Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley: what do users think?
zaki jauhari: Came in for a work event and we booked one of their conference rooms. Great location, clean and nice looking conference rooms; above all, service was impeccable. They were very accommodating and understanding. Shoutout to Jim, thank you for all you doRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bryan Gibbons: This hotel was wonderful and an excellent value for the money. Felt like a hotel that would cost even more. We had a great stay, enjoyed the hotel outdoor pool on two occasions. They keep towels by the pool. We had drinks at the hotel bar. The night it rained, hotel staff lent us an umbrella to use. Great, safe neighborhood in walking distance of the Crabtree Valley Mall with many restaurants. 13 minute drive to the Convention Center.Rooms: Clean. Housekeeping came by everyday. Plenty of towels. We watching the included Showtime on the tv.
Barak Meiri: Overall good hotel, rooms are very nice.Didn't try othwr services like room service or gym. But bar is nice, and lobby has many great seating alternatives for drinking a beer or just co-working.Near by is a walking distance shopping center which is great.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Leola Mobley: Therooms are decorated very up to date. The breakfast was very hot and delicious!!!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly …More
Jessica Leigh: I did not stay at this hotel, but I definitely will next time. After our international flight, we called for our shuttle at the Doubletree by Hilton and waited almost 45 minutes for a driver. The hotel is 5 minutes away. I wish I would have asked for his name, but the Marriott Crabtree shuttle driver saw us waiting for a long time with our two exhausted kids. He asked us which shuttle we were waiting for. After waiting for another 10 minutes, he offered to call the doubletree to make sure someone was on their way to get us. He ended up doing that twice before the Iceland air crew showed up (he was waiting for them). The fact that he took the time to check on us, help us, and even had a nice conversation with us.....was enough to make the Marriott the next place we stay when we have to fly out of RDU. He was such a sweet, kind, and caring man!
Damien: Les petits déjeuners sont assez décevants, ainsi que la qualité du service. Le prix est compétitif.
Paula Mayes: Very nice! Great location, handy parking lot, friendly & helpful staff, beautiful & clean rooms! Nice mall is across the street, too!
Mauro C: Rooms: The rooms are quite good, big and well equipped with plugs to charge all your stuff. They are quiet and clean.Nearby activities: Hotel is just in-front to shopping mall in case you would need to buy something. Be aware that the closing our is quite early for European standards,Food & drinks: Hotel has good bar with good choices of drinks and basic meal that could save your dinner if you arrive at 8pm and the shopping mall restaurant are all closed.
Chris Coyle: Not near much except a mall.My first room was missing curtains, second room was nice. This is an older hotel, but they’ve a good job modernizing it.Front desk staff was very friendly. Cleaning staff was overworked.
Pete T (epetet): A great location to area business and it's across the road from a shopping center. The property is tucked away, providing a quiet respite in a key location. All of the staff go out of their way to greet you and ensure that you are taken care of. The rooms have a bit of wear but are quiet and clean.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Anil Babbar: I have stayed in many marriotts over the years and during that time you come to expect certain things, this hotel failed to meet those expectations. I attended for a large event and upon check in the rooms for many of the guests were poorly handled. People with reserved double queens were given one king. The bartenders at the bar in the lobby showed zero interest in serving the guests despite receiving (note i didnt say earning) their tips. The front desk was not helpful and sometimes combative when we requested help. The cards that we asked to be distributed to event attendees just sat on the back desk because they refused to hand them out. AND at every marriott i have been to, there is a specific room service menu with the ability to order the night before, not only did this hotel did not have a specific menu but they could not handle my request to schedule room service. the only bright side to our entire experience was the banquet team led by vanessa. unfortunately for the large majority of the guests to this hotel, they will not experience that but only the failures of the hotel staff.
Troy Barber: Great location and friendly people. The mall across the street offers a lot of options for food if you want something quick as well as shopping options. I love the staff, they are all friendly and always make you feel at home.Food & drinks: The restaurant and bar are really great and always friendly.
Ruby Ruby: When I visit Raleigh, this will be my go to hotel! Excellent customer service! Great amenities! Clean, updated room. Next to Crabtree Mall.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

A RAS: -Be careful about bugs, there were lots of strange bugs in my room when I complained they send a guy with spray to kill them , no action to identify the infestation cause and fix it-The breakfast service is so bad, the lady that works there definitely hate her job, she is disrespectful and it takes forever to do anything.DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !!!!!Rooms: Bug infestedFood & drinks: Tribale services
Brenda Morataya: It's pretty and the people are *very nice*However, the beds are about as comfortable as the floor and it was disappointing to not have room service from the restaurant downstairs.
