The Seasons at Umstead Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Evelyn M Williams: From my last review, again, The Seasons is not a bad place to live and I know not everyone can be satisfied. But to be happy 90% of the time is better than the 10%, and I am good at 90%. The portal is good and running shortly after my original post. No changes to mail would have just liked options, however, I understand. Thank you for the condolences and thank you reaching back out to me.
Calvin Nunn: Management is very racist! Toward Blacks
EM Williams: My biggest biggest biggest complaint.Changing how the mail is delivered and charging $10 for a service, I neither wanted or requested.Management informed me that the post office mandated this change…(hello, it is Governmental, look it up). DUE to this governmental agency informing Umstead, that they must use this specific service AND to please charge your renters $10 extra a month…My first grandsons photos were lost, he passed away at 47 days. It is taking time to process his death, then to lose his pictures. Due to the no package delivery on file at the USPO, they were sent back to sender however, no notification is required since the return was mandated here and everything was sent to the recyclables. We spent days calling, emailing, visiting to find these photos making his loss even greater. The USPO is partially funded by deliveries, why cut off their funding? And WHY would they inform one small company, to make this change. Funny, though the person I spoke to when moving in, stated it was something optional that was coming…I said ok well I did not want it, she said that’s why it is optional.Must be the new management and why she is no longer there…Other than the above, I have enjoyed time at Umstead, the second year here, rent was raised from 1100 to 1500. I liked the application app to pay on line, however, it had been over a year and it still was not working. They never offered us statements, but you would find bulk invitations to the ‘holiday’ parties; on every door. The information given when calling, “it will be soon”, “it is coming”, then state: if you take your monthly base, add in the services, etc… umm hello? We were told mid April 2023…still waiting….check back again for working status…
Joseph Cobb: We have not had an online platform to pay our rent in 6+ months. We are given empty promises that their website will be fixed "soon" or "surely next month," but no actual results are ever shown. We're halfway through May and a flyer has been up for weeks that the pool is open, but the gates remain locked and chained. The gym is still closed due to a long overdue renovation and no employee seems to know when it will be open. We have been told that it will be open the next day, but that was a lie. Now their response is that the gym will be open sometime this month. If the gym is anything like their website, then it will never be open. We are paying almost $2000 a month for things we can't even use. This place has become a bad joke.
Michael Bathe: Wonderful place and great staff
Julie Welch: Pictures were very good. You can even get a remote tour if out of state.
Jamie Banwell: Updating my review - moved in in Sept 2016 - loved the management staff up until new staff/management took over during the pandemic. Not sure if it was a new company or just new staff, but the prior staff have all left and new management and office staff are not responsive. The maintenance guys are still pretty wonderful (well the ones that have been here for years - the new guys not so much as they leave messes when they come in for work). Great location, good amenities when they’re in service (new management changes access without notification and is slow to repair), reasonable rent considering, but the management and office staff need improvement.
Sande Satoskar: This was the first place I lived after moving from Chicago in 1999. Years after I had a family and many houses in the area. I found myself single again at a point of time and Seasons was my first choice. I love it's remoteness (Umstead Park is a quick walk) yet closeness (Glenwood Ave is a stones throw from our front yard). They have gone through a few management changes. The new management is good. Their biggest problem is that their Resident portal has been down for 6 months and you cannot pay rent online. Apartment are nice though.
Mark: I have been living here since 2020 and it’s been an ok experience. Most people I have met here are fairly nice and the maintenance crew is pretty quick to fix things. However I am having the issue of my neighbors above me being extremely loud all hours of the day and night. At this point I’m losing sleep because my neighbors are yelling and stomping around at all hours sometimes it’s so loud it shakes the furniture in my apartment. At first I asked my neighbors to please be considerate in which they ignored so I contacted to the front office to follow up. This started at the end of spring 2022. It’s now almost the winter of 2022 and I have talked to everyone in the front office multiple times including Crystal, Michael and Lisa and even the new staff. I’m being told that my neighbors were ask to be quiet. However they are breaking the lease agreement as quiet hours are past 10pm. I’ve probably called the front office and gone up there in person over 9 or 10 times now or even more yet the front office still has not put a stop to this and it’s made me reconsider renewing my lease.
Jo Yurcaba: I lived at the Seasons with my dog from Oct. 2021-Oct. 2022. I rented one of the loft apartments sight unseen because I had to move on short notice and the online reviews were really good. Having lived there, I now believe the reviews are a bit inflated, but overall I still had a good experience and would recommend it depending on what you're looking for/are OK with. The biggest pros:- The loft apartments are beautiful and great for people who work from home and want separate office space.- The community is very pet friendly and you have easy access directly into Umstead park on this nice little trail through the townhome community across the street.- Very quiet. Only had one issue with a party and noise.- Office staff are really nice and clearly care about residents.- Massive closet that was like half the size of the bedroom.- Laundry in the unit, with a big laundry room with shelves for storage.- I always had access to parking, but I also worked from home. It can get crazy if you have to leave every day and come back at rush hour. The biggest cons:- Roach/water bug problems in some of the buildings. In my first week in my apartment, I saw nearly a dozen big roaches, or as some people call them, "water bugs." When I complained about this, the Seasons said they would send pest control, but that the bugs are very common in NC and I'm just bound to see them. But I've lived in NC nearly all my life, and rarely had an issue with them. When I did, pest control always solved the problem. Unfortunately, the pest control that Seasons provides is insufficient. They don't spray the whole perimeter of the space like most pest control places. The issue was bad enough for me that I had to hire my own independent pest control — another $34/month on top of the rent — which finally fixed the problem and allowed me to sleep at night. (My dog would wake me up when there was a roach in the bedroom.) I recommend putting your trash out NIGHTLY. That said: a few people who lived in different buildings said they only saw one or two inside ever, so this might depend on your building.- My rent was around $1570/month once you factor in all the fees (pet, valet trash, and the package service they make you pay for). Once you add their very high water/sewer prices, my total rent was usually around $1615/month.- So the water/sewer: They say they bill based on usage, but I am one person and my water bill was always like $40/month. In previous places when I lived with a roommate, it was never higher than $20. The Seasons charges like a $10 service fee, but $30 is still ridiculously high.- Some apartments (mine included) have old A/C units. My electricity bill in the summer was always around $120 even while trying to be conservative with the A/C, and the unit struggled to cool the entire apartment.- They make you pay rent online with a system that charges a $2.95/month processing fee (went up from $1.95).- They were going to increase my rent about $80 after only a year, and it was already at the top of my budget. With all their fees and the water bill factored in, I would've been paying over $1700/month.Overall, I loved my loft apartment at the Seasons once I managed the bug issue. But it was already at the top of my price range with all of the fees factored in, and I didn't think the increase would've been worth it.
