Camden Asbury Village Apartments: what do users think?
Sheva Duskis: Liked it so much, we stayed here twice. When we first moved to NC, we didn’t know the areas and upon meeting drew, he gave us all the deets so we ended up signing the next day. (we didn’t feel pressured at all and after taking time to review we chose it) We had to leave to go back up north after living here for a year and a half but came back as soon as we were able. Even knowing what else is out there, we chose Camden asbury again. Here’s why:Great locationGood amenitiesAmazing neighborsCaring office staffWe’ll taken care of apartments that also have perfect layouts for my family. Also it’s surprisingly quiet for being apartments. Only time I hear my neighbors are when they’re walking and even that isn’t so bad due to the tall ceilings.
Chelsie Trask: Good overall living experience but I had significant issues in the last month and leaving that I would never choose to live here again. I have been charged by so many fees on my move out that they deemed “necessary” but there was never any description of the possible charges. I’m talking close to $1k in additional fees - shady business practices and management fails to honor their word on conversations so get everything in writing! Also, be sure to take equipment back to spectrum yourself even though it’s contract with Camden - I left mine in the living room by itself & nobody at Camden even contacted me or emailed for an obvious misunderstanding…that cost me $330! So be careful on everything because you’ll get a charge!
Melissa Kay: We did not end up moving here, but the staff were so candid, professional, and happy to help with us weighing our options I had to leave a review. Anna was fantastic and showed all available unit options in our budget with key features we wanted. She took a lot of the mental load out of the decision process and made it pleasant. Highly recommend!
Colleen Hulshof: Anna is.awesome and the property is beautiful
Mary Gallagher: I went to tour this Camden apartment complex the other day and Drew was extremely professional and helpful. He took me around to all of the amenities and answered my MANY questions thoroughly. I am so impressed with this property and hope to move in soon! It is gorgeous and clean, the pool looks awesome and there’s an on-site gym as well. I walked around and it was very quiet. The price is reasonable considering the area and in comparison to other complexes that aren’t half as nice. We really look forward to living here - thanks Drew!
Joey C: The buildings look nice and apartments look nice, but for the amount you pay it is just ok. I hope Camden doesn't claim to care about the environment, because the appliances are outdated and there is no way they are energy star. They tac a lot of fees in the rent, and one fee that is absolutely absorbed. Is the technology package. It is nice, but there is no way not to get it. They should just include it in the rent. Maintenance is quick to fix things which is nice, because the appliances break a lot. Overall safe, quiet, but just ok. I have finally moved out a few months after this post. I was asked if I would miss this apartment, and I can honestly say no. They flooded my apartment, started charging for car parking, and raised my rent. Not worth the high cost
John Oloughlin: DON’T live here!! Problems from the move in date the apartment was dirty had cobwebs everywhere, the floors had paint stains on them, when I brought this to managements attention they told me that I was crazy and the apartment was cleaned and checked then about a month later I received a survey and gave this exact example I was called the same woman apologized and said they had to change cleaning companies. The next thing was when we moved in we filled out a paper of issues with the apartment one such issue was a wobbly toilet the maintenance guy came in and was rudely explaining wobble wedges as if that is a permanent fix to this problem, fast forward the toilet broke and had to be replaced, the thing was still wobbly and held with wobble wedges talk about unprofessional especially considering the rent they want to charge you. Then there’s the “resort” style amenities laughable considering they are closed so often esp the hot tub I lived here for 15 months and it was closed for 2 or so consecutive months and then randomly for weeks at a time, then they added an amenity charge. My last big thing was after the awful move in I spoke to the assistant property manager (at the time they change staff constantly) she asked me to send an email detailing my issues when I didn’t even get a reply I realized that they really don’t care AT ALL I was like well this is not the Camden company it used to be (I have lived with the company before in a different community that was fabulous which is why we went with this property). The fact is they want ur money and want you to accept whatever BS they throw at you. Including sending emails while you are at work less then 24 hours from your move out that you need to print out a paper and leave your keys and parking pass (a window sticker) now we have to go out of our way to print this paper and get it there or probably get charged more money because they just wanna buckle and dime you as much as possible. Also was charged a cleaning fee after moving into a dirty apartment because that’s the greed of Camden now. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE, DONT LET YOUR LOVED ONES LIVE HERE.
Georgia: I love living in this community- the office staff is super helpful and fun to get to know (Anna has always been available when I need something and is so warm and welcoming), and the maintenance team is always helpful.
A B: Just a warning to other tenants...if you ever want to inquire about the price of a garage, think again. They'll end up charging you for just asking the price of a garage without your consent. I was charged $125 for simply asking the price of a garage and after finding out how expensive it was I decided not to reserve it. However, I was charged $125 on top of rent without my consent. Furthermore, I was not given a refund for a mistake they made. Instead they said I'll get it credited to my account. No. I need the money you wrongfully took from me.Be wary and careful of the actions they take as it seems that money is more important than their tenants. Also agree with the other review regarding the moldy and mildew windows. They blame it on the sun and that we are facing the west but they can simply upgrade the windows if they actually cared about the well being of their tenants and based on how high the rent is nowadays. Whether I'm facing east, west, north or south it's the landlords responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy environment.EDIT: Spoke w/ Property Manager soon after the issue, he was apologetic and heard my frustration. The money lost was prorated on next months rent since they could not refund the money.
Amaris Knight: Anna. Anna. Anna! She was amazinggggg. literally had a conversation with her while touring the apartment about just general life things and her words were so encouraging. Her vibe was just so amazing. She’s even been checking in with me since the tour and still sending encouraging words and I told her that her words meant more to me than she knew but I just need everyone to know. She’s amazing and she deserves the recognition. 10/10. She’s great. Thank you again for everything ❤️❤️
landon king: OMG WHERE DO I START!!!What a great staff, great location, amazing units!!Never had a doubt from the beginning. My first tour with ANNA, I knew I made the right choice! Thanks to the staff for their help!
Boyang Hu: 2022 update: (2/5)I lived at Camden Asbury from 2018June-mid 2021. The experience turned sour after a change in management in 2020. Whilst some members of staff were friendly, there were some uncalled for hostile communications from others. When confronted about it, it was acknowledged as “a mistake”.Staff aside, in both units I stayed in I experienced cockroaches. In the newer unit, I saw around 3/4 in a year. In the older unit we saw some at least every month, resorting to cockroach traps to keep them down. Walls are thin, which seems to be an issue for a lot of apartments.Layout of the units was nice, and location was convenient, being only 2 minutes from a freeway exit.______________________Original review from 2018 below:I have been a resident in this community for about 3 months now and it has been one of the most pleasant move in experiences I have had to date. The agents genuinely take their time to help you, and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful! The excellent customer service and care aside, the complex itself is beautiful, my apartment comes with the full set of amenities you would expect of a high class luxury apartment (Built in AC, in unit washer dryer, walk in closet, kitchen bar counter, balcony with outdoor pool view, full size sink with rack and extendable hose etc etc).I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to check this place out.Shout out to Chris Cooper for making my move (from California, and also adding additional tenants) a piece of cake, I couldn't be happier.
