Donna Hicks: The carrot cake was so good I had to close my eyes to eat it as tears of joy streamed down my face. It was packed with an abundant amount of caramelized pecans that made me want to holler. The homemade frosting was topped off with a strategic amount or caramel drizzled on top that had me savoring the flavor while devouring every crumb on the plate. I’m hooked and will never eat carrot cake from anywhere else. The chef that baked this witchcraft is the real MVP 🏆🏆🏆

Tabitha Karki: Get the ribs , chopped beef was different than we make it in texas but the ribs where perfection, service was outstanding and place has a cool vibe. Andrew Riser: FI had the pleasure of having lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I was sat quickly and The Manager Frank checked on my table multiple times and was very friendly and welcoming.I ordered their baby back ribs and they literally fell off of the bone and were delicious! Chris Kennedy: Environment and the restaurant itself was great. Walking in we were hit in the face with great smells. If only the food tasted as good as it smelled..Turkey was very good. Collards weren't cooked right and we're bitter. Green beans were disgusting. Pulled chicken was very gamy. Pulled pork I thought wasn't bad but my wife didn't at all. Sausage was okay. Brisket was tough and honest I can make better brisket at home. The burnt ends were upsetting, there was no ratio meat to fat, essentially paying around 17 dollars for wads of fat. I wouldn't necessarily call these burnt ends, they aren't charred or glazed in a sauce nor have that burnt end consistency. These were fatty brisket bites which I won't order again.Unfortunately for the amount of food we thought was mediocre at best, we won't be back. I can make better barbecue in my backyard for cheaper. The only reason this post was rated 2 stars is because their turkey was on point.

I had to go ask a girl ( I would give her a 5 star). Our waiter forgot everything even know I had to give him a pen to write it down. They were out of a lot of things. My husband's beer for one. The brisket was Luke warm and didn't have any flavor ?. Hush puppies were cold. But the Mac and cheese was hot and creamy.I know it's hard to get good help Reese days but come on..

Paul Spencer: This used to be one of my favorite restaurants for years, so it's sad to see how far it's declined recently. The menu was unnecessarily changed with lots of old favorites removed, and the quality of the food has worsened. The brisket used to be top notch; now it's usually dried out and tough.

Lewis Grubbs: Ordered Idaho Stuffed Pigs (stuffed baked potatoes). When they came out they only had pulled pork on them not any of the other things (cheese, bacon, scallions). The waiter called the manager over who took them back an made them again. Second time they looked and tasted very good. Shouldn't have had to have a manager handle it but glad it was addressed.
Eric Tasman: That smokey goodness of tasty food is always a prelude to great tasting food. I've never been disappointed with their food and would love to go back to try other combinations. Customer service is good and good dining atmosphere. I'll be back.
DC Mitchell: They were out of the first 4 things we ordered. Ribs were very dry & over cooked. Service was slow at best. Had food 7 minutes before we had utensils to eat with. Nothing was more than barely warm.
Robyn Vescovi: Reservations were made directly with the restaurant manager 1 week prior to party. Manager was aware that the individuals were part of an executive meeting and were coming from all over the world. The party arrived and the staff "admitted" to giving away their table. They had no accommodations to correct their error; other than 1) sit at separate tables - 11 people or 2) wait until the party was done. Finally, at the demand of one of our leaders they put tables together in another part of the restaurant. Then they were out of 5 items on their menu, including Brisket - a popular item at a BBQ Restaurant. I would not recommend this establishment due to their lack of customer service focus.
Terry Pulley: This place has as many before it really dropped off in it's capabilities. Seems mgmt has dropped the ball. Last night went there waited 15 mins for the waitress to finally come over. Waited 40 mins for my food and as she brought it then said oh they just told me they are out of it The cheese fries rocked though the place was near empty. Not a good sign at 7 ish on a Friday night. I hope they can restore this place to it's former can't wait to go back to it, status.
Isabel Quinones: This restaurant was definitely not one of my favs. They were out of catfish, turkey, bake potatoes and sweet potatoes. The Caesar salad was good and the brisket was pretty tasty. The okra had no flavor, fries were too salty. The potato salad was bland. The ribs was though. The chicken bbq, pork bbq and mac was okay. I ordered a drinky drink lol and it taste like juice only. Guess we caught them on a bad day 😩. I dnt plan on going back!