Connor Slocum: Super nice staff and cool place to live
Ben Miles: We have loved our year at The Seasons at Umstead. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any needs that we had. The complex is maintained very well and any repairs that we needed were repaired in a timely manner.
Kuntamukkala Satyanarayana: Good atmosphere, good maintenance
FESSHA SADEMO: Very Decent place for living, with very fast and responsive maintenance service in need.
Joseph Garcia: The best and most professional for my this place is one of I kind and if you looking for the best ask for cristal at The Seasons at Umstead
Zina Pinheiro: They help us at the front desk, they fix our house when there is a problem. and the condo is so safe and beautiful. I love it here!
Eric Green: The community is inviting! The staff is amazing! I experienced a financial downturn this pass year and the staff has been so patient and understanding throughout the whole period! I couldn’t have asked for a better management team!
Dilor Jimenez: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessHappy to have lived in this community. We need a bigger apartment and that's probably why we should get out of here, but it's been a wonderful few years. Maintenance is a great team. God bless you.
The Republican Lopez: My Daughter applied for an Apartment here, got denied without reasons, an charged 330 dollars. This is a robbery. I understand the $75. Application fee and 175 administration fee, but where is the rest $80 for? What a bunch of dishonest Scums.
Amani Bynes: I absolutely ADORE this place… I’ve never been so satisfied and “at home” living in an apartment. From the quality, to the amenities, to the staff, to the maintenance, to the appearance, I mean literally everything. If you’re reading reviews, COME SEE IT IN PERSON. You’ll love it as much as me if not more 💗💗💗
Emmanuel McClain: Everything about this place is beautiful. The hospitality is amazing and so are the hard working ladies that run the leasing office. Even though my time was not long , I enjoy being apart of this Community. Highly Recommend!!!

The Dillon Downtown Apartments: what do users think?
Cody Staves: I've lived at the now Dillon for two years and just signed a lease for a third year. The amenities, location, and leasing staff are noteworthy. Walkable distance to both Glennwood and Fayetville street, I've never had to use my car to go out and meet friends for drinks. The gym is 10,000 sq ft overlooks downtown and is kept very clean and never crowded. Katie has been very helpful with building a community here and cares about every resident. She plans some amazing events!! Looking forward to year 3!
Douglas Sanson: I’ve lived at the Dillon for over a year and it’s been nothing but positive! Katie has been the absolute best at responding to any maintenance issues or questions that I have. I bring my dog by the front office every day and they love on him almost as much as I do. 10/10 recommend living at the Dillon. You really can’t beat the location in Raleigh and the staff puts on monthly events for all the residents!
Mackenzie Long: I toured The Dillon recently and loved the property! Cameron was my leasing agent, he was extremely helpful and knowledgable and a great point of contact for helping me find my next home. Much appreciated!
julien fournier: I’ve been living here for more than a year. Love the area. The staff working here are always friendly and so helpful especially Katie (who I’ve been dealing with most).Highly recommend
Joey Edmond: I've been here since March and I've had such a positive experience. The location is so perfect for me. It's in the heart of the city, yet just far enough away from the really busy areas to avoid the clubbing and bar crowds, with the exception of Legends which I don't mind. Trains are loud, sirens are loud, but they're growing on me. I'm becoming a fan of the city sounds. The unit I'm in (Strasburg) is fantastic. The floor to ceilings, the appliances, & fixtures really make for a homey, bright feel. The juliet balcony is great to stand on and get the views, and the screen door is good for letting the breeze in when the weather's nice.No complaints at all so far - this was the only apartment I toured, and I definitely made the right choice.
Davis Duncan: I've lived at the Dillon since 2020, and I am very happy. My apartment layout is great, Katie has solved several issues for me, and the location is amazing.Highly recommend The Dillon to anyone considering living downtown.
Mo: I have been working with someone and will be touring with an agent named Cameron. He has been exceptional in his efforts to assist me with every question and giving me all the information I could need. Very polite and very professional. Great job, Cameron Sykes. I cannot wait to sign!
Alexander Permison: I've lived here less than a week and my car has already been broken into in the parking garage. I had both my passenger side windows smashed. From what I've noticed, the only cameras are at the entrances and exits of the garage, and none throughout. I can promise you those with ill intent will notice it too.If my car gets broken into within a week, whos to say it won't keep happening after I fix my windows. I'll update this review once better security is implemented.Other than that everything has been great! :)
Jacob Nance: If I could give it a lower star I would. The staff is useless, abysmal and careless. If you love paper thin walls and ceilings, hearing your neighbors every move, the firetrucks 2-5 times a day as well as a train 2-5 times a day, then you might like it. Had a neighbor break my door in twice, had to replace door locks, split my frame and tried to physically fight me - the staff’s response was ‘he moves out in the next 4 months so we aren’t going to do anything’… they have no care for you, your safety or well being. Most overpriced apartments for the absolute lowest quality and care. Ridiculous..
Bryan Tomlinson (BTDesigns): Great building
Jae Kim: Great location and attractive building. Move-in process was smooth. I moved from out of state and have been at The Dillon for a few weeks. So far I really like it.
Corynne: Really wanted to love the Dillon for its location but there was something lacking. There seemed to be a lack of care and/or maintenance on the property. Square footage was lacking, pool area needed care (moldy lounge beds, messy grills, etc), the gym is nice but not conveniently located, the 'rooftop' is a nice place to sit but it's a public area and there are only a few tables. Area is nice but this wasn't for us. For a top tier apartment complex there was something off.
TJ Ryder: Awesome place to live - TJ
Katherine Albin: For a downtown apartment it’s good. Pros: Any maintenance issues I’ve had, with the water lines being incorrect and electric wiring not being connected properly were fixed quickly and with great communication!Editing my review to reflect the changes and issues solved. :)
Heather Baker: Small Town feel with big city benefits bundled in one location perfectly packaged at The Dillon. The widespread array of luxury is enjoyed by all in assurance of it's highest quality. Space available for use by non-residents are mutually beneficial and kept in immaculate conditioning. Everywhere you look your eye catches details specific to highest accommodations, efficiencies, and worry free days.
Mike Dacko: This place and the people who run it are the crowning jewel of Raleigh. My move here from across the country was made seamless by the friendly, considerate staff. The building itself is a mix of nostalgic brick-face small town factory and slick lined modern appeal. The massive windows invite enough light into the room to make me consider installing a solar farm in my living room.Every detail has been fine tuned at The Dillon for optimum livatude.A coiling faucet, the Nest thermostat, shower power, head spinning WiFi speed! (WiFi speed sold separately)I look forward to what the future holds for me at THE DILLON
rochede sibblies: Great office space and work environment. Restaurants and living is great. Located in the heart of Raleigh
Bradley Priser: Two maintenance requests in a single week - HVAC / disposal - handled with nothing but professionalism with little to no life interruption! Scott, Alex and team are true PROS!!!
