H2O Kitchen & Bath Showroom: what do users think?
Trish Sheldon: Renovating a house sounds like fun, it can be overwhelming. From the moment we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place and it was all because of Patti.Patti explained all of the fixtures for our bathroom and kitchen renovation, never rushed us, and was so patient. We had the BEST experience due to Patti's knowledge and guidance. Can't say enough good things about H2O and especially Patti. Please thank her for us, absolute pleasure to work with, she is truly a treasure. 11+ stars for customer service!!!
Laura Simmons: As soon as we met with Patti, I had complete confidence that the whole process of making the decisions on fixtures and accessories was going to be painless and stress free. She was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and fun! I would highly recommend H2O.
leila thompson: We had a nice time viewing items in showroom. However getting someone to return phone calls and emails was has been impossible. I have not had to do so much to get some place to take our money lol. Being busy is one thing but being disorganized and slack is another. Too many places to get same items to deal with this.
Gerald Fowler: I wanted to write a review for H20 Kitchen and Bath in Raleigh and give Dianna Jeffries who helped us select our hardware for our master bath the special praise she deserves. They have a great showroom in Raleigh and a place where you can try out whatever shower heads your are interested in. Dianna was very patient with us and helped us select items from different manufacturers to achieve the look we wanted. Their prices are also competitive with online retailers who do not give you the service they do. We visited the Ferguson showroom also but did not receive the level of service there that we received from Dianna. I highly recommend them for your next project.
Victoria McCann: Super helpful staff, unlike Ferguson's where they barely even acknowledge you when you walk in.
Aaron Betts: GREAT FRO BATH SUPPLIES
Courtney Gardner: Everyone I came into contact with at H2O was very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are also more cost effective than some of the other galleries around. I would definitely use them again.
Mike Warner: Worked with Dianna over 2 months with ideas for the 3 bathroom projects. She researched to be certain we had the correct fixtures to replace our old fixtures. She provided color samples and recommendations. We were able to communicate via email. The prices with her discount were better then the big box store. We did have to wait 2 weeks for our items to ship to the store and had to drive by to pick them up. Pick up was very well organized.
Roberta Cockrell: We just completed a total master bath remodel and Dianna and Hughes Supply's guidance, advice, and patience were invaluable. We were overwhelmed by the fixture choices available when we visited the showroom and Dianna walked us calmly through the process and helped us make the right choices for a well appointed bathroom design that fits our tastes. She was knowledgeable about every brand and item and helped us fit the major pieces and accessories together that make a bathroom comfortable and inviting. The Kohler Hydrorail with shower heads to match our needs, separate volume and temperature controls outside the shower spray area, and a wall mounted teak seat were excellent choices. There were some issues with the remodel during the process, as there is with any major project, but Dianna and Hughes were always there for us. We look forward to working with them again and want to thank them for their time, effort, and humor in getting us through a major disruption on our life. It's always good to work with someone we can trust. Good job guys.
Steve Groetzinger: They stand behind their customers, even the small fry. We bought a very expensive tub from Hughes. Oops, they sent us the wrong one. Oops, I was home but being the husband, I didn't know it was the wrong one. Oops, the contractors brought it in, installed it, cut holes in the tile for the drain and water line and glued it to the very expensive tile. Speaking of glued, my wife came UNglued when she got home. We texted Hughes way after closing. They texted us right back and called us in the morning. Told us they would take care of everything, new tile, all labor, new plumbing, whatever it costs. No arguments, didn't even ask, they just delivered. Shipped us the right tub the next day. Look, mistakes happen but what really matters is the support you get. We got it.

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery: what do users think?
lauren doskoez: We went in to buy new flooring that is on their website she immediately got nasty at the front desk said we don’t do do flooring you’re on your own we won’t assist you at all. We needed to purchase floors, lighting, appliances due to a house fire and they lost our business because of their very rude front desk help. All she had to say was unfortunately wish we could help but it’s online only. She told me call my builder over and over. You need etiquette training.
S Gardner: Wow! Such helpful people. Especially Mike in counter sales.
Valentin Feliciano: I was helped by Rachel Peloquin and she went out of her way to personally deliver an undamadged stainless steel sink to my house in time for a new granite counter top installation. We have used Ferguson for over fifteen years and always appreciate their exceptional customer service.
Jonathon Cesaro: Quick courteous service.
Blake Ball: Crystal was very helpful with our questions about a new BlueStar range... a nice change from the vendor we have tried to work with previously.
Patsy Clark Real Estate (#PatsySellingSunsetLake): 🌈 So on this day, as we approach Thanksgiving, I am grateful for Eddie! In these crazy times, sometimes it is difficult to get a plumbing contractor to a home for my client. So I have to improvise to keep my client happy. Well Eddie a sales person for the contractor sales office in the back (not in the showroom) at Ferguson off Yonkers Rd helped me so much. 👍🏽 I had pictures and dimensions of what I wanted but no idea how to get it. Eddie was so patient, kind and professional. He really knows his way around the different manufacturers that all have a vast selection of the parts we needed to update the kitchen sink faucet, a new powder room pedestal sink, new powder room touchless brushed gold faucet and a new toilet lever to match the new pedestal sink faucet! All for a great price with delivery in two business days. My client is so happy to know that this will all be completed by Friday evening the week before Thanksgiving! And my client was just hoping for it to be completed by Wednesday of the following week. Now I can focus on my family's needs next week and finished my week with a bang! . THANKS EDDIE!
Mark Maresca: Avoid these guys like the plague (or like a rampant case of COVID).I purchased a built-in Sub-Zero Fridge/Freezer combo from Ferguson for roughly $10k. However, when they installed the fridge and freezer, they only connected the waterline to the ice maker and did not connect the fridge waterline. When I called them they told me that there was only one water line behind the appliance, so that is all they installed. I had to email them a photo from my builder proving to them that there were in fact two waterlines behind the appliance. They reluctantly agreed to come back out to my house to install the waterline. It is now over three months later, and after numerous calls and emails, they still have not come out to install the waterline. They don't even bother responding to my calls or emails. When I do manage to get in touch with someone I am "yessed" to death, or I am handed off to someone else, or my case is transferred to installation or warranties. But nothing gets done. You would think that on such an expensive appliance they would provide a decent level of service. Like I said AVOID...
Andrew Meyer: Recently my wife and I embarked on renovation of our kitchen and powder room. We went to Ferguson to purchase our plumbing supplies and lights for the bathroom. We highly recommend making an appointment with Brandi Jeter, one of their showroom reps. Brandi was extremely helpful in assisting us with picking out the multiple items needed based on our taste and budget. There were a vast number of options and Brandi helped us through the process. She displayed excellent customer service and patience throughout the purchasing process and was very responsive to our follow up questions via emails and phone calls as issues arose during deliveries and construction. Brandi was very easy to work with and we highly recommend using her as you select items for your kitchen or bathroom project.
