Ana Roberts: Just went yesterday with some friends to find possible cheap prom dresses, it was about 5:30pm and the store was about to close, my friend found a dress she wanted. They said the card kept getting declined and when my friend checked her bank account it said she paid for the dress. I went to confront and talk to the employee at the front, then this other lady comes and talks super rude saying it isn’t their problem it’s the banks and that if my friend figures it out she can get it tomorrow. Horrible management, horrible lady that works there I wish I got her name next time I WILL.
Jose Sanchez: The staff is so rude and helpless, they won’t even let you in the dressing rooms with more than 6 items, that means if you have more than 6 items you HAVE TO MAKE THE LINE AGAIN. That’s why it’s always packed, they make their clients take longer by making them go back and forth to try clothes. Ridiculous.

Chosen One: Horrible return/exchange policy. I tried to exchange a dress and I was told I was past my exchange date for the dress because they start counting when the item ships. It took almost 2 weeks to get the dress but I was also told on the phone 14 days from the arrival date. I get to the store and it’s a different story. Horrible customer service in the store as well.
Jennifer McKinnon: We went to buy my daughter a dress for an event. Because the dressing rooms were closed we were told that we had 2 weeks to return any dresses we didn’t want so we took 6 home for her to try on. When she took 5 back, she was told that one was part of a collection that couldn’t be returned. This was in direct contradiction to what we were told originally. This a pretty poor way to run a business. It shocks me that this store even has anything close to 3 stars as a rating

Asiya Nasser: This place is quickly becoming one of the more run down bridal shops in the entire area, Staff rushed through The appointment which was only an hour, every suggestion the bride had asked to try on, they would immediately say no, No help in the dressing room. So honestly, we would have been better off Having appointments on our own without the help. Selection was not bad but I predict their addresses will keep going on cleatence until they eventually shut down.

Zana N Hicks: Lindsey helped me by setting up a dressing room literally with my name on it and with the items I'd picked so far so that I could continue shopping. Then, when I realized the sizes were too big she went to grab the correct sizes for me. She even let me know of the student discount which I didn't know of. Morgan Williams: Great experience with my BHLDN consultant, Grace. She was personable, informative and attentive. However, after my appointment, my sister and I walked the floor of the store and I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The other associates were dismissive and rude.
Ashley Carter (FabEllis): I visited this location with a friend today. Upon entering, I immediately saw three employees standing near the register (not assisting anyone). As we were looking around, not one employee greeted us nor asked if we needed assistance. I even saw another employee walk by me and she also did not greet me. We left because it was clear our business was not wanted there.
L S: I had the most positive experience with Rachel, store manager via telephone and in person, and with Netta, Bldhn in person at the store this afternoon. They both made me a forever customer of their brand. Anthropology is lucky to have them!!!!

Hannah Compiano: First time wedding dress shopping and I was helped by Elani. I drove three hours for this appointment and was not disappointed. She was INCREDIBLY nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price point here for wedding dresses is surprisingly affordable considering the phenomenal quality. There was a lot to look at and I felt prioritized but not pushed in any direction. I will absolutely be returning here to buy a dress. Elani was so personable and great it felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Loved the selection, loved the experience, I will spend my money at this establishment after receiving Elani’s help this last week.

Four days after I place my order, I’m notified it’s back ordered and won’t ship until after my wedding. I’m a loyal and repeat customer of BHLDN and Anthropologie, but to fail like this and be told by customer service that I can have “20% off to apply to Anthropologie but not BHLDN” is horrible.

Ashley: I had a generally good experience with BHLDN. My only complaint about the store is that you have to walk through the Anthropologie retail section to get from the dressing room to the mirrors and your appointment guests. I also ordered a dress that was delivered to me without a tag. I didn’t even realize it until I saw some BHLDN dresses posted for resale that had the tag attached. The dress looked new, but the lack of tag probably would have been an issue if I needed to return. I also ordered earrings that were delivered in a plastic bag with the wrong item description. I’ve honestly bought cheaper jewelry on Etsy that was packaged beautifully, so I think BHLDN needs to improve on that. Update: I just had my first alterations appointment and thought to add one thing to this review. I was measured by two people and told to order one size up from what I actually ordered. I went with my gut and haven’t lost weight (I think I’ve actually gained a few pounds) and the size I ordered was the right fit. It’s not tight at all and my seamstress was impressed that no tailoring was needed through the waist and hips. I would have had to pay hundreds more in alterations if I had sized up as directed. Double check your measurements with the size charts before ordering.
Quay B: Store is SO CUTE. The BHLDN shop for weddings and other special events is at this location and it's really pretty. Staff was nice when I went in. Smaller than I remember Anthros being but could be bc this one is in North Hills.
Patricia Moore: I came here for a BHLDN bridal appointment and had such a wonderful experience. It was a rescheduled appointment after I came down with COVID when I had originally scheduled to drive down. They were so understanding and accommodating in getting me rescheduled. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, offering beverages to me and my guests. The bridal collection is so reasonably priced and gorgeous. I found my dress here and was able to order it online later after giving it some more thought. Then it shipped direct to my house within 5 days when it takes most bridal boutiques at least 6 months to get your dress in. Can't recommend this place enough. The bridal accessories are also worth checking out.

tammy reinert: I have experience serve foot pain recently and went shopping for new tennis shoes. Desiree in the ladies footwear was excellent. I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. Terri Parker: This place was overpriced with no real prom dresses. Then, in the clearance section, dresses were ripped but still got a price for $100. I was like what!! So I went over to Macy's and got a dress for $80 brand new and was made to move without ripping.

