PetsHotel Raleigh: what do users think?
Blak Masters: GREAT place. The young Latina at the front desk was BEYOND AMAZING. Made sure my little girl dog was taken cared of.
Crystal Kelly: This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!
Paul Spencer: Wonderful staff and facility! Will always be my first choice
Michele Baker: I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at the Pets Hotel. I toured multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities and I felt so comfortable after visiting the Pets Hotel. I have an extremely shy dog who has not had a lot of exposure to other dogs and the Pets Hotel staff has been absolutely amazing working with her and getting to play with the other dogs at day camp. I drop Willow off in the mornings and she is very excited to see the staff which let's me know how well they treat her. We had a terrible experience at another facility, but I can tell by the way Willow greets the staff each morning (and the way that they greet her) that she is in good hands, it's so nice being able to go to work and not have to worry about the level of care my dog is receiving.
Amanda Leathers: Great experience! Friendly staff made me feel that my girl was in great hands while I was away. Thank you!
Stephen: I boarded my cat here once and won't be returning. The cat pens have a large window facing the front desk that seems to be always uncovered, so I don't see how they can get much relaxation during store hours. When I picked her up, the employee who carried her out was lugging around the carrier very roughly as if there wasn't an animal in there, which was pretty much a nail in the coffin for me. It seems others have had better experiences, but as I said, I won't be a return customer.
brittany singleton: Positive:Quality,ValueThey take great care of my girls! My girls love them and I feel very comfortable leaving them here because the staff is very kind and caring. I bring them here even when it is out of my way to my destination because comfort with the people makes all of the difference in the world.
Austin Burley: Really affordable rates, especially for the private suites. Friendly staff and worth the bath add-on.
Cheryl Anderson: The care for my dog so well. He just loves it there. Great, caring staff.
Nicole Latorre: Very helpful
Eddy Taylor: Dog seemed like he had a great time. Staff was very friendly and attentive to any requests. Will use again.
israa Aljadiri: It.
angela Cherry: Great place to bring your pets. They even send you pictures of uour pet at play.
Valentin Caraballo: Cool
Virna Padilla: They really took care of my dog's wellbeing while I'm gone
Sharon Daniels: Great place and good prices. My pet love doggie day camp
David Kwon: Great staff and place overall.
Mark Moralls: Good helpful that care about your pet.
Myriam Susana Puente Jara: Cuidan bien a mi querida mascota Vidia, a ella le gusta quedarse aquí
Peggy Robinson: Trying to decide when to use them
Darryl Burgess: Love this place, and they love our dog. Highly recommended!!!

Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa: what do users think?
Maddy Welka: Heather Imagine treating your employees awfully.
J K: I love this place. It’s my go to spot for my two dogs. I was able to check on them on camera. They slept in the same room. Also my check in and check out process was super easy. My dogs have been here when I went to Dubai and they loved it as well. My dog was missing a toy and one of the staff brought her toy to our house. Talk about the nicest people. I can’t wait until my new puppy can join my older dog here as well when we go out of town or on vacation.
William Pointer: Super happy with SuitePaws. My dog went to another dog daycare but the level of care was not the same as SuitePaws. He hasn’t been boarded there yet but I can tell from the amount of owners boarding in check-in they have a good long term reputation.
Emily Thornton: I've been sending my dog here for daycare for almost a year now. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Roxana Reed: Front desk personnel was courteous. Wish they recalled that someone else was going to pick up. I haven't been to many dog boarding places, but I did notice a strong scent of air cleanser.
Christian Rosenfeld: The crew is professional and kind with the pets. Our dog loves to play on daycare, specially warm days when dogs go to the pool.
Katie Moody: I have taken my dog here several times. Each time I’ve picked him up he’s come home happy and healthy, and I’ve had no complaints. I picked up my dog yesterday from a recent visit, and the summary of his behavior was very unlike himself. The last playtime he had with the staff he didn’t move around and laid there with the staff member. He NEVER does this - he’s super energetic and playful. Additionally, I was told he nipped at this staff member upon leaving - AGAIN this has never happened. However I thought nothing of it, maybe this was an off day for him. They brought out my dog and something seemed off. We walked out of the building with him limping and lethargic. I should have walked back in to get answers immediately, but I thought I’d let him rest for a day. I called later that evening to get more answers as to why he was behaving so oddly and limping and they told me they would reach back out with answers - they didn’t. I called again this morning, as my dogs limp has gotten substantially worse. They tell me they don’t have answers and the staff didn’t have anymore details to give. My dog came home limping and injured from this facility and no one can give me answers, or offer me help. I will NEVER go back here again.Update: I have received an email, in which they have gone over footage and told me he was not limping, when indeed he was. However, I was not given answers first thing when I asked but rather a guess as to what could have happened on the phone. Regardless of customer service and them reaching out, my dog came home injured and very obviously behaving differently which is not a comforting feeling.