Chuck Johnson: Alexis is my sales person she does an excellent job.. Incredibly knowledgeable..
John Hargis: Staff and customer service is terrible. I built a house and bought all my appliances from here including grills for outdoor kitchen. Had so many issues with several appliances and the store was practically impossible to get help with anything. They claim to be there 100% with any issues after the sale but the truth is they use some third party company to handle service issues as way to pawn you off so they can focus on selling more product. I will never buy from them again and warn any of my friends to shop elsewhere.
Samantha Moline: Attempted to order the Bosch built-in coffee system. Their website said they had 12 in stock. We called to confirm and place the order. They confirmed, said it would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Our card was charged but we never received e-mail conformation. We called back and were told the order was cancelled due to a security measure on their end. We placed the order again and were assured it went through. We now have TWO charges for 3,957. Next we received an email that we would not receive the coffee machine until JULY 2023.This is not acceptable.... It took another week but both charges have been refunded.
J L Phillips: Good place to buy and also to get Ideas
Paula Dickerson: I enjoyed my most recent shopping for my kitchen project. Rachel was very patient and answered all my questions to help me make a final purchase decision. Thanks! 😀
Jay H: They are Helpful friendly and have what you need
Gheorghe Fala: 3 hours to get unloaded
DV Phil: this is a great place for professionals and home owners that know exactly what they need.
C Velasco: Friendly staff and a beautiful showroom. Luxury appliances
Tiffany Sikes: Stacy is the best!
Gregory Coltren: My salesperson was great, mikie helped us narrow things down. Found us the style and finish we were seeking without a lot of back and forth. Definitely recommend his expertise. Thanks 😊
Shree Kuppam: I bought 2 toilets, from Ferguson...what a nightmare, they delivered the toilet and one of them came broken and the tanks to go with the toilets were never delivered. I paid a plumber to come in only to find out that they had not shipped all the parts and that one toilet came broken. I didnt learn my lesson at that, i let Ferguson to reorder, i was promised that the toilet would come in 3 days, on the 3rd day their delivery partner calls to tell me that the product wont reach me for another 4 days. I called Ferguson back asking to cancel and to refund my money back. They said they cant do anything till their delivery partner delivered the product, BUT i didnt want delivery of the product. They of course couldnt help. I am posting this, so no one go through this pain. Avoid Ferguson !
Masterz: Wide selection of parts.

The Bath Shop: what do users think?
Alice Buchanan: We had our main bathroom completely redone and they did a terrific job! Everyone on the design team, the crew, and our PM David were very pleasant and professional. The crew showed up on time every morning, cleaned up after themselves, and did excellent work. David always kept us up-to-date on the status of everything and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. We highly recommend The Bath Shop!Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Fan installation,Paint indoors,Bathtub replacement,Remodeling,Interior structural repairs,Drywall installation,Bathtub installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Granite countertop installation,Drywall repair
Bryan R Shipp: We had a leak in our master shower that necessitated tearing it out and putting in a new one. We decided we wanted to improve what we originally had from the builder, and we chose The Bath Shop as our vendor. We could not be happier! We worked with Allison Vinson and Jessica Castillo were the designers we worked directly with to make sure we could build what we were imagining, and they were very helpful in pointing us toward tile selections and helping us understand what could and could not be done with our shower space, including providing architectural drawings to help us visualize what the space would look like after installation! They spun us up very quickly, and were able to start installing our new shower and tile within a month of finalizing our design. Demo and install took 20 days from start to finish (they were not here every day), and I want to give a shout-out to everyone involved in the installation because they were all fantastic: Dave Swartzel, our project manager; Daniel and David, who were on the demo team (and David also did some drywall / painting / groutwork for us); Tommy, our plumber; Willie and Jay, who did the tilework; Gaston, who painted our bathroom; and Alex and Jerry, who installed our sliding glass door.We ran into some trouble with our glass door installation, the door vendor was trying a new product and it just didn't really work, causing a delay of about 4 weeks between the time everything but the door was done and when the door got finally installed. During that delay, we worked with Travis, the operations manager, and Edwin, the glass team overseer, as well as Dave our project manager. I was thrilled at the professionalism, communication, and responsiveness of this team to the delay. There was no trying to pass the buck or avoid responsibility, they were just as frustrated as we were, and they worked diligently to minimize the delay in completing our project. You can see our beautiful shower and floor from the pictures I've attached to this review. This was unquestionably, for me and my wife, money well-spent. The work was phenomenal and I will be using them again for any bathroom remodels I want to do in the future, and will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel their bathroom.Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Shower refinishing,Remodeling,Drywall installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Repair flooring,Drywall repair
Bruce Damiano: We engaged The Bath Shop to renovate a small bathroom and replace the tub with a curbless tiled shower with new tile flooring. The final product was superb and the process was enjoyable. The showroom designers provided just the right assistance by understanding what we wanted and making great design and material suggestions. Project work was scheduled in advance and they were prompt and cleaned up every workday. The trade experts (plumbing, tiling, carpentry and glass installers) were top-notch and personable and cared about their work and making us happy. The project manager David was outstanding and made routine site vists and phone calls to monitor work quality and our satisfaction. This is how a rennovation project (small or large) should be conducted. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend if you want a quality bath renovation.Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Tile work replacement,Remodeling,Plumbing fixture installation
Betty Waters: OUTSTANDING
M John: Critical:ResponsivenessIf you call for a quote they never call back.
Travis Richardson: The Bath Shop really cares about their customers and there employees!
Liz Scrofani: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueBig thank you to everyone at the Bath Shop.. I can't say enough good things about the Bath Shop Raleigh. Katie made designing our new bathroom easy and fun experience. All the staff have been very supportive and great communicators. Eric was a wonderful project manager and can't wait to work with him again
Zachary Hall: I worked with the Bath Shop between November 2021 and June 2022 to remodel several areas of my home. Projects included my master shower, kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and living room fireplace surround/ mantle. This was my first home and my first remodeling adventure. I selected the Bath Shop because they took the time to understand my needs and were willing to take on several smaller projects at once, rather than a larger home remodel. I worked with Michael, Katie, Jennifer and Travis. Everyone was very professional. The remodeling effort overall went exactly as they described, with a few glitches along the way that they addressed promptly. They were consistently responsive to my suggestions, questions and concerns throughout the process. The outcome of each project was what I was I had envisioned. Given this was my first remodel, I was skeptical about working with contractors. But, my overall experience with the Bath Shop was better than I had expected and I would recommend their work to others.
Christopher Doerner: Fantastic Experience!
