J Wheeler: Second time using Skylink Shuttle to avoid parking at the airport. Both times they were punctual and extremely polite. Magdy, our last driver, even helped me to the door with our baggage. I have used may shuttle services before, but Skylink and it's employees are they to make things easier!

David Clack: I flew into RDU with my family on 12/23 and got my luggage from baggage claim then called for the driver to pick us up and only waited about 5 minutes in the freezing 14 degree temp. JERRY was very kind and greeted all of the family and loaded the trunk with our luggage and helped everyone get into the back seat and handed forward seatbelts that were hard to reach and also had the shuttle heated up so we got comfortable quickly. Coming back from the airport RANDY came right on time to pick the family up to get to RDU. Immediately we were greeted with a kind smile and hello and helping hands with our luggage and getting situated inside. He was a friendly and safe driver and provided a wonderful experience. 10/10 would use again.

Kyle Chavis: Sorry service!Once I landed in RDU I called to confirm my pickup and the person wasn't very friendly and hung up. I walked to Zone 8 for pickup and after 15 minutes of waiting the van arrived. The driver never greeted me nor asked my name or got out to help load luggage. When I got in the van he never said a thing. No greeting or anything. On the way to the motel he turned off and I asked what motel he was going to. He didn't know where the motel was located so I had to tell him. Once arrived to motel he never helped with luggage, said thanks or anything. So much for customer service!! I won't use this service again.Update 09/20 - after my post the General Manager contacted me and he took care of everything. I did find the service still a value even though the driver didn't live up to expectations.
Elizabeth Tibbetts: 2 times in the past 2 weeks, I have witnessed Skylink drive thru a stop sign at a 4 way stop in my neighborhood. It is an accident waiting to happen. Obviously, Skylink does not follow all traffic laws. BEWARE.
James Day: I arranged for a ride the night before because my flight had been canceled and I was placed on a flight that boarded before the hotel,s shuttle started. My ride was within the 8 hour window so I called and was able to get the correct pick up time. A car was ready 10 minutes early the next morning ready to take me to the airport at 4:15 am. The ride was great and I was dropped off in more than enough time. I highly recommend this service.