Mary Gassman: This property is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are great, including the beautiful pool!
Randy Robinson: i use be be an employee here and all i got to say is they treated me GREAT...CAMDEN IS MORE THAN JUST A APARTMENT LIVING ITS FAMILY AND KNOWLEDGE ALSO THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR RESIDENTS....I WOULD TO COME BACK AND WORK FOR YOU GUYS
Andrew Jones: I love my apartment and community, but you better hope nothing within your apartment needs fixing. I have a faulty front door that I have asked to be replaced 3 times and they finally told me it would have to stay like that. My washing machine ruins my clothes and was told there is nothing to do about that either.
Victor Calderon: I came to visit this apartment complex with my wife. This is an outstanding place with great amenities, excellent location with easy access to PNC Arena, Golfing, Restaurants and Downtown Raleigh. What really makes this place stand out it’s the excellent service of its staff. I personally had a great time with Drew his the best at what he does, knowledgeable, kind and a great personality that just makes you feel at home. Not only that Drew can also point you to the hidden gems that Raleigh has to offer so be sure to ask him what the best places in Raleigh are and he’ll sure tell you where to go next.
Jon Hughes: Really nice property. Love the EV charging!
Andrew Kenyon: This review is long overdue, but Drew Swinford was far and away the greatest leasing agent I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire renting process, as well as being impeccably thorough in all of the information and advice he gave when my roommate and I moved into Camden Asbury. What sets him apart is how much care and attention to detail he puts forth in his job and extended to us! He hand wrote greetings upon arriving in our new apartment, always generously offering his time if we needed anything or had any pressing questions, and really made us feel as though we were more than just tenants. His constant personal communication with us helped immensely throughout our lease and his kind demeanor made Camden Asbury feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. I, along with many of my neighbors who have remarked the same sentiments, were blown away by the effort that Drew puts into his job and the people of Camden Asbury. If you ever find yourself looking for an apartment here, you can take solace in the fact that they employ one of the greatest to ever do it!
Jordan Griffin: While living here everything was great, however as another reviewer stated the lease renewal cost had gone up $500 for my unit. Their response is there’s aDiscount but said discount is only $50. They also claim they want to be competitive with the market so I did some research. For the price of a 1br 1ba 758 sqft apartment they want to charge my rent, I could get a 2br 2ba 1240 sq ft apartment elsewhere. My rent is increasing a whopping 50% of my current rent. I will gladly move to another complex and another apartment for MY CURRENT RENT to avoid borderline non-“competitive” price gouging that is being done by Camden properties.
Daceya McDuffie: Awesome maintenance team ! Thank you for fixing our AC in less than 24 hours !
katharine lutz: Great place to live

Stonehenge Apartments by ARIUM: what do users think?
Elizabeth Sauser: This place gets one star simply because Jessica Titus is an absolute angel, otherwise I would give it zero stars. Our move in experience has been absolutely awful and I could not recommend anyone to move here at this point despite falling in love with it when we toured. Me and my roommate paid for our lease to begin July 1st and it is now July 12th and we STILL cannot live there because the complex did not make sure the unit was move in ready. All of my stuff is moved in, but we can’t actually live there because of all the maintenance issues so I am basically homeless right now. Don’t live here if you don’t want to waste money.
Casual Sauce: Got taken over by a new management company and if you're a gig worker you need to show them 6months worth of bank statements which is ridiculous. Don't bother if you're an uber/doordash driver etc.
Office Assistant: We at First One Restoration have had the opportunity to work with this property. We can assure it is a pleasure working with the staff and payments are made on time.
Aubry Quillian: Absolutely loved the property and how well Jessica did my tour. Beautiful community and great location !
Harriett Eluto: The young man can to fix the sinks. It was the next day, after the post. He was very nice.
Peyton Almond: It's a great place to live.
Tangelia Moses: Very unprofessional!!! They don't care about their residents.
Brianna Harvey: Very very veryyyyy poor management and maintenance team!!!!! I’ve been here 2 years and management has changed TWICE!!!! Maintenance NEVER ever comes to fix problems in a decent amount of time! Management never had answers or help for residents!!!!! 0/10. Rent is also too high for the lack of community amnesties and such!
Lolo Risi: Seems fine so far. I would have liked to see the interest from the tenants as far as recycling and not leaving garbage around!!! The office managers are nice. When you need something to get fixed from the maintenance it may take a bit longer but, they do a decent job. Overall it is fine even though the rent is a bit pricey.
marcia hanks: Quick service of problems.Friendly staffAverage ground maintenance
Brand Saxophone (To The Maxi phone): This place won't fix the simplest of issues. However, they still refuse when water leaks and black mold are making their tenants sick. They're slumlords. I've lived here for years and put up with their refusals to fix simple issues, but can't stand it anymore. They are beyond reproach and don't deserve another look if you care about yourself or your family because my dog and I are sick and after a year or more of asking them to fix a water leak they've done nothing. They haven't even looked or sent anyone by. Please save yourself from this cesspool. They are killing me, but you can save yourself! I also had a broken window for over a year that they refused to fix because it was too expensive even though it was broken during a hurricane when I was out of town. The buildings are old and dilapidated. The management doesn't care. They only care about generating profit and ignoring the issues.
chino free fire: Me encanta. Como rresuelven los inconvenientes.
H. Mills: As a new member of the community, I have no real baseline in which to state my opinion, nevertheless, I will attempt to provide my sincere observation of the overall progress of New Management in their efforts to provide a safe, clean, and harmonious environment to live. When it comes to safety, I believe the Arium management is making a sincere effort; that is to say, there is a visible mobile security present that patrols the community oftentimes with their windows down which denotes clear access to the residence as well as visibility. The maintenance personnel also provide a level of organized security by their obvious visibility with open golf carts and clear presence. Now things to improve on, the community is promoted as a gated environment which requires a residential pass to enter up to now that is yet to materialize. Furthermore, the rear gate is damaged to the point where it could not be closed or opened electronically anyway.Cleanliness, I would say goes both ways and every time I bend over to pick up trash on the way to the dumpster I remind myself, "be the change I would like to see..." Therefore, if I want to live in a trash free environment I must also help to police the trash instead of walking by it. That said, the dumpsters are emptied weekly but often times that is not an adequate timeline which causes the residents to have to leave their trash on the outside of the dumpster. Needless to say, that encourages scavengers to hang around the area which is always an unwanted thing in my book.Harmonious environment often goes hand in hand with clean and orderly, but I chose to break it out as a separate subject for several reasons. 1) the residents, appear to be very aware of what's going on around them yet they are still pleasant and keep to themselves.2) the manicure of the properties and fencing it's clear as you can observe the lawns being cut, bushes being trimmed, and all of the units systematically renovated. Not only are they being painted on a mass but more importantly there is someone or should I say a team who goes around spot checks and does quality control. To me that is very impressive; particularly when you see the painters come back and correct what they overlooked.Overall, I believe the Arium community is a more than suitable place to live with a lot of potential. We only have to remember as a community, if you want to see better, do better by being the change you want to see.More on maintenance work orders and the manner in which they are addressed in the future.
