Tiffany Williams: Never had an unpleasant experience until today. As always, Evan was professional & I appreciate that. The young lady working with him , however, was another story. For starters I wasn't asked my name & she didn't give hers. She got an attitude because I told her she wasn't going to be fishing in my arm. After her attempt to tell me what fishing was, she dropped one of my tubes of blood on the floor & proceeded to slam the other tubes down into the holding tray. Fishing is what she did. She stuck me, then I could feel when she went in & also moved the needle around, TWICE. I just happen to be a nurse. I draw blood daily. The audacity to try to tell me what you're doing to me-the person in the chair & then the attitude because I voice that. SMH.I will go back but she will never render service to me again.

Andrea Martin: So, I’m not sure of the managers name but they definitely do NOT need her there! She was extremely rude and was not willing to help at all! The other staff were nice but she was NOT! I went there to get tested for COVID and paid $270 to get the results for the same day, but I never got them sent to my email as I suggested! I literally drove back just to get my results (If you are traveling make sure your flight doesn’t get canceled because they do not care!) They told me to pay $270 again 2 days later due to my flight being canceled. I do NOT recommend this place unless they change the manager to someone more professional because she was extremely RUDE! I do NOT recommend this place for COVID testing!!!

CW: Um 😐 in the picture I am sharing I don’t know what on earth happened here because I never ever bruise like this especially not for blood drawn. I been in hospital days with IV and I never bruise. 1 hour later after blood drawn I started bruising it’s been many days and instead of getting better it looks worse. I did tell the lady that no one ever did that location where she put the needle and that it was very painful. She looked at me like she could care one bit if I was in pain or not and completely ignored me. I guess you have no say just be quiet and appreciate that they “helping” you. If she would have been a bit more considerate I wouldn’t be here upset. I am worry now that she hurt a vein or something. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back, I’m scared now.

Pradeep M: Was really worried about the negative reviews. Came here 15 minutes before appointment and checked in using sms I received while booking. In 2 minutes I got the message saying technician is ready. Went in, gave urine sample and blood sample. Came out in 5 minutes.

Sha'Quitta M Brown: Amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to check in from my phone & wait in my car until they were ready. I received a text to come inside when they were ready to see me. Upon walking in I was greeted by name by Shaun K. He was kind & very knowledable when it came to the insurance portion. My wait time in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. When I got to the back I was in & out of the chair in 5 minutes tops. The lady who drew my blood was fast, friendly & efficient. I'm a hard stick, but she got me on the first try. Not to mention I felt no pain. Did I forget to mention I was able to get this done on a Saturday?! Overall I'm 1000% satisfied with this LabCorp location. Great job guys!

Bobbi Mullins: Avoid Labcorp if possible. I have had a lot of lab work over the last 8 months, and occasionally things go smoothly, but most of the time they don't. For my latest order I've tried to get it done twice already, but they never can find the order even though the doctor's office has placed it in the system and faxed it several times. (This has also happened on numerous other occasions and with different doctor's orders, plus I've seen the same thing happen to others in front of me.) When they finally magically found the faxed orders I waited another 45 minutes while everyone in front of me went through. When she started seeing people who arrived well after me because they had appointments I had to leave because I had to be somewhere else. I had no idea how much longer it would be or how many of the others who had arrived after me had appointments and would go before me. I suggest you get written orders from your doctor (don't rely on them sending it digitally or by fax) and make an appointment. Perhaps that will work better, but I wouldn't necessarily count on it. There was 1 person there doing the job of receptionist and phlebotomist. The other person left shortly after I arrived at 11am for her lunch hour. I suppose when she returned the other one would leave for an hour for her break. So, don't go between 11-1.

One of them was kind enough to show me how to use their check-in machine. I did not even feel the needle. Then, I was quickly on my way. I have used the LabCorp on Ed Drive previously and had a similar experience. This was a pleasant experience; I don't understand the negative reviews.

downtownhealthcenter: My experience was 5 stars. Great staff, good service and I was in an out in 10 minutes. I read some of the nonsense complaints people have listed on here and other locations so I will give more detail. The GPS was spot on. Waited 5 minutes. Place was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. No bruises on my arm. My ID scanned right away. Chairs comfortable. Pictures on the wall looked OK. The place was upstairs and I was able to climb the stairs without difficulty. There was an elevator also. The blood in my veins was flowing freely. The needle did not hurt. Parking was accessible. I had to pay 200 dollars but that was cheap considering how many labs I had done. Plus they have to take the samples to another place to run the testing then send it to the doctor. They have to deal with insurance companies which is why it costs so much. Give them a break. I would not want to draw my own blood.

The wait time was longer even though I had an appointment but Summer was very kind and efficient, despite difficult patients and finicky technology challenges. The signage was straightforward and they provided a mask if you didn’t have one.