Kamisha B: I just left this hotel today and I already miss it!! Beautiful layout. Beautiful room. Loved the shower. Pressure and temperature was great. The restaurant Flask & Beaker was amazing…dinner service that is!! Jayona was thee absolute best & she made our stay awesome! If this review makes it to her…please tell Jayona her “Jersey Girls” already miss her!

Pablo del Aguila: El precio-oferta no es proporcional. Esta cerca de la universidad, lo cual es una ventaja para algunos.
Lois Petersen: Beautiful, newer hotel located on the campus of NC State University. I had room 401, a spacious corner room with huge windows overlooking landscaping on one side & the city on the other. Everything is clean and well stocked. Outdoor heated pool, workout room & restaurant with bar. Some rooms overlook Lake Raleigh. What really stands out about State View is the service. It has been quite a while since I was greeted with such sincere welcome and hospitality at a hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend.
George Yorgakaros: Lovely hotel and where my partner and I stay every time we're in Raleigh. The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice - but where StateView really makes the difference is with service. Every person I've ever met at the front desk has greeted me with a smile and has been extraordinarily helpful. At the bar, Mimi went above and beyond even after they had closed to grab me an iced tea - a simple request, sure, but one that definitely put her out, given they had already closed. The fitness room is well-equipped and never crowded and the pool is comfortable and has plenty of outdoor seating above and around it.
Rene Bystron: As an Ambassador Elite member at Marriott, I've stayed at many of their properties. Unfortunately, Stateview Hotel is not one I can recommend. The hotel's physical aspects are decent. The rooms are okay and the dining staff is friendly. However, the management's lack of customer service and efficiency taints the overall experience.I ran into a problem when I asked for a simple request: to include both guests' names on the folio. I was assured by the receptionist this would be done. It wasn't.Despite my follow-up emails, I received only generic responses from a manager named Nakyla Barnes. They were quick to apologize, but my request was ignored. It's been three weeks now, and I'm still waiting for that folio. It's clear there's an issue with the mid-level management at this hotel. Their indifference towards customers' needs is shocking. If Stateview wants to improve, they must address this.In conclusion, Stateview Hotel is a letdown. If you're a Marriott member, I suggest you consider other properties.
Monica Tornros Jakobsson: We stayed at the Stateview hotel for 3 nights, and we wished we hadn't booked so many nights. Front desk staff was not friendly at all. Breakfast was so so. Rooms were way too dark. Bed did not suit me, it was so hard. My back was so stiff and I ended up sitting in the futon for the most of the night. There was of course some positive things too. Pool area is really nice. Location is great.
Brandi Myers: Very nice hotel and venue on the campus of NC State University! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my clients!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree: what do users think?
Don John: This is probably the worst hotel I stayed in recent years! Too many problems. Let me elaborate:1. At check in, the front desk gave me the keys to a room which was already occupied by an african american gentleman. I opened the door with the key and found him very disgruntled. Went back to the front desk, got new keys to another room. But, I booked a 3 nights stay. The new keys only worked for one night. Next morning I can't open the door with all of my luggage and belongings inside. Went back to the front desk, the black lady went up to 5th floor with me and opened the door. She said I opened the door incorrectly. In the afternoon, still can't open the door. Then another front desk person admitted they mistakenly checked me out already, and reissued the keys.2. One elevator is broken. We have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway to get on an elevator, then walk all the way back to our room which is located very close to the broken elevator.3. carpets in the hallway and room are dirty4. At the free breakfast, someone who looks like a homeless person, came in with big plastic bags. He loaded those bags up with all the free breakfast food, left very little for the hotel guest, and left. That was a white person. The hotel clerks just looked on without saying anything. My advice: Even though this hotel is cheap, avoid it at all cost! Or, you will regret it.
