Cece McAgy: Contracted Gogo for a corporate outing. Driver to pickup and go straight to venue with a return trip. Driver arrived on time, but then took a different direction to go "pick up his wife" who also wanted to go to this venue. Proceeded to wait for her in a parking lot before proceeding on to the venue. As a result, our group was late to the event. So many things wrong with this scenario. Called Gogo to report and was sent a link to a tiny form limiting the number of characters I could type to detail the incident. No one called for a full accounting. Poor service from top to bottom. Won't use them again.

Use Gogo Charters, I had an amazing experience with them taking a group of people for a conference in Raleigh. The driver was nice and came on time, the bus itself was super clean and everything went smoothly even the passengers appreciated the convenience of the transport service.
