CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
Falan E: I love that this location is 24 hours. This CVS location is extremely convenient for late-night runs where I don’t want to be in crowds. I can easily run in and out. I usually can find exactly what I need. The staff here are pleasant and helpful during my shopping experience even after midnight on a Saturday night. The staff here seem happy to always help customers. On my most recent visit here I learned that this CVS does not carry a few items: Clorox Splash-Less Liquid Bleach Cleaner or Lysol laundry wash. There were other items I went for instead.
Abdulkareem Muhammed: They always carry different flavors of Doritos 😊
Jas Jas: Which I could give this place 0 starts. FRANK the “Store manager” was horrible. He stood there and argued with me about loading a VISA debit card that I was purchasing from their store. I COULD have continued to go back and forth with him as he wanted to but I just said that I would never go to this location ever again! HORRIBLE
July Peña: I have never had a bad treatment from nobody, except today. The cashier who is at front gets frustrated easily and can project his bad mood, but today was the final of all of the rudest and meanest treatments. He broken me into pieces, I got blue in the real bad and evil way he demonstrated me he is mad and annoyed. I was heading to the cashier and I requested the checkout while he was on the back of the store and he got in fire as he yelled at me in a high temper and cutting eyes. Then at the cashier he never showed any kindness or he is sorry for the way the treated me. I know he may felt pressure from me, but I didn’t went into the store to rush or pressure nobody Then, I went again for the second time to the store, he was up front in the same attitude, not eye contact or apologies, I can’t even denied my bare front to look at him because I was really intimidated, hurt and ashamed. For the next time mr., manage the way you handle yourself to customers especially if you feel stressed. Things like this can’t stay untold. I don’t really think I dare to go back to the store or see him again, because if I would let out of my feelings like him would have ended arguing with him today, and probably carry with me my feelings in pursue to tell him to be more respectful and professional if I ever go to the store.
Adrienne Berry: The pharmacy drive-through technician appears to have difficulty in assisting today.Never seen this lady here at the drive-through window. Not very helpful.
T C: The pharmacy drive through sucks, it’s called a drive through for a reason, it’s supposed to be convenient.
Madison Grace: I’ve used this pharmacy since I have moved to the area and they have screwed up my prescriptions multiple times, haven’t sent in insurance requests, and have told me they will contact my provider (and then don’t repeatedly) I have an issue with my orders at least once every other month.
Alexa R: This CVS has dropped the ball several times when it comes to refilling prescriptions. They’ll tell you it’s gonna be ready in 30 minutes or 1 hour, etc. and then you go back several hours later and they haven’t even started the prescription. Today my entire family kept going to and from being told different things. This staff is useless! Do yourself a favor, if you don’t have the luxury of waiting around for medication, especially if it is vital to your health/life- this is not the place for you.
Corelove Sed: The pharmacist at this location has always been extremely helpful, and takes the time to really listen and answer my questions.
Bryan D: The pharmacist on 12/18/22 at 1730 was less than remotely helpful when trying to get my son his antibiotics for his ear infection. He wouldn't help when they were out of stock of what he needed. He did want to call to see if another close by pharmacy had the medication in stock. He wanted us to drive 30 minutes out of the way to another CVS.
Geneva S: HORRIBLE customer service and incompetent minute clinic staff. TLDR; don’t use their minute clinic or risk getting a large bill. CVS is unwilling to provide any courtesy to their customers they’ve wronged. I have never seen a company behave this way and I will no longer use their services.I came in for a LOCALIZED allergic reaction. From the beginning they tried referring me out instead of treating me. The MA suggested I may need an Epi Pen when I had no symptoms indicating it, and the NP questioned if I needed one too. Instead of simply providing a topical steroid the NP was “very concerned” and said I had to go to urgent care. I made her aware that minute clinic was covered under my insurance but urgent care had a high copay. She insisted I go. It turns out I just needed a basic steroid cream a Minute Clinic could have provided. When filing a complaint I was assured Minute Clinic would look into it and potentially pay my urgent care bill or provide a gift card due to the NP not treating me and giving a faulty diagnosis. After a MONTH of back and forth and no response for over a week (after I was told BY MINUTE CLINIC to call again if I got no manager outreach) I got in touch with a very rude minute clinic rep that denied everything despite having detailed notes on the situation and had to audacity to get an attitude that I didn’t memorize each person’s name I spoke to. According to her she can’t even see which department people are in. She also told me a manager closed my case out instead of calling. At this point it isn’t worth the energy. I will just spend money at competitors from now on. This company has horrible customer service and horrible integrity.