Jacorey Brown: 0/10 would NOT recommend. My friends and I found a lot of roaches during our stay. The manager seem indifferent to the situation. Afraid to eat breakfast due to roaches. It was a lot of trash in the hallways (full trash bags and fast food bags).Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Jill Harris: I stayed here a couple years ago and it was ok then, just checked out tonight due to their being ROACHES in my room and on the bed. The elevator is broken, the deadbolt on my room door did not work at all. The receptionist seemed bothered I was checking out, and didn't have any response to their being roaches in the room. I got the impression this wasn't the first time they've heard that. DO NOT STAY HERE!Edit: after leaving in a rush in my PJs due to ROACHES, la quinta proceeded to charge me an extra $75 fee out of the blue?! DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME
joseph steele: They are short staffed but done a excellent job taking care of guestRooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Rachel Robinson: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. PLEASE listen to the 1 star reviews because my two night stay was a nightmare!!The room was very humid, smelled terrible and was extremely dirty. My room key stopped working 3 times and the receptionist for that shift was sleep behind the counter. The bathtub was so dirty I gagged when I saw it. The room and whole hotel was humid and our AC stopped working multiple times. At the end I was refunded for one night because this was awful. DO NOT BOOK HERE thx ;).
TippandDale Cobb: We booked a king deluxe room and instead of getting what we booked we had been downgraded to a queen double bed. We walked in the bathroom to find feces on the floor and things out of place like they had already let someone stay in the room and they did what they did and then decided that they didn’t want to keep the room so no one went and checked to see if the room was clean.Rooms: They are a great size just need upgradesNearby activities: The mall and Frankie’s are not too far awayWalkability: Close to the mall
Fnoigy Rutherford: What a dump! Dirty, moldy, smelly, and in significant disrepair. $135 was a total ripoff! But hey, at least the front desk staff gets plenty of sleep on the job.Noteworthy details: The toilet seat was PEELING.
Tiffany Quick: Nastiest hotel I have been too. Bugs in the room. Nasty refrigerator and dirty stains on sheets and the couch was horribleRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Tomas Rodriguez (T-Rodz): This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Being a long time La Quinta patron, saying that my family and I were disappointed is a gross understatement. I am going to list everything that made this stay one of the most inhospitable places I've stayed:1. Sheets were dirty and had stains on them.2. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion bottles, only bars of soap.3. Broken back door which seriously compromised the physical security of this establishment.4. Trash and garbage in the elevator, which broke down during our departure date. Also the primary elevator was out of commission. I had to exit the 3rd floor, with my luggage in hand, in order to check out.5. People staying there were openly smoking on the 5th floor.6. The breakfast service was substandard at best. Trash was overflowing, there was no coffee available, and food options were lacking.7. The floors on the tiled areas were sticky and had the appearance of not having been cleaned in days.I would have had a more enjoyable stay sleeping in my car, with my family, in a Walmart parking lot than what I went through. This place needs to be torn down and remodeled with a whole new staff hired that actually cares about hospitality.
J Stephens: The hotel is in a good location however the service here is almost non-existent. The floors are dirty, the breakfast area is never cleaned and all the tables were a mess with the same food on them from the day prior. When you can actually find a staff member they are always rude and upset you're asking them for something. The elevators don't work, the keys constantly have issues. I travel for a living and this is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in.Noteworthy details: This hotel is disgusting and the staff (when find one) including the manager doesn't care and are always inconvenienced by your mere presence.
Emily Scheumann: Don’t be fooled by their cleaver marketing. The pictures they post online are nothing like what the rooms actually look like. We arrived pretty late in the night and it took the front desk person forever to come out from the back room and actually help us. It was probably hard to hear us saying hello over the volume of the TikToks she was watching.Once we got to our room, we realized that the locks on our doors were’t very secure and the bathroom was disgusting. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
John Gibbons: Facility needs attention. Pool not in service, elevator out of order. Trash cans near doors not kept up. Rooms in good shape is what matters and staff was kind.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Yao: Lost my charger in the room and they didn’t return and even searched the room.
Brian B.: Don't let the outside fool, the room is very nice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Brandy M: Made an online reservation… arrived at 10:30… waited in lobby until 11pm…. No one came to the front desk to check me in and no one answered the phone…. And they have a strict policy that they will only accept cards with chips as the ONLY form of payment. My chip is broken.

Chris Smith: Our room was clean and put together, the bed was very comfy. The staff were all really nice and helpful. The ONLY negative thing I could say is the business they partner with for their room service is iffy. The pizza was good but the “boneless wings” were just really sad. Reminded me of poker chips or something, you can see how thin they are… overall would stay again but just stick to pizza or bring something in myself!

