Queen D: Very chill vibes at the bottom where the perfume section was. The lady who helped me pick out a perfume was so sweet that she even gave me free samples and put my things in a cute display box. Will recommend going and dealing with her and her only wish I got her name. I would've included it here. She was amazing and made my experience so much better.

Lisa S: Just your typical department store. Tons, massive amount of sales for 4th of July weekend.This is what I like the most: they carry my favorite jean brand names, Joe, London, True Religion etc. as you know these are $200 jeans, I saw a few of these at 40% off, not many though, just a few.

Lena Bjorner-Janes: My one star review is from my experience today May 28, 2023. I have never been treated as rudely and demeaning as today while shopping in activewear. The lady was at the register talking to 2 other associates and apparently I interrupted the personal conversation because I wanted to pay for my item. I then had the nerve to bring her an item without the proper tag on it and said to me “how am I supposed to ring this up?” I really don’t think that’s the customers problem and i would think between the 3 of them, they could figure out what to do. She told me I need to go back and find one with a tag and then come back. Her tone and the manners in which she spoke to me was very unnecessary. Needless to say, I walked out of the store and I will not go back. And you wonder why department stores are failing?
CM WH: No ventilation in the bathroom so it’s got a lot of biological fragrances going on in there with no chance of escape. Also, why is there only ONE working sink???

Terri Moore: Great selection of clothes but it's overwhelming so I just gave up and left. You can't turn around without bumping into a rack. How you're supposed to find anything in this store is beyond me. The finer clothes are fewer and have more room but the "normal person" clothes are packed in tighter than sardines which just makes shopping difficult and totally not fun. Back to online shopping I go.

eli lara: i was looking at eye cream and a worker came up to me asked me if i need assistance and i repeatedly said no, she followed me to the perfumes and just stood there starring for about 10 minutes then asked me if i wanted to check out i said “no not yet, thanks” then she gave me a disgusted look and said“ok but you got the eye cream from over right?” like yes you were literally following me and starring at stop acting like you weren’t. I didn’t end up buying the eye cream because she ruined my mood. Thanks belk, for wasting my time.
Stefan Kowalewski: Department store shopping must be on a decline. Selection of items isn't what it used to be. The staff is sparse. Finding an open regards to check out can be a challenge at times

I was also offered help finding a shorter check out line when I was ready to make my purchase. I appreciated so much the service received during my visit, I will make sure to come back to buy clothes and home goods in the future.

The young man who helped me was patient and made suggestions that I initially thought I wouldn't like; but I kept coming back to them after smelling others. He wasn't the least bit pushy and genuinely wanted to help find something I would love. Mission accomplished.

This time I was on the hunt for a new pair of Ray Bans. Emily was nothing short of amazing with helping execute that plan. Miss Informer: Great selection of glasses, but awful attendant. I walked into the store, and she wasn't even in there. She was at the kiosk outside and only came back in the store after I came in. Not to mention no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. She also watched me from the door as though she was anxious to get back to the other store. I quickly decided I didn't need to get my new pair of shades from this place, if this is the staff in its employ.

Gale Holm: I initially went in and bought a pair of sunglasses but I wasn’t really sure if I liked them that well. When I went back, five days later, the same associate that helped me the first time had no problem with me exchanging my sunglasses. She was helpful in assisting me to find a flattering pair and then she pointed out that they were having a sale. I ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses that I absolutely love.
sandra matias: I bought some sunglasses with the Protection plan and when I went to the the store to exchange they did not want to do anything that’s just bad service… they make you pay for the protection plan saying that when they are damaged they will fix it but when you go to the store they won’t do anything I recommend nobody to buy at this store. This is my second pair.
