Mariss: I haven't shopped at the Gap since I relocated from New York. Gap has stood the test of the time as one of the highest quality denim retail stores. Their quality is unmatched. I have been shopping their factory locations and retail locations for years. I especially like to shop for my daughter and children here. My daughter is making way into her preteen year and Joseph helped us with figuring out her new denim size now that she no longer shops in the Kids section.The denim fit perfectly and Joseph checked on us while in the fitting room periodically. I used my Gap Cash promotion paired with 30% off and saved $80 off today! Joseph deserves a promotion.
Miss Tee: Gap has been around forever. Overrated if you ask me! Need to come down on the prices for newborns. A pair of jeans can be anywhere between 25 on up. Crazy. Unless you catch a good sale. Nothing to brag about.

Stephanie Wyche: When my husband arrived at the store he was told by the employee that he would open back up in 5 minutes. My husband decided to walk around the mall for about 15-20 minutes. Once he returned to the store he was advised by the employee that he was CLOSED!!! Remind you that it was 15 minutes before closing. At that moment my husband called me and I called the store. I was advised by the employee that he had an emergency and that he closed down early. I then asked for the number to the corporate office. I was then told by the employee that he was trying to take his break because he had been there all day with no break. So did you have an emergency or needed a break 15 minutes before closing. After being placed on hold for over 10 minutes I was advised by the employee that he was on the phone with his manager and that they could not find a number, but could provide me with an email. That’s a little crazy that a company as famous as LIDS would not have a corporate office number. This happened on 3/12/2022.
Alicia Reid: HORRIBLE customer service! I placed a customized hat order in store the day before, and they mixed the words up and completely ruined the hat that I needed that day! When I brought it to the manager’s attention she told me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because she had a bunch of hats to do before she could REDO mines or I could just get a refund. I was shocked at her response, like how do I have to be inconvenienced because they chose to make a mistake. Waste of $58 and time! I will NOT be returning to that store!

Brenda Duran: Worst experience ever! If I could give it zero stars I would! My husband dropped off 7 shirts to get embroidered. The employee said he would have them done that same day or at the latest the next day. My husband went back after 3 days only to get one of his shirts. The employee said he would have them done by the next day. My husband went yet again to pick up his shirts. This second time around he got two shirts. My husband went a third time and again only got two shirts. By this time it had been about three weeks since we had first gone and we were still missing two shirts. My husband and I went an additional FIVE times for our shirts and every time we were told we had to go back when the employee that helped us first was there because he had the shirts with him (why he had them with him instead of leaving them at the store, I still don't understand). After almost a month and half I finally went on a day that the employee that helped was there. The only thing he told me was that he didn't know where my shirts were. He offered to give me back my refund for the embroidery. I thought "yes of course I want my money back, but what about my $50 Oakley shirts". He just looked at me and said I can't do anything about that. He never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. And to top it off the manager would not help me. It took him more than 30 minutes to come and talk to me. He seemed mad and annoyed that I was there. I was only trying to pick up my order! If they didn't want to see me there so many times then why did they let my shirts runaway because apparently that's what happened, they grew legs and walked off. Worst customer service ever and so unprofessional! Would never ever ever recommend them.
Cat Long: Customer service was absolutely appalling. I walked in, picked out a hat, and wanted it customized. I was told it would take about 20 minutes to half an hour so, I left and came back. The hat was still not done and no one had bothered to get to it. Two hours later I was still standing there waiting for the hat and then to top it off they messed up the original one and said they would have to start over. When I asked for my money back they then became incredibly sarcastic. Needless to say I did get my money back and will NEVER buy another hat from this location ever again. It's a business ran by a bunch of children who don't want to actually work, they just want to socialize and play around.

Cedric Thrash: Grateful for the staff in Raleigh and the Durham store. They are helpful and understanding of my feet needs. Think it was Tyler, Karen and others. I highly recommend this store. Been having issues with finding wide shoes, they have helped me over the years. If they didn’t have it in store, they ordered it. Love the family atmosphere they display even when its a little packed in the store. They really helped me today. If you want to have faith in customer service again, go visit this store.

