Rebecca Prudhomme: Their water-slide bouncy houses are next-level fun! Magic by David did an excellent job setting it up. Everything worked perfectly and it lasted for our entire event. The kids had so much fun zooming down the water slide. They didn’t want to stop playing on it. We had NO issues. The renting process was quick and easy. We can’t wait to rent another water slide/bouncy house again next year!

Belinda Hart: They were on time and the kids loved it! Whoever is in charge is very difficult to work with! They only take cash nothing else! I was short $35 when they arrived and would not take a check for the rest even though I’d already paid them over $250! I had to leave the party set up to go to atm and get it. I was not happy! Also be aware that the booking fee does not apply to the rental fee. Doubt I’d ever use them again.
SCUBADAN: Great set up and delivery. Polite and professional company. Everything was as expected and perfect. Even quickly accommodating when weather caused us to reschedule for the next day. THANK YOU

Robert McNamara: Don't use David's team, hidden fees, bad customer service and mediocre experience. I contacted David when they added fees, he didn’t contact me. The party did go great, David’s stuff wasn't the only thing at our party and while kids don’t understand what all is bad overall a bad experience with his company. If Customer service is so important restitution would be made; instead nothing was offered. Hidden fees: added a gas fee after discussing it wasn’t needed I had to call to get it removed. Elsa, wore glasses, rude didn’t do what is advertised on website; like autographs, cake cutting, Again don’t use!

Yolanda Johnson: Our experience with this business was above and beyond what we expected. We rented from a different state and their policies and communication with us were outstanding. They were attentive in the lead up and the day of the team was early, friendly, professional and fast. It was amazing how quickly they set up the large bounce house we rented that had the slide. I recommend that to everyone, the kids loved it. There was a basketball hoop inside, they provided the ball, a little obstacle course and of course the giant slide which was the biggest hit. This company made the party for the kids and we recommend them to anyone and everyone. Even if youre from out of town doing everything over the phone and text like we did. I cant say enough how fantastic they were and look forward to doing business with them again!

Thankfully the sun was shining on the day of our celebration so we didn't have to postpone or cancel. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to put on a fun, community event. Everyone on the team was fun, nice, & professional. We've used them for other events before and will certainly use them again.

He even was able to add an extra attraction on short notice when another company could no longer accommodate us. HLC: Great customer service! Needed something for the kids at the last minute and they came to the rescue!

We had an illness on the originally scheduled date, but were able to reschedule easily for a few weeks later. I spoke with Xavier, who was very understanding, and we had no issues on the rescheduled date.
