Jerry's Artarama of Raleigh: what do users think?
Alan Hillman: A+ / 5 Star in every aspect. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, stock was great, prices were awesome. Definitely the place to go for any art supplies
Jeremie Gregory: The online order process bamboozled me. I probably won't order from here again. Never the less, I got what I needed for a hefty price.
Kendra Sumler: So happy to find supplies I would otherwise have to order online. I drove from Fayetteville to come here because the local chain art store does not carry specialty supplies.
Alexander Godwin: Jerry’s recently framed seven pieces for me. I picked up 5 of the 7 this evening and each is exactly what I hoped for. Aside from the great quality of work & price, the people at Jerry’s are exceptional to work with.
Tim Hass: I went in there shopping for an artist friend of mine, and honestly had no idea what I was doing. The man working the register was so patient with me as I kept asking 'Is this it?' 'Is this it?' 'Where can I find this?' Great customer service, and my friend was impressed by the prices.
stephanie rouquette: Loaded with supplies. I usually have to find my printmaking stuff online. They have a nice selection of inks and linoleum, plus just scads of other supplies. They have just about everything I need. I wish they had carving tools. Maybe they do, and it's an excuse for another trip. I could spend days here.
Ted Briggs: This is an art supply store for real artists. Great, high-quality selection. Jerry's is based in Raleigh and family owned and operated since 1968. Skip the other cheap, corporate chains with low-quality stuff. I've bought everything from sketchpads to linoleum block carving tools to watercolors here.
Ash Lewis: I'm obsessed with this store. If you have interest in any type of art, they've got you covered. Great selection of canvas and paints, and supplies for more niche projects like book binding.
K. Farmer: Brenon is an absolute gem of a person. They are lucky to have him. He made me feel better about my art and gave me the kick in the butt I needed to try harder with it. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time with me. ❤️ -Keara
Rebecca Welles Aamodt: Excellent store. Shop local.
Joshua M.: Helpful staff and a well organized store.
David Hertzberg: Wonderful Art Supply Store!
john talk: I've had the experience twice where the price in the store is not the price advertised online. The first time, the price online was given to me. Today, I was told that the store would not meet it's advertised pricing.I've learned my lesson. I believe their business ethic is horrible. Which is weird as their staff is fantastic. Somehow the ethics of the ownership has not been passed down to the employees - and that's a good thing.I wish I could do business with a local company, but online it is from now on.
Luverta Gilchrist: Very disappointing. What they send you online they don't carry it in the stores or if they do much higher.
Martin Brossman: An amazing selection of art supplies and really good help. I was looking for a mechanical pencil and graph paper and they had a real nice combination.
Samah Ayad: Best place ever
John Leschak: Unfortunately this will be the last time I go to Jerry’s. A combination of the wrong day for me, non-customer focused staff, and prices I can do better at elsewhere (maybe or maybe not, but at least spending it with a business that provides butter customer service). I needed a piece of mat board cut to be able to fit it in my car, they wanted to charge me $1 per cut, simply so I could take it home….it wasn’t the dollar, it was the principal that I would have to pay money for a service to allow me to put it in my car (I figured any customer-focused established would do this for a customer to take it home, like Lowes cutting wood or glass or cord to tie something to your car at no charge…guess I should have brought the SUV). I have been needing to find an alternate supplier and this was just a catalyst for me to do so and now it will be delivered to my front door for me.
Zachary Wells: Poor training of employees and bad customer service. Very unfortunate experience as I would have loved to have shopped from a local business. I have worked 15+ years in customer service and what should have been a simple and easy interaction came to a sour first time visiting this store. I really don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews and may give the store a second chance at a later date but right now this is my opinion based off my experience.