Aleya Mohamed: I have been traveling for a while now and this is the first time using this company and their service is very good, I recommend it for other customers. They have a great reservation system and you can book your reservation online with no problems, and also can print it out. It's very easy to use and you don't have to call the dispatcher, they showed up on time and the driver was very kind and I got to the airport on time and didn't miss my flight. This company is very professional and they are great, and I hope everyone can share this experience.
Adrianne Calabria: I wouldn't use them because their drivers are awful to other drivers in traffic. I want a taxi driver that respects safety and on a weekly basis I see one being aggressive. Example: This morning got flipped off by one because I was waiting for an intersection to clear instead of stopping in the middle of an intersection. Then watched him cut across 4 lanes of traffic.
G Mack: This is the first time I have used skylink they were recommended by a family friend. The drive to and from the airport went well. The issue came in when I called the dispatcher for her to have the driver come and get us after getting our bags.She tells me that we have to pay an additional fee per person that was not added in when I initially made my reservation. I said that is not my fault that the additional fee was not added in!!! I was quoted a price round trip and I paid it and now u are telling me you are adding an additional fee. She claims that this is not there fee but the airport charges. I am highly pissed off as I was quoted a price paid it now u want to add additional charges. This is very unprofessional I would have called uber but I have 6 other people with me everyone is tired and ready to get home. I will not be using this company again as it seems very unorganized and unprofessional.
Aislinn Smith: The pick-up from my home to the airport on April 19 was flawless. The return pick-up from the airport to my home early on May 2 was a totally different story. When the driver pulled up to Section 15 to pick us up in the Skylink van, I waved so he would know it was us that he was picking up; however, he seemed confused. He rolled down the window and asked if we had a confirmed pick-up and I advised him we did and my name. He then pulled to the curb and we rolled our bags over to the van, but then he backed-up about 50 feet or so without warning while we were standing there! We then drug our bags the 50 feet or so to where he was then, but then he pulled up back to where he was. He then pulled up again about another 50 feet or so. Each time he did so, it was without warning, and we then had to roll our bags to where he was 3 different times. He finally stopped and got out and asked us again if we had a confirmed reservation and if we were going to Raleigh. I advised again that we did and gave him my name and asked if he needed to see the confirmation email I had printed just in case. He said no. He never once said, "Hello" or even told us his name.While the bags were being loaded, I began helping my mother get in to the second row. My mother has a cane; so, I walked her around to the driver side of the van to help her in, and the driver snapped at us to ask what we were doing. I advised that I was helping her in from that side because it's easier for her to get into vehicles from the drivers side. I also advised that I would be coming back around to the passenger side to sit there once I got her settled.It took our driver a long time (about 10 minutes or so) to get the 6 standard suitcases into the trunk area. As he was finishing, another Skylink driver arrived and saw our driver helping us. When I looked back at him, he asked was I going to Raleigh and gave the name of our street, and I advised we were. However, since we were already settled into the first vehicle, he told that driver to take go ahead and continue to take us.Once the driver got in and turned on the van, he asked me if I knew how to get home. I was puzzled, but answered that yes, I do. He then told me, "You need to give me directions to get there." I asked him if he had our address, and he told me no. I told him I could give him the address so he could get driving directions (as I had planned to catnap on the way home since it was after 1am and I had just flown cross-country all day), but he said, "No. You know how to get there. You need to tell me directions." He drove us there in silence except for me giving directions; however, the ride was terrible. He frequently crossed over the lane divider lines on the highway. Once he got in our neighborhood, despite not knowing where he was going as I was telling him turn-by-turn directions, he would speed up and then had to slow down or brake abruptly because there are curves and he was unfamiliar with the area. Additionally, the speed limit is only 25, but he consistently exceeded that. He had us all afraid of his driving and glad that there was so little traffic out due to the time. When he pulled into our driveway, he scraped the bottom of the van several times because he did not realize the best way to enter a driveway with a slight slope is at an angle (our first driver who took us to the airport figured this out without us having to tell him). He then opened the trunk, and he and my husband got our suitcases out, and we went in the house. He never said, "Thank you" or "Have a good day" or "Make sure you have everything"; he just pulled off.

Kevin Noel: Failed to pick me up!Called at pickup time and offered NO Solution!Driver called 30 minutes after pick up time and tried to blame it on the GPS.Let's face it these folks are pretty bad off when they end up in Mebane NC instead of Sanford NC!Unfortunately I am traveling to my 45th Class Reunion and I'll be looking at reimbursement for expenses incurred.Do not count on this service.
Rahula Jayasinghe: I arranged transportation for 22 people from and to RDU with this company for workshop at chapel hill, we called the dispatch number when we were ready at the airport and within minutes two vans pulled up. On the way back to airport they were 10 minutes early and ready at the hotel. Their newer ford transit high roof vans are very nice and the transactions went smoothly from start to end. I highly recommend this service to everybody.
Maverick Designs: Thieves! Plain and simple. I made a reservation, realized it was with the wrong shuttle service and canceled by phone within the timeframe in their cancelation policy. The guy on the other end argued with me about a cancelation fee (which is NOT clearly stated during the reservation process), finally agreed to give me a full refund.... and never did. I had to contact Paypal to get my money back. Reported to BBB.
Thomas Davis: Dangerous reckless driver tailgaited me for miles, was back and forth weaving over a double yellow line like he was going to pass me through a school zone. I was already 5mph above the speed limit trying to get away from this nut. You be the judge.
ST Howell: I accidentally booked this service instead of my usual (SkyLink). Huge mistake. Be careful which website you book through. Will not (knowingly) use this service again. Not recommended.
Kim Smith: Called around to get a ride to RDU airport, and they seems to have lower rates. Usually I don't write much reviews, but wanted to, as they picked up at short notice with my travel plans changed. Very satisfied!
Robert Kampf: Driver picked me up and as soon as I paid for my fare before we even left he was asking for a tip. Then he a few stops 5 mins into the the trip on the side of the interstate to wipe his windshield off that was covered in road salt film and then proceeded to try and wipe the inside of the windshield while driving nearly hitting the car in the next lane. Then kept doing it as the other car honked at him since he was swerving in and out of the lanes. And to top it off we witnessed a vehicle roll over accident and he proceeds to drive off without stopping and checking on the other vehicle and it's occupants. Swerved all over the interstate from RDU to Fayetteville, disrespectful to other drivers on the road and barely could see out of the windshield the entire time and then had the nerve to get mad because I didn't tip you? Sorry but not using this service again.
Simone Lagnerini: What a nightmare and a risk of my personal safety and the one of my family!!!! First of all the driver showed at the airport 45 minutes late after my flight landed and I picked up my luggage . I call the customer service 10 times, and when they answered either they bluntly lied or just keep saying the driver will be there soon just wait. After a long flight at 11pm that's not what you want to hear after you paid more than $100 for a ride and they knew my expected arrival and flight number from the day I booked.Not only that, the van was dirty as you can't imagine, as soon as we got home 2 and half hours later!!!! we felt the need to take a shower, it barely fitted our stuff as it was full of the driver personal things, like a kid huge car chair!They also tried to sneak an other passenger in the ride, that would have meant a 45 minutes detour after we paid for a NON shared ride. The driver loaded the other passenger stuff and didn't care I was showing him evidences I paid for an individual ride. I had to call the traffic police to help me, as both the driver and the other passenger were getting very confrontational to me and my girlfriend!!! After 30 minutes of screaming from the driver, and the other passenger, we finally were on our way home. On top of all of this drama, we landed at 10:30pm and got home after 1 am!!!!Third World service, third world car (I forgot to mention that all the lights on the console were lit, from oil, to brakes, engine, you name it, looked like a Christmas tre!!!) and mostly a danger to your personal safety, the driver was a terrible driver as well!!! NEVER MORE IN MY LIFE!