Kirsten Fritz: I have had nothing but good experiences with Suite Paws. My dog Gracie can be a little temperamental and at times doesn't play well with other dogs. I board her with Suite Paws regularly in a private suite, and the staff are always so kind and I know she is in the best hands with them. Gracie needed her nails cut back and when my vet couldn't do it (even with the help of multiple staff members), I asked the staff at Suite Paws to try during her weekend boarding stay. They were able to clip her nails without any issues. I would recommend them without hesitation. My mom and sister also take their dogs there and they also have nothing but good things to say. Thank you, Suite Paws, for taking such good care of my Gracie girl!
Meredith Rutledge: Our dog has stayed here multiple times and we’ve always had a great experience. I love that they post photos everyday on their Facebook- it’s so lovely to see Sadie’s face while I’m traveling! We often do doggie day care when she needs to get some energy out and she loves taking a swim in their pool. Last week she played a bit to hard and tore her paw pad a tad, they called us that day and a few days later to ensure she was ok. Great customer service.
felicia williams: BAILEY LOVE IT HERE
george sharpe: The customer service is outstanding and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable about services they provide. We have been places where our pets didn't get, I guess a warm and fuzzy but at Suite Paws Resort they did and have no issues when I have to drop them off. Also, they do an outstanding job with grooming. We have tried several places but they have done the best job. Overall experience with Suite Paws Pet Resort is outstanding.
Ram Lavani: Great service. Always helpful on the phone.
Hannah H: The only place we trust with our fur babies! Love the day care, activities, add-on’s for boarding (one-on-one time) and grooming
Danielle Sheller: My dogs have never been boarded before and I was so nervous to leave them. I was expecting to get a phone call while out of state but I didn’t hear anything once other than a response to my email that they were enjoying the extra snuggles. When I came back Friday, they were in the same healthy shape as when I dropped them off at Suite Paws on Tuesday. The staff were kind, thoughtful and accommodating to myself and my two dogs. I will absolutely board my side here again.
Michelle McClymonds-Spencer: Very professional, secure entrance. Lots of parking.
Allyson Conner: Hello Everyone. We have boarded our dogs at this Suite Paws location for many years (8+) and have had good experiences. We recently had a situation with one of our dogs that is being investigated with the help of the owner. I posted on Facebook and people are now taking what I posted to write poor reviews. Please do not bash this company or threaten the owner because of our situation. The owner is being as supportive as she can while remaining professional. I do not want more stress and drama around this situation. Thank you for all of your time.Edit: Upon receiving the necropsy report, reading vet notes and reviewing daycare footage. There are several statements that do not align with what staff from suite paws communicated with us. Our dog displayed abnormal behavior in daycare prior to becoming ill. This was seen in video footage. She was moving around but was in distress (tail down and pacing). She seemed unwell. I was told by the vet, if my dog had supervision after eating, she would not have declined in the manner she did. Unfortunately, we will never board with suite paws or any boarding facility again. There is not enough staff to provide the animals with 24/7 supervision. Or, at least consistent supervision when eating and playing in daycare. Thank you for caring for our dogs in the past. Y'all did take care of them and they were okay up until recently. With staff changes and unfamiliar practices, this was a very bad situation that has left us very distraught.
Wesley White: This is our go to place to board our dogs. The place is clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. They remember our dogs names. It is a little pricey and now they require a deposit for every pet (we have two dogs) even though they are staying in the same run.
Durga S: Brought our dog here for boarding and daycare. He came back with an eye infection and has never looked more miserable in his life. Bring your pets here at yours and their own risk.
Linda Torgersen: I have been taking my babies there for the last 4 yrs. They get a suite, with Tv and cameras. That I can watch at any time! From the cruise ship. I can check in on them! They are great, it gives me great comfort to be able to check on them. When ever I want! The kids are always happy and well taken care of.