Lydia Jordache: They have great selection, everything I could want times 2. However, they do a pretty bad job at labeling prices. If you're lucky, there's a sticker where a sticker should be. If not, there will be a sign somewhere with general prices and *no* indication when there's an exception. Makes it very difficult for someone on a budget to shop there! i thought i had an idea of what my basket of things would cost and was DOUBLE underestimating!!For example, no stickers for each paint in an area but a sign saying they're a little under 7$ each. Get to the check out to find one of mine is 20 + and the others were 9????(Of course the prices are not cheap-cheap either, but that's alright if you care about supporting brick and mortar art stores.)
D Clark: An amazing place for art supplies, it's like a kid in a candy store.
Ben Machen: Helpful people.

Michaels: what do users think?
Luz Mery Rios Rodas: It is a place where you want to buy many useful things to do at home or with the children in their crafts.
Chi Mbonu: Triangle Town Central Michael Craft
Jonathan Fowler: They no longer have pine box derby car parts. They also seem to have VERY low staffing levels the last few visits. The competitor around the corner does have derby car parts, and a whole lot more stuff with better selection The competitor also had 8 checkout lanes open, instead of 1. We'll go there first next time.
Jairo Robyn: Clean and very organized store.
Haya Rasheed: Beautiful place
Marilauren Hoying: This new location of Michael's is simplified and cleaner. It is a lot easier to walk around and find items now in the store. They did use to carry a lot more brands of different items, and I think this is what caused it to feel a bit full. Now, there is less, but it does not feel as overwhelming. My son and I enjoyed our time walking around the store looking at different items together.
Lynn Blount: Although I can still find a few of my favorite yarn brands, l wish the sore had stayed in it's old location on Capital Blvd. The current location is tight and unappealing to me.
Ramoncito Geronimo: Nice place to buy arts & crafts supplies!
Katarina Hamilton: As a girly with ibs there is nothing that I love more than a clean bathroom and this place has got it! It smells like bleach and cleaning supplies and it was so nice. Also they’ve got wonderful employees :)
Andre Mckennie: Great customer service
Penny Lewter: Found what I was looking for and checkout was quick.
REBECCA CANADY: Always spend too much here!🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😁
Charles Warner: Michael’s is a good art supply/ hobby store. They offer a wide selection, but not a lot of it, if that makes sense. Kinda like HL’s little brother
Pollyanna Wells: Michaels is ok if you know what you want and where to find it. The employees are not helpful or informative at all. The store overall is a bit messy.
CO42: Terrible customer service
Peter Earle: Good visit
Ginger Oxendine: My favorite craft store.
Timothy Kilpatrick: If you are looking for a frame or want to frame something, this is the place
Ozella Bowman: Went for the after Christmas sales to get some goodies for next year!
Jennifer Aubut: Location is hard to park with the kid place next door but if you go during the weekday its not too bad. Lots of craft items and usually have what i need. The prices like everywhere else seem ridiculous for some items. I just use Amazon for comparison shopping and usually just us Michael's for last minute needs.
Gabby Wilson: I was not at this store..maps got it wrong this time

Michaels: what do users think?
Angelisa W: I love this place especially with a coupon or two because it remains pricey for the home crafter and or DIY-er who intends to create, sell and makea profit from our labor
David Evans: Clean store that is almost always well stocked. Great to grab a weekend craft for the kids, decorations for the holiday, or a kid’s birthday gift. I’ve never had any issues here.
D S: Worked here over a decade ago from one September to June, full time. Single mother. Kept to myself. Hard working. On time and no call outs. Had lost my home the year prior and had some health issues (now considered a disability). The store manager was Dale who liked to stock beads. In June, Dale gave away almost all of my hours to returning college kids, without notice or explanation. I found another job quickly but they could only give me one day a week. I ended up living in my car. Thanks Dale. Hope life is kind to you.
James Thomas: Terribly slow line 1 cashier and 1 person infront of me took 10 minutes to get checked out
Oak Miller: Nice location
Stefanie Menardy: I came here for the Sunday kids class, and nobody knew where the class was held, who was running it, and what it was for. The cashier said it's like that every Sunday. Not sure they should advertise the classes if they can't accommodate them.