Ruthie Rivera: Stonehenge apartments has been a pleasure living here for the past two year. But once I hit my third year here that’s when everything went down hill. I’ve been having issue with my air ducts to where it has accumulated so much dust and never has been serviced that they are starting to grow something awful on my air vent cover. Now my daughter had asthma and she’s breathing this dust in which is causing her some breathing issues right now. I’ve been in contact with the property manager Heather who has been rude and very unprofessional the whole time going back and fourth with emails trying to get someone here to clean my air ducks. Now all of a sudden the contractor is on vacation and I have to wait for him to come back to make time to come and and clean them. I don’t understand how only one person works for this company and that they don’t have other workers working for him. Very poor communication these people.
Jessica Luvender: Kassidy is so patient and helpful! :)
Lydia Aleman: Living there is greatThey open the pool two weeks before labor day not good could not use all summer
SC: Well, 7 months ago the old maintenance management was torture and horrible. Now they are pleasant but STILL not fixing problems properly and often making it worse. Cannot even clear a drain! Now dealing with AC (again,, went 5 months from move in until new system finally installed while they literally made the problem worse on each call) and I pray it gets done properly tomorrow. I came home last night and the air-conditioning was not working the maintenance was pleasant and he came out quickly to fix it he said there was something clogged in a line. He did his work and AC was back on so thought it was fixed but now tonight I walked in and it’s dripping water badly. I called him and he said oh I guess I just was rushing and didn’t clear the whole line. Wow. OK at least you admit it but if you knew you didn’t clear the whole thing the first time??? I held off on leaving a review for months since there was a new manager but this happens on literally every maintenance call. Might as well take the opportunity to say leasing/office staff is great and super accommodating but please stop raising rents without giving more. You are not a luxury complex. You still have coil stoves and laminate counters, folks.
Rose Molnar: I moved to Stonehenge about a week ago. The night of our move in. I went to take a shower about 11PM and had no hot water I called the 24hr maintenance someone was there within 5 minutes fixing our issue and making sure we had hot water!!! I really love the people that work here they are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Apartment Community!
Alex Wakefield: Great place to live! Great location, people, and buildings
Caitlin Braziel: I had came to the complex and I was at first amazed with the apartments I was shown. After putting in my application, I had been reached out to by a leasing agent and provided her everything she needed to continue processing my application and I emailed her back immediately every time she reached out to me. I am disappointed by the fact I gave them all of my information and then didn’t hear anything else after. I emailed and called to check on my application, no response. I gave them all the information they needed, they didn't run my credit or reach back out to me to let me know what happened or what was going on with my application. Definitely not a good way to run a business or bring in new customers.
Cheyanne Wescott: I LOVE this complex! And the best part about it is the leasing consultant, Jessica. She made our experience touring and leasing positively superb. If nothing else, you should tour or rent here just to meet her. The amenities are amazing, the grounds are fairly well maintained, and the staff is excellent. I am excited to live here, and will stay here for quite some time.

Summit Avent Ferry Apartments: what do users think?
George Neusch: Some apartment balconies are directly across from others, so close it feels like your invading peoples privacy just by being on your balcony
Emma Prosser: We lived here from 2021-2022 and loved our time here. The staff was always wonderful and the neighbors are great too.
Joe Bryan: I really Love living here! I have lived in here for 12 years now. The Office staff are very sweet and friendly and they stay on top of things!! The Maintenance team is awesome!! Hector is amazing at his job he came in and fixed a few things with speed and accuracy!!! All my issues work like they are almost new again!!!
Lisa Tuck: These are nice places, they have items that need to be corrected because they are not brand new. But the apartments have a home type feel and the management and maintenance have been nothing short of wonderful. They also have stayed that way-I often read about management that is so great, until you sign your lease lol. These guys have stayed wonderful from day one. I tend to stay to myself, but they are always doing community things to bring people together. It's pretty nice really.
Amina Bounagui: The new management is better than Greystar .There could be improvements within the maintenance staff since once of them knocked at our door to yell at my husband for leaving the trash by the door when he was going to take it out , then the maintenance staff denies it in front of the manager and she believed him ….I just can’t for our lease to be up so we can move out , after 3 years they want to raise our rent to $1400 for a one bedroom smh , it’s crazy .We could have gotten compensated for the rude maintenance staff but it’s okay karma will get whom ever does us wrong .
Tom Mickleburgh: Great neighbours and amazing backyard forest views. An okay place (i.e. has roaches in the summer and mice in the winter). Also you will find black mould in your closets every year,so be careful. The original landlord was bought out, roughly five months ago leading them to raise rent by 20%. There is no organisation within the new landlords - they have no idea who current tenants are. I do not think they have plans to upgrade anything (i.e. tennis court still has orange cones because of cracks, dog park is not taken care of, pool is often closed due to improper care, and do not get me started on the leaky roofs). All in all, due to the current property market..it’s a great rental situation.
Taylor Olshefski: Maintenance is great! They properly fix issues in a timely manner. They are very professional and provide great services. Highly recommend.
Isabella Camilleri: I do not recommend living here. The complex is not well taken care of, the staff is rude and often takes weeks to respond to maintenance requests, my building (and according to other friends I have met in the complex MANY of the buildings) are infested with cockroaches and mold. I was attracted to the complex because of the low pricing compared to other housing in the area and got EXACTLY what I paid for.
Dirk G: I love waking up to the sound of birds every morning. It's quiet otherwise, and filled with squirrels and rabbits everywhere. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help. This is a beautiful place to wake up.
Laurel Jubin: Today the community manager came by to say a rotten tree branch fell on my car and “cracked the windshield.” This is after weeks of residents here trying to get abandoned vehicles towed from the lot in front of the building. Then they (manager and maintenance people) proceeded to move the branch even though my insurance asked for a police report and the officer was on his way.
Brooke Matusko (Bem2): I have lived at Summit since August of 2020. The staff and management have been very polite and reasonable to any issues or requests I have had. Maintenance also responds fairly quickly to requests and a majority of the time are able to properly solve the issue at hand. At the beginning of the summer my AC unit went out and they ordered a new unit for my apartment. While it did take a week or two for the new unit to be delivered and installed, I was provided with a temporary window AC unit that maintenance installed for me. Since then the AC has worked great and I have had no issues. I currently live in a top floor unit and have had no other notable issues with it besides a few roaches (which are to be expected considering this complex is in a wooded area with lots of leaf litter). Overall, the apartment buildings at Summit are old and come with some issues but management seems to strive to keep them as updated as possible and is willing to repair or replace broken or outdated amenities. The wood-burning fireplace and screened-in porch in each unit is a great amenity that I have gotten a lot of use out of so far. Management also provides upkeep of the grounds through landscaping, tree trimming, leaf blowing, power washing, etc. There is also ample parking around the buildings and no restrictions on guest parking, which is rare in Raleigh. The main negative I have for this complex is the noise. The walls/floors in the buildings are thin so it is easy to hear loud music/noises and people walking around. Despite this, it is only occasionally that the noise bothers me and I have never been inclined to file a noise complaint. The staff does attempt to reduce noise and any other complaints by sending out a community reminder if there are repeated complaints.
