Kerry Henderson: I pre-ordered 6 bundlets for Mother’s Day days in advance. When I went to pick them up, they were out of chocolate - 1/3 if my order. No call. No email. And I have to wonder why they didn’t plan ahead since they were preordered. The place was full of people waiting for their orders and the person from the back had no sense of urgency. I felt for the two ladies in the front having to face everyone. But, if you are not going to have what someone has already ordered and paid for, you should let them know ahead of time and offer a discount or a coupon for a future purchase.

LIVE LOVE LOVE LIFE: What a great variety of 😋 deliciousness. I arrived one hour before closing, they were out of 3 flavors and were icing others. We were asked if we would like to wait for 5 minutes to get it frosted. According to the time on my reciept, my wait turned into 28 mins. When I walked in, it was only 2 customers. I said I would wait. As I waited many customers came (over 15, a line formwd outside). 2 cashiers were working. The cashier who served me was checking on orders in the back but rarely brought anything out. Several customers were served and received the same cakes I was waiting on, from the other cashier. Our cashier kept saying it's being iced, but we kept hearing others who came long after us being served with the same products. she lost professional stance and countenance. One customer stopped the other cashier and asked what was going on, because we had been waiting for so long. The other cashier immediately apologized and made sure we had what we needed first. Be watchful and alleviate customer chaos. The cakes were amazing and this is NOT a regular experience at this location. As isolated as it is, it should be addressed so that when the situation occurs again, it will be handled professionally for the customer care. Thank you. See you again soon.

Karen Cook: Ordered a Bundtlet Bundle on 12/12 for pickup on 12/23. Earliest pickup time that date was 1:00 pm. Got a call at 11:30am on 12/23 stating they were out of one of the flavors I ordered and was told it was "first come first served" even though I had ordered 11 days ago. I gave them a replacement flavor. When I arrived to pick up I was told they had run out of another flavor I ordered previously. At the store, I asked what the point of placing an order was and I was told they did not have the ingredients on hand to make everything ("they're sitting on a truck somewhere"). I was angry but I gave them a replacement flavor for the second bundtlet they were out of. When I got home, I found that neither replacement I had requested was in my order and 3 additional bundtlets were the incorrect flavor. So they got 7 out of 12 correct. Totally unacceptable.

Diane Harvey: I ordered 2 dozen bundtlets, one individual bundtlet and 10” Lemon Bundt cake. Picked them up on Friday for my grandsons 1st birthday party on Saturday, the cakes tasted great only problem was I cut into the 10” bundt cake and it was red velvet not lemon. Called the bakery on Monday to let them know they said they were sorry but nothing they could do about it because I waited to long to call them and we also ate the cake, explained to them that the label on the box stated it was lemon, we had 30 people at the party by the time we pulled out the cake they were closed and were closed on Sunday so the I called the earliest time I could on Monday, they said anything nothing they could do but say they were sorry. I went 30 mile one way to get these cakes will never go back. Just make sure you check the flavor before you leave and I understand that mistake are made but the way they handled the complaint was very disappointing.I went on the website below and completed the survey they asked me to. I received an email from the owner apologizing for receiving the wrong flavor cake and how my complaint was handled. I’m very pleased with the results she offered and I’ve changed my review and will go back, like I said before the cakes were delicious

Tim H: Unreliable service, find a different bakery for your needs or you'll be scrounging for last minute solutions. Order was placed on 7 Sept with a pickup scheduled for 10 Sept at 10am. Arrived at 11am to pickup order, was told the order was not ready because it was scheduled for pickup on 17 Sept. Showed my receipt that clearly shows a 10 Sept pickup. This business caters to special occasions, those can't be postponed because of business failures and people rely on you holding up your end of the agreement. Unacceptable to waste time, gas, and plans of your customers due to poor business operations.