Jess Quinn: I noticed how Michaels products are very overpriced. I’ve purchased the same items at Walmart 1-3 dollars cheaper. Not only that but the glue sticks i purchased were dried out, not even sticky. The cashier that attended us was very awkward and even gave an attitude when i asked to sign up for the rewards card. Never shopping here again :)
Mary Corson: Store was clean and in order
Mary Adams: Love the items they have to offer, especially as a teacher. Just don't expect online orders to be brought out to you. The last two times I needed to use this service I've had to go in to pick up my package. Please don't offer it if it's not available. I'd make different plans otherwise.
Tee Cee: Clean a lot of stuff there
Joey G: Went to get a frame matting updated and add a couple new pictures to it and was first told they couldn’t trim my edge off one of the pictures to make it fit properly then asked if I trimmed it what kind of cost would I be occurring to get it updated and then I was told they couldn’t work on a frame that they didn’t sell, I understand certain policies but I would thought he would of told me that initially, Just saying, I took it elsewhere and they were happy to get my business.
Robin Gibbs: I placed an online order on March 30th and went on Monday April 3rd to pick up order, however I was not able to locate item. I then told Liz that I was unable to find it. Another cashier came over to ask Liz for help. She asked me if it was ok if she handled the other customer and I said no problem. Another person came over by the name of Kelly. I gave her my name and she proceeded to look for order. She came back to say that the order was no longer there and that I should have received an email stating that my item was returned. I proceeded to tell Kelly that I did not receive an email stating that the item was returned, in fact I had already told her that the email I received on the 30th said that it would be held until closing on April 3rd. Then she said that I would receive the email in 3-5 business days which made absolutely no sense. I then said you haven't even asked what the item was and I said we'll this is unacceptable if I have a email stating one thing. She proceeded to tell me that I could buy the item again. I said why would I buy it again if I have not received any notification that the item was returned to the floor. Her attitude was awful. Liz came over and asked again for my name, all while Kelly finally asked to see the actual email. Then asked my name again, I pointed it our on the email and her response was I thought you said.. I said no I told you my name. Kelly then walked away while Liz went to check again and Liz found my item. Liz was fabulous and apologized however Kelly.....well..... Not a good representation of Michaels
Debra Smalley: Great
Gustavo Marin: Good variety of materials for home projects
Samael Walsh: Nice store with friendly employees. Loved the UV resin section as I use the dried florals in dice making.
Mrs. Thomas: I love shopping here! The store is always well stocked, neat and well organized. Customer service is great!
Kellie Flewellen: I wanted to try a new craft without investing a lot of money purchasing supplies online and they had everything I needed and I had a coupon from the app. Michaels was one of the few craft stores that had the crepe paper I was looking for, kudos to brick & mortar!
Breanne P: This store is in a great location, but I feel like it could be better stocked. Regardless, there is always something I can find and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Dora Casas: Súper para manualidades
Jacob Tabor: Very good experience just now! I asked to have a receipt reprinted and Kelly at store 2736 didn’t forget about me. She did a great job!
Teena De Simone: I shop Michaels all the time. Stopped into this one. What a mistake... And have neverBeen treated so badly. Took forever for someone to come cut fabric..guy came up never said a word. I had to ask him to cut fabric for me. I tried to be nice and joke a little. He totally ignored me. The scanner was not working. He had to write the numbers manually. I even folded my fabric for him to help. Never even acknowledged me at all. Went to front to check out.... Cashier said go all the way to the end....I was walking & she repeatedly kept saying all the way to the end. Then she never greeted us. She couldn't get the codes in for the fabric. Stopped to help someone else, then had trouble keying in items. Thank goodness we were watching, she was ringing up 69.99 it ms 3 times, voided only 59.96 each time. We said no way. She replied I took them off. She was rude the 1st person was worse. I responded this is not unacceptable, we are paying customers & this is ridiculous! So much for getting my💰 🤑

Craft Habit Raleigh: what do users think?
Rhonda Kuchinski: My favorite craft store!