Michael Etgen: My wife and I moved to the Dillon back in 2018 when the apartments first became available. We chose the Dillon because of the location, amenities, and what was clearly a high quality of living in downtown Raleigh. We have not been disappointed, and have renewed our lease each year. We have a city-facing apartment which includes a balcony and a great view of the Raleigh skyline. The office staff have always been responsive and helpful, and the resident activities they organize are always great. We would recommend the Dillon highly to anyone looking for downtown living at its best!
Cody Lagana: Absolutely stunning- like something out of a movie
Lindsey Allen: I have been at the Dillon since May of 2021 and it has truly been a magical experience. Between the leasing team, maintenance staff, and concierge I feel like all my questions and requests are understood and taken care of in a timely manner.I have never resided in a community that has such amazing events! The holiday party was such a wonderful treat and I adore this property so much! Looking forward to 2022!

Cameron Court: what do users think?
Shelby Danneker: I have lived in the Shelton Apartments for almost 6 years now, and have genuinely loved it. They are older buildings... so expect the normal "older building issues"... but it is completely made up for by the charm. The community is safe and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the neighbors are fantastic! Definitely recommend :-)
Hannah Groover: An unexpected apartment hunt is a tumultuous experience, but not with Cameron Court! After touring several local properties, it was surprising to be considered with care and interest as a potential future resident. After prior apartment shopping the day I toured, I was getting burned out and disappointed by how dismissed I felt while trying to find the right new home. The second I arrived, the focus was on helping me to see if this complex was the right home for me. Susan gave me a tour, and I was taken aback with her kindness and welcoming spirit! Needless to say, later that day, I was applying! When issues arose with the application software, I called Susan desperate to get the bugs sorted out so I didn’t lose the place I now knew was my next home. She was extremely appreciative, concerned, and dedicated to help me figure it out. And she did! With April and Susan’s dedication and kindness, they made sure I was able to apply smoothly, and it was an incredible relief.Cameron Court is a beautiful, charming nest of apartments. Anyone can see that. However, the process of touring and applying being made as easy and comfortable as possible by Susan and April is what won me over. This is a complex that cares about its residents, and I am blessed to be one of them now.
Kate Meikle: I lived in the Shelton Apartments from Jan 2022-Jan 2023 and I already miss it! It was so cozy and spacious. I also love the old brick look to the complex, it gives a bit of a rustic/vintage feel to the space. The staff in the leasing office were always so nice, responsive, and pleasant to interact with. I already miss living there so much and hope the next person is enjoying the unit I was in! :)
Max Harris: Great place to live, the staff and maintenance are always helpful and inviting. Whenever there has been a small problem(i.e. sink or outlet) they have always promptly fixed it.
Debbie Headley: My husband and I did a dinner service at Cameron Court today. Let me tell you, everyone that came up to our hotdog cart was very nice. The property manager April King, is the queen of niceness.
kathy turner: I am leasing an apt at Cameron Court in Raleigh beginning in a couple weeks. This has been a very stressful time for my daughter and I personally. But Katie and April have been so kind, helpful, and patient with all my questions and visits to the office. When it looked like we may not get to move as scheduled, Katie discussed with the maintenance supervisor to help make it happen. We’re approved and all set with a move-in date! The apartments and community are so charming and staff are soooooo welcoming! Thanks so much Katie!!!!!
patrick dolan: April the Property Manager is a sweetheart. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The property was very quiet. They do these fun community gatherings. They also except pets and thats a hige PLUS !
Ryan Tose: April (Property Manager) and Katie (leasing agent) are the most consummate professionals you will ever meet! They did their job with closing on our choice to stay here! You will not go wrong with location and price! Brava !
Katie Mulholland: Beautiful place with awesome view. Very pet friendly- amazing and helpful front office staff.
Isabelle Farina: The courtyard is amazing; I LOVE the resident events!!
haley bolt: I had such a fun time at the mixer a few weeks ago!
Jennifer Doss: Lived here almost two years and have had an amazing experience so far! The after hours maintenance crew is an absolute lifesaver! Had to call the other day and they were super nice and quick to come out and help me. In my experience, the maintenance team and property managers are all awesome, they’ll go above and beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable and safe.
claire s: Apartment is fine. Rent is fine. Recently underwent a change in management so I’ve noticed things have not been as good here. We don’t really have the monthly food trucks which was the one perk offered here. Maintenance is a pain and are extremely rude.
Precious Jackson: Don’t rent from here unless you want to live in an apartment where the water is off every other day and you want to go days without hot water. Management will never inform you of what’s going on until a bunch of people complain. Fire pit, fireplace, and grills not the courtyard are never in working condition, so you basically get no amenities.
Benjamin Lugo: Throughout the whole process of finding an apartment, during a time there wasn’t that many avaible, Isabella was extremely helpful. Made the process effortless and quick! The apartments themselves are in a very nice location along with being a nice cozy apartment for myself!
Dan Gray: If you're looking for a great and affordable place to live downtown, Cameron Court is hard to beat. This place is well cared for and (from what I understand) is still owned by the same family that built it in the 1930's. Julie and Isabella in the office are wonderful to work with, very easy-going, and actually remember who you are when you see them. I've had two maintenance requests since I've lived here, and they were both completed the next day with no hassle (one of them was submitted at 10pm and it was completed before 10am the next day). The courtyard is beautiful, as are the apartments with their original hardwood floors and huge wrought iron windows in every room. For everyone working from home - you can get a 2 bedroom apartment here for the price of a studio/1 bedroom in one of the "luxury" cookie-cutter apartments downtown. That's what I did and it's nice to have a huge office to work in instead of having to set up shop in my bedroom or living room. Don't let the shared laundry scare you away either; I was a little hesitant about it, but the washers/dryers are super nice and I've never had to wait on someone else to move their laundry when I wanted to do mine. This is a true gem in the heart of downtown Raleigh and there aren't many places like it around here anymore.
Jennifer Dolphin: The amenities are fantastic for the price and the grounds are beautiful: they're wonderfully maintained. Parking is a hassle but for everything else you get it's worth it. The windows and antique touches in each unit give it so much character. Isabella in the main office is always patient and helpful- so glad it's my new home.
ANGoHan 17: Ive lived here a month and i love it! Isabella helped me and my fiancé out so much when we came to ask about the apartments she was patient with us and explained everything in great detail because we are 1st time renters. Love it here!
Amari Cruz: This is our first apartment and they were so helpful telling us what to expect and trying to find the best way to save money but get our dream apartment I’ve lived here a month and I love it I could have picked a better apartment!