Joshua Pedroza: Thanks for being open at 3am!Staff was friendly and helpful which was refreshing, and they had the medicine I needed in stock.
Scott Bower: I give this business 4 stars. Because I like stars but I try not to overindulge in them because my doctor says sometimes you can have to much of a good thing. My other doctor says that is rubbish - you can have as many stars as you want as long as you plan for it and take enough Medication X to cover it. I am almost out of Medication X so I can only give 4 stars. I will run all this past my 4th doctor, talk with the pharmacist about medication Y and medication R complications, and my insurance company if it is both safe and appropriate to change this to 5 stars.
Alexis Hamm: My son has strep & his medication was sent to this location due to it being 24 hours. Got an automated call saying they received my prescription & would call me when it’s ready. Never once did I get a call that the prescription was ready, so we drove 20 mins to this location at 10:30pm to check on my son’s medicine in hopes of picking it up. & everyone in the pharmacy had an attitude & obviously hates their job. The older lady was annoyed that we were even there getting his medicine and made a comment to her co-worker letting him know they would be there past midnight again thanks to the line of people waiting to be helped - Imagine actually having to do your job! :) Then when we gave his name they go on to tell us “they haven’t had that medicine in weeks & our doctor should have known that”. But yet, no one had half a brain cell to think maybe they should call to let us know they don’t have it so we could contact his doctor and make other arrangements. Instead we get to go through this same ordeal tomorrow while my son continues to get zero relief due to their ignorance and lack of common sense customer service.
Martin Brossman: The big advantage is that they seem to have a pharmacy that’s either open very late or 24 hours I’m not sure. They also at 5 o’clock on Sunday night had a pretty big line of people using the pharmacy with a 45 minute wait for pick up.
Mike: Called Pharmacy multiple times and no one answers. Sat on hold for over 20mins 3 times to try and transfer a prescription, no one ever picked up.
Amber Hensley: Uzma was incredibly helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. She went above and beyond to help me with my emergency prescription refill while I was on vacation and was so patient with my situation. I’m so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help.
Mary Connor: I have heart disease so it is important to get my Covid booster. I made an appointment to get it along with my flu shot. When I arrived they said the pharmacist said they were out of the booster and I should have been notified, which I was not. I chalked that up to I had also signed up for the flu shot. The pharmacist suggested that rather than making an appointment I call ahead or stop in. So a week later, after waiting in the drive up line for a very long time, I got to the window to get my prescription, I asked the employee if they had the boosters. He told me they did but I had to make an appointment. When I explained what the pharmacist said he basically dismissed me. Clearly they are short staffed. I get that but they should not advise to stop in or call. By the way I tried to call before I went but I was placed on what seemed to be an indefinite hold. What a disappointment!
Eugene Dugan: Went here for our childs covid vaccination. Person at the minite clinic was prompt, courteous, and amazing with our little one. 10/10 would recommend.
Ceci Phenix: Honesty, my husband and I have gone to this location for years since it opened. We haven’t had any issues. Do we sometimes need to wait like a normal person for our prescription? Yes. One of the Dr.‘s helped me a couple of times when I wasn’t feeling well or when I needed guidance to get medication for a family member.
Susan Bangura: The older white lady with the tatooed looking eyebrows at the drive through pharmacy coughed all over my children's medicine as she was putting everything together. She wasn't wearing a face mask or gloves or anything. Absolutely wicked, evil, and disgusting!

Walgreens Pharmacy: what do users think?
Edwin Sanabria: FedEx did not help me at all and kicked me out of the store.
Dawn Carter: Why does the Walgreens website allow you to make an appointment for a shingles vaccination if they are just going to turn you away upon your arrival because you do not make the age requirement? I am 49 years old (which they knew because I had to enter my birthdate), and I’m immunocompromised (which I filled in I’m obese). Like Covid, if you’re immunocompromised, you are allowed to get the vaccine. However, upon arrival I’m told I need a prescription from the doctor because I’m not 50. I don’t mind that I am unable to get the vaccine without a prescription, but why not state that on the website and reject my appointment???? Walgreens has once again wasted my time and gas money for nothing. Update your website!!!
Jessie: They never answer the phone, no callers ahead of me for 20 minutes no answer.