Djedjiga Chaib: Very good experience ! Very quiet and nice neighborhood! The stuff are welcoming and helpful.
Eboni Strickland: Good food! Great drinks
moshe nadav: אהבתי
X Y: I’ve only lived here one year and upon the lease renewal they increased the price by $500 without updating anything in the apartment. When I asked why she said if I left tomorrow that’s what they’d sell it for so I could leave or pay the right amount- literally quoting the leasing office. Since then I’ve gotten two emails pressuring me to move out.I’ve worked in construction and no matter how they try to make the interior finishes look nice the actual structure is falling apart. You can see the beams sinking into the ceiling and all the water fixtures don’t work properly. I told them this moving in and they never came to fix. The maintenance people have been nice every time I see them but whoever is in control does not care about people. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT A PLACE THAT IS WORTH THE PRICE YOU'RE PAYING.-Sadie
Angie Ray: Not a good place to rent at all. The apartments are dated and the rent is too expensive for these old apartments the floor has this cheap peel and stick wood pattern that comes up easily and the staff is ridiculous no customer service skills at all.
Huaqiang Mei: I was very happy to live in this apartment, but what happened today really made me angry. I have lived in this apartment for two years and I am now living in the third year. Everything was fine before, but I was very angry recently because of housing insurance. When the lease was renewed in July, I bought the new insurance and gave the printed copy of the new insurance to the property. This was done by my roommate and we saw it accepted by the front desk. But today we received an email saying that we have not renewed the insurance and therefore have to pay more. We went to find the property but saw that there was no insurance submitted in our apartment folder. This is obviously a mistake in their work, but it makes us pay more. This is very unreasonable. And the attitude of the staff is very aggressive. They do not admit that their work is negligent and insist on deducting money. I finally had to give up the argument and leave very angrily.
Caleb Brown: I am moving out in october and had a few issues with my AC as I had been staying; overall it is a great living area. The staff is very nice and helpful and I enjoyed my stay!
Retro Bucky: Friendly community, Friendly staff, beautiful place to live
Planet Bucky: Quiet, peaceful place to live, best decision I've made
Charred Realm: Love this place! Truly the best community in the area.

Camden Overlook Apartments: what do users think?
Khalil sabari: This is the first apartment my wife and I have had together since getting married and we love it! The staff doesn't have all the tools or help they need to fix problems and somehow Nicole and Nick at the front office always find a way they are available to help or just talk about the stress of your day. Truly the best office staff I've ever had
L G: Camden Overlook is a family friendly atmosphere and Nicole in the office goes out of her way to help out everytime..
Christian: Staff were incredibly helpful and made the entire leasing experience a breeze! Nicole was a great resource to have as a leasing agent!
Micheal Pooch: I really just wanted to take the time to thank Nick and Nicole for all your help and effort while helping me through such a difficult time. These two truly go above and beyond, not only to help me but the rest of the residence at the Camden Overlook. Thank you for your time.
Tony Trotman: Very nice apartment complex
Tatum Gates: It’s been wonderful living here, mostly contributed to the front office that actually cares and addresses issues as they come up. Nick and Nicole are highly professional, and it speaks from how efficient they are. Moving can be stressful enough, but it was made so much easier by how well they communicated.
Kara Dodson: Nicole and Nick are the sole reason my roommates and I live at Camden Overlook. They’re always available and welcoming when we need anything! They are truly the best leasing consultants anyone could ask for. 3
E G: Two years and have had three leaks in the roof. One resulting in the kitchen roof collapsing completely. The heater went out in the middle of winter took them 2 weeks to fix. Oh and don't even think about getting compensated for the funds you have to spend in extra electricity running heaters and fans to dry everything out. Nevermind the issues were not caused by the resident. They instead want you to commit insurance fraud and file with your insurance company even if your personal belongings weren't damaged.
Sada Lewis: Diane was amazing and friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I drive down from MD to look at this place because i couldn’t get a good feel of the property or community just by the pictures, even though i did not schedule an appointment she jumped right up and showed me a vacant unit. 😍 Thank you Diane, I look fwd to moving there soon
Sara Feinstein: I love living here! All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to do fun activities for the community so there is no lack of meeting your neighbors. The apartments are great sizes and the prices are right on point. Also, Nick, James and William that work here have been a true pleasure to work with. They are always so kind and helpful with any of my questions and or concerns. I highly recommend living here
Christina S: Poor customer service. I had a virtual tour scheduled two times with them & on both occasions no one kept their appointment! No response, no apology, nothing. I took time out of my schedule to do a virtual tour & yet my time was wasted… if they treat a new potential tenant like this.. I hate to see how they treat their current ones. Big red flag for me!
Christopher Doerner: Nice places.
Startice Galmore: So far this review is based off my time as a prospect and the move in process. I was relocating from Florida and that transition in it self is very stressful. Camden Overlook made finding a nice place to live VERY easy and comfortable! From the time I went to check the place out until now they have answered all my questions (millions of questions LOL). I have been living here for a couple weeks now and wanted to wait but today William (the maintenance man) went above and beyond to help me with something and I am very grateful! I wanted to give him a shout out as well as Nicole and Nick as they both are very helpful even when things are busy! I am new to the city/state and really wanted something affordable, in a great location, cozy, clean, and spacious. So far I am loving my choice (especially the location!!) I am excited and looking forward to making Camden Overlook my cozy new home for now!! Thank you guys for making this part of my relocation stress-free and seamless!!
James Kremer: I really enjoy living at Camden Overlook. It’s a great place, not that it’s perfect, always room for improvement. One area they excel is in their staff; Nicole and Nick are two of the nicest and hard working you can find. They are doing the work of four people and yet they always make time and have a smile and a kind word. I also have to say that the maintenance team here is great. Joe and William work the best they can to keep everything here running smoothly.
CMac: The place so far has been awesome! The location is great, and the ammentities are fantastic. A great place to stay if you love being active. The staff are all very professional and incredibly down to earth.Nick and Tiffany are both easy to get along with and very helpful. If you ever want someone to nerd out with, talk to nick. He's probably played it.
Tom Doyle: Tiffany and her team are amazing and a wonderful property!!
David Baker: Tiffany and Nicole were both incredibly personable, insanely efficient, and helped make a typically complex process as easy as possible. We’re thrilled to be moving in!
Gustavo: Unfair charges applied, after living for four years. Management went downhill
Kimberly Harris: Absolutely stunning curb appeal. The grounds were well cared for and the amenities were very impressive. Reasonably priced for what's included.
