Chris Corn: Stayed here last week. Use to stay here a lot when it was a comfort inn. Avoid at all cost now. Woke up with bed bug bites all I’ve me. Went to take a shower and no hot water for showers. Washed up as best i could with cold water. Front desk said they were aware the hot water was out and apologized about the bits but that was it. Could not offer a discount because no manager on duty. Should have been a full refund and may still result in legal action for the injury and cost to fumigate my cloths and luggage and car before i would take anything into my house on return home

Diane Snyder: My only complaint is that each time, upon entering the room there was a chemically smell. This seemed to go away after a few minutes (or I became used to it.)However, everything else was immaculate! The cleanest coffee pot in my many hotels stays so far this year. The refrigerator was clean and cold. It even had a working freezer which I made use of. Even when I moved the comfort chair, I found no left behind surprises. I felt comfortable spending two nights there. Well done cleaning crew.

The rooms are nicely appointed & stocked with all items needed to replace whatever you may have forgotten for your stay.The amenities outside the room are comfortable and available for relaxing, working out or enjoying a dip in their pool. Breakfast is available from 6:30 - 10:00 am.The location of the Inn on the edge of the campus of NCSU is handy for visiting the University.I have returned to the Ramada Inn by Wyndham Raleigh several times in 2 months while my dog was treated at the Dental Center of NCSU Veterinary School.ElaineRooms: The rooms I have stayed in were very clean nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Each room had a TV a small microwave refrigerator for guest use. The bathrooms vanities were stocked with everything you might need including a small coffeemaker, hair dryer plenty of towels.Nearby activities: The NCSU Veterinary School Campus is within walking distance. The Fairgrounds is a short drive away. The North Carolina Art Museum is beautiful very close also.Noteworthy details: There are several amenities that make a stay at this Ramada very enjoyable. There is a large, comfortable living room with a large TV, a fireplace comfortable furniture.There is a swimming pool with a pleasant deck a small workout room with machines for guests to use.The breakfasts are very good with a nice selection of food beverages. The two level dining room is clean nicely furnished. The music is a very nice addition to the atmosphere.

The hotel was close, the rooms were clean, the pool area is an amazing oasis. Very satisfied with our stay there. Doris Meredith: While visiting the Raleigh area my family and I stayed here. The hotel is very clean. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. They also offer a military discount which is a plus. We enjoyed breakfast each morning which offered a wide variety to choose from. The landscape in the courtyard is beautiful and the pool area is neatly kept. It is conveniently located near the downtown exit which makes it easy to visit all the local shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend this hotel. 5🌟

She complained that it was a "creepy" place, with people in the next room fighting and being drunk (it was a Tuesday night), and doors slamming all hours of the night.

Paris Infinity: Everything about this place was horrible I booked 2 nights and when I arrived I had to wait at least 15min before anyone came from the back. I received my room key and went in the first room automatically I smelled this awful odor and mind you I have a cold but I still couldn't take that smell I went to get another room hoping it would be better absolutely not the tub was stopped up hair and stains was in the towel and wash rag and there still was still a bad odor I couldn't take it so told them i couldn't stay here definitely did not feel comfortable at all got a better room for cheaper never going back do not recommend need a remodel and better staff.i usually don't do reviews but this needed to be said.

Dee Lewis Naymon: Very hard to locate and get into. When we did finally check in to our room there were no towels. I had to go back to the desk several times before we got anything. Even though the room is very large and like a mini suite it was not the cleanest. Several gum wrappers were on the floor and there was snot on the wall in the shower, along with body hair. It definitely wasn't worth the money especially when it advertises that it has its own restaurant and it does not, it has been close for a long time. And also does not serve any form of breakfast whatsoever and the coffee area that they talk about it's a little pre-made pot sitting in a small corner. No I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, Especially since there are so many available in the Raleigh area to choose from.

Justin Scober: I'm a Marriott BonVoy member (RIP SPG), and Four Points is one of my favorite go-to hotels, but this one is by far the worst one I've ever been to. Heck, this is the first one I've ever had a bad experience with. I should've known something was up when I overheard a call at the front desk from another customer complaining about the tub not being cleaned, but I decided to proceed with my booked room anyway. After I finally got my key and went to my room, I never felt so disrespected and disgusted. They gave me a key to a room that was NOT even cleaned yet! Trash was still in the trash can, beds were unmade, toilet was continuously running, tub still wet from shower, and some other things here and there. I was so heated that I checked out with any explanation, because I most likely would have caused a scene if I did. I was actually surprised the guy at the front desk didn't even ask if there was something wrong with the room after seeing that I checked out about 15 minutes after checking in. It's bluntly clear that they don't care.