The bbq was ok I guess but the onion rings was a big pile of onion rings globbed together and fried in the block shape of the fry basket and plopped onto a plate. Not individual onion rings like normal places. The chicken sandwich my boyfriend had was a bun, three loose chicken strips and lettuce and tomato. No sauce or mayo or anything. $36 for mediocre food. Between this location and the Morrisville location I choose neither. The decor the the Raleigh one looks like it's about 40 years overdue for a renovation. The booths are all sunken in and the ceiling had insulation hanging out. And all this wood paneling.
Burks Hamner: Good service. Food has improved since it opened. Hush puppies need a new recipe and need to be offered to every table gratis. Heavy and tasteless.
David Foster: 11-13-2021 Corporate has changed the recipe for the baked beans from DELICIOUS to blah. The old recipe had jalapeño peppers. The new recipe has nothing. They taste like they are right out of a can. CHANGE BACK!!!Went in again July 2022, for my Birthday the other day. We both ordered pulled pork dinner that came out cold. Wife ordered potato salad but they were all out. No baked potatoes either. She chose hush puppies which honestly were left over from the lunch time. They were dry and just BLAH. Above all that the place was slow and the service was horrible. We have been customers of R, H, & Blue for 20+ years and I guess its time to find a new BBQ joint.
Steve Buss: I've always liked Red Hot and Blue. But I have not visited in a while. Now they have a new menu, I had the three meat choice and choose sausage, pulled pork and brisket. With beans and fries ! Yummy. The waitress was great offered me a To go soda and smiled all the time. I recommend this place !

Bulma Manson: I went here a few days ago and I've been back every day since!! This Dickey's is amazing! The food is consistently on-point delicious and the staff is so friendly, you don't find that a lot anymore. Barbecue brings people together and Dickey's does that plus has some of the best barbecue I've ever tasted! I hands down love this place ❤️

Reeze The Vampire: Dickey's is pretty okay BBQ. It always tastes pretty good, but it isn't really anything to write home about. Staff here is really nice and the store is very well ordered. This is the second time I've had Dickey's and it just feels overpriced. It cost almost $40 to feed two people, which feels pretty excessive for the food when I could have paid that at a sit-down family restaurant and gotten better service and probably larger portions.

Cheese Slap: WOW! This pulled pork was hands-down, the best Eastern Style Q I've ever eaten! Just the right smoke, just the right vinegar, just the right moisture. Absolutely amazing! The slaw was a perfect accompaniment--not too mayo-y, not too sweet, and not too finely chopped. And the hush puppies were great too! So glad we stopped in on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Laurie Williams: Everytime I'm in Raleigh and my husband ask what I want for dinner I actually know the answer immediately without hesitation I have even drove from asheboro just to get their bbq it is by far the best I have found how anyone is rating their food anyless is beyond me yes wait time is long and parking is crazy but the staff and food make it so worth it!!!!
Adam Kelly: Was in NC for the first time a couple days ago for only about 36 hours. A friend back home in Colorado said I had to eat at the Angus Barn, but I passed and chose to find some BBQ. Came here based on reviews and the building / cars in the parking lot. With a building like that and a full parking lot, you know it’s gonna be good. I took a seat, got called honey and darlin’ a few times and knew I made the right choice. I had the ribs and pulled pork with Brunswick Stew and boiled cabbage (recommended by the awesome staff). All was delicious and the ribs are probably the best non-sauced ribs I’ve ever had. Tender, wet, smoked to perfection - delicious! They made me feel like a regular. If I’m ever in Raleigh again, I’ll be back

I got the brisket platter with jalapeño pups and and mac n cheese. Wife got a half plate of BBQ pork nachos. Daughter got the brisket wrap. Everything was great. They have plenty of sauce offerings. I went with carolina gold. Fantastic. Only complaint is the chairs and table needed some love. The chow more than makes up for the minor table inconvenience. Will totally go back

Leonardo Guzman: Rating is based on food and service, not pricing. I order the Blue Cheese Brisket sandwich. Small for the price but it does the job. We all shared the hushpuppies which were good with the butter sauce. Wife and kids had the wings which they liked. I'd have it again.
Henry Ogburn: First time. The brisket and slaw were pretty tasty. Good hush puppies too. Definitely worth a second try.
Joshua Rogers: The barbecue is just stunning, as is the barbecue sauce. And the barbecue eggrolls will probably raise your cholesterol by 23% but they are worth it. I don’t remember what we got for the sides but they didn’t change my life. I don’t care though, the barbecue did.
