the ones that did not honor my appointment time today. I will never go back to this branch. They are unorganized and all over the place. I advise everyone else to not waste their time.

Karla Blanco: Be prepared to wait 20-40 minutes, every time I have went in I’ve waited no less. Being that it’s one of the busiest locations in Fayetteville I’d assume they have more than 2 tellers working. I will rather drive across town.

D J: I'm standing in line now at this location and there is only 1 teller helping ppl while 3 people are walking around doing nothing and 2 other tellers are having a personal conversation that is so loud everyone in the bank now knows that her husband is unemployed and that she is planning on leaving him for the neighbor! Like really this is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate for everyone in here
Esquite Banks: Very unprofessional bridgett Alexander would not service me because they were about to close in 15 minutes plenty of time to assist me , you can do better with your customer service 👎🏽
Voshti White: One star is all they need until they get more assistance. Two tellers open inside the bank on a Friday and one teller is for commercial accounts and the other for personal accounts only. They have more staff seating at a desk then assisting with customers. The line for personal accounts is out the door. This is ridiculous!
Sam King: Worst customer service at this location. Better going to the one off Owen Drive. The service there is 1000% better than here. And if you have a business transaction, you better be there before 4 because for some odd reason they stop taking business transactions after 4pm. This is the first Wells Fargo I've seen do that. If your doors are open, you need to honor the transactions. Really considering moving my business's to different bank just from the experience I've gotten from this location.
Dawn Cox: Staff is very friendly, but I haven't been to a single branch in town where they aren't understaffed and extremely slow. You stand in line for upwards of 20 minutes or more

You got a manager managing a manager who is managing a single employee who needs the manager to approve literally everything. Pretty clear why theyve needed bail out after bailout from the government. Wells fargo is the walmart of the banking world

David Harris: If I could give less than one star I would. I went in there today to make a payment and since it is a closed account I needed them to get the account number. While the teller was willing to help me the manager told her no. I wasbasked if I had a phone and if so I needed to call myself. She stated it was because they didn't have people who could help, there were at least 6 people working. This is not my first time paying on this account and needing them to call to find it. She was just very rude with how she handled it. Now I see why people say to stay away from Wells Fargo. To have a manager who isn't willing to help shows they don't care about their customers
Bass Reeves: The employees here are always professional. Very seldom is there a line or extended wait. Very clean interior.

Mary Alford: This branch will not give me a withdrawal slip to take with me so I could have my business already filled out. The manger said August 3,2022 they couldn’t because it was a legal document. How is it legal document and there is no information on it until I put my information on it. That’s when it becomes a legal document. The manager said because of scammers. What can a scammer do with a blank paper with nothing on it and you sure can’t put in a teller machine. They have nasty attitudes at this bank.
Harris Baloch: Poor experience.Had to notarize one piece of paper and waited close to half an hour before just walking out. Apparently, entire bank has only one person that can notarize and was having a meeting with his/her “boss.” Well it was a very long meeting.I would imagine a reasonable bank would have more than one person who can do notary work or would at least provide a more accurate timeframe.

ss r: This one of the worst experiences I have with banking. Every visit I have to wait for an hour or more to get hold of a banker to get to my safe deposit box or any other banking needs. They claim to be short staffed for over a year. Bankers can be seen just making small talk with customers instead of attending to the long line of waiting customers. They dont even have a sign in sheet anymore. PNC bank down the street is far more customer friendly. Manager here is not receptive when we approached him with this.

I had a important phone call that came in during the process and didn't want too be rude, she understood and still worked with me and allowed me too take the phone call.Oh yea, let me also say, I had to make this appointment with notary and after I scheduled it the notary called me back and said she could fit me in the next day!

Reymond Sanchez: How on earth this bank can be so slow is a mystery to me, I came in to pull some money out of my account while my replacement card was on the way. After waiting outside the front door for 15 minutes before anyone came out and told me I had to go to the side and drive through with the teller, I then had to wait over an hour to drive the 25 meters from the front door to the teller window. An hour is beyond ridiculous as I write this there is currently a nearly 15 car line waiting for these slow tellers.

Patrick Watts: I showed up to a scheduled appointment and we had to remind the customer service representative as he had forgotten about the appointment. Needless to say he realized he had made an error and told us he could not service us because we were 10min late to an hour long appointment. I called twice and left a message notifying him I was enroute, but apparently he was too busy to answer the phone. Happy to take my business elsewhere.Update: the response from the Wells Fargo HL social worked for me. They answered my complaints and resolved my issues “quickly”. I wish this particular branch had the that same servitude. My advice to anyone experiencing issues with this branch is to follow up with the response from the owner. They came through and I thank them for this.

Unless you decided to quit your job to wait in line at the bank, don't bother showing up.Update: this hour and a half turned to two hours and the teller tried arguing with me about how long I was in line for. She tried telling me that they close at 5 even though I had been in line since 3:30. I try to be as level headed as possible because I really feel for people in the service industry, but the level of unprofessional additude among the staff is disgraceful.

Tammy Ladd: In the midst of COVID-19, why would the only branch office open in this area have only 2 tellers working a 4 lane drive thru? The lines were up to 7 cars in line, and it took me 30 minutes to make it to the teller. It seems irresponsible that day after day, realizing the increased demand due to the lobby being closed that more tellers are not scheduled to work the drive thru.The tellers(both of them) are wonderful, but overworked and working in a VERY stressful situation!I tried to get through to the manager, but there was no answer, so I’m communicating in this manner.

They were very busy the day that I asked about it and I didn't have time to. So now a while later I find out on google you can just look it up on the website in your account. LeRoy Hodges: I have tolerated their poor customer service over the years because I have been lazy about switching everything since so many things are connected to my account. Yesterday's encounter finally motivated me. The branch manager spent more time trying to find reasons why she couldn't help me despite me pointing out that I had been a customer since 1990 (before Wachovia was bought out by Wells Fargo). I should have changed years ago, but I will be doing it now. I also reminded them that they have been begging for my commercial business for the past 2 years, however, the branch manager told me that it was her decision not to help me. This is what happens when you just accept subpar customer service...they figure since you've taken it the past that you will continue to take it in the future.