Amanda Moran: My partner and I were desperate to find the perfect apartment after previously finding ourselves at a location that was “less than ideal”. Walking into Overlook for the first time on a random Saturday and being greeted by Nick was one of the turning points in our search.Nick helped us find the perfect layout that not only fit our needs, but our budget too. We always get nervous moving because of our cat! Nick took us step by step in providing all necessary paperwork for our ESA and was up to date on the laws and regulations surrounding service animals (I wish I could say that’s the bare minimum but after speaking to multiple individuals while apartment hunting I can personally say isn’t the case). His kindness and understanding throughout the entire process truly made us feel welcome. It wasn’t long before we bit the bullet and decided to take a chance on it all. Even after signing the lease, Nick and the other front desk was nothing but amazing. We kept waiting for the other shoe to drop, and thankfully it never did!We are still new to the community but our apartment is absolutely perfect. The grounds are clean and overall feel safe (even at night). We also have already gotten a chance to book the movie room which was easy and simple! It was a personal hit for us and we can’t wait to use it as regularly as they’ll let us. Jokes aside on that, we are genuinely impressed and have adored the atmosphere in not only the office but the neighborhood as well. We might still be recovering from our last apartment nightmare, but as far as we are concerned Overlook has been everything that was advertised and more than we ever could have asked for.
Marshall Grady: Second time signing a lease here. Move-in to Camden Overlook was easy and the front office was very helpful with getting our forms submitted and approval confirmed. The amenities at Overlook are the best I've seen in this area (lived at Camden Crest as well).

Anderson Flats Apartments: what do users think?
Nick Allen: Greatest experience I have ever had at an Apartment and with the Staff. Very professional, ALWAYS there if you need absolutely anything, very clean, Events going on all the time for the community to get to know each other. Everything you would hope it to be. I honestly didnt think it was possible to find somewhere this perfect. Joanna and Allie are absolutely phenomenal and always willing to work with you to get what you need. Not a single complaint. Hands down best Apartment Complex in Raleigh. If you found this, your search stops here!
Philip Koenig: I absolutely love Anderson Flats so far. I moved here at the beginning of February and I am so pleased with my choice to live here! The housing office is wonderful, especially Joanna! She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my move to AF went smoothly. The guys with maintenance are so friendly and quick to respond to any need. I couldn’t recommend this complex enough!
Amanda Hurt: Great complex! Was here for two years and maintenance was super responsive
Alex Smith: So far, so good. Price is very high but I am here because I am on a travel contract. Amenities are pretty awesome! Really friendly staff. Very responsive and helpful. I've been dealing with so many apartments trying to secure a house back where I live and they really do make your time valuable.
Liz Jackson: Great place to live!! The leasing manager “Joanna” is absolutely amazing she will bend over backwards to make sure all your needs are met and the maintain men are awesome, they will make sure you are taking care of ASAP!! They whole team will make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with everything!! I have lived here for 2 years and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon!!Picture of my living room (2 bedroom 2 bath) absolutely love my apartment!!!💟
Jason Jackson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueBy far the best apartments I have lived in. From management to maintenance to neighbors; an absolute 5 star establishment. If you are looking for the best complex in Raleigh, look no further than Anderson Flats.
Dina Maldonado: This place is the best in the area.Things had to end abruptly and Joanna was wonderful, helping me make it easier.
Geraldine Coco: I have been living here for a month and could not be happier. The staff is warm, friendly and extremely helpful, the buildings and grounds are maintained beautifully and the neighbors are nice. There is always a place to park for you and a guest, and the noise level is extremely low. Absolutely love it here.
Dylan Reed: Any bad reviews of this place are actually about Windsor Falls, the neighboring apartment complex. Joanna (community manager) is an absolute saint and the best CM you could possibly ask for. It’s almost worth living here just for her. I love living here. 0 complaints.
Jezebel abreu díaz: I fell in love with Anderson Flats i fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment. I love the location and my favorite stores are just around the corner. The office staff are extremely friendly and love my neighbors. I love living here !!
James Lemmon: What a great place To live! Fantastic location very close to anything you want to do in Raleigh. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.
Dan Chando: First of all, let me get to the most important reasonI enjoy living at Anderson Flats. Princess Joanna,Allie, Zach & Todd are Great People. WheneverI need something they are always there to help me !I enjoy where I live, no one bothers me and most oftime its relatively quite. I'm in Mortgage Lendingand I'm extremely busy everyday. Due to Covid-19,I have to work from home. Believe it or not, I getmore work completed, working from home comparedto working from my office which is less than a mileaway on Barrett Drive.
Thomas Maxey: I have been living here for 2 years now and I cannot express how awesome and helpful the staff are. Especially Joanna! Every issue I have had has been resolved quickly, including the maintenance issues. This is the only place I have lived where I can rely on my neighbors and apartment staff to be there when I need them to be. The apartments themselves are awesome and very nice as well. Will definitely renew my lease again if I can!
Thomas Mavrovic: Can't say any better things about this place! The management team is wonderful, and they couldn't have made my move from out of state any easier. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful!
Liz Mueller: Such a nice apartment, very low stress living here over the last year - maintenance requests are dealt with extremely fast and I always felt safe. Was sad to leave because it's so clean, happy, and pet friendly.
Laura Nelson: My fiancé and I just moved into Anderson Flats and have been so happy already. The property is immaculate -- from the dog park to the pool to the mail room and other common areas, it is clear that management cares deeply about their residents. The community is quiet, but friendly, and we have enjoyed sitting out on our patio and watching the many different dogs go by with their owners! The valet trash is a treat. We used to have to walk out of our apartment and up a set of stairs to the street level to get rid of our trash. Now we just place it out in the provided bin at 6 pm and it's gone by the morning. We have also been excited to see that we have direct greenway access via the Crabtree Creek Trail that connects to many other trails, including the Neuse trail that stretches over 30 miles! My only concern is that we're just a block from the Wegmans, which is dangerous for my budget. ;) Thank you so much to the property manager, Joanna, the leasing agent, Allie, and the two kind maintenance staff we've met so far, Todd and Zach. We are excited to be living here for at least the next year and look forward to meeting more people in the community.
Sarah Shelton: I researched and visited many apartment complexes in Raleigh before deciding to sign a lease at Anderson Flats, and I am so glad I chose to make a home there! The management team is so friendly, welcoming, and patient with any questions you may have. They were very communicative and clear throughout the year about any announcements and community expectations; moreover, I was very impressed with how they handled the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the community felt safe and supported. The online portal is simple to use for any payments and/or maintenance requests (the grounds and apartments are in lovely condition, by the way). Additionally, the location cannot be beat in my opinion. There's easy access to the greenway, great food/groceries, and downtown. I would have readily resigned my lease if not moving out of state! 5/5 stars.
James M: I recently moved in and have been pleasantly greeted by quite a few of the community members. I LOVE the sense of community here. The staff is friendly and willing to help however they can to make your time at Anderson Flats the greatest. Can't wait for the amenities to open back up so I can take full advantage of the coffee bar and gym.
Jennifer P: I have lived at Anderson Flats for two years and there are absolutely no regrets. I love everything about these apartments, from the convenience of location to amenities and the wonderful staff— especially Joanna. I love how the complex is always well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Anderson Flats!
Jasmine Edwards: Allie is the worst excuse of a "Leasing Manager". Was always very rude and unprofessional when I lived here and had to deal with her.