Treva Siler: My boy Leo loves going to Suite Paws. The staff is outstanding and they take such good care of him.
Rachaell Abbott: Deadly!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Multiple animal deaths have occurred in this facility!

Canine Country Club & Pet Hotel: what do users think?
Barb M: Great place!!! My dog LOVES Susan ❤️
Elizabeth Robertson: I really appreciated the doggie report cards. Also, my dogs were in good shape and even barked less after a 4 days stay.
Marie Sander: It's hard to know but I think my dog was perfectly happy. He spent 15 days there. He was never boarded for that long but he's in great shape. He was happy to see me so I'm guessing he did well. He smelled good, looked about the same weight and was perky. That's a win.
Alyssa Stepien: I would 100% recommend Canine Country Club to anyone looking to board their dog in North Raleigh! While we usually try to take our dogs on vacation with us, we can’t always do that. We started boarding here about 4 or 5 years ago after meeting the staff at an adoption event/fundraiser they held for Hope Animal Rescue. I had previously used a different facility, but figured I’d give them a try. Over years, we boarded our dogs here several times now, and a couple of those times were for extended week+ stays. While there are other good boarding facilities in the area, some charge extra for additional play times/potty breaks, which CCC does not. Plus, it is a smaller/quieter facility and I feel that our dogs get more individualized attention here.
Mildred Boone: Boarding prices are good! Grooming a bit pricey for me
George jeter: We have been this company for decades. Staff really seems to care and love the pets in their care. Really good groomers.
Julie Carlino: Awesome job with our Gypsy. She was so calm leaving.
Rohit Gundecha: I took my 30 pound dog there for grooming, and I could tell something was off when I picked him up. We noticed that his bark had changed and was not the deep bark he had before. He also was reluctant to move, and was yelping in pain a lot. He has been to the dog chiropractor twice now and his back and neck were very out of alignment. He is still not okay even almost two weeks after the grooming. Based upon his bark, we and the doctor suspect that he may have been restrained in a noose for an extended period of time. I will not be taking my dog to Canine Country Club again.
Sheldon Kemp: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy Schneider won't let me barely comb him but these folks have under control. I'm very impressed.
Julie Growney: Positive:Quality,Reliability,Value
Phyllis Campeau: Always a pleasant experience when I bring Cap'n here..They treat your babies like family. I highly recommend.
Karen Hammond: They took such good care of our puppy! His first visit to the groomer he looked great and he got along with them so we'll. This is our new spot
Andrea Johnson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueTHE ONLY place you should ever take your fur babies! They do such a great job!
Alva Page: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Value
Matthew Lewis: Very nice staff. Our dog loves it.
Veronica Diaz: Wonderful loving place for your pet. You can be assured your pet is in good hands because of the love they extend to them. Susan and the rest of the staff are the best !!
Kim Spence: I have been using Canine Country Club for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else. They really care about my pet and always are so kind to both myself and my fur baby ! Oh and let's not forget how beautiful my dog looks when I pick her up from a groom/spa day :-)
Amy Clark: I absolutely love this place. Ms Susan and the whole staff are a pleasure to work with. I never worry about Tyner when he is there. He has been getting groomed there for 17 years. Such a wonderful place and all the fur babies are treated like family from the moment they get there.
Philippe Gray: My dog is usually very stressed when boarded, but he seemed to enjoy staying here. Prices are reasonable as well.
Steven Riley 2020: Bias against bigger dogs. Upon pickup on 6-30-19 they told me that my 7 month old puppy couldn’t come back because she was excited in the kennel, had diarrhea, and pulled pulled during walking (like any bigger dog that’s young). I asked couldn’t we have just gotten a choker or face muzzle? Also, they told me they gave her their food instead of the food I brought which, is why she had diarrhea and, still has it causing me to stay home with her. Now, her stomache is upset. They tried to say they have weight rules that were not disclosed during first stay or prior to second stay. It was also not listed anywhere inside. They also never called me or any of my emergency contacts indicating that he dog was having any problems during her stay. When asked why the had no answer.
Ginger bryan: I appreciate Bonnie’s helpfulness - she’s a hard worker who goes over and above! Also, Susan has come to my house to walk my dog while my arm is in a cast and she did a great job! Thankful I found them!
