Victoria Mulcahy: Been waiting to go here for some time now and it was definitely worth the wait! It's the best store to go to if you're looking to get organized. Great customer service, great product selection, and just a fun time all around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Carol King: They had rearranged things since my last visit. They've cut back on the travel products they carry. When I went to check out their computers were down and were able to ring me up as a mobile order. They were unable to email my receipt.
Jason Howard: The Container Store offers a wide range of organizational products and solutions. Still, unfortunately, my experience with their staff has been inconsistent. While some staff members were accommodating, others were less so. On some occasions, I found staff members friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. However, on other visits, I encountered staff members who seemed disinterested in helping me or could not answer my questions.The Container Store offers a good selection of organizational products, but its customer service can be hit or miss. If you visit the store, be prepared to encounter staff members who may be unavailable to answer your questions or offer assistance.

Commodity Management: This place stocks a few different size boxes at a good price. They also have bubble wrap. It’s actually part of a massive relocation operation, so they are well stocked. Keisha Lambert: Let me start by saying that making the decision to purchase boxes as opposed to searching for them for free was much more convenient. I knew that the costs (no matter what I spent) would be more than what I am accustomed to. Picking them up was easy and the woman on the phone was helpful. However, dropping them off and selling them back was a headache. I called first to get logistics of how it worked and what to do, asking where to drop them. The lady on the phone told me one thing, but when I arrived they told me something else. When I drove to the location where they told me to go, the gentleman I encountered looked at my friend and I like we were in the wrong place. When I explained that I was dropping boxes, he still acted confused and was passive aggressive. I started to leave and he then he suddenly was helpful. He looked at one of the boxes that I stuffed several of my boxes in and automatically said I didn’t get my boxes from there. I bought an entire set for over $50 but he only looked at one box. I told him I did and that he was only looking at one box. Just like that he said I was angry and the conversation became counter productive. Then he kept making this condescending comment that I had no need to get angry, that “it was just boxes” as if he did nothing wrong. He and the other gentlemen were eventually helpful but the attitude and prejudice he showed me as a woman probably assuming my age or level of intellect was less than what it is, made me never want to go there again. I knew the amount they would give me would be less than what I spent (about 10%) but the fact that they behaved so petty about it, like I was desperate and not that they were essentially ripping people off for profit, is what was least impressive about their business tactics.

Leonette was upfront that she wasn't sure she'd have everything in stock. As most people aren't moving now, it makes sense they'd have a good inventory.We also received a military discount. Again, thank you to Leonette for asking if we were military. Most times you have to ask. Thanks for your service, Leonette!They also buy boxes back. Are you going to sell for what you buy? No, but you're being eco-friendly and it's a nice option to have.NOTE: Use the entrance in the cul de sac. You'll see a sign posting for the boxes but if you go that route, you're in the back with all the moving trucks. Keep going and go down and use the next left.

The lady working at the window was so sweet and very helpful. I bought some shrink wrap and the price was perfect for 1 roll of it. They had a lot more items as well for good prices. From now on when I need some shipping supplies I will choose this place for all my non bulk items. For bulk items I choose Carolina Packaging.

Lana Jarman: This place feels like a red Walmart! It is the worst target by far in the area! I do not recommend! Clothes are thrown everywhere, AND they never have anything stocked. I understand If they sold out of something. But you're telling me you're sold out of your entire store inventory, INCLUDING the dollar section! The place is also filthy!

Target can be quite the trap and get you with things you didn't think you needed... hahaKnocked off 2 stars for never having any cashiers and the really long wait times for the 4 self check outs... not great when it takes an extra 15min to pay and leave after you've done all your shopping.

I decided to give it a chance today since it had been a while and I figured they would have clean up by now...joke's on me. I walked it, the floors were filthy to say the least, it's not updated, produce, clothes and home goods were thrown all over the place and did I mention how dirty it was? This location used to be my favorite, but it's certainly changed over the years.