Gh Har: With all of the times that I have gone here to get blood drawn, they have all been great. The girl that seems to run the show at this location is a trooper and she does great work, I give her 5 stars. Today I went there to get my blood drawn. There was a younger guy, he seemed very new, did not know his way very well on the computer to check me in. Went to the back, sanitary did not seem to be at the top of the list. Did not put on gloves before touching my arm looking for a vein, he did put on gloves after he found a vein and before poking me for a vein with the needle. The gauges that they put on you after they remove the needle, he was placing it on the arm rest of the chair, a very dirty place where everyone touches, told him not to use it, get a clean one. He also poke me 3 times to draw blood. I mentioned what happened to the super trooper lady that works there, she told me that I should have been poked 2 times max not 3 times. Any future times I go there to get my blood drawn, I will have the super trooper lady do it, not any one that seems to know not what they are doing.
Mary Crofts: The lab technician inserted a butterfly needle to draw blood and allowed it to twist about 30° in my hand blood vessel. The next day, I had a major hematoma in my right hand. She clearly did not know the procedure well. I would like to go anywhere but to this blood draw office. I have been there before and seem to have no other choices

This is by far the BEST LabCorp we have ever been to. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and happy. The techs are experienced, quick, and painless. Highly recommend.

I get there are 12:30 and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed from 12:30-1pm for lunch. I work in customer service so I know it’s hard sometimes but the lady with the green hair is by far the rudest, most unhelpful person I have ever experienced at a business. Customers have other options when choosing where they go for labs. Do yourself a favor and go 3 miles up the road to the other location off Falls to avoid this lady.

The extreme shortage of workers can be the only explanation for this woman still having a job here. She was unclear in her directions to the person in front of me. They were (understandably confused), and instead of clarifying, the woman just said, "You are not understanding me. You did not hear what I said," over and over. Actually the ENTIRE WAITING ROOM could hear what she said. I felt so sorry for that poor woman. Most of us are not getting tested because we are feeling great. We are already not well. No one should be treated the way that worker treated that poor client, least of all a patient who is probably paying too much money already for a test because she's sick.
jennifer scott: I rarely ever give bad reviews. If it's bad I just won't say but this place is the absolute worst experience with labs for my daughter I have ever experienced. And we've been to a lot. The lady at the front desk was rude and short with everyone there. She clearly hated her job and dealing with people. She called my daughter back and actually drew the blood herself and I have never seen someone so rough and careless drawing blood. My daughter has been through surgery and has blood drawn too many times to count but this left her crying in pain AND still bruised 5 days later!!! We will NEVER come back here. This lady needs to be fired!!

Barbara Byrd: I went to this location to have my blood work done. The staff was friendly and very professional. However, it has been over two weeks and they still haven't faxed my results to my doctor. I have called several times and had to leave messages since it sends you to their voice mail. I had to go online download my results, go have them printed out and take them to my doctor's office.This is totally unacceptable due to the fact that I am a senior citizen with health issues that requires testing to regulate my meds and I will be filling a complaint with United Healthcare.

Angela Benjamin: I understand we are in the midst of a pandemic but I scheduled an appointment and checked in at the Kiosk. I sat in the lobby. Someone came out and said I needed to call the number on the door and get screened then someone would come and get me. I called the number on the door but it was for the doctor's office that Lab Corp shares an office with. There are 5 or 6 options to choose from and none of them say Lab Corp. Finally someone who works there is at the door so I asked what option to pick and she didn't know and walked off then came back and said option 1. Option 1 is for doctors and hospitals. I finally just pick an option and got through to someone. Needless to say my 10:00 turned into 10:30-10:45. If you take the time to create a sign (there are several on the door) then you should take the time to put all the instructions on there. My time is just as valuable as yours.
Faith Hancock: The ladies here know what they are doing. It never hurts to get my blood work. I am there every three months and they are efficient and friendly.
Lady C: My experience was not a good one. I went in to get routine bloodwork. In all my years of having blood draw I have always been told I have good veins and easy to get blood from. Upon arrival I was called within 5 minutes which I thought was good. Once I was seen by the phlebotomist she tied my right arm and went and got a large needle and stuck it in my arm I felt an electrical shock traveling down my arm. I holler! The phlebotomist continued to draw tubes of blood. When she took the needle out I let her know that I never had that pain or feeling before in my life. Her reply was I was dehydrated. As days and week went by I continued to have that electrical shock up my arm, numbness, tingling in my hand. After a visit to the doctor I was advised that the needle hit my nerve while the blood was being draw which is why I am getting numbness , tingling, and electrical shock. These feeling can last a month or more due to my nerve being hit. I will not return to this location.

David 306: So so lame! My wife's doctor sent me to this location to pickup a fecal sample kit. I brought the paperwork emailed by the doctor to pickup the kit. The door is closed without a window or means to get attention of the reception. I am supposed to have brought my wife's driver's license with me to check in to get the kit.