Hallie: A friend of mine suggested we go to one of the classes! I ended up going to a paint pouring class, which was very cool! The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, and had clearly thought out how to organize things for beginners (no experience needed!). I had a blast! The store does require masks, so be ready for that.I didn't have time to look around the shop much, but the store was filled with crafting supplies for jewelry, needle felting, making clothing, along with a bunch of other stuff. It's a really cute place and a great way to shop local (and learn some new crafting skills)!
Ness Shortley: Great shop with helpful staff! They’ve got a great variety of craft items stocked, from yarn to fabric to embroidery to jewelry making and more. Highly recommend!
Helene Gerlitzki: They don't have a huge supply of yarn, but what the have is unique and service was top notch.
Malisa Price: I love this store because it changes frequently and you can take classes on so many craft avenues!!
Joy Hamilton: What a fantastic concept for a store. Learn crafts and shop for them too.
Laura Tillett: I recently completed the Burnside Bibs sewing class at Craft Habit and the entire experience was great!Sarah is delightful and a patient teacher.
Raoul Sosa: The Staff is awesome. They carry the most usable jewelry Tools Etc
Sarah Clarkwell: Very nice experience at Craft Habit. My first visit and was really impressed with staff and store.
Amanda Holt: This is a wonderland of craft supplies! Everything here is of very high quality. I would also recommend taking a class here; they are big enough where you get to meet a lot of people with the same interests but small enough where you can get individual attention. Also, the owners are the sweetest, most kind people you will ever meet. You will not regret buying your crafting supplies here!
beth fassler: I can’t say enough good things. This place is awesome. My daughter does classes and camps, I do classes and camps! We do classes together! Such a great place. Also my favorite place to get birthday gifts. Not to be missed and the owner Sarah is totally Rad!
Madison Holley: Hey- they do ADULT parties here, y'all. Come celebrate with 7 of your best friends by making a fun craft. Great space, great people, and you can bring your own food and drinks! Had a blast making macrame even though I am "craft challenged." They also sell super cute craft kits for you to DIY. Highly recommend.
Heather Hall: So glad to have finally found a quaint and eclectic place to get Artsy Fartsy!
Jen B: This is such a great, friendly little store.
Gloria Speight: Craft Habit is a wonderful store. They have a variety of items for us crafters. I especially love their fabrics.
Robin Gurl: Nice people but there is literally nothing there and the stuff that is there is over priced. Im disappointed. I thought there was finally a bead shop in Raleigh.I’m sorry to say this but don’t waste your time or gas. Use it to go to Carborro to the actual bead store or even Michaels. The other “crafts” they have they barely have enough to get to use for a project, you’ll still be going to a larger store to complete your project.I’m sad. I really wanted to like it. 😔
Jairo Robyn: Nice store and friendly staff.
Kristen Butler: VERY cool spot. I went in looking for a bead and might have found a new favorite place. Craft night happy hours, tons of kits, and the woman working was so helpful! I walked around in an amazed daze for too long. Can't wait to go back.
Donna Breniman: My daughter just finished sewing camp today. She absolutely loved it. She learned great skills and made a new project everyday. We'll definitely be back for more classes/camp.
Frances Grant: Nice store. Very nice owner. The prices are a little high.
Carly Scott: Super cute local shop! Very friendly and helpful!!

Hobby Lobby: what do users think?
Amber Tookes: One of my favorite craft stores. Always so clean and well stocked.
Carol Brault: Had what I needed in sto ck. And very good clearance prices.
Julia Pedroza: Despite a lack of coupons, there always seems to be amazing deals going on. I almost wind up with a 40% fabrics sale and $1.99 threads. I love them! Also, my last time there the lovely employee indulged my son and let him "help" her while she stocked, he was so happy!
jefffey butler: Good
田中トビマル: Location is solid so far as hobby lobby goes. They have great stock on most things, the only time I’ve encountered empty shelves here is during seasonal transitions. Service is great on the front registers, very friendly and knowledgeable. Service on the floor, on the other hand, is consistently not great. It feels like only half the team is being trained in customer service.