Chuck Ricklin: June 28, 2015 Took shuttle from Albert Ellis airport to RDO airport. About a 2 hour trip. I had my wife and son with me. Driver appeared tired. I'm a retired cop and I can usually tell. I kept my eye on him as he drove 80 miles an hour most of our trip. He was continually over scanning his mirrors, adjusting his hat and rubbing face and it was that to what first alerted me. At one point I observed his eyes roll back. An hour into the drive, the same thing occurred as a curve came up. The driver continued going straight and I had to yell "watch it." He had to correct his direction. I told him he was falling asleep. Later still driving 80 miles an hour in left lane, he got as close as 1/2 car length to a car in front of us and realized in his daze, that he was on top of someone! He woke up and backed off. Never again!
Roswitha Siddiqi: Shuttle was 10 minutes early, which was excellent. Driver did not speak much, do not mind that at all. What really irritated me was the fact that the whole van was filthy and dirty on the inside. there was seemed like months worth of dust and dirt built up on the dash board. All the carpeting was stained and filthy. The handle on the left side for the passenger to hold on to, behind the driver was ripped out and just dangling in the wind. The driver had his window half open without asking us, if we were comfortable with the cold draft coming in the wole ride to the airport. Middle console was full of empty cans, papers and a lunch box. It also felt, the van did not have any shocks left, very bumpy ride. Shuttle looked very neglected overall. There was also a funky smell present inside the cabin.

Sean “sms635” Scannell: I have used Sky Shuttle at RDU a couple of times - GREAT service that is less expensive than the taxis. One time my flight was very late (arrival time changed a couple of times) and my luggage was lost. Despite his long wait for me, the driver was very pleasant. Another time, I needed to cancel a pick up, and there was no issue with using the 2nd portion of my round trip ticket on a future trip. The drivers are professional and friendly. The service is available 24 hours/day and are always very prompt. The newer vans are very clean.

Emily Egerton: I highly recommend RDU Taxi for your late night taxi needs. Upon realizing that my flight would arrive later than my hotels shuttle service would run, I scheduled a pick up for 12:45 AM on a Sunday morning a week out. They required no deposit and were prepared to arrive at the time I scheduled. As it turned out, my flight arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule, and although they were not able to come earlier, they would have been 100% punctual for the time I had reserved. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity in allowing me to cancel my reservation when I booked alternative transport and will definitely retain their services in the future.