Ben Humphrey: I had a very disappointing stay here. After driving many hours to this location, I was awakened at 5:30AM by the alarm clock in the room next door. Multiple calls down to the front desk went unanswered, forcing me to dress and go find the lone staff person cooking breakfast in order to turn it off. Of course at this point, I was unable to return to sleep so arrived at an important interview quite disoriented and frustrated. This interview was the whole purpose of my stay, so the relatively expensive $125 room was a complete waste. Neither the front desk nor La Quinta customer service offered any kind of remediation other than points to their "club", which I am now convinced not to join. I will avoid La Quinta in the future.Noteworthy details: Severely understaffed.
LUCY PEOPLES: Too many people hanging outside and it's fearful.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Worldwide: Not good
Que Becton: Me and my wife just arrived to this hotel on a friday night. I have literally had 2 people over 1, being a family member then front desk knocks on my door and tells me Ive had too much traffic and they will call the police on me. Lol Litterally 2 people. TWO. On a FRIDAY night. Is there a no company policy here? I do not partake in any criminal activity nor do I present myself in that manner. I am very offended. Never again will I stay here. My Commercial License will hint that I am a truck driver. I feel me and my company have been Stereotyped again one being a close relative.

Brian Joseph: First, let me start by saying I really like this place... The staff is top notch, and the service was impeccable. The grounds and rooms, as well as the amenities, are meticulously maintained. The food was awesome! Everything we tried was simply devine, and though everything on the various menus were pricey, it was all worth it due to the service and quality alone. The spa was truly relaxing, and the masseuses there and the support staff were great. That said, the ONLY thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars was the fact the road noise from I-40 was just horrible and non-stop due to it is literally right behind it, which made being on the lakeview balcony almost impossible, and enjoying the outside amenties relatively noisy. But again, everything else was really good, the concierge and the front office were awesome and we truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back (I will just be inside more).
TravelinGamer: —Update 7/7/2023, regarding serviceThe new hostess for the bar lounge area is rude and unprofessional.İ have been a customer for more than 5 years and always had a good experience with service but this new hostess (short blonde) is absolutely does not belong in this establishment. Terrible attitude, unprofessional and rude rude rude. İ hope the management will make same adjustments with regard to human resources representing this fine establishment.—This is a true gem. Hidden in Cary, NC. Consistent sophistication and elegance. A true 5 star experience.
Annie Thompson: Our families recommended the Umstead as the top place to have your wedding…so we booked our wedding there. On the day of the wedding someone in our wedding party tested positive for Covid. We decided to cancel our wedding and quarantined ourselves and our guests. We even ordered room service and had them leave the food outside of the door to make sure others were safe. One week later the Umstead charged us for all the food for the wedding including charging for not just the ingredients but the cooked food. They also charged us for the wedding cake and my bouquets. We never saw any of these things. They didn’t even ask us about the items when we cancelled on the day of. We would have shared all the food and cake with our guests who were quarantined and travelled across the country for our wedding. When we mentioned that they should have told us about these things and that they were going to charge us, they said that they didn’t want to bug us after what happened. That was cop-out they could have told any of our wedding party about it and we would have been able to at least enjoy what we were being charged. They made an already traumatic experience way worse. This place has no heart and is strictly money driven. I do not recommend this hotel especially for your wedding.
Jacob Yackenovich: Continues to be an absolute remarkable experience. The staff are pleasant and very attentive to guests and detail. Rooms are well appointed. C_R_E_A_M Dollar Dollar Bill Yall: I enjoyed the most delayed but relaxing birthday massage ever. Apparently Umstead spa had a renovation that made it impossible to find an open slot to book for my birthday 5/19. I settled for the next available day which took place today and the environment was so comforting. I didn’t get to experience the steam room, but the lounges were nice, the atmosphere, the whirlpool, the co-ed outdoor whirlpool was so nice. The bath & body products available for use while patronizing the establishment smell so good and feel nice on the skin. I booked the coastal massage 80 min with Chengwei, he provided a relaxing massage experience. I’ll have to return at a later date.Unika B. & Co.