Heaven-Leigh Kirby: Great Customer service! I called in to see if they had the items I was looking for and was asked if I wanted them to hold those items upfront for me to pick up, and in 10 minutes I arrived the items were ready to go!
Alexander Rivette: Great selection and sales
Erick Rodriguez: Found my love for model building by taking my first trip to Hobby Lobby. Be prepared to walk around the aisles for already 90 minutes.
Cheryl H: Went Wednesday for baby stuff & card writing. Bought a few wrong things so made trip back Friday to return. The manager & staff were so pleasant. Really enjoyed our interactions. Love to shop there!! Thank you ladies!?
Christy Colebank: Good selection for arts and crafts but now overrun with "Decor".
Jack C: They have a lot of thing, like a lot of things available here but the store is really unorganized so it's very hard to find things. Still a good value though
Emir Akins: This location is usually my go to, unfortunately they did not have what I needed.
Sonya Owens: They have a huge supply of random signs and pillows but, they don't even carry blank self adhesive labels for kids clothes. I'll just stick to online shopping, coming here was a waste of time.
Eugene Allen: Be careful of sales. If the sign so says so much off the price, check the price tag. If it says "this is your price" there is no discount.
Taylor Arndt: Has amazing inventory and awesome staff
Thomas Trybuskiewicz: My wife's favorite store on the planet... had to take out a second mortgage to cover her last stop in
Doris Meredith: I simply love this place! You can find some of the most beautiful home decor here. I purchased several crafting supplies that I've had to order in the past. They had some great deals I was able to find some of my purchases for 50% off! This will certainly become one of my go to places.
Jonathan Fowler: They have the pine box derby parts! The competitor around the corner no longer has them. The selection is better here too. A friendly staff member helped me find them, it's a big place! We'll be back next year at derby time!
Wanda Richardson: One of my favorite craftstores to explore
JESSICA BELINDA GARCIA: Cutest items ever and very clean store!
Emmy Preiss: Waaaay too overpriced

Ryan Kissinger: Can not recommend this place enough! This was my first time having anything professionally framed and Cindy was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. I was guided to the perfect design with much help, and my request were accommodated flawlessly. I have never been more excited to hang something on my wall! Thank you again!
Omar Perez Pulido: Thank you, you guys are amazing
Josh Wilson: Exceptional service and quality. Cindy and staff are incredibly nice, and caring and thoughtful about each project.
michelle earp: We returned from our trip to Bali with several pieces of art. We did our research and brought them here. Couldn't have asked for better service and great work. We have found our "go to" frame shop!!
Lindy Leonard: I finished a large cross stitch piece and came here because I wanted someone with experience in framing needlework. I wasn't exactly sure how I wanted the final product to look, but Cindy was so friendly and helpful, and has an amazing eye for design. I came away thrilled! When I finished a second piece this year, I brought it to Frame & Art Shop without hesitation, and was once again delighted with the final product!
Art Cohen: I've had a number of pieces framed here and am extremely happy with all of them. Cindy has always been extremely helpful, both in helping to select frames and mats and in terms of customer service, and the quality of the finished product is always excellent.
Sabrina Joy Shaffer: Very pleased with the service and beautiful framing job. Highly recommend!!
Peter Orahovats: Outstanding advice and selection of frames. Cindy was amazing in helping us select the best frames for our art that also match its location in our home.
Cameron C: I was originally planning on framing a project myself but figured I'd pop into a local shop to see what they can do. I let Cindy know what I was looking for and she helped me find a frame that was perfect. The end result shows her experience and ability to find a frame that compliments art beautifully. I wasn't surprised to see that every rating for this shop is 5/5 and I'm pleased to add to that reputation. Thank you Cindy!
Ellen Gates: There is only one place in town that I go to have pictures framed. I have used Frame and Art Shop for over 25 years. Cindy has an eye for looks awesome. Don't go anywhere else in town!