Samantha Jones: The worst nothing Bundt cakes in North Carolina. I stopped by at 5:25pm on a Saturday evening 3 young girls where Inside the building the cake case was completely EMPTY. I asked if I could get a 8”inch carrot cake with light icing the girl on the register said that the kitchen was close but she could put on for Monday. I’m not sure why they close the kitchen 35min early? I live in Georgia where I ordered assorted bundtinis at 10 to 15 minute before close. Not only that this store doesn’t take holidays orders for the same day. It’s sounds like a dysfunctional bakery not selling to customers.

Chandra: Was there yesterday and for some reason my online order did not go through. I needed a cake for daughter's 18th birthday so you can imagine l was a little panicked! Luckily they had a fresh white chocolate raspberry cake on deck! My whole family loved it! It's almost gone already! Even my dad who's appetite had been off had had a couple pieces! My other daughter will be having a birthday in Nov so will likely be back soon. And my mom may be ordering soon as well! 😆

Tiara Green: I am very disappointment in the services I just received today. I purchase mini bundt cakes from store 6643 for a co workers birthday. I wanted to make a birthday Charcuterie board and I asked if they could switch out the decorate because I didnt know that they offer different selections for decorations on a cake. This was my first thing coming to Nothing bundt cake and I felt like what I am asking for was not difficult. I already paid in advance for the decorations and the theme for the party is not the same color. The manager was very rude and not understanding. I really disappointment with this service!!!

Ashley Rabie: I ordered a funfetti cake with vanilla icing. It was delicious! I guess I am confused why they don't have boxes that fit the cake. They had to"double box" the cake and the top was left exposed and the frosting got messed up (we had to travel 5 hours with the cake). I was disappointed and I am not sure if they just ran out of the boxes, but having a box that fits the product seems as though it would be an essential part of a cake business.

LaRhonda Davis: Used Cake Couture for a Corporate event - while Brie was very swift on communication and the treats were great there we a few things ignored.1. Asked for finger foods (specifically the mini wraps and donuts requested): the wraps were full size and the donuts were HUGE. Very hard to eat during a networking event where you are doing more talking than eating.2. Late Arrival+Late Set-up=Late Event: Brie wasn't able to come for delivery which was a-okay. Her husband, very nice guy, came to set-up. The event started at 4PM and this was discussed with Brie before the event. Her husband arrived at 3:15 to begin set-up. He had a number of items to maneuver from his car to the actual event site. He did not have a cart to transport the ordered items and we had to request one from the venue. My team, as well as I asked him a number of times if he needed assistance with set-up because we realized he had a number of things to do and he continued to say "no". Welp, 3:55PM came and he still had a few things to do. Our guests started arriving at 3:30-3:45PM and we had to hold them in a room until the set-up was complete. My team ended up just jumping in to complete the set-up, so that we could start the event. That ran us 10-15 minutes behind schedule.3. Ordered items missing: We ordered unsweet tea w/ sweeteners and it was missing. Some of our guests who were not able to drink sweetened lemonade were left witout a beverage option.There were some positives. Our group enjoyed the set-up once completed. The cookies were great - the glitter cake pops were a big hit. Everyone loved the red velvet cake pops. While I would love to work with Brie and Cake Couture again, I'm unfortunately not able to continue the relationship, as it is important that event start times not be ignored. I host very high level coporated leader and the expectation is that everything is, for lack of better words, "on point". Thank you for everything, Brie and I hope this feedback is helpful.3 years later and I tried their storefront - ordered the cinnamon bun cupcakes and the flavor was underwhelming. Taste nothing like a cinnamon bun. Regular butter cream icing with cinnamon and a cupcake that looked like it should have been better but taste just like vanilla. How can you go wrong? Next time I’d suggest making a vanilla cupcake with a cinnamon role flavored icing.

This is not just any bday cake this is a dairy free lemon blueberry cake! I also ordered dairy & gluten free cupcakes and both are delicious and hard to tell apart! I just want to keep eating it!