Sara Berton: Couldn’t be a better location - close to everything you could possibly need and all on foot. Beautiful apartments that are inexpensive for what they are - a period apartment with high ceilings, hardwood floors and original features in the bathroom but updated kitchens, well maintained and truly a gorgeous serene setting in the middle of everything Raleigh has to offer. 10/10
Ethan Kratt: We've had a great experience - the front office is very responsive and the community is welcoming. Great price and cute apartments for being so close to the downtown action!

Lake Johnson Mews Apartments & Townhomes: what do users think?
Lou: 1.5 Stars. I lived here for 3 years, and I've gotta say my experience was mostly negative. Rent was ridiculously high, and continued to rise each year, for such small apartments that need an upgrade. My toilet constantly wobbled and my kitchen sink piping constantly leaked despite many "fixes" by maintenance. The walls were so thin that I could hear my upstairs neighbor peeing and showering. My first year, my apartment was so roach infested that I stayed at a hotel for a couple days until I could get pest control services and the entrances, cabinetry & appliance connections better sealed off from the outside. Even after that, I was constantly fighting bugs.As I was on a ground floor unit, every time it would rain too hard, my apartment would flood. The carpet would be soaked, and management took no long-term steps to permanently fix this issue; they just sent over maintenance with a fan. My AC unit also dripped from time to time.I also had negative experiences with the community, such as off-leash dogs running up to attack my (leashed & trained) dog. I've even had one tenant threaten me and my dog with violence for an incident that was their fault. I felt unsafe and resorted to carrying pepper spray just to take my dog to the bathroom. There's also dog poop everywhere despite there being many dog trash stations. I know much of this is not directly the apartment's fault, but they did nothing about it.The positives about living there were that it's super close to the beautiful Lake Johnson Nature Park, NC State University, and many other conveniences. The maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful, despite only being able to put bandaids on things that needed complete renovation. There's also a really nice dog park. It's a good enough location for a temporary stay, but be warned. You're nothing but a paycheck.
Harold Loaiza: Great place to stay, nice staff and awesome location with lots of nature and trails
Jacob Buda: Management was great and property was attractive
Trevor Rubino: Really Great Management and the Pool is always very clean!
Chris Cooley: I have been a resident for two years. The location is fantastic. The apartments, while they could absolutely use some modernization for the price point, are fine. However, property management company does not value the residents. As a resident, you are simply a paycheck. Residents are subject to exorbitant fees for any minor adjustment or change you would like to make. Just adding my fiancé to my lease was an incredibly painful and financially costly move ($200 when everything was said and done). We have also been told that if we would like to move into a larger apartment, there will be additional fees (starting to feel like fines) associated with the move. The leasing office is slow to respond, unsympathetic, and emotionless to the issues or concerns of its residents. We are actively seeking new places to live and will never encourage anyone to live at a community owned by PRG Real Estate.
Spyridon Scott: Kind clean site.
John Phillips: Great place to live…love the lake view and the location is convenient to everything! The property manager, Courtney, is great too!
Mehry g: We are very happy to live in Lake Johnson Mews. The neighborhood is safe, good location, the staff is friendly, and the maintenance team works very well and quickly. Good amenities as well and good neighbors.
kira laurie: Moved here about two months ago and I have loved it! If we have had any issues, maintenance will be there asap to fix it. The people at the front office are super nice and helpful as well!
Paulette Pickard: Nice staff & neighbors, speedy maintenance, always clean & nicely landscaped & its great to be in walking distance to the lake which is one of the main reasons I moved here.
Allie: What a welcoming place to live for new Raleigh residents! Perfect location near downtown Raleigh, Cary shopping, and right off a gorgeous lake. Staff is very friendly, repairs are almost instant, and the local trails are so easy to reach. Plus, you can't beat a monthly food truck stop basically right to your front door! Highly recommend.
Monica Kutas: I have lived here for around 3 years and love it! Jason and Susanne and maintenance are always super helpful and I don’t think I’ve ever had a single thing to complain about!
Samantha K: Enjoyable place to live. I have been here for five months and have enjoyed every minute living here. The management staff are exquisite and very attuned to your needs, plus they have a variety of coffee and snacks in the office for any time you stop by (and they welcome you to do so). The pool just opened and I look forward to stopping by when i can. Thanks for making LJM a great place to live!
Kaustubh Shivdikar: More cats live here than humans. Which is amazing!!
Nubia Goode: My husband and I love living here! Our move-in process was so smooth thanks to Jason. The maintenance staff is great too! I had an issue and it was taken care of within 48 hours. They were also very accommodating when it came to my infants sleeping schedule, and that means a lot!
Clara Wilson: I moved here last July and I've really enjoyed living here. The maintenance folks are exceptional. I've only placed a couple requests but each time someone came by within 24 hours and everything was fixed the same or next day. The maintenance folks are really friendly too. I feel like both the office and maintenance staff have taken COVID seriously, and they always make sure to wear their masks. The complex is also very dog friendly and my dog has really enjoyed playing with other dogs at the bark park. Having Lake Johnson within walking distance is a great benefit too.
Brittany Higgins: This is my first apartment and I have had the best experience. The management is so nice and they answer every question you ask, fast too! The prices are so low for being on the lake and you get access to the greenway. There are really nice hammocks and tables outside to get some sun. The apartment is great and it comes with a washer and a dryer (no extra cost). If anything breaks (and I mean anything) they have an amazing Mai ten episodes crew and system that will get it done faster than you can believe. I honestly wish I could live here after I graduate ❤️
Laura Kraft: I moved in a year and a half ago, and I really love it here. The apartment is very spacious for the cost, and I love having a window over my kitchen sink to look out. There's plenty of kitchen counter space, and--honestly--you can always use the top of the washer/dryer if you need more. (We've had a lot of success with a full kitchen and dumpling parties with 4-5 people working at once in the kitchen.)I have a walk-in closet. I never thought I would be a walk-in closet kind of person, but honestly, it has changed my life. The entire back shelf is just my crafts and a few overflow pantry items (yes, I do need 9 types of rice). There's also a small pantry and lots of cabinet space, but I really take kitchen items and cooking to a weird level, so it's nice to have that extra space for storage! There's actually a lot of really thoughtful storage, including a mini-closet with a door in the bathroom and another closet in the hallway for the vacuum and things.Lake Johnson is within walking distance, and I don't need to tell you how wonderful that is. There's even tennis courts and what appears to be kayak parking? Like a shelf where you can store and chain up your kayak? The pool is really nice in the summer, and it's easy to find times when there's no one there. My friend and I distanced on benches at the dog park once, and everybody who brings their dogs is very friendly and considerate. If I had a dog, I would use that dog park all the time. The maintenance workers are so fast and friendly. They will call immediately if there's an emergency issue, and they are stringent using masks and following COVID protocol. They even wave if you're out walking around. The neighborhood really feels quiet and friendly. No place is ever perfect. My two complaints are that there's a noise from upstairs neighbors (but not next-door neighbors, interestingly), but I think that's just part of apartment living. BUT the neighbors are quiet and respectful all around, so it feels really comfortable living here, and the noise feels like a small thing. The apartment is a bit dark at certain times of day. We need additional lights for our plants, but if you bring your lamps (floor lamps suggested), it's certainly the best place I have lived in Raleigh.