Donna Pate: Every time I bring a photo or an art piece to be framed, I'm always in awe of Cindy Jones, of the Frame & Art Shop. Always Smiling, Cindy really makes you feel at home and makes the framing of a piece very easy! She walks you through different mats and frames , until you are pleased. I've known Cindy for years and she has never wavered in her knowledge and love for her craft.
Imogene Schaeffer: Cindy did an AMAZING job of taking a collection painting from a damaged frame, helping us select the perfect frame and then doing a floating mount and a frame within a frame feature to bring the painting to life! It truly looks like a museum quality piece of art now.Thank you Cindy!
Paul Worley: Good work. Doing business with them more than 20 years.
Lisa Vines: Professional, friendly, prompt and patient!
Devin W.: I cannot say enough great things about Cindy and her work! She worked with me every step of the process to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and that it looked good. Definitely an investment I was happy to make to protect and display my poster!
Joshua Foots: I had the opportunity to work with this team while getting some art I purchased a few years ago into some fine frames. The process was amazing. Personally I worked with Shannon to design a beautiful frame which only enhanced the beauty of the artwork contained within. The final product is absolutely stunning and will be a center piece of my home for years to come. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the quality well worth every ounce of praise I could impart. I wholly endorse this shop and it's wonderful artisans.
Elizabeth Huss: The quality of the work is superb. I have had several pieces framed and they are beautiful.
Bryan Slattery: Being it was my first time getting something framed, I could not have been in better hands!!
Kate Rosier: Okay.. so I'm terribly indecisive, but Cindy was great! She was patient with me and worked with me so I got an end result I was excited about. She's the owner and framer, so you work with the person doing the actual framing. She walks you through all of the decisions and helps out with her excellent advice (choosing colors and styles that go together). Ended up getting a three set. All came out wonderfully, and she was quick on the turn around.Hanging them up this weekend. No regrets.
Richard Rumley: Such a delightful experience in customer service. Cindy is so awesome. If you want a professional frame and quality help this is the place to go. I call shenanigans on the man who gives this place any less than a 5 star review.

Alison Fontenot: While in the area to visit my parents, we stumbled on Read To Me after a trip to Marbles and lunch downtown, and so glad we did! We only got to scratch the surface of this wonderful store, but felt so comfortable reading a few books with our littles before picking out some to purchase. Thoughtfully designed store with books for youngest readers on the bottom shelves, and the selection was great - I loved discovering booksfor the kiddos we may not have come across elsewhere. Will definitely be back whenever we visit Raleigh!
Amy Henkenius: Great selection, well organized, and friendly staff!
Eyal Greenberg: Great variety of books, organized by age (each age group in a different level so kids can browse by age and books will be approximately at their height - kind of genius!)Store owner is very nice and friendly! All in all - GREAT experience! Highly recommend!!

Sean Caye: Great space, helpful staff, and a good collection of children's books
Terri: Very inviting book store. Diverse book selection representing all voices. Children and parents will find interesting reads here! Owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
s: This place is awesome! When they were contacted about myself and my partner painting murals on the sidewalk across from them, the shop owner Christine went above and beyond to support our project by offering us access to their space for storage of our supplies and other needs. We painted for almost 3 weeks and could not have finished our project without this shops support. They are REALLY here for the community. The owner is extremely kind and generous. On top of this, they have a fantastic array of books for children AND adults (in the back). I bought a book on "they" pronouns for my mom and my dad bought a book on conversations about race. They also have awesome art, and art supplies for beginners! The store is incredibly cute, kid friendly, and well-stocked. Even though I am an adult, it's my new favorite bookstore. The selection is very diverse and the staff is knowledgeable and can inform you about anything they have stocked. They also have a lot of really unique graphic novels.
melissa graham: Fantastic bookstore!
Eboni Williams: My family and I visited Raleigh for the first time. Read With Me was on our downtown bucket list and we stopped in after breakfast. This is a beautiful store front filled with carefully selected books for children of all ages. There’s also a few reading nooks for kids, an art section, and an adult corner. Great job on a much needed space!
