Angel Verbal: Went with my son. Store was crowded. Friendly sales reps.
Pax Odland: Place was clean and loved the system of scanning kicks on the wall. Selection was excellent, had some crazy grails. Employees were chill and helped me out a bit. Thought about buying a pair and realized they were taxing soooo bad. Some pairs that were listed as good condition were absolutely destroyed and still marked up close to new price. Crazy how I almost gave in and lost some. Love the layout but not the prices. I know they need profit but for the amount they had em for, was outrageous.I would definitely recommend SNKR club over Courtside any day, go check my review there and you’ll see why.

My brother and i looking to buy a pair of shoes for him no one acknowledged us and no, it wasn’t busy. we literally walked in and they just stared at us. no greeting, nothing just a blank stare. then my little brother went and ask on if then if he could have a shoe in his size. 20, minutes passed and no one came back with his size. we had to ask another guy if he could get if for us. he did but literally just tossed it to us. after that we needed another size and again, took over 20 minutes they didn’t even bring it. so i told my brother let’s just leave. as we were leaving we overhead an employee say “them high school kids too broke to even afford anything” i turned around and said “excuse me?” and he just stayed quiet. terrible experience. will not be going back.
nat scar: Horrible! Just spoke to a guy on the phone quoted me 180. Clearly I said reimagined 3s. I get there he said he thought I said lost and founds and I said 190... nah i wouldn't sold those to yall for that amount... then goes to tell me we not taking GS... never shop there. They some liars!! Woulda gave 0 stars if I could!!
Linzie Atkins: Terrible experience they sold me some beat up jordan 3’s for $300 and when I tried to trade them back in the SAME CONDITION because I needed a size up they said they couldn’t take them, trade or buy. Don’t go to courtside, they are terrible at customer service as well

sandy smith: I bought a pair of Retro 3 Jordan's knowing that they were more expensive than I could get online, but I wanted to have them in in time for Christmas. I asked the return/exchange policy BEFORE I bought the shoes since this was my first time at one of these places and I was LIED to!!! I was told that as long as I had the receipt I could exchange/return the shoes. I trusted the guy Donish and should have had him give me the receipt instead of putting it in the bag. Only to get home to see that there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!!! on top of that the BRAND new shoes I bought have been cleaned on the soles!!! I'll continue to shop at the Goat!! Never again!!

Dynamite: Livingston "Liv" was a huge help. This was the 5th shoe store I visited today. I was basically ignored by the employees in the prior 4.I walked in to this Foot Locker and was instantly greeted by Liv. I told him what I needed and asked for his thoughts and opinions. Liv was quick to make recommendations and grab a couple sizes for me to try on.I will drive the extra distance to come back here simply because he took the time to help me.

Kaitlyn Mazza: I had an amazing experience at Omega Sports. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped me find the perfect pair of training sneakers. Unfortunately, the sneakers were taking a little longer than expected to arrive (no fault of Omega Sports). When my shoes arrived, inside was a gift card and a hand-written note from Todd Shields apologizing for the delay. Now that is customer service! They have a costumer for life!!

Andie W: Went to Omega Sports for the first time with a stack of gift cards which was given to me and my wife by her father. I know it was unusual for someone to come in and have so many gift cards, but it was clear to me that the employees thought we were scamming them somehow. Four employees stood at the counter to watch our transaction and the cashier was really nervous but friendly. They asked where we got the cards and made us feel awkward having to explain ourselves. We didn't even end up using all the gift cards and asked to pass the remainder to other customers or donate them. Only the cashier spoke to us while the other employees just stared at us without a word. Made us feel very uncomfortable 😕 Try not be so obvious about it next time. I won't go here again.

I got terrific help from Hadley and she knew so much about the shoes that I was looking for it was really very helpful. I like doing business in a small store like that.