Alisha McNeil: Organization is great and easy to find items. Not enough help at all in store. Waited 5 min to get checked out by someone in the photo dept. Will not be going back to location anytime soon.
winterprince717: Never reach them on phone calls, even waited for 25-30 mins there was just waiting music with the voice set up “all helping the other calls and 3 callers ahead of you”!!!!
Ali Azad: From my experience every time I go there they are always out of stock or back Oder always never gonna use this Walgreen again never ever have a very bad experience.I don’t know why even they open if they don’t have any prescription.
Paul Crockett: There are some good Walgreens in Raleigh, but this is not one of them. The only reason I come here is because my insurance forces me to. There's obviously not enough staff, which means there's always a wait, and the pharmacy is often closed unexpectedly. Even their computers are unreliable - their system went down recently just as I was walking in the door for a scheduled flu shot.
Ana Barcenas: thank you for always providing a great costumer service , thanks to all the staff for always been friendly and helpful 👍specially mrs.Anna
Hunter Kurtz: Very pleasant
Rama Chandran: Worst Customer Service. Staff very unfriendly and don’t care as to how long you waiting to get service. Some of the staff are poorly trained and waste your time asking for unrelated insurance info even when it’s on their systemI waited over 30min even after having completing all the forms on line just to be told I have fill out the forms all over again. Very frustrating experience at this location and I will not be shopping there again
glamslamr: This has to be the absolute WORST Walgreens store in Raleigh. Most times, it is rare to see an actual employee in the store. If you do find an employee, they are doing the bare minimum. The prices increase every other day too. AVOID this overpriced, pos store. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Lauren Williams: If you like holding on the phone for pharmacy for 30+ minutes. Fill your scripts here. Walgreens wake up and get some customer service specialists to help you work through your corporate issues.
Mz Bnx: Disappointing experience at the Perry Creek store. Staff lacks professional communication skills. There is another post that stated “avoid avoid avoid” now of course I wish I had.
John Adams: Run by idiots that might as well be automatons following scripted protocols. If brain engagement is required at all the staff including store manager can only quote what the "computer system" allows. Don't use them for FedEx package services or likely anything else given how incompetent this place is run.
James Lind: Avoid, avoid, avoid. Totally unhelpful store staff. Will tell you they don't have something without bothering to check to see if they do. Have no clue about what anything is. Useless store. Location is a UPS pickup point for UPS but then refuses the item when UPS attempts to leave it for pickup -- that caused more than a week and another $15 in delivery fees of having UPS divert the item all over town to somewhere it could be collected. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Staff refused to wear mask correctly.
Samantha Warren: Absolute worst pharmacy EVER. After waiting through the phone menu twice I was hung up on before I finished speaking. Then when I went to the pharmacy in person the next day NONE of my prescriptions that were supposed to be filled were filled. When I told the pharmacist that someone working under her hung up on me she made an excuse that the phones were way too busy lately. If I could give negative stars I would. This will be the last time I ever use Walgreens pharmacy.
Dan F: Great location with friendly staff!
Zev RS: Cant fill insulin pod prescriptions. Staff keeps telling me I need to get my doctor to approve the prescription. Had to play middle-man because staff can’t do 1/3rd of their required skills and use a telephone. Doctor sent approval twice, said this Walgreens was extra difficult to work with. Still no insulin. See you at the hospital while I go into DKA!
Pamela Baylock: Cathy is a treasure. Very patient and thorough.
Ivy Lassiter: I went to pick up an allergy medicine prescription for my daughter and for some reason the card information I had saved at another Walgreens was not on file here. This is ok, I understand PCI security etc. I was able to use my Flex Spending Card but the system didn't prompt the save option so that in the future I dont have to swipe my card in the future . The Pharmacy Tech was super nice, empathetic, and helped as much as he could. I appreciated that. The Pharmacy Manager Craig Young was NOT helpful at all when asked for assistance by the Pharmacy Tech as to why the system didnt prompt to save my card info. I communicated to the Craig that this has never been a problem at the other location and his response was just "sometimes the system presents a save card option and sometimes it does not. I said that doesn't make any sense and he just looked at me. No yes ma'am I understand and Im so sorry about that. Nothing. I didnt appreciate the lack of customer service or attempt to find a solution as this could help another customer in the future. I have spoken with a Team Lead and she advised that the card could have been saved and that there is a way to do it. I will be speaking to the store manager in the morning. Customer service is so important and everyone should respect each other without any judgment on a parents etc.