Christine Martin: Read With Me sponsored one of my scavenger hunts. Their contribution to the gift baskets was very generous. In addition, they were easy to work with and very responsive. I can tell by how they interacted with me, they have a very caring business. Plus their bookstore is beautiful inside. Check them out!
Erik Solberg: Great little book store with a nice variety of books in a great atmosphere. A must-visit if you’re in the Raleigh area!
Jean Knepley: Charming small shop with a wonderful selection. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.
Nancy Shepard: Cute shop. Knowledgeable owner. Good selection of books for kids

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Toni Kelley: The sales associates are always helpful. Great inventory.
Cydney Hatton: Went in to pick up a online order today around 1115/1130 AM. Went in store to look around for fabric and did not see anything. Got in line to check out to buy a drink...I completely forgot about notifying the store through the app for pickup. While in line I set it up for instore pick up. I noticed/overheard the women working at the register talking to another customer making a fuss about the notification coming through for a pickup saying that she couldn't take the order outside without the make and model of the car while my order is in her hand. Then she continued to make unnecessary comments to the customer about my order. I remember hitting instore pick up fo r my order so I didn't understand why it came up as curbside. I did not really appreciate the comments being made from the cashier. I wanted to speak up but I appreciate sherry checking me out and being friendly compared to the other cashier
Lexi Ray: Extremely unprofessional company, managers, and certain staff. Seem to not care about employees. Will never recommend or shop again. Do not waste your time with these people/company.
Jacqueline Deas-Brown: I had an awful experience there. I needed to finish a throw for my mother-in-law who is sick and the color yarn I had bought from them was not in the bin. The person working there said she would need the store manager, Sherry to help me. She was not helpful at all. I had the brand & color and Sherry told me I would have to look it up myself instead of having someone get the step ladder and check the boxes above. I googled it and got the item # from the Joann website which she could have done. She the looked to see if they had it in stock. I have never had such poor service. It was as if I were asking for the moon.
Sixx Lisman: Very rude employees.
Rick Rhoads: Normally has what we need. Good prices.
Lisa Russell: Great store. Please build one in Whspering Pines/Pinehurst/Southern Pines area.
Patrick Lynch: Great selection of craft items. I was there woth my daughter to purchase fabric and a pattern to make a costume for her upcoming musical. The fabric selection was plentiful and well organized. Just bring the fabric to the cutting counter and tell them how much you want. Very friendly staff too.
Carmella Walker: I hate this store! Customer service is horrible. Prices are way too high and you can never get everything you're looking for. It is rare you get the pattern you're looking for. They need competition!
Ana Coria: Always have a good experience at this Joann store. Everyone is very nice 🙂
Roberta Mrozek: Good price on yarn and discount coupons for return visit.
Jessica Mauerhan: Where's all the stock? Everything I looked at was missing half the items on the peg boards.I saw one employee working in the entire store (suggests to me they aren't paying enough to keep staff, or they're purposefully running the store at barebones staff levels), and she was a bit rude, suggested it was my responsibility to put all of my products with the barcode up when coming to the register. At least it's better than Hobby Lobby because they actually use a computer so you can get out a lot faster.I'll stick to ordering craft supplies online tbh.
Peggie Fields: Does not have a lot of merchandise like they use too. Check out getting fabric cut and paying extremely slow.
Jessica Phillips: Everyone here is always so friendly and knowledgeable!
Joel: Not awesome. I don't like the quality of the faux fur with the price of it. Very thin and poor quality for a high price. Don't recommend
Karyl-Lynn Desrosiers: This store has THE NICEST SALES LADY! With the best coupon secrets! Highly recommend this clean and well stocked store.
Home iPad 1: love the variety
HHilda Harris: I love shopping at Joann all the time
Sandra: Good selection of yarn for crochet projects. Made a comfortable blanket 😌
Tanya Palmer: I always find what I need. I don't want them to close!
Susan Reo: Love this store! Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Store is well -stocked and clean.
