4worldlovers: Children & Families First’s Head Start/Early Head Start program is a comprehensive child development program at NO COST to qualified families. The income limit is based on family size and household annual income in accordance with 2022 poverty guidelines.

Early Head Start: 6 weeks – 2 years of age (on or after August 31)

Head Start: Priority is given to children 4 years of age on or before August 31st. There are limited slots available for children who will be 3 years of age on or before August 31.
