4worldlovers: We experienced a water supply pipe break in the ceiling during the night of 2/22/2023. This caused our physical office location to be closed for repairs through Monday March 6th.

As of Tuesday, March 7th, the office fully reopened. Wallpaper, baseboards and floor coverings will take some time to remove and replace. These cosmetic repairs will be done in stages on nights and weekends.

We provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adults and adolescents over the age of seventeen. Our in-house services include primary care, laboratory, x-ray, bone density, disease management and referral coordination. Several of our physicians also provide nursing home care for the community.

Our walk-in lab is open from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed for lab work ordered by a provider.

We have a Certified Diabetes Educator available for all aspects of diabetes care. Patient goals to be covered are blood glucose monitoring, foot care, medications, nutrition and activity management.
