It's simple: to help our clients live happier, more meaningful lives. We achieve this by helping our clients set & accomplish goals, work on self-exploration, overcome blocks & challenges, focus on one's life purpose and create an action plan. We work with individuals, students & businesses that are dedicated to positive change. ​

We first meet with clients to determine what he/she would like to work on and which areas need improvement. From there we create an individualized curriculum based on the clients needs. There is an educational aspect to our coaching and we may assign homework to our clients to assist in the coaching process (with client’s approval). However, we do not tell clients what to do or what is the best choice for he/she to make. That is ultimately the client’s decision. Instead, we empower our clients to make their own decisions and positive changes. We help guide our clients in finding the solutions and/or steps that are right for them. At Envision Today we are here to listen, educate and inspire. Our goal is to help our clients live happier lives by gaining insight and promoting self awareness.

Rachel is a highly motivated, passionate and detail oriented individual who is a certified life coach and owner of Envision Today Coaching. She brings 12 years of customer service and management experience; managing over 1000 live events through the Carolina Theatre and 20 employees. It was through a friend that she found a passion for life coaching. Rachel completed her life coach training with the Life Purpose Institute in 2016 (a top rated coaching school affiliated with the International Coach Federation). Since starting Envision Today, she has over 600 hours of professional coaching experience and has helped over 220 clients achieve their goals. Building great relationships and being involved in the community is important to Rachel. In her spare time she is a leadership coach with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has a career coaching program for residents at Partnership Village. She believes in the power of positive change and uses this as the foundation of her coaching.