Logan Shoop: The Bath Shop was an excellent business to work with for our master bathroom remodel. Stephanie, our project coordinator, accompanied/guided us on our many trips to styles, tiles, color schemes and floorplan layouts. David, who worked with us during the installation, was responsive to our requests and gave us updates as our bathroom was transformed from house builder basic to rustic chic. The finished product is top quality and now, no exaggeration necessary, our master bath is my favorite room in the house. When it comes to bring the guest bathroom up to the new standard, we will go directly to the Bath Shop for the work.Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Paint indoors,Bathtub replacement
Stephanie Rogers: Highly recommend The Bath Shop! Our previous shower had been leaking and caused some water damage, so we were in the market for a bathroom remodeling company. We got quotes and talked to several companies throughout the Raleigh area. The Bath Shop was exactly what we were looking for in a remodeling company. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with during the design process. Took about two months to get supplies ordered/delivered...renovations started shortly after that. The whole demo/install/tiling process took only 12 days of work! Then, after that I just had to wait for the vanity countertop and shower glass to be ready. Alex and the Bath Shop team did such a fantastic job installing everything. Bathroom looks amazing, I love it so much!!Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Bathtub replacement,Repair water fixtures,Remodeling,Bathtub installation,Plumbing fixture installation
John Puleo: We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of our master bathroom renovation. From beginning to end, the entire process ran smoothly. Our project manager, David, communicated with us frequently and was always professional and courteous of our needs. Our designer, Katie, helped us select the right tile and layout for our bathroom. She is amazing at what she does. Overall, we are glad we chose them over two other competitors. We are thinking about our kitchen renovation in the future and we will definitely select them for that job as well.
Melissa Fretwell: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ResponsivenessThe Bath Shop remodel two bathrooms. Ronald, the project manager, served us so well with his listening-presence, communication, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to work with his sub-contractors. We appreciate ALL the service we received.Services:Install flooring,Paint indoors,Repair water fixtures,Remodeling,Drywall repair
Melanie Moore: My kitchen came out absolutely gorgeous and I am really really happy with the results. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen; cooking and eating of course, but also laptop time, and it seems to be the central gathering place when friends are over. I love having such a beautiful space to hang in. My kitchen had a functional layout before, but I’m glad I had the ability to tweak the things that weren’t working and add more functionality like the wine rack in the bar area and a cool pull out for the liquor bottles that we never seemed to have storage for before. So the process took longer than anticipated. We ran into a few hangups like slow delivery with the cabinets, and tile shortages, but The Bath Shop was great about solving any issues that came up. My project manager was really quick to respond to any issues. The subcontractors were very conscientious and did excellent work. No sledgehammer demo here. They meticulously removed the old cabinets and countertops so they could be donated. They also sought my input through the entire process to make sure I was happy with the product. Overall I would definitely recommend The Bath Shop for any kitchen remodel and will probably use them in the future for bathroom remodels.Services:Tile work installation,Remodeling,Plumbing fixture installation,Drywall repair
Jennie Glish: I did not have a good experience with this company. I realize most reviews of this company are very positive and I am simply presenting my opinion. We hired The Bath Shop last year for a master bath renovation. My sole complaint is with the "designer" that we had the misfortune of working with. I understand he is no longer with the company. I found him unprofessional, unresponsive, and unhelpful. It was not the experience I was hoping for. I had no interest or skill in designing a bathroom. Nor did I have hours to spend finding designs online. I did not have a "vision" in mind, other than the color scheme. I was hoping for someone to present me specific photographs of options and ideas, preferably of bathrooms that The Bath Shop had designed, that I would select elements from and give feedback on and then be presented with proposals. That did not occur. At one point I contemplated hiring an interior designer to work with us to pick the design elements but we were already tens of thousands of dollars into this project and couldn’t really see spending a few thousand more by hiring someone in addition to The Bath Shop. The “designer” told us that most people pick everything out themselves. He also told us more than once that he was working with so many customers he could not keep them straight. It was a stressful process. The subcontractors were great and the end result is better than our original bathroom but I would not work with this company again and I wish we had never hired them. It might be the right fit for a lot of people, especially if you do not need much assistance with the design process.Service:Remodeling
Michael Nodzenski: We had a great experience with the bath shop and would absolutely use them again. We accepted their bid to update both upstairs bathrooms in June, actual renovations began in mid-September and the job was fully complete by early November. They were very communicative throughout and completely upfront about scheduled payments with no surprises. In the course of the renovation we unexpectedly decided to expand the scope of the job and our project manager Mike was able to handle it seamlessly and still completed it on the original estimated timeline. The end result was of high quality and exactly what we wanted.
Kevin Hunt: After a bathroom remodel with this company we were sued because we refused to pay for defective work despite the contract clearly stating that all disputes will be handled in arbitration. After over a year dealing with a legal battle with this company the arbitrator found that The Bath Shop's "defective work caused monetary damages to Respondents". Due to this finding the arbitrator reduced the amount we owed TBS by a large amount. Highly recommend going with another company.Edit in response to the owner comment: We raised issues throughout the process from damaged tile, marble was installed with severe lippage leaving large height differences between adjacent tiles. The tile was ruined due to improper cleaning products. In attempting to correct these issues, they used an angle grinder and rounded the most offensive edges leaving rounded tiles in our mosaic. They then sealed the tile with a high gloss sealant when we had picked a matte finish, this was a wet installation after all. They installed a 3'x3' drain pan in a 4'-6" wide walkout curbless shower. The window the installed had a broken seal evident less than a year after installation. Communication was not made between the sales team and the installers, the tile installation team almost tiled in the window that was to be replaced prior to the old being removed. Thankfully I was there to stop them or that would have been another issue. TBS refused to email or text any responses to the issue insuring there was little paper trail on their end regarding the issues. Thankfully we wrote detailed emails well documented with photos."The reasonable cost to correct the work $14,420.25" that is a quote from the arbitrator. Pictures are available upon request of the terrible tile installation and the water flowing into the bathroom rather than down the drain. Everything can look good from five feet away, the truth is in the details.Service:Tile work installation
Kaitlyn Barker: We remodeled our kitchen and guest bathroom and I love love love the way they both turned out. The nice thing about The Bath Shop is you can do as much or as little as you'd like. In our case, we completely gutted the kitchen and started from scratch.Another huge perk of The Bath Shop is they itemize their quote so you have a really good idea of how much it's going to cost. Of course, if there's anything they come across during the project and it's a much higher expense, that is communicated appropriately. You can't control for everything, but you can get close. I've had contractors say it'll be about 5k and then that number suddenly double because they underestimated the size of the project. This didn't happen with The Bath Shop. Also, if you want to do some things yourself (demo, paint, etc) you can do that and it'll be taken off the estimate. You can also buy supplies if you find them for cheaper (we bought some faucets from Costco, cabinets separately). We did the demolition ourselves and then they picked up after so we were able to save some $$$ there. BUT if you wanted to do everything through them, that's an option as well. Our designer Stephanie was also very accommodating to scheduling when it came to meeting as we planned the remodel. We were able to meet later in the afternoon and on Saturday which is really nice for someone who works M-F.Overall the project finished on time, the only hang up was the supply chain (and that was 100% not the Bath Shop's fault). But otherwise, once materials were in hand, everything went smoothly. As with any home project, there were some hiccups here and there, but the most important thing to me is not what goes wrong, but how they're handled. The Bath Shop handled issues very well and that's what will make me go back to them. We plan to eventually do the Master Bath so they'll be who we turn to!Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Paint indoors,Remodeling,Drywall installation
B Pearson: The Bath Shop did an outstanding job remodeling our master bathroom. They handled every detail of the entire job from start to finish. The team worked well together, was extremely responsive and made it clear that the job would not be complete until we were completely satisfied. We could not be happier with our beautiful, updated bathroom!Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Tile work replacement,Paint indoors,Exterior painting,Remodeling,Drywall installation,Plumbing fixture installation
Diane Hendrix: Positive:QualityThe Bath Shop did a complete bathroom renovation for us. Work is of the highest quality and will use them for our kitchen renovation next spring. Extremely nice team and were very careful to keep the area cleanServices:Tile work installation,Install flooring
Michael DeHaan: I was impressed with the level of detail in the design process and suggestions, as well as the work from the tile crew, who were great. They also kept the whole house and workspace exceptionally clean while working. Project communication went ok, though I had to keep eyes on the job (and ask questions about details or contractor arrival times) a bit more than with some other projects, which I think comes from them running many projects at once.Services:Tile work installation,Remodeling

Splash Galleries: what do users think?