S K: I wouldn't really recommend coming here for groceries. The prices are higher for the same brands, or in-store brands at a place like Food Lion or Wegmans. I commend the staff that battle tornados in-store on a daily basis that ravage the women's clothing section - scary! They deserve some kind of hazard-pay. But overall the store is decently stocked and clean. Staff are nice, has 2 poke-stops and a Starbucks inside. It's a Target.
Laura Delmege: Walked to buy approx $150 worth of groceries & maybe another $100 worth of homegoods - ended up walking out without a single purchase. Seems clear to me based on last dozen visits that target is deliberately steering their customers towards online purchasing as a systematic way of eventually getting rid of business costs associated with retail locations. I can think of no other logical reason why Target - which used to be distinct from Walmart as a clean, pleasant & customer service orientated place to shop; is now indistinguishable from Walmart's dirty, disorganized & lengthy checkout wait times. Target should realize that it's pretty tough to retain customers when moving backwards in the customer experience.

James Pierce: The store was clean and tidy. They had temporary sign that changed the hours March 5 from 9a to 9p to new hours 10a to 7p. The handmade temporary sign didn't match how well the store is executed. For a Saturday it wasn't very busy. It was a pleasant experience.I went back 6/14 after work to buy some cleaning products the store and parking lot were empty. The store is clean and bright, sales associate nice but she did tell me the store is almost always empty. They still had the temporary hours sign. If there are only going to open until 7p them change the sign donut looks professional.I still don't think Big Lots is going to make it the other Big Lots on Glenwood never has any cara in its parking lot either.I took a picture of the empty parking lot at 5pm.Good Luck Big Lots

G O: Prices are more expensive at this target than online and in other target locations. Even basic items like toothpaste were $2 more in this location than online (same exact toothpaste).
Colin Savage: Convenient location BUT expect to pay for the convenience at the register. Prices are definitely higher compared to more traditional Target locations.

The other target location did not have it any. They have a side underneath parking for pickup and if you come shopping. Parking time limit looked like max 1 hr shopping parking . Any way employee came out quick greeted me in car and he was masked. Overall for drive-up pickup I would do again. Note they only have 2 spots permanent and during holiday season more.
carter oliver: I LOVE this target!! It is the perfect size convenience store! That’s really what it is; it’s a large college convenience store. It has just about everything a college student will need in their day-to-day life, from groceries to beer, to bedding and other useful items.

I definitely won’t be shopping here anymore.

I traveled all the way from Pembroke to Raleigh because this bestbuy was the only place that had the piece that I needed for the XR. The Geek squad guy tried to scam me. He told me that the motherboard in my phone needs to be replaced and tried charging me $400 eventhough there is nothing wrong with the motherboard. I didn’t go for it and just went down the street to a phone repair place.

Ashton Thurston: I wish the family restroom was actually for families. Employees keep it locked for themselves and get annoyed when asked if you can use it. When we did use it an employee walked in on my son going to the bathroom even though I locked the door. Ridiculous.In the mornings you're lucky if there's a lane open otherwise you have to self checkout. Not convenient when you have hundreds of dollars of things in your cart.The selection at the store and the store itself are okay but these things make it one star for me.

Paul T.: (As of April 2023) For anyone else having trouble finding the drive-up area, it’s on the south side of the building and not visible from the north.It’s easy to see from Forum Dr (with Target on your left), but if you’re coming from the Strickland side (with Target on your right), you’ll need to drive past the building and turn right while still in the parking lot.Once I found where to park, the service was quick and friendly.

I've gone a handful of terms now when in the area for other stores, and each time I'm in here I'm waiting in line for up to 10 minutes, which is pretty unacceptable. It does seem better stocked than other Targets in the city, though, for whatever reason.

That being said, the bathroom is in the back left corner, reeks of urine although it looks visibly clean, and there are no toilet seat covers. The good thing is that the bathrooms have no doors so they’re easy to enter/exit without touching gross door handles. The pizza hut express never has pizza.People complain about parking but there is tons of parking, both in front and on the side of target. People are just too lazy to walk to the rows further away from the building. The back half of the parking is always mostly empty.