Charles gehlken: We stay at this amazing place at least once a year! Beautiful and serene! We always have a wonderful time, and I am struggling with putting 4 stars for service as it is their own standard I am comparing it to. They are normally a level of perfection rarely matched by others. However, this last time was a bit under that standard. We ordered coffee with cream and sugar and got a dirty cup and no spoon. When they did housekeeping after the first night, they took my robe as it was lying on the bed anddidn'tt replace it. Simple easy things that they fixed rapidly, but mistakes we are not used to at this usually impeccable hotel! This, of course, will not discourage us from attending again, if not before, then definitely on our next anniversary!Rooms: Rooms are always clean and well presented. They always try to go the extra mile!Food & drinks: Their bar and lounge are leagues above most within their market. However, Herons restaurant is an absolute must! It is fine dining at its absolute finest! From the 7 course art tour that takes you on an optical journey that you can literally taste to a brunch that intices you with dishes such as crab cake eggs Benedict. Please, if you do nothing else, enjoy this little discussed and highly underrated (Forbes 5 star) delicatessen gem!

karin golden: I was gifted a massage at Umstead spa for Mother’s Day, and I felt like it was such a bad experience for over $200. When I first booked it my massage was 1:15 until 2:15 and they said I can arrive at 12:15 and stay until 3:15. I’ve been to spas all over the world and I’ve never had an end time so I thought that was strange but I just went with it. When I arrived, they said that my end time is 3 PM not 315. My massage started a few minutes late and the entire time all I was thinking was “how I’m going to shower, get ready, dry my hair by 3 PM.” Not relaxing at ALL. By the time I left the room and took the elevator back down to the locker room. I checked my phone and it was 2:25. Usually, I like to steam after massage but obviously there was no time for that. I got to check out right before 3 PM. But if I hadn’t, would they really come looking for me in the locker room and kick me out? I find this policy so strange. And I told them that and they got very rude about it.
kuenga kay: This review is long due. The spa itself is impressive, and the ambiance itself is laid back and relaxing. The property is beautiful, and I can see why people choose this place as a wedding venue. We also ate at the restaurant; the service and the food were exceptional. It’s in small portions but every bit as savory. The little complimentary juice they give you tastes so good!!! They have specific hours they remain open, so if you don’t have a reservation, call in and ask beforehand. I would definitely go in when I have more time so I can go around the property and really enjoy what they have to offer.
C S: As my first time experiencing the spa as I have waited a few years due to Covid and then closed for renovations, I was finally able to get an appointment and so excited to visit. I was beyond disappointed. The massage itself was underwhelming, the room was too bright even though I asked the therapist to have the room dark, which they did not accommodate and could not relax. I have received better massages at a generic massage chain then I did today. As this spa is rated in the top 10 spas to visit in NC they should hold therapists to a certain technique standard as an expectation. I will not be returning as the overall experience was not worth the wait or the money.

Brian C: Stayed at the hotel one night as part of a wedding. The wedding itself was great, but the Umstead is a hotel that I would not trust with my luggage. We were part of the wedding party so when we arrived, they told us to tag our luggage and leave it in a pick-up area so it could be taken up to our rooms. However, when we went up to our rooms after the wedding, our luggage wasn't there. We hoped that perhaps they would deliver them later, but they never did. Later that night, we found our luggage by coincidence just sitting in a meeting room completely unattended at almost midnight. Who knows what would have happened to our belongings if we never found it ourselves and they sat there all night? On top of all this one of my bags was missing! When I talked to the management about it, they said they'd look into the situation and get back to me. Weeks go by and no one ever contacts me. I then had to start bugging them to get a response. After over a month of me calling them several times to see if they found my bag, they finally tell me that they can't find it and have no idea why the bellhops delivered the bags to the wrong place, basically shrugging off the whole situation. The manager also told me that they cannot accept responsibility for the missing bag and cannot compensate me since "it was never in their care," despite me voicing that I felt like it was in their care since they were the ones who re-assured me that they would deliver my bags in the first place when I left them in the pick-up area.It is pretty shameful that a 5 star hotel can't even correctly deliver bags to a room. A seemingly simple task to most. And it is shocking the amount of irresponsibility and apathy I experienced from the staff when they misplace your luggage. Do better and please don't treat your future guests like how you've treated me and my friends.
Caroline Sherman: Obtaining a reservation at the Umstead Spa is proving to be impossible. The schedule is available only 2 months out and is fully booked. I’ve been told to email daily to determine when the next schedule will be available. Really?Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Sheraton Raleigh Hotel: what do users think?
Yonathan Debela: The hotel is not that clean overall, it looks old and beaten up, but I didn’t expect to find roaches in my rooms which I had to change rooms twice. I guessed they are having some kind of infestation. But, overall the hotel is in a good spot close to a couple of good bbq places.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Jon Jackson: Rooms: Solid rooms, clean and modernNearby activities: Restaurants and bars very walkableNoteworthy details: 17th floor Lounge is always a perk, complimentary drinks and food if titanium or higher. Fantastic attendants and service up there.
