Chris Bailey (Xcom923): I hesitated to go in for the longest time because 1 it seemed small from the outside and 2 I didn't have a pet. Well my SO's dog had puppies and so I guess I need to look at dog stuff now. Being that this store is so close it only made sense to come here. I was surprised at how big it is and that the groomers had a place there too. The prices seem reasonable and I talked with one of the workers about the vet across the street. While I didn't buy anything that day I do plan on coming back when my puppy is a bit older (just turned 3wks) and get some toys and other necessities that are better to grab in person
Tam G: Nice and clean place but lacks much needed supplies rabbits and other small pets. It was looking for a carrier suitable for my holland lop but ended up having to order from Amazon. Sometimes you just want to go local and pick up things! This is a good place for cats and dogs primarily.

Meghan Jack: We went here around noon today to give our sweet girl a wash at the self serve dog wash. The station was very clean and well stocked and made washing her so easy. Afterwards my partner talked to the staff a bit about our dog and a few concerns we had about her skin and coat and the two workers there were so friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was just great.

Keri Metcalf: I came here to buy my cat some treats before his passing. He has a newly diagnosed brain tumor and can’t walk or see, so I wanted him to have all the good things before he goes over the Rainbow Bridge. The employees at Unleashed were so kind to me during my two visits, giving me a discount, a sample of some wet food, and free duck hearts, which my boy heartily attacked. He won’t eat his dry food and isn’t drinking much water, so being able to provide him with those yummy treats and have him enjoy them while he can means the world to me. The people who work here aren’t just employees...they’re true animal lovers. ❤️

Both of my cats are crazy about this food (Instinct Raw Limited Ingredient). I only wish I had come in sooner!!! An added plus is that they’re a local company. I’ve had pleasant interactions with the employees and they’re enthusiastic to help. Definitely making this place my go to for pet needs.

Vet is extremely overpriced and they don’t know what their doing
Clinic was a bait-and- switch. I signed up for a 5- way shot and they tried to sell me $600 in vet services for 2 puppies.
I go to this PetCo all the time and always enjoy my experience, the staff there is fantastic. Today was different. I walked in, found someone, and asked for crickets after nobody greeted me or made any effort at all to see if I needed help. This person Timothy says he will be right over to help, and then asks for my phone number. (I’m skeptical as is because I don’t like giving my number out but I comply.) Only to find out he’s charging me… for?? It definitely shouldn’t be for the crickets since he hasn’t actually retrieved them yet. Correct me if I’m wrong, when shopping aren’t you given the product THEN rung up for it? Anyways my total came out to 10.96 and his exact words were “I’m going to round up due to the coin shortage.” Firstly the coin shortage was more of a 2020 problem, as someone who has managed several businesses I know how easy it is to go to any bank and get change rolls at the moment. Secondly, who on this earth made him feel like he had the right to dictate anything with my money? Had he asked “MAY I round up…” then it would be reasonable, but making that decision on my behalf isn’t just unprofessional it’s illegal. I ordered 60 crickets and he told me the store policy was 40. (And while I don’t technically know if he’s lying I know both Fulton and Luke would get me 60 without issue. So from a customer service standpoint it really looks bad that he refuses to help me. Finally I accept his offer of 40 crickets and placed my containers on the counter. He looks at them and then at me and says that normally he bags them up in special bags they have there. Firstly those bags don’t have air holes and are terrible for the environment while my containers do and are reusable. Secondly everybody else in the store had no problem using my containers so he shouldn’t either. Thirdly, my containers had the calcium needed for the crickets to eat so it was imperative that they were kept in those containers so my reptiles didn’t die of malnutrition. I had finally had enough of his abhorrent customer service and just cancelled my order and asked for a refund. He first told me that the money would be back on my card later. Idk if he was intentionally trying to steal my money but since I paid with CASH, a card refund didn’t work for me. Secondly, he tried to refund me 10.96, which is also unacceptable since I gave him 11$ at his insistence. He finally ended up refunding me the correct amount and I left incredibly unsatisfied. He should probably also know that wearing sweatpants and a nice watch doesn’t count as professional attire. My comments and concerns need to be addressed and I would like an apology for the terrible way I was treated.

Angie Carden: I booked an appt for 3:45 for my border collie to get groomed and the tech called and asked if I could move up my appt so he could have time to dry. I was in Atlantic Beach at the time so I had to leave extra early to accommodate this. Once I got to the store she looked him over from head to toe and found a mat behind his ear and said she could not bathe him per petco policy because of his mat. This made no sense to me whatsoever. Isnt that what groomers do? They take out the mats and bathe him. Such a waste of time. It seemed to me that she just didn't want to do her job.
Shatina Session: Staff was very pleasant but my dog haircut was very uneven. Her hair was cut extremely low in some spots compared to others & it was very noticeable the next day.
281 Cubicinch: Bought some fresh dog treats from their fresh treats stand in the checkout area. This morning I give my dog 3 of the cheesy O’s. Within minutes he throws them up all over the carpet. A real mess to clean, but more importantly, my dog is now SICK! I go to return them today. All the supervisor could say is she so surprised I’m returning them. She never had anyone return them before. That I’m the first person to do so. Yeah! They made my dog SICK!!! Wow. How out of touch can a pet store’s supervisor be? Absolutely no concern. Then she doesn’t even give me a proper refund. Again. Wow. No I’m sorry. Nothing.

