March 14, 2023 Check in is absolutely insane!!!!! There were there people in line and I stood in the same line for over 10 minutes. The lady upfront took a patient and then got up and had to do stuff and then sit back down and wait before taking someone else. At this point there are 5 plus people waiting. The checkout lady took me to check me in and she was training a young lady who bless her heart is learning but it's hard on patients when they are sick and hurting and we have to battle parking then wait that long ! The nurses and Dr Bates are amazing but check in entirely too slow