Andrew Hobbs: Our toilet stopped flushing. Our keys stopped working literally every day. The hotel has leaks and the elevators are multiple years out of inspection with missing bolts in the panels and take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Out room had multiple broken tiles and the bathroom had mold. No stairs from the lobby so it’s a fire hazard. The restaurant was overpriced and bland. There was a homeless guy in the lobby asking people to rent him a room that the staff did nothing about. No fridge or microwave in any room and some of the ice machines don’t work, and since they are on random floors you will have to run around the whole hotel to get ice. The door to the room also wouldn’t close all the way unless you pull on it with all your weight so it could be potentially reopened without a key. Half the escalators don’t work. The room also had silverfish.
THE WHITE MEXICAN: KeeKee went above and beyond to help us secure everything we needed for our room late in the night shift thank you so much, had an amazing time here in the city.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
C Bee: I had breakfast Monday morning while waiting for my business partner to come and join me. I was blown away at how delicious the food was. I'm in the food and beverage industry, and I sometimes like to taste other chef's food. I had to ask who the chef was. The young lady told me Darrin made the breakfast. The grits were perfect, and the hotel was spot on for great customer service. Thanks so much Sheraton for the great hospitality!!
Audrey Pryor: Everyone was super polite and inviting. Very welcoming and close to lots of restaurants and other events going on in Raleigh. Kiki and Chris stood out to our group and they were fantastic along with the rest of the worker there! We had an amazing experience! Definitely worth the money!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Lux Nyx: Rooms: I am lucky and loved the room accommodations and assistance getting comfortably checked in and readyNearby activities: Beautiful city of lights and business offices inside for various Sheraton usualsSafety: Safety and protection within business building safeguard and discretely handle concerns in house with various security companies and policies for room access after hoursWalkability: Area is gigantic, downtown and close enough to not require transportation, intown public transportation is free and widespreadFood & drinks: Different types of things and restaurants coupled around many bars and dance clubs. If lacarne is still downtown this is the place is the place to goNoteworthy details: Ask and we shall see
Adrianna Parrish: Chris and Keekee were so helpful the entire trip, they even helped find something we lost. Ten out of ten experience because of them!Noteworthy details: I just want to reiterate that keekee(security) and Chris (bell man) we’re very helpful the helped me multiple times during my stay.

James Ge: Everything was great except for the hotel surroundings and transient open lobbyRooms, stayed on the club level, the room looked renovated according to the updated Sheraton brand, although the ceiling had some strange marks, bathroom amenities were goodLounge, the staff was very hospitable, and for an American club lounge the hot dishes were remarkably good - considering US dining times you’ll not find a space between 530pm - 630pm ish, come at seven the lounge is yours, with dishes being replenished even 10min before dinner is supposed to wrap up, there are dozens of non alcoholic beverages and plenty of snacksThe only off putting bit was the combination of lobby architecture - being accessible from two sides and a connected building, which led to some odd folks roaming around, maybe it’s a trade off for being in what appeared to be downtownIf you come here from Bonvoy to double check against the 3.x rating the hotel has received there, I completely disagree itIt’s a solid Sheraton with updated rooms on the club level, a good club lounge and friendly staff - and I say that as a long time ambassador status holderI’d stay here again, but a bit of lobby security wouldn’t hurt
Brice Pinkowski: Great location in the heart of Raleigh. Just certain parts of the room show its age, with warping floors and cracks in the corners. Despite these small things it is very clean and a comfortable place to stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sam Sletten: Pros: Lovely front desk staff, good air conditioning.Cons: Rooms.Traveling as a group, of 3 rooms that we checked into 2 had to be changed. The first room's door had a security latch that was completely sawn through. The second room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. All three rooms had either cheap or highly worn vinyl flooring that was coming undone. Hooks for the showers were old/warped and as a result occupants had to re-hang the shower liner. One request to replace a broken coffee maker was ignored.I am a regular guest at Sheraton Hotels and have never seen a property in this rough of condition. Would stay away until property undergoes another renovation.
Bojan Cukic: Whenever I need to stay close to the Raleigh convention center, I choose Sheraton. The hotel is clean, and the service is outstanding. Rooms could use an update, particularly bathrooms.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