Wolf: Entire store reeked like urine. Cashier stated that plastic bags cost 10 cents each. Several shelves had anti theft glass coverings as well. Avoid this place and go to petsmart instead.

Shayna Pulley: The best hole-in-the-wall pet store in the area. Has all the best stuff that you don't see at the bigger name stores. Good brands too. This is the store to shop at for your dog's Christmas and birthday presents.
Lydia Albrikes: The store has a great selection and great people. Any time I need something, they've got it. Also, their live bugs for feeding reptiles and the like are always alive (unlike the big-chain stores in the area).

Nicole Baldo: Groomer listened to exactly what I wanted done and my dog came out perfect. Not to mention my dog seemed to actually enjoy her grooming experience there.
Pat Daniel: Great place, great inventory. If your dogs needs social training bring him here often and let him get used to the place and seeing other dogs and people. It helped with my Yorkie who is not so friendly. Lol.

Don Taylor: This place is a little understaffed as I was trying to find some help looking for a product but no one was available. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I spoke to Challis in the back section & she helped me find exactly what I was looking for quickly.
Drey Blevins: For the third time in a month my wife and I took our dog in to get his nails trimmed as walk-ins. And for the third time we were told they didn't have time to do it. Obviously walk-ins are not welcome despite what the sign says. When we asked if we could come back the next day at the same time we were told no and to make an appointment instead. In the time that it took the staff groomers too argue with us they could have clipped his nails. Seriously. They don't do walk-ins but refuse to remove the sign.
Chris Douglas: Was a little disappointed that they couldn't trim up a 8 lb puppy. The bath was nice but I had to trim him at home.

Reeze The Vampire: I wish I had a PetSmart closer to me; I can't stand PetCo. Anyway, I like this location a lot. Good stock, friendly staff, and sometimes I get to pet kitties when I come in! I do wish they had more animals in store, though.

V M: Was totally expecting a hamster or Guinea Pig and a rat stared back at me. Labels are important sometimes.I asked "Where are the turtles?" He ran away.Not far though I could still see him.He was under his plastic room in his glass case at PetSmart.

Sequoia Mangum: The grooming service for my dog looked as if they were not attentive to the cut. Her hair was very uneven and longer in random areas due to oversight with cutting. I will not return to this certain location for grooming services.

London Simone: I enjoy shopping at PetSmart for almost everything that my pet requires. The store always has the best dog food for my pet and the dog clothing and accessories are extremely cute. I'm giving the store two stars because the employee named Kevin was very rude and nonchalant when I called to make a reservation for my pet to stay at the pet hotel.

Megan Cato: I came here to get crickets to feed my reptiles, they used to have a button you could press to call for assistance but they don’t anymore. I talked to to employees asking to get someone to get crickets for me and after a hour no one cane and helped. It wouldn’t be a big problem if all of there pre packaged live crickets where actual ALIVE!
Andy Cepero: 4th time that i schedule an appointment at this petsmart location and my dog is rejected for reasons that i cant get it.i take it somewhere else and i never had any issue, but at this store they dont even try.i went today for an appointment i schedule a couple weeks ago, i took the rabius vaccine certificatiom, my dog is a 1yr old maltese, the swettest dog ever and there is this guy Ryan that he always has a ugly attitude and always find an excuse to cancel my appointment and dont assist my dog..the worst service ever..not complaining about apetsmart because everyone else is different but this location and specially that guy Ryan are not right at all..waited weeks for this appointment, got off from work early to get there on time, and he didnt even look at my dog, he just said"we cant do it today" and its the 4th time he does that.not recommended

Petsmart is a wonderful place with lots of love for any pets. Friendly staff just like it is shown on the youtube video tutorial. Ruff-Ruff! 🐕 Thank you for taking care of our babies.#Great team!

Dee W: They advertise toys that stand up to big, tough dogs. We spent $70 on 4 toys for my babys and they didn't even last a day! No Guarantees either, super disappointing.
Taylor Main: We stumbled upon this store and decided to check it out. We ended up talking with the employee in the store for a long time and she was the most incredibly helpful and kind person we could have met. She gave us great insight to what toys and bones our very aggressive chewing dog would benefit best from and truly went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back to this store because the products are wonderful but the customer service was simply amazing. You’ve got customers for life now for sure. I only wish I could remember the associate’s name, Taryn maybe? I will make note of it next time we go in so I can update this and give the recognition that is well deserved.
Busy Bee Renovations: Be warned the prices you see on the products are not what are charged when they ring them up. The explanation was the prices have been going up and we have not put the new prices up.100% unacceptable, this is misrepresentation of prices in the store with no warning about the problem.This will be brought up to the BBB.

Moni Williams: Had an AWESOME experience here Sunday evening. I was with my friend and she was purchasing items for a puppy she just got. But Lauren and Carmen?? I’m not sure if that’s their name or not but I think i am pretty close. They were so helpful and genuine. Honestly, I will keep this place in mind when I purchase another dog because the prices were way better than what we expected. Again, we talked to ladies at the kiosk for so long and they helped us with everything. They didn’t make us feel unwelcome at all. This is honestly the best customer service I have received in so long. Thank you so much for the experience