Daniel Teitell: I had recently decided to do a DIY bathroom remodel, and Splash Galleries was my one stop shop. From vanity sinks to the shower trim, they had everything I needed, and were able to get me great deals on beautiful products. I really appreciated Lauren and Marelyn's patience and expertise throughout the entire process, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a simple bathroom remodel, or even a whole house makeover.
Brandon Klick: Bathroom renovationWe had a leak in our bathroom and decided to have a complete gut as ours was outdated. We called Raleigh Plumbing and they recommended Splash to pick out our fixtures. We were assisted by a sweet girl named Lauren who helped us pick out and design our bathroom. She was full information and helped guide us on what looked good. My wife and I are not the best decorators so having Lauren was a life saver. Needless to say the bathroom turned out amazing and everyone loved it! I wish we had a picture but we actually sold the house(the buyers fell in love with the master bath!) Will definitely use Splash again when we redo our new house.
Sheree Vodicka: We renovated our master bathroom this spring and Splash Galleries had great prices on the fixtures we needed. Lauren was so helpful with helping us figure out what we needed to have and finding the very best solutions for our needs. At one point in the renovation we had to change one of the fixtures, and Lauren was on it like lightning. A courier brought our needed piece out to us that day while the plumber was here so we did not have to lose a day and pay our plumber to come out a second time. I highly recommend Splash Galleries!

Wilkinson Supply Co: what do users think?
Drew Hartsfield: Wilkinson nailed it. We replaced the original front doors to our almost 40 year old home and were in need of specific door hardware. Their team helped us identify what we needed, our order was placed, and it fits perfectly. Exceeded expectations. Thank you Wilkinson!
Fay Prost: Incredible Service! Incorrect soaking tub was delivered and installed during a remodel project. (Not Wilkinson's Error!)Lori expedited delivery of the correct tub and coordinate reimbursement for the plumber’s extra time and materials. They will have our business forever.
Margaret Hebda Rissler: Very poor customer service. Went on a weekday to just look at kitchen sinks. Was accosted and reprimanded by a customer service associate for not having an appointment (website says it's NOT required to visit the showroom, just recommended if you need help; but you wouldn't know that from the rebuke I got from the sales associate). Left a bad taste in my mouth, especially in light of all the reviews I'd read beforehand saying what stellar customer service they have. Was not my experience.
Clifton Harper: As always, Matt was very helpful in seeing that I got what I needed. Update 10/26/22, still same GREAT supply house as we like call it if you're in the trades. Josh provided me with the GREAT customer service today. Mac has also provided the usual GREAT customer service. Thank You!
Andrew Esposito: Nour is the reason to visit this place! Unbelievable ability to visualize a project, makes incredible suggestions, and is so patient and makes sure everything is perfect. Wonderful experience and such a pleasure for a very stressful endeavor!
Ernest Hunter: Got there early & was put directly in the dock with a 20 minute unload
Bashir Shirzad: Highly recommended people 🙌The staff are helpful, the prices are fair, shelf’s are stocked all the time…
Donna McAlister: Everything you need for your home .
Mitchell Gaster: Best in the business.
Craig Sampson: They had the pipe and joints that I needed to get the job done.
David Harvey: Courtney and her team in the sales showroom always make time to to put together smart orders with logical recommendations. The parts and fixtures arrive before the promised date of delivery and everything I have purchased has been backed up with great service and warranty support. Wilkinson is the Way to Go! Thank you Courtney!
Ray Stapf: Had a very enlightening and thoroughly enjoyable experience with Paul Mertens today at Wilkinson Supply. Paul is the on staff appliance guru. Extremely knowledgable and an excellent and an excellent communicator. Paul gave us an hour plus of his expertise. The wife and I haven't made our final appliance decisions yet, but Paul and Wilkinson's will get our future business. Thank you.
William Waldrop: Good people quick unloading
LuAnn Polk: Beautiful sinks, faucets, bath tubs and cabinet hardware. They have a separate area with plumbing supplies.
Brian Wall: This store has everything for the bath & kitchen in terms of dispensing or holding water. Diane was very helpful and professional in helping us. Can't get better than this.
Brooke Bowden: Wilkinson Supply Co. is amazing! My husband and I scheduled a meeting with Courtney to come in and look at various appliances such as dishwashers, ovens/ranges, cabinetry hardware, faucets, light fixtures, and more and left the meeting so impressed. We were impressed, not only with the phenomenal service Courtney provided us (she listened to all our concerns, wants, and needs and then gave us multiple options and advice on what would work best in our home given our budget), but also in the quality of product and variety of options they had available for us to choose from at their showroom.Even after our appointment was over, Courtney was so easy to communicate with and made delivery of all of our appliances easy and stress-free. She ensured we got everything we needed on time. We were beyond satisfied with our purchases and the service given to us!Whatever you need to update your home, Wilkinson Supply will have and it will exceed your expectations.
Sally Alcorn: We loved working with Wilkinson Supply Co. It was a pleasant surprise to find a business that offers quality products and outstanding customer service. Lori Rowe was so helpful with plumbing fixtures for our newly remodeled bathroom. She is very knowledgeable about plumbing products and worked with us to find the perfect fixtures that were practical, stylish and within our budget. Our bathroom renovation was completed about six months ago, and we’re very happy with the result.Bayard and Sally Alcorn
Patti Wilcox: Excellent customer service!! We had a minor problem with something and the manager David Soto handled it professionally and promptly to our satisfaction. A true test of how a company treats its customers.Emily and Rachael assisted us in the showroom and were terrific as well. Even the man at the pick up area (unfortunately I didn't get his name) went out of his way to find my order.I highly recommend Wilkinson's and they have a beautiful showroom too!!