The job then called and said it looked like LabCorp sent that a sample...how??? I didn’t even complete the drug test there! Avoid this location at all costs please!!! Des C.: WARNING! Do not go here for labs! To reiterate what Alexandra said in her review. What is the point of having an appointment if you're going to take walk-ins before you?! There were 6 people ahead of me, 1 of them had an appt before me. My appt. was at 8:30am and they do appts in 30 minute increments. Five of those people were walk-ins. By 9:15am I left. There were still 3 people ahead of me and then a guy came in with a bio-hazard jug and the lady let him skip everyone, so that was the last straw for me. Who knows how long I'd be there if I stayed. I will never go to that location again!

Chloe Oliver: I made an appointment for 4, arrived a few minutes early. I had trouble pulling up the mobile check in so after trying for a bit I just went inside to check in. Because I checked in at 4:01 they had already wrapped up and wouldn't see me. I didn't find out til 15 minutes later, after I had received a text that said someone was ready to see me and to wait in the lobby. I don't know why they allow people to schedule appointments for 4 if they can't be flexible by 1 minute. I understand firmly set closing times, but then their last appointment should be 3:45. I also wouldn't have even tried to make the mobile check in work for those few minutes if I'd realized it would cost me my appointment.
Elizabeth Workman: The receptionist seems to go by different rules from what is posted on the labcorp website and the test orders. She wasn’t super helpful or friendly. Though she eventually let us do the test. We were there for over an hour waiting for a simple test.

At 9:30 I was told by the receptionist they had no appointments at 8:45 scheduled. A minute later she said she had cleared my appointment because I was not present, even though I was in the room and never received a notice. Horrible communication and service - avoid this location at all costs.

Joshua Banks: One star bc you can’t give zero. Do not ever ever go to this LabCorp location. Schedule your appointment at another one or use another provider altogether. The technicians don’t know what they are doing and they are not apologetic when they screw up. Do not use the mobile check in at this location because they don’t know how it works and when they don’t text you they accuse you of being late and refuse to honor your appointment. Do not go to this location.Notice they reply and say they’ll do better but there’s a one star review every month it seems. It’s just lip service.

I went to the front desk and explained the issue. The lady told me they had been calling my name the whole time and that I never responded. I was literally sitting in the chair closest to the door and would have definitely noticed if they were calling me. I also never received a text or email saying it was my turn.They forgot about me, and then lied to my face about it. Never received any sort of apology, they were rude and cold and acted like their incompetence was my fault. Never returning to this location

Swati Gupta Kasera: TERRIBLE FACILTY!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO (0)We went to the facility for preventive blood work of my kids. They applied insurance for one of my kid but not to the other one. Also, they sent the test results to the Doctor for only 1 kid. For other kid, the results were missing and they sent me the bill of $255. I called my insurance provider to check the same, they confirmed me that since it's annual and fully paid by insurance, we don't have to worry. Insurance paid, sent me the EOB and also to Quest.Even then, EVERY MONTH I GET A BILL FROM THE QUEST FOR ALREADY PAID SERVICE. NOW I'M GETTING CREDIT COLLECTION NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT I DON'T OWE. I MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO QUEST, MY PROVIDER AND TO CREDIT AGENCY TO RESOLVE THE SAME. QUEST LOST THE EOB, NOT UPDATED THEIR SYSTEM AND NOT EVEN LISTENING TO MY INSURANCE PROVIDER.I told my Doctor not to ask anyone to go to Quest.

After calling my insurance agency to verify my insurance, I was able to sort things out and proceed. She even called my doctor/customer service line to get clarity on the tests. Rebecca Smith: How do I give this place 0 stars? The staff is extremely unprofessional. I went to this location to drop off an at-home lab. I arrived at 12:25 and the door was locked. I knocked for 5 minutes before someone came out. The woman told me she’s on her lunch break and refused to see me even though I was there before the 12:30 closing. Not only did she refuse to let me in, she was extremely rude and condescending. When I did have my labs done, the phlebotomists were complaining about how big of an order it was. It is clear that the people at this facility do not care about their patients and don’t enjoy their job or serving others. I recommend not trusting them to stick a needle in you.

Made my appointment for 1:45 and realized while I was waiting that was after their closed lunch break. When I walked in I was told to wait while 2 female employees talked and after the “covid suited”‘employee told me to sit and wait. I made an appointment and tried to explain I prepaid, she just told me to wait. Another Covid suiteD person came by and they proceeded to talk for for about 5 minutes. When I yelled to the back to find out how much longer it would be I was told 10minutes because she had another client. 15 minutes later I left. I will not got back there and I will reschedule at another location.
jodi underwood: I should have read the reviews before using this facility. The staff was rude. the phlebotomist didn't "draw my blood", she stabbed the needle into my arm and caused a horrible knot and bruising that lasted for at least a week. (it's been a week and the bruise is still black) Horrible staff, horrible phlebotomist!) Find another location if you can. I've been to other Quests, and they have been fabulous- I am very disappointed with the staff here!
B W: This specific location does not do drug testing anymore. Thankfully I ran into an employee and she explained that the Triangle location is where they provide drug testing.