Bernadette Ritter: Do not stay here. It is a waste of money and you will not get a positive experience. This is by far the worst experience I have had. The hotel itself was not clean. There was an order in the elevator and hallways. The rooms had broken items, tV didn’t work, lamp broken and so much more. One of the rooms I reserved - the door never locked. You could push it from outside and walk right in. The internet was not always available. We notified the staff enemy day of these issues. The staff at the desk on day two and three were rude. We couldn’t find another set of rooms available on short notice elsewhere in that general area otherwise we would have left. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

England: This place is a joke. The entire building is run down. The rooms are dirty, curtains are extremely dirty, the carpet is coming up. The furniture is old and out dated. The internet and streaming system is always down.The billing system is completely messed up. If anyone has to book here use a third party not the Marriott app. If using the Marriott app once you check in they will charge your card. Then days later it will release back into your account then weeks later they will take the money out of your account again. This happened to me four times. I'm done with this property. Marriott really need to let this property go. The will most definitely inconvenience the customers. Also, this place is really over priced and really like a one star hotel. It's definitely not in a good location. The surrounding areas are horrible.The customer service is a hit or miss. They have a high turn over rate with employees. Nadine Shillingford: Last week, I booked a last minute Southwest Airlines Vacations package to take my daughter on college tours in the Raleigh-Durham area. Overall, the flight was fine and the Hyundai Santa Fe rental car was very comfortable and high tech.However, the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North hotel was such a disappointment!! The place was dirty - the walls were dirty, the elevators were dirty, the glass doors were dirty, paint was peeling off, the carpet was filthy. There were ants walking around in the room like they were our uninvited roommates. We stayed for two days and housekeeping did not enter our room.The garbage was piled up in every garbage can we passed.There was a random green tooth pick in the front elevator that never got picked up. I greeted it every time we entered the elevator. It's probably still there. At some point during our stay, someone dropped salt packets in the back elevator. They were still there when we were leaving. There was a strong smell of weed near the front elevators on the bottom floor. We smelled it again when we got on the top floor where our room was located.We arrived at the hotel at about 2am and as we tried to fall asleep, we could hear people talking through the walls. What has happened to Sheraton hotels?To top it off, I had the most horrendous experience with the front desk. As I said, I reserved this room through Southwest Vacations. The front desk called me twice early in the morning on checkout day because 'there was something wrong with my credit card.' After I answered the second phone call I told the woman I would be right down and went to take a shower. She came upstairs and knocked on the door again!!! She insisted I give her my credit card so she can run the charge. I had never met this woman before. Long story short, I went down to the front desk where they insisted I call my credit card company. There is nothing wrong with my credit card! I called Southwest Vacations even if the woman insisted that the hotel had no affiliations with Southwest Vacations. I was on hold for a long time while they worked it out. Since I was late for my appointment I paid the bill and continued on hold with the agent. I went up to my room and the woman from the front desk was right there by my room door. We gathered our things and got out of there. The Southwest Vacations finally came off hold to tell me that he had worked it out with the front desk and that I would be refunded for the extra amount I just paid. Talk about horrible hotel customer service. Why did the woman insist I call my credit card company? Why was she by my door? Why did the hotel not call Southwest Vacations after I showed them my itinerary and my credit card statement? Ridiculous. I will not be staying at this chain, again. Sheraton needs to take a close look at the situation in that hotel.

AE Waterfalls: Booked a room with a balcony facing the courtyard with early check in, with email confirmation, and received neither. Was told that since we booked through a third party if we didn't like it then we can leave. Who tells a guest that? Broken coffee maker, no hair dryer, no bath soap or shampoo, and a running toilet.I have never been treated so rudely as I did at the front desk and I will never return here.

Elizabeth Eskew: If you are used to the cleanliness and standards of normal Marriott or Hilton hotels, this hotel is not for you! It’s by far the worst Marriott/four points we have ever experienced. The staff was nice and as accommodating as possible, but the actual hotel and room was terrible. It felt like they took an old Radisson that was run down and abandoned, slapped a Four Points sign on it and stopped there. Everything was old and outdated, and smelled horrible. The elevators were run down, carpet was old, bathrooms were gross, sofa bed wasn’t cleaned or sheets removed from last occupant. And they had the nerve to charge $300 for a “suite”. Hotel was definitely giving Dahmer vibes. Will never stay at a Four Points again.

Whole Heart: Trashcan overflowing with debris outside, random boxes with printers in them on the sidewalk at 11pm, landscaping horrendous. Hallways and elevator were in shambles. Room was a joke. Keypad missing the cover, door missing on the furniture, chair was falling apart. I'm honestly uncomfortable staying here. It doesn't feel safe or clean at all.