It was a well known fine quality clothier with nothing but the finest brand name suits, casual and cruise wear. So I consider my self sort of an expert in the trade. Of course most of the older upscale men’s store have disappeared so it was hard to find comfortable quality clothes to wear…. Until I triedTommy Bahama. I am 68 years old and have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I particularly enjoy the brick and mortar Tommy Bahama shops, mainly the one in Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh NC and the one in Disney Springs Orlando Fla. The staff is very well trained in the service end of the business and remembers well who are when you walk in the door. Once you start wearing their apparel it will be hard to wear any other brand. I hope they stick around and keep up the quality and fine service theyoffer.A true rarity in todays world.

Tommy Bahama is pricey, yes, but I feel appreciated. Furthermore, you get what you pay for at Tommy Bahama. Their clothing is ineffably comfortable and will somehow keep you cool--without being too thin and translucent--on even the hottest days. It also doesn't hurt that Tommy Bahama has THE best tacky island shirt design in the industry. If you're still hesitant, go to an outlet where prices are more reasonable. You probably won't regret it. (I don't like to speak in certainties.)A couple things to keep in mind about the Raleigh location: It is small despite being in a gigantic mall where retail stores are typically bigger than usual. I also didn't quite get that trademark "relaxed" vibe in the store. That I think I should have; though perhaps I'm just insecure or came in on a bad day.If you're interested in starting or continuing the island life, then Tommy Bahama should be your first stop next time you visit Crabtree Valley Mall.

Hassan Mohamed: When visiting the store a few days ago, my wife and I encountered an aggressive sales representative. Maureen was disrespectful to my wife and I, both aggressive and condescending in her tone. From the moment we walked into the store until we brought up the matter to her at checkout, she did not treat us kindly.My wife was attempting to hand this clerk her items back after trying them on in the fitting room when the clerk aggressively pointed away and told her to take the items back herself over there. My wife brushed this aside. Later on, I was shopping from what I believed to be the discount area but when attempting to check out, the clerk notified me that my items were not on discount. Before waiting for my response, she pushes the bundle of discounted items towards me and shouts asking if I want the discount pile instead now, assuming I no longer wanted my own items that I had previously picked. I questioned Maureen's attitude towards my wife and I who had done nothing that could have prompted this behavior from her, but she remained apprehensive and maintained her claim of no wrongdoing.I believe that Maureen was prejudiced and this was the main reason for her poor attitude and hostility. Unfortunately, I think the reason for her immediate apprehensiveness was the appearance of my wife and I (non-white and my wife wears a headscarf). We have been long time customers of Tommy Bahama and this store in particular for years, having spent thousands of dollars here and never having an issue until now. This particular matter was disheartening, and I hope this racially biased incident isn't indicative of the attitude that Tommy Bahama as a whole holds towards minorities as myself. Let this serve as a warning to any minority that may have to come into this store and find Maureen acting in a similar manner towards them.

I was standing for 5 minutes at the register holding my items with no line before one of the three girls in a loud conversation behind the counter noticed. She asked if I needed something in an extremely rude manner like I was interrupting their conversation. While she was ringing me up she continued her conversation with the other workers and did not say anything to me. I had to wait for her to finish talking to give her the money for my purchase and she did not say a single word to me so I just walked away while she continued her conversation. Salesperson and Cashier number #677942. I have not had an experience this bad at any store and will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in any circumstance.

Isaac Davila: I came out of my WAY FROM VRGINIA to this specific store for my girlfriend. All excitement for nothing!We LITERALLY arrived to “Crabtree” mall @6:pm on a None holiday week. And THEY WERE CLOSED. It was Terrible, Hire someone to UPDATE THE WEBSITE. It’s not FAIR TO WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME!!!
Ruby Avila: Wrong store hours!! :( i dont want to sound like a Karen but im so sad. i drove out of my way, on my bday, and they closed at 7 instead of 8. Why dont you use your multimillion dollar overheard to update your hours correctly on google?? lol anyways.
Eve: Watered down UO. This particular store’s selection is nothing special. If you’re looking for fashion FORWARD not “trendy” old navy clothes don’t waste your time…. The staff was very sweet tho

Like where’s the selection??, the collab drops ?? Why does everything that comes to Raleigh get washed up into High school musical special

richard kerekes: Great and friendly staff. One of our items got left at the store. My wife was sad when we got home because the item she wanted to wear to work wasn’t there. We called the store and the manager, Michael Hotaling, was very helpful and friendly. Not only did they overnight ship it to our home, but they also sent a gift card along with the item. Great business and very well managed!

Daniel Veryzer: The sale rack was a life saver. The customer service was fantastic!