Joseph Spilotras: The very best in customer service. I gave them a list of items and they went through it with me after they pulled the items to make sure I was getting the proper materials for the projectI give them a thumbs up 👍
Alicia D'Ambrosia: Superior customer service!! Very helpful and knowledgeable!! I will likely come here for all my Plumbing needs. Unlike Lowe’s and HD, they actually have all metal shower fixtures!!
Jennifer Bedick: Wilkinson's has a knowledgeable staff and beautiful updated showroom. I take all of my kitchen and bath clients there for plumbing selections.

Kitchen & Bath Galleries: what do users think?
Susan Glendenning: I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality we received from Kitchen & Bath Galleries of North Hills. We completely renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms. We are so pleased with the result. Our talented designer, Melissa, was thorough, transparent, patient and supportive through the whole process. The team worked closely with our general contractor and made sure every detail was correct.
Lou Welch: Thanks to Kitchen & Bath Galleries, and specifically thanks to Lisa Jones for helping us with our kitchen renovation. Lisa came into our kitchen and immediately had creative ideas that made our NEW kitchen outstanding! She opened up a wall that gave us more room and light...and we never would have thought to do this. She designed our kitchen according to our style and needs. Having her recommend and work with a Kitchen & Bath Galleries partner construction company was also a positive. I can unequivocally recommend Kitchen and Bath Galleries to anyone looking to renovate.
Katie O'Neal: I have worked with Kitchen & Bath Galleries on several projects over the years and cannot rave about them enough. Lisa Jones at the North Hills location is my all time go to as she is incredibly kind, patient, available, and talented. She is extremely knowledgeable and price conscience, pricing out all my projects with several different cabinet companies and going above and beyond to help me dream up beautiful and unique kitchens time after time. She offers advice when asked but never declines to accommodate whatever I request. Her drawings are detailed and extensive and provide me with every angle and aspect of every inch we create together. I lean on her for her experience and advice as it’s always coming from a educated and thoughtful place. Graham & Rachel who own K& B of North Hills always come from a place of yes and spend so much time perfecting every idea I present, from conception to installation. One of the greatest things about K&B is their attention detail. If at installation something isn’t perfect they are the first to notice it and bring it to the clients attention and follow though on fixing it before we have a moment to wonder. I’ve never seen anything like it. They have enormous integrity. They are kind and honest. They are incredibly talented. My expectations are very very high and somehow they always manage to exceed them. If it is a modest kitchen renovation or a half million renovation their team always brings their best. I couldn’t do it without them and I wouldn’t want to try ! All the kitchen and bath galleries are amazing but there is something very special about the team at the North Hills location.
Trey Thompson: I've taken a good deal of time to consider if writing a review was the best option. I worked with Lisa on my bathroom remodel. There were quite a few hurdles to breach initially, one being covid which is understandable. However, when I met with her after her $275 initial consult fee I found she had not listened to my design and plan for my remodel. I waited multiple times for the "alternative" plan to show up in the renders, but she simply had not been able to read and deliver. I am fortunate to have a large window in my master bath and was shocked she wanted to put it behind a water closet that would obscure the natural light. After an hour on why she liked her design and suggested it, I was able to convince her I really did like my plan as spelled out in a message I had sent to her. However, when she explained her design center only was really interested in clients that would buy in to the full package e.g., all contractors and supplies provided by the shop, I couldn't eat MSRP for all finishes. She "let me go" as a client by providing me with provisional drafts of my suggested plans and wished me well. I heard good results from her from a colleague, but I wouldn't recommend her if you have any idea what you want your reno to look like after the remodel. If you have unlimited funds for your remodel, go for it. She's got a high-end eye, just not a budget friendly one.
Susan Reinhard: Emily Culley did an incredible job designing our kitchen. We loved it so much, we are going back to have her do our bathrooms!
Polly Rodriguez: Ask for AmandaGreat attention to detail, patient and offers suggestions, but does not insist.Quality products
Chris V: We just completed a full kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results. Lisa Jones and Kitchen & Bath Galleries did a fantastic job of working with us to design and select the components for our new kitchen. They worked seamlessly with their recommended contractor (Chad Metzger of Provision Building) to complete the project right on schedule. Together they managed the project so that nothing fell through the cracks. Great result and great experience along the way.
Chris Bell: We just finished our kitchen remodel last week. We are extremely happy with the transformation of our old kitchen space. Lisa Jones and her KBG team designed a very functional and beautiful kitchen for our family. She was extremely responsive, maintained great communications throughout the project, and delivered our kitchen on time and within budget! I would highly recommend Lisa and KBG to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bath remodel. I am a raving fan as they are truly first class professionals!
Susan Snotherly: Great help in upgrading my kitchen
Michael Rappa: Most remodeling projects encounter unexpected twists and turns. Our designer, Emily, is a first rate professional who knows how to remain calm and stay on top of things to get the job done. She’s great working with contractors and suppliers, and can connect you with the reliable ones you want on your project.
Laura Roach: Can't say enough WONDERFUL things about my experience with Kitchen & Bath Galleries of North Hills and specifically LISA JONES! They made the process of redoing our kitchen and laundry room fun, enjoyable, and seamless from start to finish. Lisa took virtually all the stress out of the process, inserted her eye for design, and the finished product is just beautiful. She is oh so talented, detail-oriented, and professional... not to mention kind and an all-around pleasure to work with! A++
sarah watson: These amazing women have me wrapped around their finger and I hope they know it! All of them are eager to learn new product and continue to keep all their projects classic and timeless. I am more than grateful to continually watch these designers create amazing spaces for their loyal customer base. I will always enjoy helping with their tile projects. Lucky to know them all!
Rebecca Edwards: I worked with Emily at Kitchen and Bath Galleries on our master bathroom and mudroom/laundry room. I appreciated Emily's expertise, enthusiasm and professionalism. All the staff were so helpful to me as I made decisions about color, texture, usability and style. There were times when I had no idea what I wanted and Emily helped steer me in the right direction. There were also times I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and she helped me execute the idea. The process was fast, but not rushed, and very organized. I could tell Emily and the rest of the team were not working on their first project. All the materials used by K&B were quality. Overall a great experience with this crew! Thanks K&B!!
Julie Buttler: Emily did a great job! She is very organized and was on top of things throughout our entire project. We love our new kitchen! Would highly recommend.
S Hoffman: We have used Kitchen and Bath Galleries North Hills for 3 bathroom remodels and a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen and surrounding area of the kitchen. The designers are wonderful and very willing to work within a budget whatever your price point. From start to finish they pay attention to your needs and see the project through to perfect completion.Lisa Jones was our designer for the kitchen project and couldn’t have made us happier with the results. This company is The Best of The Best.
