Great experience! Had gone to an orthopedic clinic to find relief for my neck, but had been disappointed with the high cost and little time spent with the therapist. Paul spent the whole hour with me each time to figure out the best stretches for my neck pain, and we developed an effective plan in only a few sessions. It is quiet, calm and uninterrupted when you are being treated. Paul never seems to be in a hurry. He explains the exercises and demonstrates them until I can understand how to use them on my own in-between visits.

I had a snowboarding incident that left me with a really painful shoulder with limited movement. Paul quickly assessed my issue and went to work on it. He did numerous stretches and manipulations but the great thing was that he showed me what I could do every day to make myself better.
