ashley Gonzalez: Online it clearly states that to cancel your appointment 24hrs before. I had cancelled my appointment with Elisha 2 days before and asked her for my deposit refund. She never responded. So again I asked her for my deposit refund the following day (24 hours before) and she went on to tell me because it’s short notice she will refund half. My deposit was $35 and she refunded $15 only. Then I proceeded to tell her online it clearly states 24 hours before. She went on to tell me during the holidays the policy is different. This is not stated on the website. Very unprofessional and clearly bad business habits.

Prices different than what's advertised on website. I have no extra money to be giving anybody when the same job can be done elsewhere even better. Also extremely slow service compared to other salons in the triangle area doing the same job. Messy boots for sure.

Litzi Paniagua: This pyramid scheme of a place. Literally they scam you out of money by messing up your hair and then saying that you have to come back and get it “touched up” and how it’s a “process”. I wanted an ash brown and had previously came to this place and they lifted some color and said to come back. So I did and now I am blonde with multi colored roots. Like how do you get blonde from ash brown ? I will not be coming back to this scam of a place. 200 hundred dollars of a scam. It looks like a child did it and I might as well done it myself. They’re way too distracted and don’t do the job in a timely manner. Absolutely horrible service not to mention my hair is practically fried. Do not come here!! katherine bradley: My mom is from Panama, so I understand some Spanish and they talk badly about customer’s natural hair. There’s no sense of hair care, just detangling hair with a rat-tail comb, wash and blow out. They don’t even offer to deep condition, you have to ask which was and extra $25. I have a lot of thick hair and I felt like the blowout was done sloppy and wasn’t really styled. I had to go home and fix it myself. If you’re looking for stylist that try to take care of your hair without talking badly about it and actually put effort to style it, not blow it out and put oil on it, then I personally wouldn’t advise black women to get their silk presses done here.Service:Blowouts

When she finished my entire head was brown but the color job was so bad that you couldn’t even tell it was all brown unless under light.Everyone that was serviced advised that they were not satisfied with their hair but they did not care and still took the full price. I was there 3 1/2 hours for no reason.

I’ve always gotten blow outs with relaxed hair, but have been natural for 4 years this February.Dolores was the woman that did my blowout, she definitely exceeded any expectations that I had.I’m not passionate about doing hair anymore, and I consider natural hair a task to maintain.I thought the woman that washed my hair was ripping every hair out of my scalp, but to be fair I don’t often detangle. I have no excuses other than it hurts, with work starting at 5:30am for me it’s easier to brush in a ponytail.My only complaint is that that woman that washes the hair should properly learn how to detangle hair.I was thoroughly impressed to see my hair in the middle of my back. I normally only straighten my hair yearly (2nd time for my natural hair) to check the length, but open to just wearing it straight due it being a little difficult to maintain on my own. The hair of my hair comes first…so I’ll see how it goes!My first time there and definitely won’t be my last!Thank you!Edit**Went back two and half weeks later, and the person that didn’t my hair prior, told me her name was Delores. Apparently there is no one there by that name. I see they close at 7:30 so I just called to see what time they stop taking people because I wanted to come in at 6:30pm(because I get off work at 6:15pm) and get my hair washed/dried and ends clipped. The lady on the phone told me she was owner and kept saying "come now we not busy", I kept telling her "ma'am, I am at work right now. " So we went back and forth saying the same thing for like 2 minutes and she said "I don't understand what you're saying and hung up' and wouldn't answered when I called back.

I came in on a Wednesday evening and upon entering I was told I had to take down my child’s hair. So picture me with a comb, combing out my child’s hair as she’s in one of the salon chairs as if I work here. Im the customer! Then my daughter gets her hair shampooed and then blow dried. A girl is blow drying my daughter’s hair and then hands me the blow dryer to finish blow drying my daughter’s hair because she said she didn’t feel comfortable blow drying. Then after, the lady braids my daughter’s hair and asks me to put the beads in. So picture me now putting the beads and rubber bands in. I cannot make this up!! I paid this lady $45 for doing most of the work on my own daughter?! I am flabbergasted at the beyond poor service I received. Straight up embarrassing. I cannot come here again for my daughter.