John Ferguson: Emily Culley is very knowledgeable regarding the products and was especially helpful with the design of our Island cabinets, hardware and granite top. The responsiveness, follow up and Project Management of the install was excellent. Overall, a very good experience.
Don Moody: Lisa Jones was awesome to work with. Patient and responsive. Great customer service A++
Brian Cross: We worked with Emily at Kitchen and Bath Galleries of North Hills to design our complete kitchen remodel. She was really great to work with from start to finish. Emily took the time to figure out what our design tastes were and used that to guide us every step of the way. There were a lot of decisions to make but she was able to narrow things down where it was not overwhelming. The teams that installed the cabinets and counter tops were top notch and did a great job. We did not run into any issues at all with the installs. We are very happy with how the project turned out and would highly recommend K&B galleries for your kitchen remodel.
Clifton Edwards: I really enjoyed working with Kitchen and Bath. They renovated my kitchen and it looks great! The designer was easy to work with and helped me get the price down to my budget. I would definitely work with them again.
Melissa Smith: I have experienced 2 bathroom remodels with Kitchen & Bath Galleries and am extremely satisfied with the results of both projects. While I chose high end materials for the master bath, lower budget options were made available to me for the kids bath. I appreciated the full range of product lines paired with super customer service. The designers are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients. The owner is also available and involved in the process which made me feel confident that any issues I had would be resovled.

Paul Duquette: Our total experience with our tub to walk in shower project was great and better than expected. Don, our installer was probably the reason for this pleasant surprise. He was a true professional in every way in addition to his technical skills during the installation. He was the “face” of the company and a valuable asset to them as well. Our project began on time and ended when promised. LINDA GREEN: Long post….. Sorry….. But I have to give Re-Bath its accolades. Re-bath employees are awesome and truly ensures a customer is satisfied 100%. My mother and I needed a partial renovation done to our bathroom. First contact with Re-bath was over the phone with a rep and I believe her name was Marsha. She was extremely pleasant and professional scheduling my appt with a salesman name, Scott. Scott was one of the nicest or most patient sales persons you could ever encounter and came out and explained the process of partially renovating the bathroom. Unfortunately, I had to delay the order due to my dad passing and my mother becoming gravely ill. Scott was the best in understanding the situation and waited patiently for me to contact him back. Around the first of January, I contacted Scott again to start the renovation process of the bathroom. We had a slight delay because my shower door hadn’t arrived but Wayne, the service manager at the time, jumped on the issue immediately. Unfortunately, Wayne was retiring around the same time my shower door would be arriving and a new manager, Devon, would be taking over before my shower door arrived. I was thinking this is going to be interesting getting this bathroom renovated with a changeover in management. Smiles. I was mistakenly wrong. Wayne had given Devon my information and when I spoke to Devon, he had already checked on my shower door and he was just waiting for the shower door to arrive. Immediately, when the door came in Devon called me to schedule the job. The next week a service man, Bob, came out to renovate the portions of the bathroom that I requested. Bob was top notch professional, courteous, always on time and diligent in his work. Bob was so thorough and always ensured I knew step by step what would happen with each process of the job being completed. He was the best installer/service man I had encountered. Still, Devon, the service manager, is the one who sold me as one of nicest managers I have encountered within a business. Later on, I realized I needed some additional work done to my shower door due to my disability and an issue with the commode handle and I called Devon. He immediately got to work on resolving my issues by sending Bob and Todd to resolve the issues and they resolved the issues with easy fixes with no negative attitudes attached. Bob was extremely knowledgeable in fixing the issues and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. There was an additional part needed that Bob didn’t have on his truck and Todd came out the next day with his great knowledge and installed the part efficiently as well. Todd had come out to do my inspection of the work that was done previously after the city came out and he came back with the same bubbly spirit to resolve my issues. Bob and Todd assured me that Re-bath will stand behind their work 100% and if I have any issues, just give the company a call. Re-bath did a great job initially but I simply had to revamp some things to my previous request due to my health. Devon totally sold me on Re-bath due his total pleasant disposition, great listening skills and never appearing to be irritated but the clincher was sending his workers back to assist me with a few issues that was no fault of their own. I had to give my pleasant experiences with Re- bath employees because I wanted to show pleasant reviews are given, even if they are long like mine. SmilesThanks Re-Bath

Samantha Symonds: Completed a consultation for a bathroom remodel in October of ‘22 , they promised I would get a call the first week of Jan ‘23 and the project would be completed by Feb ‘23 - well not only is it MARCH but I haven’t even gotten the INITIAL call from them to even set up the appointment, and they will not return any of my phone calls or messages. They STOLE $11K from me - so just beware of this company - they are hella shady. There is apparently a manager or something there named Devoin or Devon - no idea if he/she/they exist because I’ve never received a message back.

Brad Taylor: While I initially had a poor review of Re-Bath it seems that in the past few weeks they've undergone a considerable shift in management. The new management reached out to me about my concerns, listened attentively, and offered thoughtful, genuine solutions to my problems. Based on this and the quality of work, I wholeheartedly endorse Re-Bath. Very pleased.
Martha Lassiter: We had 2 bathrooms renovated by Rebath. Although there were supply delays, we were very pleased with the work. Kyle was our installer and he was awesome! Cleaned up every day when he was done. He did an excellent job with our installations. Devon managed our project and was very responsive. Work included replace old shower and new countertops in on bathroom, and remove garden tub and replace with shower, new countertops and a new closet build. Would definitely recommend.Services:Bathtub replacement,Remodeling,Drywall installation

Kitchen & Bath Galleries: what do users think?
Lauren Price: I wanted to recognize Bill Ginsler for his amazing customer service. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but I have gone back and forth on some appliance decisions over the past couple of months. He has been so incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful. I am excited for our complete remodel, and Bill has made the first steps incredibly smooth and painless.
Sarah Blessing: Shaq at the Glenwood location helped me when my range stopped working. Everyone else in town needed three months to deliver a new one, but he was able to get me my dream Viking range in less than two weeks. Install was super easy, everyone was very professional and helpful, and I was able to complete the whole transaction over the phone. 10/10 recommend!!
Jason Wagner: We purchased our appliances for our kitchen remodel from K&B Galleries last year. Our salesperson, Shaq, helped us throughout the selection process and kept us up to date along the way. K&B Galleries handled the installation of our built in Sub Zero fridge/freezer and Wolf range. All of the work was done perfectly and we had no problem registering our extended warranty and promotional rebates. We thought there was a small issue with our fridge (there wasn't), and Shaq was quick to have someone come take a look. Overall, it was an awesome experience and we will definitely work with K&B and Shaq again in the future. Thank you!