Eric Zaucha: Super warm welcome from management. I really felt that connection form. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for residency!
Kelsey Helmick: We moved in 2 1/2 months ago and love it here! The community is super dog friendly which is a plus for us. Maintenance is awesome and responsive (usually out here the same day we put in a request) and the staff at the front office are always friendly and helpful. We also really enjoy being so close to the lake. Our neighbors are quiet and we love our apartment. The community is also a great location, not far from Cary or downtown Raleigh.
Noah Higgins: I've lived here for a little over 2 months now, and I've had a wonderful experience. The office staff were exceptionally receptive and communicative in the early stages of moving and have remained helpful throughout my time here, which is appreciated as a first-time renter. While many of the apartments show some light age, the maintenance staff is always ready to fix any issues that arise, and I've never waited longer than a day for an issue to be fixed. The area is also beautiful, and access to the lake is a great perk.

616 at the Village Apartments: what do users think?
Thomas Camp-Crowder: Maintenance goes above and beyond to help when something happens. Also the maintenance very friendly and professional.
Suyeon Kim: I started to live here from a week ago but already found tons of ants around kitchen and also in the room. (video attached) Even though we notified the staff immediately, they just said we need to wait until the next day for the pest control. The ants made the rash and irritation, which is a severe health problem for my husband. Also, the apartment is right next to the trash pick up area, where the pick up truck makes too much noise every morning around 6:30-7am.(video attached) We asked staff to make trash pick up truck come after at least 7am, which is still too early for me, but still didn't get any response for a week.- note : This is not our housekeeping problem. We only lived here for 1 week(3 days out of town). We are super clean(vacumm every day and wash dises right away)*** UPDATE : The manager emailed me and solved the ant problem with a lot of care(Terminix for two weeks). They said they're still working on the trash pick-up noise issue and I'm glad that they are taking care of us as much as they can.
Alexandr Tumanov: Great location! Free parking, normal floors(can’t hear neighbors from upper floor), high ceiling on certain floors, complex door can be opened from smartphone, Google nest thermostats. 1 min to Harris Teeter on feet! No bugs or roaches, great management that really does something and solves problems almost immediately.
Sabrina M: Love this place!
Henry: Great apartments. Phil, Stephanie and Taliyah are so helpful
Jae: The team at 616 is awesome. They go above your expectations. Keep up the good work Stephanie, Taliyah, Phil, Jevon, & Daryl.
katia ojeda: The office Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.
Hannah G Crow: Great experience leasing from 616 at the Village - they have made the process so easy and have been helpful every step of the way!
Sarah McCracken: I've lived at 616 for a year and a half and have enjoyed every day.Starting with the maintenance staff- Darryl is FANTASTIC. I've never had to wait more than 1 business day for a maintenance request to be completed, and it's always done well the first time. Darryl is also just a friendly face around the community. He always stops to say hello or go out of his way to help with something completely unrelated. I cannot say enough good things. The office staff is excellent. Since getting a new property manager, my expereince living here has improved greatly. There has been an increase in community activities including a treat buffet on National Dog Day, community mixers, and donation drives for the SPCA, and the coffee machine upstairs has been in working condition every day :) It's clear Stephanie truly cares about her residents and wants our building to feel like home. The commuinty itself is beautiful. The building is brand new and is well maintained. There are tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and is an overall safe community. My only complaint is that the pool typically take a while to open in the summer, however, we do extend well in to September.
Ashlyn Ray: This place is awesome! Great housing, awesome maintenance and great service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Haley and she was so kind, polite and helpful.
Aubree Wilson: This is such a beautiful and secure complex and the staff is all so welcoming and friendly!! They also have have amazing prices for every floor plan you may need. I definitely recommend choosing 616 at the Village as your next home!
Noahxbatts: Great experience at 616 !
Darrius Bailey: Great service, amazing place everyone is friendly especially the manager at the complex. Made me feel like home
Isaiah Robertson: I love living here at 616! I’ve been here for about 6 months and have no issues. The leasing staff crew are always very welcoming, responsive to all my reach outs, and very commutative about what’s going on here! The amenities are amazing, for my favorite in example is taking my dog Calvin to the Pet Spa! Soo nice! Super nice roof terrace if you want to enjoy a nice city view of Raleigh! I definitely would recommend anyone to reach out to the leasing staff crew to get a great tour from either Taliyah or Haley!
Jessica Shellabarger: 616 is such a beautiful and quiet community. The office and maintenance team are very friendly and seem like they truly care about everyone here!
Lindy Bustabad: I absolutely loved living at 616! Haley and Taliyah in the leasing office are always incredibly responsive and helpful, responding to emails and calls within minutes. Maintenance is wonderful -- I had maintenance work completed within hours of submitting requests any day of the week. Beautiful units and amenities. You can't go wrong living here!
Donald Poe: My daughter recently leased an apartment at 616 at the Village. She had a very positive experience in this process. Taliyah, the leasing agent, was so personable, patient, and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and the leasing process. She was able to answer all of our questions and was always patient and positive in doing so. Her customer service is outstanding! The apartments are very nice, located in a very convenient area, and close to area universities. My daughter is excited about living at 616 at the Village!
Annabeth Poe: I recently rented an apartment at 616 at the Village. Throughout the leasing process, Taliyah was extremely helpful and always answered my many questions quickly and efficiently. She made a stressful time seem like a breeze. I'm looking forward to living here.
Keagan Molchan: We've had a great experience with Haley in the front office. She is always available to answer questions and is always super helpful!
Nikki Lapham: From what started out as a great experience -quickly turned badly. The trash shoots are always full and overflowing. One time it was overflowing for over two weeks- definitely a health hazard. The coffee machine, grill, and call box were broken for months. We also had wasps in our bathroom vents (there were 10 at one point) and we got told that pest control couldn’t come until the following week?? My husband is also allergic to wasps, so that left us using the other bathroom for a week and thankfully he or our dog didn’t get bit. Also while the year we were living there our AC broke 3 times and they asked us not to cut it below a certain temperature to avoid that happening again. If I’m paying almost 2,000$ for an apartment I should be able to adjust the AC how I want it. I’m not usually one to complain, but it was just one thing after another with this place. Then we got left with $800 in charges even though the the staff previously said we only owed $20 when I asked about move out charges. I would not recommend.