A: Just shop at Walmart, only self check available with one other very slow lane open. Employees actively avoiding helping customers, Walmart is cheaper and has the same customer service. Target charges more to have you wait even more also, be a smart shopper and avoid this store.
Anthony “Tony” Hadad: There are few stores or targets that I have ever seen In such disarray. Dressing room smelled like a homeless person, clothing section was tossed several times and I could find nothing, even clothes on the racks looked like they got dragged across the floor. Management need to do something or changed our because it is too nice of an area for the store to be that disgusting.

Brittany Appleby: This Target is ok...very messy and put of stock on the shelves for A LOT of things every time I go. I've always preferred shopping at Target vs. Walmart for those reasons, Target stores tend to be VERY clean and well stocked. This one hasn't been...in my experience. I prefer to shop at the one in Knightdale vs this one for this reason.
Robert Le Blah: Anybody home? Not everything can be handled with an automated computer operator. I tried calling every department for a half hour trying to reach a person (automated system does not provide that option). No one ever answered.

Target: what do users think?
Carole Fraze: Once you walk into this Target your phone won’t work. If you’re charging your car the app can’t reach you nor can I receive phone calls. I’ve seen a couple of videos on YouTube explaining why Target does this. It’s not safe if there’s an emergency and if you own a Tesla you will incur idling fees since the app can’t reach you to let you know when you’re done charging. There’s never enough registers open and a line at self checkout , sometimes I don’t mind but sometimes I do, especially if I have perishable items. The employees have been helpful when I have needed help.
Tracy and Ryan: I found the cutest cross body cell phone purse for my event. Great, clean store. The fact that it's in walking distance to hotels, residential & the park in Midtown, says it all. And tons of parking.

J Guido: I used to go to this store all the time until about a year and half ago but WOW has it changed… I went there on 4/27 late afternoon and it did not seem like the typical target experience as I always have at other locations… thankfully I called a customer service line and they helped sort everything out that the self checkout help man and other customer service guy couldn’t do for me. I will stick to six forks and grove Barton.

TazLee XOXO: I just left this location at 6pm and feel as though I was discriminated against. The Target Representative Zenaeiah (apologies for misspelling the name) who was at the cash register looked at me and proceeded to tell me she was closed and motioned me to go to the other cash register. I was like oh okay and just stood in the self checkout lane. Then a Caucasian man came up and she told him I’m closed but I will take you.Now if that isn’t discrimination then let me know what it was…I had 10 items in my basket and didn’t give her any attitude when she rudely told me to go to the next register.But maybe she was having a bad day or just tired, but if you are going to tell one customer to go to the next register because you are closed then tell the next person I’m closed, “but I’ll ring you out”.I will be calling the store this week as I called for 20 minutes over and over again to try to get someone in the phone but no one ever picked up.

Don’t let the weird parking garage and Tesla charging stations fool you, this is a normal target that gives you all the products you were searching for at an affordable price. Well kept and cozy but not dingy- this target will soon become your favorite.

Halle Zockoll: Went to Raleigh Central Target to pick up a freezer I already paid for online for 169.99. Upon arriving to pick it up I went inside and waited at the order pickup counter with my newborn baby. No one helped us, we stood there for at least 5-7 minutes. Switched the order to drive up because the baby was getting upset. Parked in drive up spot. Employee came outside and told me there had been a price change from 169 to 199 and if I wanted it for 169.99 I would have to come inside and argue my case. I ALREADY PAID FOR IT! I shouldn’t have to argue for anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tori bonifay: My card was charged twice at this target when I went to customer service. The customer service representative was on her phone. And told me that my card actually wasn’t charged twice. I tried to tell her that there was an error with the machine at that point she weighed to security and tells them that I am irate. Keep in mind I am completely calm. So this young white man comes over and he says that he security, and he to tells me that I am I right and then when I say once again that I am not upset at all , and I asked for his name, and the supervisor he tells me no. At that point to stop the situation from escalating any further, I just left and I will return tomorrow to speak to the store supervisor. I go to this target constantly I have never seen the security guard but I do not think that you should have a racist working your front. For him to tell me that I was irate simply because I asked a question and your customer service representative was literally on her phone not doin her job ,I contacted cooperate this was the weirdest situation ever