Grant Streit: Just moved in and Allie made it super easy to transition from Charlotte. I was in a rush to find a place and get settled in. Deshannon, the Spectrum rep in the area, was super helpful in setting things up too. I got set up the same day. I just had to pick up the modem in store. Great/easy move in experience

Bacarra Apartments: what do users think?
Daniel Yadushlivy: Been here for 3 years and yesterday my gfs car gets broken into and there is ANOTHER broken car that was reported STOLEN and BROKEN INTO. the property manager lisa morris didn't even have the sense of urgency to call or do anything AFTER the assistant manger told me this is the 7TH call they got today about this.Absolutely no effort to even install a tiny cheap amazon camera this keeps happening AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE I don’t feel safe here cars are being broken into and management refuses to talk even though she is in the building. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
Ercan Çetinkaya: 🏻
zoe gonzalez: Nice place to live but they are roaches everywhere, they need to do something about it
Nahibony Mejia: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR APPLICATION AND THEN WILL NOT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS AFTER YOU APPLY!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THEY STILL WILL NOT CONTACT ME!!!
varun shah: Management and staff are poor no skills, can't handle service requests location and place is nice. But be cautious if you want to stay here its not worth if you have any issue and you raise service request but be ready to have patience if its not fixed as management have no skill labour who can fix in one shot.
Iyisha Cummings: 𝙸 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚒𝚝 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚖𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚖𝚢 𝚖𝚘𝚖 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 𝚒𝚝
Paloma Sanchez: Now that I have been here at Bacarra over a year, I feel confident in writing my honest review. They are very unkept here they don’t really enforce their own rules especially when it comes to trash or bicycle areas. Same bikes have been locked up there with flat tires, rust & even have weeds growing around them. Not a good look at all, the stairs are always so dirty from trash bags being dragged down the stairs by the trash folks. Now it’s July, I put in 3 maintenance requests over the past 2 months ago & yet no one has called, emailed or came to check any of these things out. My dishwasher has been filled with water for over a month, it’s very aggravating. The office for some reason took their phone number off here & now it makes you call some 888 #. I finally got in touch with a man working in the office & he informed me that out of 500 units about 100 of them were without AC & that is their main priority right now. I don’t know how to feel about any of this.
Habbob: The Horror stories are true. I wanted to love these apartments so badly, but my interaction with the move-in process was so traumatizing, that I cannot live here.I was accosted and screamed at by Alicia. Very unprofessional and I can tell she's the one who's gaslighting tenants.During my walk-through many items were broken, damaged, or stained. Even though I was told they had been working on the unit all week. Windows were broken, tub faucets didn't work, paint and cabinetry were damaged. And perhaps worst of all, they said they could not guarantee a mold-free environment.IT'S TRUE GUYS! this place is INFESTED!!!
kailyn castellano: worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived at. Management is unprofessional and doesn’t seem to know how to operate the complex properly while there are so many residents with complaints and issues.
Tyler Evans: Lived there for three years and enjoyed it. Courtney was always there to help with whatever I needed! Great location and fairly priced.
Karen Lawrence: Ghetto! Residents continue to throw sacks of garbage off their balconies. Two garbage bags visible from my property today. Not the first time. On site management ineffective. Must deal with corporate, Carroll Management, or City of Raleigh to get anything done!
Kelsey Lewis: This is a honest review and I am typically a very flexible person. However, this review has been long overdue. This is absolutely a terrible apartment complex. The amenities they broadcast do not reflect what is actually available. The 24 hour gym in the clubhouse is poorly maintained. None of the machines work effectively. The dog parks a filled with fences and nobody maintains them. Next, the breezeways are poorly maintained. Trash juices has soiled the concrete and nobody comes to pressure wash the breezeway at least once a month. Soiled cement is what you first see when you walk to your apartment. I attribute that mostly to “valet trash,” which you pay for monthly. However, the “valet trash” do not do their job. They come sporadically and pick and choose which apartments they pick up trash from. Furthermore, they only pick up one bag of trash, but the complex require you to place cardboard in plastic bags that should be separate from your actual trash. When they do come, they only pick up one bag of trash that is in the trash can the give to you. But if cardboard is in a trash bag and you have one bag of trash and one bag of cardboard, they won’t pick up both bags. They will skip your apartment entirely. How is that fair? We pay for services that are not being used. They want to fine people who deviate from poorly developed instructions. When you take your own trash out, the main dumpsters overflow with trash. It’s essentially a dump site. No differentiation between trash and recycling. Terrible for the environment. When you speak with the leasing office about complaints or concerns, you’re met with brute force of attitudes or no replies. It’s unprofessional and unfair to charge over 1700 dollars in rent for an apartment that does not live up to its advertisements. Check out the pictures from this morning at 6am.
Ashton Ni: Submitted two maintenace requests and didn't hear anything from them for three weeks now.Update: maintenance came in 2 months.
Cary Good: This is the condition of the Bacarra Apartments located in 6411 Farm Gate Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606. I was ensured by the staff that the reviews about a dirty property, mold issues, poor management, communication issues, and many more were by disgruntled residents. As you can see in the photos below the apartment doesn’t even look clean. There were urine stains on the toilet seat when we got the keys and checked it out. When I went to management about this issue I was informed that they do not change toilet seats when new residents move in, only when the toilet seat is broken. Management upgraded none of the appliances, and there's wear and tear on almost everything in the apartment. From the mirrors to chipped floor pieces, a pencil lodged between the floor on the island's backside. Upon relaying these issues to management, I was bombarded with argumentative hostility. In addition, the key cards given to me for the use of the amenities here didn't even work. I am waiting to hear back from the property manager Lisa as I feel this isn’t a place I feel comfortable or safe in. If I could give zero stars I would and this is only the first day.I had a similar review posted yesterday and it was deleted.
Ivette Kerr: I lived there nice apartments, no bugs problem. I recommend.
Homeagain Jiggity Jig: This is an apartment complex just off Interstate 40 in Raleigh. It is a newer apartment complex. They have several different buildings. There's a pool and a workout room in common areas. They have various sized apartments with 1 or more bedrooms. They are a bit pricey in my opinion. You can check them out if you're in the market for a rental apartment and compare them with other Apartments in the Raleigh area.
Gordillo Carlos: Buenos residentes en el AREA
KayKay C: Very poor management. unprofessional and unorganized. worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. I would definitely not recommend.
Pradeep Nakka: Worst service and careless management
Renee Rosales: Apartment was nice. Maintenance requests were handled well. But I cannot get my full security deposit back after leaving in May after being told I would get the full amount back. Many calls, no response or calls back majority of the time. This is August and still have to call regularly to check on it. I'm told it was an IT issue
Peyton Clark: I lived there and it was fine the pools are sometimes dirty but the daily food trucks are pretty nice.

Camden Manor Park Apartments: what do users think?
Anna Chamiec-Pauneto: Kirsten made the move in process so much easier, less stressful, given what I was going through, and was so warm and welcoming when I arrived for my move In appointment!!Madi was lovely to talk to and get to know!AllThe maintenance guys I saw at move in, Kobe and Zackary, were so pleasant and kind to me and my dog!!Thank you Camden!!!