Wesley Dunn: Staff is very helpful and friendly. I've never had a question or issue that wasn't promptly taken care of.

Peace Raleigh Apartments: what do users think?
Tony Menachery: I’m a resident. Their towing company towed my guest’s car improperly. Basically the policy they give to guests doesn't align with what they tell the towing company. They aren't holding the towing company accountable and it's costing me money. Wouldn't recommend. If any residents have had similar issues, feel free to reach out to me.
Parker Lowe: Nice place with nice people. Amenities and appliances are top notch all while having Publix just an elevator ride away. A huge shoutout to Kimani for making my move from out of state to Peace Raleigh as seamless as possible!
Jeremiah King: I was on the hunt and looking for the right place that felt right in all respects. As long as I can remember, I wanted to live downtown Raleigh and boy has it changed over the years! Old hardware shop turned into a Irish landmark, my first time I had to defend myself against a dog at Mary Lou's now an awesome outdoor oriented bar space next to where you used to get the 2nd best hot dogs at night because the 1st, The Roasted Grill, closed after the lunch rush. Peace.... That is what I found, Peace Raleigh Apartments on-top of the old Rollin's Cleaners I took my dry cleaning to for years. I was met by Kimani and looked no further. Kimani was gracious and attentive to my desired view and aesthetics I was seeking. The sales experience was a breeze, Kimani ensured every question or perceived issue was dealt with quickly with transparency. He is an amazing ambassador for this amazing Kane building. Now enter the move in experience, not only was Kimani there to make sure I was taken care of, Frank (The Fix it ALL Guy!!) was amazing as well. He ensured we were taken care of in the loading docks and was also very responsive to my needs. Between Frank and Kimani.... I honestly do not know what I would have done without them. Shortly after moving in we had to put down our dog and the staff responded with care and also dropped off a card in our grieving period.I have not rented since I first moved up to Raleigh (910!!), and to be honest, it will be very hard to pull me out of this building now. The spaces are amazing, the attention to detail is 1st class, the view of the "backside of the Raleigh landmark city view" is amazing. Kane has outdone himself yet again with this property. Oh... did I mention you would live on top of a grocery store? I never drive anymore.... LOVE LOVE LOVE.Kimani and Frank, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. God bless you both.
Morgan Boutwell: I am so excited to join the Peace community soon! I can already tell this is going to be a great place to call home and I can’t thank Whitaker Burns enough for helping me get my perfect apartment!
Felix Morton: Kimani was amazing in helping my wife and I better understand the Raleigh area, and determine what we felt would meet our needs. He was extremely patient, gave great recommendations, and answered every question we had about the complex and area. 10/10 recommend working with Kimani if you’re interested in Peace Raleigh Apartments!
Chandler Frazier: When looking for housing options in Raleigh, NC, Whitaker is my go-to Leasing Specialist with Kane Realty. Whitaker took the time out of his day to provide an in-depth tour of Peace Raleigh Apartments when I was lacking an appointment. Whitaker's personality never fails to shine and he clearly takes pride in his work. His enthusiasm for his profession, paired with fantastic properties, makes it an easy sell to year-over-year. Thanks Whitaker!
chris thomas: I could not be happier. Whitaker was amazing. I was sold on the walkthrough. Everything has been easy sailing on my move in... Highly recommend.
Robert Dry III: Peace apartments is the best place to live in downtown Raleigh. It is in a great location and has awesome amenities. The leasing team is super responsive and helpful and always go above and beyond to help you. I worked with Kimani when trying to renew my lease here and he responded to my emails almost immediately every single time and answered all questions I had… even after hours. Can’t recommend Peace Apartments enough!
Michelle: Kimani provided a fantastic tour and has been very helpful in the leasing process. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and has provided an overall great experience!
Danielle Pocket: As a new resident, my experience with Peace Apartments has been phenomenal so far. Whitaker Burns offered an energetic and informative tour that sold me on the building almost immediately, and his communication throughout my move was impeccable. I love the building and everyone I have met so far, and have no complaints whatsoever.
Cristy Butler: Whitaker was the perfect host! Loved the property, looking forward to moving soon!
Janet Jackson: Beautiful place! Amenities are out standing! Leasing agent Kimani was outstanding! Very professional with a great personality! He was able to answer all my questions and concerns!
Alexa McMullen: I’m going in to my second leasing term with Peace after moving to Raleigh and I have only great things to say about this property! Kayla and Whitaker are super helpful, kind, and friendly, and the property is always clean and very safe. Highly recommend!
Vibhu Yadav: I have lived here for 2 years. I will list the downsides of living here.1. There was a recent theft of an item. The package was ripped apart and items were stolen. After writing an email to their leadership, I was made aware that the investigation was unsuccessful because the security camera was being blocked by another package. They even suggested that I should use my rental insurance to file a claim. It’s a tiny room for the whole apartment. Be prepared to spend umpteen hours searching for yours. It's a really bad system.2. The elevators smell bad. There is a general lack of sense of cleaning in the building.3.. Not all elevators run all the time. Most of the time only 1 is working on the either side. You will spend a few good minutes everyday waiting for the elevators.4. Lack of a concierge. With the money you are paying to live in a downtown, a concierge is a must. The food delivery folks are always confused how to deliver to your door. And you always have to be on alert when they are here. The address will actually take you to the Publix’s parking garage and confuse everyone.5. There are two separate apps, one is to control the doors and the other to unlock the apartment. You cannot issue a temporary key because you still need the other app first to let someone in first. In my opinion it fails to fulfill the purpose.6. There is a lack of guest parking. People going to Glenwood clubs use our guest parking. There is no system for actual guests to park their vehicles.7. People take the bonnet of their cars under the exit barricade of the resident parking and get it to open and then park in the resident's spots. The garage is unsafe at night.8. No one replies to your emails at the office.9. The apartments adds $750 to $1000 on top of your rent when you do month to month after your lease ends.10. The appliances are old models and not energy efficient. Better appliances are only available on the top floor.
11. The coffee machine is never working when you want to grab a cup12. The trash chute buttons to open and close the chute have not been working for 15 monthsPros1. You have a Publix downstairs. Thats it.This place is just another roof on your head. It's not worth it.
Laura Graziano: I am so excited to move into this cool community! There are two things that sold me on this building: 1.) The gym. THEEEE. GYMMMM. WOW! Actual Crossfit equipment- yay! 2.) Whitaker Burns- he has made me feel included and welcome and I don't move in for another two weeks. He has created all sorts of fun things for the community and has made me super excited to move in!