Wayne Chieppa: Excellent. First class operation. I received perfect appliances within 4 days delivered to my garage old appliance removed highly recommend this store
Regina Brown: We are in the process of stripping our kitchen and redoing everythingWalked in Kitchen and Bath on Glenwood Ave. on a Saturday afternoon. We spent 25-30 minutes in the store browsing appliances , countertops etc. The entire time we were in the store no one approached us or asked if they could assist us in anyway . As we walked by both people sales people on our way out the door no one asked us if we had any questions or needed any information. I will never grace those doors again! I am also a designer and have sent people in there to get help and ideas and I will never do that again either
Arleen Sellek: Positive:Professionalism,ValueWorked with Shaq and was so impressed on his knowledge of different appliances and companies. They were so professional and always willing to help whenever we called and came by. Great value and great place to buy appliances.
Julie Oliver: I don't have sufficient superlatives to describe our experience working with Kim Kruskamp and Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We remodeled two bathrooms and only had vague ideas of what we wanted. Kim steered us in the right direction every step of the way. She took our vague ideas and turned them into beautifully executed reality. Everything was handled professionally with a solid dose of kindness and patience.
Tetiana: We went to buy new equipment in the Kitchen & Bath Gallerieshowroom, 8411 Glenwood Ave #107, Raleigh, because we hoped that alarge companyhad professional installers and there would be no headache with it .I am not very concerned if I was not welcomed (although in US it is ararity); professionalism is more important for me . When we had questionswe approached the only one seller who was sitting at the table and askedrecommendations . We liked one of the hoods and one of the cooktopsand bought them . He also recommended the installer .We called the installer, agreed on the day of installation and asked for theprice - 200$.When he began to remove the hood, it was not very neat .After installing the new hood, I discovered that one side of the hood does not fitsnugly against the wall . Since the slightest gap can cause vibration andstrong noise --- I didn't like it, but he did not react (my husband assumedthat it was an uneven wall, although the whole kitchen adjoins the wallperfectly, but where the hood is suddenly uneven)And the scratched kitchen cabinet near the hood didn't make me happyeither! Surprise! He did not have an important tool as a level! When he installed the cooktop, he was not going to put a seal under thecooktop .He did not consider it necessary! ! We had to insist . He did itpoorly and now one side of the cooktop periodically bounces up!After , he also raised the price by 100 !!Wonderful new equipment spoiled by installation . Not happy
Louise Prendergast: Critical:ProfessionalismI walked into this business as I just bought a home a d need my bathroom and kitchen remodeled. I walked around looking at the showroom and passed many people sitting at their desks. Not one person greeted me or asked me if they could help. I turned a d walked out. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Mrs T: Critical:Responsiveness
Liz McNair: I thought that I was the only person to have a terrible experience just trying to get someone to assist me. I waited for about 30 minutes trying to get a sales person to assist me. I was finally able to get someone who promptly handed me business cards and told me I could contact the installers, cabinet maker and plumber etc. myself; Iwas planning on a master bath remodel. I told the salesperson I wanted to work with a designer to assist me. She just walked away. I left the business cards she gave me on her desk. It was an insulting experience. I don’t know how this place is still in business
Kimberly Myers: We used Kitchen & Bath Galleries to remodel our outdoor kitchen. Their employees were very knowledgeable and helped us to select the best outdoor-friendly products for our project. The materials were delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The finished product is even nicer than we had expected. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We could not be happier with the finished product!Service:Remodeling
Amanda Aldridge: Christy helped us remodel our bathroom and came up with creative ideas we would had not thought about. We love our bathroom!
Ann Blacker: Overall, working with K&B was a good experience. The designer, Kim Kruskamp at the Glenwood Avenue store, made design adjustments in both the kitchen and laundry room making these areas more functional and creating more storage. Kim was very patient as we worked through selections for everything and I appreciated her guidance. The subcontractor used, Frey's Building and Remodeling, was also good and responded quickly and fairly on issues. If you are someone who lacks design sense like me, working with K&B saves a lot of time and helps to avoid mistakes in choices.Service:Remodeling
Steve Wade: The folks at Kitchen & Bath Galleries have been trusted partners of mine since the late nineties. They’re careful attention to details, thoughtful design, and craftsman like installation is rare to find in today’s cabinet companies. Their expertise extends well beyond just cabinets. They also offer stylish countertops, appliances a chef would covet, beautiful tile, and fine plumbing products. Being a residential home builder, I’ve teamed up with K&B Galleries on many projects, including my own home renovation, over the years and they’ve always exceeded expectations.Service:Remodeling
Luminita Castillos: We remodeled our home in 2019, including our kitchen, which my wife had a vision for a modern style. Christy Rosario helped us design our new cabinets with the space we had available and the team at Kitchen & Bath were instrumental in finding the appliances to match our cabinet design and installed all of our cabinets and appliance on time during our complete remodel reconstruction. They were "spot on" with their recommendations and provided excellent service. Kitchen & Bath Galleries has Superior Service in our opinion compared to all other business vendors in North Carolina. They have a great team to help you build your dream kitchen & bathrooms in your new or remodeled home!!Service:Remodeling
Kevin Bestelmeyer: We had a really great experience working with Kim Kruskamp and Cathy Lankford at the Kitchen and Bath Galleries location in Raleigh. Our kitchen was the original one from 1988 and it needed a significant revamp and upgrade. Kim and Cathy helped us design a new kitchen that was not only much more functional but also beautiful in style. We truly appreciated their eye for detail, suggestions to match our tastes and surrounding décor, and ability to give us options that suited our preferences. Their involvement and project management skills were essential to keeping the project on track and in scope. The final result was a gorgeous kitchen that transforms our entire downstairs and that will be a center point in our house in years to come. Thank you to Kim and Cathy for making this a wonderful journey resulting in a kitchen that we love to use! We would highly recommend them to others planning to remodel their house in the future.Service:Remodeling
Tom Tudesco: The service, communications and timeliness was poor. I paid and ordered a high end Dishwasher and it took over two months for it to finally get installed in my home. When purchased, I was given dates it would be in and installed. I understand manufacturing and shipping delays, but was what entirely unacceptable was the total lack of communication and caring. If I did not call K&B Galleries, I never heard from them. I never received a proactive communication, and often never got called back when promised. I finally escalated the situation from my salesman (who was not proactively helpful or caring) to his boss, and never got a call back from the boss. Miraculously, the DW finally appeared after the escalation call. The installation was great...but it was done by an outside contractor and not K&B Galleries company/personnel. Stay away if your looking for great service and caring.
