( the separate department that handled the conference calls for credit verification, ALL had very HEAVY VOCAL FOREIGN ACCENTS... and was difficult to understand at times....and the young lady that was handling the conference calls misplace her notes/ data of some of the calls that resulted in a delay in verification.... That department was very UN-PROFESSIONAL..!

Quick, efficient and open communication. P.S. I did find the Loan Document Portal to be painful to authenticate with. I know that's not your application - but the way it's framed and used, the standard browser can't assist with login credentials. This forces the user to save the credentials insecurely (e.g notepad) or create a simple password that is easily guessable.