Steven Alfonso: The whole team is great warm and friendly! Norbeli is my favorite she goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience!
Alfred Galeno: The building is beautiful and kept in good shape. The team here is a pleasure to work with and have the residents best interests in mind! Thanks Norbeli, Whitaker, Kayla and Amanda!
Eugenia: I relocated to Raleigh from Florida which would’ve been a complete disaster without the guidance and attentiveness of Gracie. She accommodated our move-in hours and welcomed us with open arms. All staff we’ve encountered are kind and devoted to keeping the complex in great shape. The building itself is quite nice with wonderful amenities. Their location is walking distance from all restaurants and bars which is a plus!
catty cox: Beautiful. Can not wait to live here!
Benjamin Gromicko: I moved my family of five recently from Boulder Colorado to Raleigh North Carolina. Didn’t know where to go. And when I walked into Peace, we met Gracie. And now we are fully moved in. And every step of the way, Gracie and Norbelli have helped us. And that means so much to me. Couldn’t have done it without her and her help and help from the team. Love everyone else on staff too. Can’t wait for this new adventure.
Alessandra Andrade: My experience living here has been phenomenal! Before I moved here, Norbeli was a great help and now living here for a few months now, ALL the lady’s working here like Gracie and Sue are the sweetest and best! So helpful and positive !

Leigh House: what do users think?
Michael Moore: I moved here from NY a few years back. I lived at several properties since moving to Raleigh. I must say that Leigh House is the best property I live in so far. The best restaurants in walking distance. I love living here. I'm not going anywhere, I'm staying right here.
Aleksandar Kromspgnwoxgef: I just came back from visiting a friend here...and Ive visited him a few times now, and just seeing the things he has to go through living here has frustrated me so much, that I needed to post a review on his behalf. I am shocked at the amount of dog waste outside, the smells in the hallways, the amount of college tenants screaming in a drunken state outside, and how several doors are constantly unsecured (literally left unlocked at all times). If you are a working professional, do not recommend, save your money and find peace elsewhere. If you're a college student, have at it, this is a college dorm environment more than anything. For the elderly that live here, I'm sorry you have to deal with all of this.... Poor living conditions all around.... Another reviewer mentioned management going downhill, never met them but I can only imagine seeing how the complex is operating. This is the epitome of "looks can be deceiving"Edit - 05/05 - to the owner's response. Why would I spend the time calling and talking it through, when all you've done to address this, is copy and paste a response. Another reviewer commented on unsecured doors and its been months. How about trying to maintain and keep up with basic quality of life that you advertise. Start with the basics of property management.
Rhonda F: Moving out soon after 2+ years and I will miss living here greatly. I wish I could bring the whole apartment complex with me. Everyone at the leasing office has been friendly, helpful, and professional from my first interaction to my most recent. Maintenance is quick, efficient and professional - all of my repair requests we’re extremely minor. They have set the bar high for how apartment living should be.
DJ Davage: The staff here goes above and beyond for any and all needs. They have a professional and personal approach to taking care of the residents that has escaped a lot of businesses these days. Thank you again for making it feel like home.
Megan Smith: I would absolutely avoid Leigh House. The management has extremely gone downhill this year, which is really sad because I have loved living here the past 2 years. Unless it is a basic maintenance issue, nothing is being done to resolve any issues within buildings. The front door to our "secure building" that we pay high rent to live in and was one of the selling points for moving here has been broken and unlocked for 4 months now, when it directly faces the sidewalk and main road. There are also birds in our air vent that we have been attempting to get resolved for over a month now, with no resolution or urgency in resolving the matter. Not only is this causing a lot of noise in one of the bedrooms, it is also a huge health concern.
Allison Jones: Love our apartment! The staff is kind and responsive, and maintenance is on top of things. The place is fairly quiet and spacious, but still close to the heart of Raleigh.
Sarah Desa: Love living here. It’s my little paradise. Clean, quiet, safe. One maintenance issue in a year of being here, fixed in less than 8 hours. Pool is amazing. Staff is so friendly. Highly recommend this place. Super pet friendly! My dog loves it. Residents are all nice people, too!
Kaitlyn Tallent: I moved here last month and absolutely love it. The apartments are all modern and have a cozy feeling to them (the balcony being my favorite). The amenities are also a great bonus. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new apartment to move to post grad!
Evan Awad: I recently moved to Leigh House and only have positive things to say. It’s a great community and its location provides plenty of retail nearby such as shops, restaurants, grocery, and more. The building is well maintained and offers a wide variety of amenities for everyone. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful.Taylor assisted me throughout my move and turned what is typically a very stressful process into an effortless task. She was knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and got me exactly what I was looking for!
Lindsey Davis: Great apartment!! Love love love living here!! The amenities are wonderful and the apartment always feels so nice! Would highly recommend living here to anyone!
Julia J: One star for the maintenance crew. One star for the location. The rest is very disappointing. Literally an Overpriced dorm. Full of college kids with consequences - they litter, they get drunk, they act loud. Vomit everywhere, smelly hallways. The quality of construction could’ve been much better
Nick Hall: The Leigh House has been an amazing experience and the most comforting place to call home following a cross-country move. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and nice to have a chat with when passing through. They are a very kind bunch. Everything is well-maintained and clean. The community is very dog friendly. The staff also does multiple events / giveaways a month from coffee and free lunch in the lobby, to music and games by the pool. Pretty sweet perks!I love the location in walking distance to food plazas and near the parks. If you want to be in the city without the chaos of a city, this is a great spot to tuck into.
Lauren Talley: I have lived here for a few months and I living here, the leasing staff are awesome and the complex itself is great (super dog friendly, amenities are top notch and the floor plans are spacious)! Great location super close to restaurants and stores.
Amanda Wood: Great apartment complex! The staff is welcoming & knowledgable. The apartments are well built & have beautiful finishes! The pool and amenities are top notch! Best part is Leigh House is extremely pet friendly!
Juana David: I had a last min job offer requiring me to move to Raleigh and the staff at Leigh house made the process super easy. Been living here for 3 months now and love it! It’s pet friendly, they host some super fun events, and it’s close to everything I could want.
IficanUcan2: Lovely place. Clean. Quiet. Pleasant. Ample parking. I would live there but, yeah no. Rent is equal to a starter home.
Lindsey Kai: I have lived at Leigh House for a little over a year now and Cristi, Alyssa, and Taylor are amazing and responsive! Maintenance is usually the same day or the following day and they coordinate events every month that are fun for everyone. Valet trash is convenient and I personally have no issues with noise.