Anne Strickland: Visited the location off of Glenwood this past weekend and it was a terrible experience. The whole place has a very depressing and somber vibe (just look at the website and you'll see what I mean)... That said, the worst part was the "customer service" or lack there of... We walked around and stayed in the area looking at the granite options for about 20 minutes and had zero employees greet us, check on us or ask if we had any questions. Once we decided no one was interested in helping us, we decided to leave. As we were walking out we passed not one but TWO very miserable looking employees who clearly didn't want to be there and weren't helping other customers... just sitting at their desks texting and couldn't be bothered to say a word to us. Clearly they don't need any customers. It's actually pretty comical because as you read through other reviews you will find this has happened to so many other people so I wouldn't just chalk it up to "a bad day".We ended up going to a local competitor who provided us with a completely opposite (and amazing) experience as we finally put the finishing touches on our new home.
D Green: We're buying a new home and wanted to look at kitchen appliances. The gentleman that reluctantly left his desk to greet us was actually confrontational towards me... answering my questions by correcting me or or challenging the veracity of my inquiries. It made no sense. Clearly he was in a bad mood. We went somewhere else and had far better luck finding someone helpful and knowledgeable. And polite. We'll buy from them.
Will Darmanchev: Great place for appliances and staff is amazing 😉

Ferguson Plumbing Supply: what do users think?
Paula Price: If you need to purchase plumbing fixtures, Rachel Peloquin is your girl. She is accessible, knowledgeable and knows a great deal about all the manufacturers products. She gives you her overall opinion but leaves it totally up to you to make the decision. What an awesome experience we had today buying our kitchen faucet!
S Gardner: Wow, what a great experience with Mike in counter sale. I needed a new toilet seat and two bathtub stoppers. He explained options and was professional. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer.
Shame Rodriguez: Bueno son muy rápidos y muy amables
Jack Susman: My builder bought their Frigidaire appliances through this specific Furguson. After moving in the dishwasher did not make it through a single load without leaking. Instead of replacing the dishwasher they forced me to communicate direct with a tech and Frigidaire's customer service. Which I had to chase down from a neighbor's house because they had my address written down incorrectly. For the past month I have gotten thrown into a warranty hole where I have spent 4+ hours waiting for customer service through Frigidaire and it has been a month+ without a working dishwasher. After waiting a complete month, it appears the part we have been waiting for is not even the right part for the fix.If this company cares at all about their clients they wouldn't allow me to go through this with a BRAND NEW PRODUCT. Or at the very least provide a temp solution.I can reiterate, the NEW product has not gone through a single cycle since it was installed. Why am I waiting a month for this to work?
Jonathon Cesaro: Fast courteous service.
J J: Great people. Eric is always super knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks!
J L Phillips: Excellent customer service! Rachel was very nice, helpful and patient.
Ben Dever: they are great! awesome service.
JoAnn Crell: Ferguson Plumbing Supply is THE PLACE! End your search here, they have the know how and the parts and if they don’t have it today, they’ll get it. I have gone in with broken problematic pipe mess and a picture of what’s happening and they have taken the time to help us put together a much better solution, they are honest and practical. They are there for the pro’s and there for the person who needs a map of the p-trap, from a complex system to a simple gasket, the got you. Go see Eddy and the guys , they are all right! One of the best sources ever, pleasure to do business with Ferguson.
Trae Scarboro: Met Eddie on Tuesday! He was eager to help me with what I needed. He even went by my picture I provided to build my project to meet my needs. I recommend seeing Eddie at Ferguson (Yonkers Rd.). Great guy!
Ashley Grant: My dad and I met with Lucas. He finally emailed me the details that we had decided on, but the appointment ended before I could decide between the 3 different tubs he recommended. I emailed him twice and so have yet to get a response 2 days later and I even called and left a message with one of his team members the following day (who couldn't help me themselves). He has still yet to call me back. I highly do NOT recommend him or this place. I'm going to the store in Durham tomorrow. Hopefully that will be a much better experience.
Jim Blaine: The IRS treats their customers better than Fergusons.Acknowledging that we are in the middle of a supply chain crisis and delivery times are often going to be measured in months not week, our expectations for when orders would arrive was tempered. However, in these circumstances it is very important for businesses to keep people building homes and doing remodels up to speed about changes in delivery schedules so that inspections can be set and work can be done in an orderly fashion. The Furgeson's sales team and customer service team are non-responsive. Across a handful of different representatives for over a year multiple emails and phone calls have gone unreturned for weeks on end. When you finally connect with someone they are unhelpful and unapologetic about their delays.Unless you can walk out of the store with your purchase, take your business to a company that treats their customers better than the IRS.

Ferguson: what do users think?
Arda Unal: I am sitting outside of the Ferguson on Western after an amazing experience facilitated by two employees named Anthony and Josh. They were both extremely helpful and knowledge about plumbing and just all around good people. The willingness to help and share knowledge really blew me away and i highly recommend everyone to shop at Ferguson for their plumbing supply needs.
Joseph Falciglia: I needed a water Presure reducer valve for my house. I was able to find exactly what I needed here. The workers are very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I needed to do. I was able to complete the job myself. Thanks appreciate you.
Blake Heath: Super helpful staff. I don't have an account and just walked in, they took care of me and got me what I was looking for in under 15 minutes, including a warehouse check and price checks. I'll be coming back when I need more plumbing supplies for sure
Axel Granholm: Always easy and friendly. Never talk down to their customers and treat me with respect every time I come here
Bryan Brochu: Stop here almost daily for plumbing supplies,,, absolutely the best place to go
Douglas Miller: Walked in for a tank to bowl gasket and installation bolts. Derek Davis was very helpful and professional
Ahmed Osman: Great service.Address should be:133 Jones Franklin Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606
Onsilius Nobloc: Didn't have my part, but everyone was friendly.
Person N Cary: Needed a compression fitting; guy behind the counter pointed the section to me, said that's all yet had. No help or suggestions on how to find what I needed. Looks like they have a lot of products though. Update: Thank you Ferguson customer service for the reply; at this time I do not need assistance...I had to order the part on-line.
adam ayyad: I drove from far away to get to this location, the way they treated me like I’m not wanted to be there , and acted like they just want me to get out soon as possible and they didn’t even want to serve me and they made me feel this is just because I look different than they are , their customer service told me they where very un-American . And the worst thing is to put your differences in social perspective and make it interfere with your business that’s the worst thing you do to your business , that’s what you get when you treat people with favoritism , I wish one day they learn despite of our differences as a race or etc. doesn’t matter when we all supposed to be Americans and United .
Clay Seekamp: Great people who know plumbing like the back of their hand!
lonnie wright: Love this place
Mark Foridson: Thanks for help with my choice!
Adolfo Magana: Excellent fast customer service, I recommend it, only downside is the size of the inventory, they don’t have much.
Marty Goldstein: Derrick was soooooo helpful! Even at 4:55 pm! No one else had standard heights, but Ferguson did!
Brandy Browning: Always takes care of his customers!! Sherrill and Noah are awesome!! They care about your business and helping you find the most cost efficient way for plumbing. A+
Christian Rahl: Very smart people for help with odd plumbing needs!
angel blanchard: got what I needed!!