Kristin Nagy: Savvi Prom was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. The staff is INCREDIBLY kind, friendly, and warm - always willing to go the extra mile and made me feel so validated. I was nervous to see if I could get a plus size prom dress for under $100 just a few days before my prom, and the staff helped me pick out multiple dresses that I loved and perfectly fit my needs, and I went home with not one, but TWO dresses that make me feel amazing, because of their amazing buy one get one free program! Special thanks go to Tori and Sydney for giving me the most amazing red carpet treatment during my prom dress buying experience. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for a prom or other formal dress!

Laura Mata: We had a terrible experience here. Two of the sales ladies hit on us by calling us love and we are not gay in any way and did not want to be hit on. The other sales lady was very classy, but she could not speak English and we had questions. We had a thin girl as the client who really needed 000 dresses, but they had NONE. We had to try on 00 dresses and they had few of them, so if you are very thin, go elsewhere. All of those would have required alterations and we were hoping to find one that did not as they do not alter the dress for you. One of the sales ladies told us that, "all dresses need to be altered anyway." They send you elsewhere to have alterations and you cannot get a refund. Another thing that struck me was that they were not sure what the dress fabric was exactly. There were two different answers from two different clerks. I also did not like the music and would have expected classical music or calming music at a place with eight hundred dollar dresses. In general, I cannot recommend this store in the least, especially if you are not gay or do not want to get hit on by the sales staff. Their approach of calling women, "love" is something that would drive away the straight clients as straight people have no problem being served by gay people, but most definitely do not want to be hit on by a sales clerk. I would give this place no stars, but it does look like in order to post, you have to click on one.
Michele Pruett: We had an amazing experience. I called earlier in the week to find if appointments were necessary and Denise assured me they were not. She let me know their hours and busy hours. Customer service was wonderful. AJ took care of us, was helpful, and ready to answer any questions and make suggestions. Everyone else there was also delightful and helpful. The selection of gowns was extraordinary many colors, styles and sizes in stock and ready to purchase. They shared that the the women who worked there picked out all the dresses themselves. Not only did they do a phenomenal job but they were also very knowledgeable about the dresses and what would look good on.My daughter found many dresses she liked but settled on a stunner that looked perfect on her.The dressing room was open and large with good lighting, places to sit and plenty of mirrors.Checking out was also smooth and easy. There was never any up selling pressure or pushiness whatsoever. In fact there were signs in the dressing room that indicated that if you liked something that was not in your budget let them know and they would help you find something that was in your budget.I am so glad that was our first choice/stop as we needed no others and we were in and out in an hour! Great job all around. Thank you!
Ivy Pesa: Thank you to the whole staff at Savvi Prom. My daughter and I went to several places, department stores, David’s Bridal and Chique Prom today. The customer service was hands down the best at Savvi. The staff was wonderful making my daughter feel like she was the most important customer. They listened to me when I told them what our budget was and did not show her dresses that were above the price. My daughter found her perfect dress at Savvi. Next year the only change I will make it to start earlier. So many of the staff helped us but Kayla was super at the final sale. Thank you!

Mattie Given: LGBTQ FRIENDLY!!! I am a trans girl who went in to buy a dress and was scared I was going to be looked at in disgust and treated poorly, but this is not what happened at all! I was cheered on and felt so loved and supported by all staff members and customers. 10/10 Also the dress I wore was very beautiful and fit me perfectly even without top surgery! The ladies at savvy prom are lovely and deserve the world!

Juan Ramos: Small store with limited selection and fitting rooms. I entered the store and left after 30 seconds. Prom season has hundreds of teens heading to shop for dresses and thus store was small compared to the number of customers in the store. Also, there was very little selection and just a few fitting rooms which would have us waiting at least 30 minutes in line.
Cheyenne Locklear: This is the first prom dress store I had came to for my senior prom and I walked in and immediately found a dress that I fell in love with. I went to multiple stores after that and still all I could think about was this store. So I drove 2 hours from my house back to this store and got the dress that I had fell in love with. They have the best service and and I would 10/10 recommend.
Terri Grimes: I took my granddaughter and her friend to look at prom dresses. We started here first and both girls found the dress they wanted but we had appointments at other stores. We ended back at Savvi Prom and purchased the dresses. The Savvi Ladies were wonderful to work with! We will be back for the senior prom dresses!

Emma Giulietti: 100/10 - This shop is a lifesaver. I am a plus size girl and I find it very hard to find nice formal dresses in my size that I like on my body. This store has a wide range of sizes for every body from size 0 to size 30. This store has gone above and beyond for me and my friend and fit us with dresses that we instantly fell in love with and were comfortable in. The staff came and helped us if we needed it as well as helping the dress fit us the way its supposed to. The staff was wonderful and helpful in every way. They also included places to help with alterations.WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK IN THE FUTURE!!