Leigha Sottile: The Camden Manor maintenance crew is the best! They've been very responsive to my ongoing service requests and came through once again. Thank you to Matt, Kobe, Nate, Chandler, and everyone else that helped fix the issue, while keeping a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Marquise Massenburg: Kirsten was very nice to me and my girlfriend when we came to do our tour she walked us through our process of doing the application and took the extra effort to give a quote 👍🏾
Jim Knerr: Maintenance is great, everything else sucks. The rent is high to begin with and constantly increases dramatically. They rented out the apartment below where I was for less than the lowest offer I received to renew my lease. Add another $145 each month for the mandatory technology package and trash pickup. $190 cleaning fee. And if you actually live in the apartment instead of paying for it to be vacant, be prepared for additional BS charges.
P S: I would like to take a moment to appreciate Ms Kirsten Giles, Ms Kirsten made my move very pleasant and stress free. Ms Kirsten demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. Also, she is very kind and helpful. I selected Camden, my home, because of her best customer service.Thank you,
Buck Harris: They never returned my call
Manuel Aponte: I have started my move-in process andI had a great experience with the Manor Park Team touring the property and applying for the lease. Nicole Shaw was my leasing consultant and she went above and beyond touring the property and providing answers to all our questions and concerns before to apply and during the leasing application process.
Germán Mandrini: I lived here for about six months. On the positive side, the apartment and the amenities were beautiful. The few times we needed maintenance, they came fast. They also did not take money from our deposit when we left, which is good.On the negative side, there were problems with stolen packages and cars broken into, and management seems to not do much about it (like installing more cameras or some other solution). And the other negative aspect is the many fees they charge you and can't get out, like a trash pickup fee. They also have a mandatory internet package with Spectrum which was more than $100 per month, which seems expensive, and I would get some other option if it wasn't mandatory.
Robin Riedlinger: This place was disgusting. We had a first floor unit with moldy and mildewy cabinets. The smell was rancid and horrible. Clearly the cabinets were water damaged and just left and covered with a decorative coating sticker. I moved out as soon as possible. Beware the maintenance department will pretend to care and then not do anything. The cabinets should have been removed and replaced prior to them allowing a new resident to move in. This place is awful.
Isabella Daniels: We loved our time at Camden Manor Park! We moved in August 2020 and moved out January 2023. We would have loved to stay even longer, but work has moved us across town! The amenities are well-kept, great quality, and available as often as possible. I can't think of a single time when I wanted the gym or pool and it wasn't open. The maintenance folks are amazing - so friendly and prompt.Office staff is also extremely friendly and understanding with their residents. The community is friendly as well, with a fantastic mix of young adults and families alike. Lots of cute dogs too!!We truly enjoyed staying at Camden Manor Park, and will absolutely consider another Camden apartment in the future!
James Stiner: High priced rent, they force cable on you, high theft that they do nothing about but they tell us we have to take our decorations down by a certain date, we won't be renewing. The apartments are nice though. Maintenance team is great also.
Diana Clairmont: We recently became residents of Camden Manor Park. Ashley Lovely has been our go-to person with everything involved with our new home. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. Camden properties are very fortunate to have her. Matthew and Kirsten are also both very knowledgeable and have also made our move very pleasant. We have had several issues dealing with maintenance. All the issues have been resolved quickly. Kobe is very polite and competent.
Kate Curtner: -0 out of 10 for this property. The management team will allow you to move into an apartment that is covered in mold, stained countertops, dishwashers with leftover food inside, weave and grime in washing machines and a dryer with a FULL lint trap (concerning if you think about how easily this can cause a fire). The list goes on. Don’t forget the residents are charged a HEFTY cleaning fee on the final months rent ledger, I am curious to know where that money goes considering the state of my friends apartment when she moved in. I urge everyone to read through reviews to educate themselves on this property and any property when renting. The 5 star reviews are great, often times asked for by the complex, but where you find the truth are in the not so great reviews. With the amount of money residents shell out to live at “luxury” properties it’s an absolute shame to witness this experience. I spent many years in property management at true luxury properties and I would encourage everyone to do their research prior to renting anywhere but specifically here. I truly hope my friend is able to be treated with the respect any resident deserves and the issues are resolved.- A concerned friend
Bailey Stuart: We are absolutely loving Camden Manor park and the maintenance team has been great!! Kobe is awesome and very helpful
Tom Doyle: Tiffany and Matt and Kristen are the best and such a great property!
Brooke Davis: I really enjoyed living at Camden Manor Park, even though it was only for a short time. My apartment was spacious and the grounds and pool were well kept. It was a great community, the staff were so friendly and always willing to help you out with whatever you needed. Also, it’s located near some great walking trails!
Kim Williams: Beautiful place!! If I was considering relocating to North Carolina, this apartment complex would be at the top my list. The Camden Manor is clean, quiet and modern!! With the exception of some apartment dwellers not cleaning up after their dogs, it seems like a great place to live.
Keturah Wells: I lived at Camden for just under 2 years. Wonderful staff that was willing to go above and beyond. No major complaints, I have enjoyed the car wash/vacuum and keyless entry. However, the complex is a older building which is noticeable in the shower and the walls in the living space. My biggest reason for leaving 3 stars is because of the roaches problem in the apartment, an over $200 mandatory cleaning fee upon moving out as well as raising the rent by over 35% and posting the same apartment with a lower rate to the general public.
Zoe N: Took a sublease for about 2 months at this place and my rent is due Aug 15th but was charged for a late fee 5% of my rent of 80$???? I will leave the late fee unpaid in the account until they figure a reasonable explanation. Camden's rent charging system is a mess and I cann't figure when to pay and why I am paying. Glad that I am finally leaving this place. Be careful if you want to move in to this place.
David Cross: Lived here for 13 months and overall it was fine. We decided to leave due to unnecessary rent increases and safety concerns. Unfortunately, they have not installed cameras anywhere after repeated requests from the community members. Stolen packages, car break ins, and people stealing catalytic converters off of vehicles were fairly common. I don't recommend living (or storage) on the bottom floor of a building because our storage unit flooded 3 times. The maintenance staff were very friendly and always quick to fix our issues, even on the weekends.
thuy lu: Everything here was pretty good, until I discovered dog feces outside, near my family's bedroom, every time I go out of the apartment, the smell of dog urine & feces is strong. One more terrible thing is that residents here let their dogs into the pool. Camden staff need to take strong measures to handle these cases

North Oaks Landing Apartments: what do users think?
Samuel Tyson: I have been here since June and I really like it here. It is very quiet where I live. I see they are making a lot of improvements to the apartments. I have had quick responses when I had AC issues. Matter of fact they replaced my unit without me asking. That lowered my light bill. The maintenance has been awesome and the management staff here are open to hear your concerns.
Mohamed Elsedoudi: Have lived here over 10 years and the new management has significantly improved everything. From Elizabeth and Chaz in the office who are very responsive and caring of the community to Manuel the most skilled maintenance person I have ever dealt with. They have turned this neighborhood a total 180° for the better. The location has always been fantastic a short drive from 540 and 440. New start for an old place with good bones and rough history.