Hannah Wright: Nothing but positive things to say about living here! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and you cannot beat the amenities! The pool and cycle room (with THREE Peloton bikes) are fantastic. I also love the modern and spacious apartment- 10/10 would recommend!
abi memoli: Love the giveaways and the events they hold at leighouse ♥️
Hailey Wallschlaeger: I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say. This apartment is very clean, maintenance is very timely, nice staff and great amenities. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex!
allison shannon: I’ve lived at Leigh House for almost a year now and it’s been great! Parking is ample, the apartments and complex are super clean, and the amenities are great. The staff is super nice and have made efforts to bring the community together with monthly events even safely during the pandemic. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Anderson Flats Apartments: what do users think?
Nick Allen: Greatest experience I have ever had at an Apartment and with the Staff. Very professional, ALWAYS there if you need absolutely anything, very clean, Events going on all the time for the community to get to know each other. Everything you would hope it to be. I honestly didnt think it was possible to find somewhere this perfect. Joanna and Allie are absolutely phenomenal and always willing to work with you to get what you need. Not a single complaint. Hands down best Apartment Complex in Raleigh. If you found this, your search stops here!
Philip Koenig: I absolutely love Anderson Flats so far. I moved here at the beginning of February and I am so pleased with my choice to live here! The housing office is wonderful, especially Joanna! She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my move to AF went smoothly. The guys with maintenance are so friendly and quick to respond to any need. I couldn’t recommend this complex enough!
Amanda Hurt: Great complex! Was here for two years and maintenance was super responsive
Alex Smith: So far, so good. Price is very high but I am here because I am on a travel contract. Amenities are pretty awesome! Really friendly staff. Very responsive and helpful. I've been dealing with so many apartments trying to secure a house back where I live and they really do make your time valuable.
Liz Jackson: Great place to live!! The leasing manager “Joanna” is absolutely amazing she will bend over backwards to make sure all your needs are met and the maintain men are awesome, they will make sure you are taking care of ASAP!! They whole team will make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with everything!! I have lived here for 2 years and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon!!Picture of my living room (2 bedroom 2 bath) absolutely love my apartment!!!💟
Jason Jackson: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueBy far the best apartments I have lived in. From management to maintenance to neighbors; an absolute 5 star establishment. If you are looking for the best complex in Raleigh, look no further than Anderson Flats.
Dina Maldonado: This place is the best in the area.Things had to end abruptly and Joanna was wonderful, helping me make it easier.
Geraldine Coco: I have been living here for a month and could not be happier. The staff is warm, friendly and extremely helpful, the buildings and grounds are maintained beautifully and the neighbors are nice. There is always a place to park for you and a guest, and the noise level is extremely low. Absolutely love it here.
Dylan Reed: Any bad reviews of this place are actually about Windsor Falls, the neighboring apartment complex. Joanna (community manager) is an absolute saint and the best CM you could possibly ask for. It’s almost worth living here just for her. I love living here. 0 complaints.
Jezebel abreu díaz: I fell in love with Anderson Flats i fell in love with the 1 bedroom apartment. I love the location and my favorite stores are just around the corner. The office staff are extremely friendly and love my neighbors. I love living here !!
James Lemmon: What a great place To live! Fantastic location very close to anything you want to do in Raleigh. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.
Dan Chando: First of all, let me get to the most important reasonI enjoy living at Anderson Flats. Princess Joanna,Allie, Zach & Todd are Great People. WheneverI need something they are always there to help me !I enjoy where I live, no one bothers me and most oftime its relatively quite. I'm in Mortgage Lendingand I'm extremely busy everyday. Due to Covid-19,I have to work from home. Believe it or not, I getmore work completed, working from home comparedto working from my office which is less than a mileaway on Barrett Drive.
Thomas Maxey: I have been living here for 2 years now and I cannot express how awesome and helpful the staff are. Especially Joanna! Every issue I have had has been resolved quickly, including the maintenance issues. This is the only place I have lived where I can rely on my neighbors and apartment staff to be there when I need them to be. The apartments themselves are awesome and very nice as well. Will definitely renew my lease again if I can!
Thomas Mavrovic: Can't say any better things about this place! The management team is wonderful, and they couldn't have made my move from out of state any easier. Not to mention the apartments are beautiful!
Liz Mueller: Such a nice apartment, very low stress living here over the last year - maintenance requests are dealt with extremely fast and I always felt safe. Was sad to leave because it's so clean, happy, and pet friendly.
Laura Nelson: My fiancé and I just moved into Anderson Flats and have been so happy already. The property is immaculate -- from the dog park to the pool to the mail room and other common areas, it is clear that management cares deeply about their residents. The community is quiet, but friendly, and we have enjoyed sitting out on our patio and watching the many different dogs go by with their owners! The valet trash is a treat. We used to have to walk out of our apartment and up a set of stairs to the street level to get rid of our trash. Now we just place it out in the provided bin at 6 pm and it's gone by the morning. We have also been excited to see that we have direct greenway access via the Crabtree Creek Trail that connects to many other trails, including the Neuse trail that stretches over 30 miles! My only concern is that we're just a block from the Wegmans, which is dangerous for my budget. ;) Thank you so much to the property manager, Joanna, the leasing agent, Allie, and the two kind maintenance staff we've met so far, Todd and Zach. We are excited to be living here for at least the next year and look forward to meeting more people in the community.
Sarah Shelton: I researched and visited many apartment complexes in Raleigh before deciding to sign a lease at Anderson Flats, and I am so glad I chose to make a home there! The management team is so friendly, welcoming, and patient with any questions you may have. They were very communicative and clear throughout the year about any announcements and community expectations; moreover, I was very impressed with how they handled the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the community felt safe and supported. The online portal is simple to use for any payments and/or maintenance requests (the grounds and apartments are in lovely condition, by the way). Additionally, the location cannot be beat in my opinion. There's easy access to the greenway, great food/groceries, and downtown. I would have readily resigned my lease if not moving out of state! 5/5 stars.
James M: I recently moved in and have been pleasantly greeted by quite a few of the community members. I LOVE the sense of community here. The staff is friendly and willing to help however they can to make your time at Anderson Flats the greatest. Can't wait for the amenities to open back up so I can take full advantage of the coffee bar and gym.
Jennifer P: I have lived at Anderson Flats for two years and there are absolutely no regrets. I love everything about these apartments, from the convenience of location to amenities and the wonderful staff— especially Joanna. I love how the complex is always well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Anderson Flats!
Jasmine Edwards: Allie is the worst excuse of a "Leasing Manager". Was always very rude and unprofessional when I lived here and had to deal with her.
Grant Streit: Just moved in and Allie made it super easy to transition from Charlotte. I was in a rush to find a place and get settled in. Deshannon, the Spectrum rep in the area, was super helpful in setting things up too. I got set up the same day. I just had to pick up the modem in store. Great/easy move in experience