Jason S.: Apartments are nice and close to most items needed. No issues with parking either which is a big plus! What puts this place over the top is the office staff. Elizabeth and Chazity are courteous and professional yet down to earth. It always a pleasure to go to the leasing office!
Jacquelyn Dotson: I once lived at north oaks landing, apartments, misunderstanding that I could move out the last month. I was put on the do not rent list because of this. I lived with mold, large cockroaches, holes that was told was fixed but I could look outside standing in the living room and a dry rotted rug in my bedroom. I have never missed a month rent until this misunderstanding.I then called the head Paul Marley twice left messages and no return. My apartment was so clean when Courtney walked in she was so amazed that she said wow this place looks new. I had left the apartment much cleaner than it was when I moved in. I called a few times after I paid the last months rent within that month to ask for my security deposit back and i feel I should of had my full security deposit back because I did pay my full years rent. I tried calling but never no answer nor returned call.
Demetries Green: We only moved to this place as a last-minute result, I will be even gladder to move! where do I begin...oh we got the "upgraded" model apartment. the only thing they did was put black appliances in the home, paint the cabinets some burgundy color to look like cherry wood, and suppose to be wood floors haaaa some wood vinyl roll out they put down. Then these creepy crawlers aka BIG Tail Waterbug come out of nowhere when the weather break. they swear it's wood bugs. I am from the Southside, I ain't never heard of no Wood bugs, they are water bugs that move like lighting!!!You can't even park in front of your building sometimes because a thousand cars that don't belong there, park there, It is a mess. I cannot wait to move from here!
Lazaro Pérez: Positive:Responsiveness
Dylan Fernandez: Very reer place. Would enjoy a night here and perhaps pull the cayo perico heist
Katrina Getchell: Positive:QualityWork done on disposal, dishwasher, and ice machine was prompt and appliances run well now with no issues
Miriah Smith: Hello! Reading reviews to see if North Oaks Landing is the right place for you? No need to go any further and please allow me to share with you a comprehensive overview of my experience here over the last 6 months.Small backstory, I moved with my boyfriend from out of state without ever getting to see this place in person. NOL is presented well in pictures and we were optimistic to live here. We were approved very quickly, were provided all the documents needed for signing promptly and got everything needed in order pre move-in super fast with help of office staff. Great start. When we got our keys and walk in for the first time, we’re completely crestfallen. The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke, confirmed by discoloration on the walls. Apartment was so filthy and I even found screws and nails littered on the floor of every room. Not sure why we were told our unit was “move in ready.” Back door threshold was unattached from the frame. Oven light needed replacement. Smoke detector was beeping for new batteries. Just to name a few. While we unpacked, we noticed how dirty the floors were when we saw that the bottoms of our feet were completely black. I was prompt to notify the office of the many, many fixes that needed to be made right. Some were done within the first month, some took longer, and others have yet to be remedied 6 months later. Still now, it takes multiple phone calls over one issue to get maintenance through our door. Some of our issues would have been straight up ignored had we not hounded them with reminders. Responsiveness and communication really lack. With the overall quality of this complex, it blows my mind that we’re playing $1400. Some of the things that do not reflect the price are:-warped ceilings from water damage, just spackled over.-walls and ceilings/floors so thin you can hear neighbors all around. not to mention how inconsiderately loud they are at all hours-roaches & water bugs. 1 pest control visit within 6 months & seems to do nothing-valet trash, but doesn’t always come when scheduled. visible dumpsters always overflowing with trash and discarded furniture-leaking washer. wasn’t deemed as “emergency” when it happened on a weekend, so maintenance came the next business day-dishwasher unusable for 4 months. “Fixed” with bandaid solutions with 5 (or more) different visits. With weeks (possibly even months) of more complaining, new one was ordered and then more waiting for the delivery and installation, with no communication in between unless we called to ask for updates.-crooked kitchen cabinets and drawers, many of which have peeling laminate. never fixed-poorly (re)painted walls. drips everywhere and surface is completely uneven with bumps everywhere.-cigarette and weed smell so strong since move-in. (we don’t smoke)-constant drama from neighbors which led to police/fire/ambulances showing up multiple times a month-grounds littered with trash and dog poop-outdoor storage unusable from the filth that was never cleaned out, and framework of door completely rotted, never fixed.-not enough parking spots in parking lots which leads to people park in places they shouldn’t and it’s overall hard to navigate when overfilled-no ceiling fixtures in bedrooms-poor paint job on floor molding, so there’s paint splatters all over laminate flooring-both of our cars have suffered bumps and scrapes within the first 1-2 months of moving here-tile falling off on shower wall. mold exposed. 5 months waiting on fixIt’s become so uncomfortable to live in that I dread the idea of waiting out the remaining 6 months of the lease. The location is fantastic, and there are dozens of other complexes and management companies in the area offering comfort, safety, and quality that are actually worth your money. Take it from me and other reviewers, please look elsewhere.
Christina Wilson: When I first moved into North Oaks Landing apartments I really enjoyed being there. Then I had a problem with the new neighbors that moved in on top of me being very loud!!! I complained and nothing was never done about it!! So, I decided to resign my lease after the neighbors moved and with in 30 days they moved a man and his son on top of me louder than the last neighbors and I complained and nothing was do once again!!!!! So I decided to break my lease with North Oaks Landing because I refused to pay for an apartment that I had NO peace in!!!! I was very frustrated and disgusted with the whole situation!!!!! I moved out of my apartment for a peace of mind!!!!!

Joy Kane: This is the most disgusting place I have ever had to live. I have contacted management several times about the terrible conditions of my apartment. There are bugs, mice and mold. From the very first day I moved in none of the appliances worked, the plumbing has continued to flood the apartment, paint chipping off the walls, the cabinets are barely hanging on, there is water damage on the ceiling. This place is a piece of work. I have put in so many maintenance orders and they say they did the work but none of the issues get taken care of and then I get charged for the work they "did". They shouldn't have allowed those apartments to get rented out to begin with. Honestly this is not a safe place to live. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It might be "reasonable" rent but it's barely a step above homelessness.
Kori Jones: Positive:ProfessionalismSpeaking to the maintenance staff is always a nice interaction. They really do try there hardest here to make you feel at home. Thank you!
Janet Campbell: Positive:ResponsivenessCalled to tell them that the dyer would not turn off automatically. We received a maintence call after 2 days and it was fixed perfectly!
Lynn Carey: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueVery happy with how speedily and efficiently move-in went. Office staff very helpful and pleasant. Washer not working when we came to finish some paperwork, but new working one was installed by the time the movers arrived.

Anthony Farmer: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessFront office staff are awesome with meeting my needs when issues arise in my apartment! Thank you!!!
Natasha khang: Had a wonderful experience here. I recently just moved from Michigan and I was interested in many places and this one caught my eye. The prices are very reasonable and the community already seems kind and courteous. I had an associate named Meredith give me my tour. She’s very informative and quick to answer my emails and calls that I’ve made. I’m excited for my stay here.
