Maggie Robertson: Salesman added a service to my bill that I did not request, and then lied to me about removing the charge. He claimed he couldn’t give me a receipt to show he had removed the charge so I had to check my phone bill the next month and sure enough the charge was still there.

Brett Amick: I give Daren 1 star. Everyone else I’ve encountered there is great. I’m a Verizon customer but my girlfriend and her family have been AT&T customers since 1990. She recently upgraded her phone as a trade-in and needed to return her old phone within 30 days. The nice girl that helped her with the trade-in in the store recommended she take two weeks to transfer files yadda yadda yadda. Two weeks in her dad was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer requiring an immediate surgery. She dropped everything and went to Chicago. When she came back, she was 2 days late to return her phone. Daren said “im sorry, I can’t accept it…the computer won’t let me”. So we called customer service- they said “oh they certainly can AND should’ve resolved this in-store”. The customer service person gave her the hardship exemption and said just return your old phone to the store. We went back in and he told us he can’t accept it (3 customer service ppl and their managers refuted this lol). So we had to go around him, and she got her money back despite the “12-year” expert’s efforts.

Mel Laureano: Salesperson who sold me the line and phone either lied to make the sale or wasn’t properly trained. First - I was extremely clear that I did not want any extras on my bill such as protection/insurance and upgrade feature and she assured me that she would only sign me up for the line. My bill comes in and I was signed up for the insurance and the upgrade.I had to go to the store to get this corrected.I also bought a case and a screen protector along with my phone. I was going to get the ATT screen protector which would be under warranty and if I needed a replacement, I could come to the store and they’d replace it for me for a small fee. The rep told me it was better to get the zagg screen protector because all I would have to do is go to best buy and they would replace it for free. No hassle.I go to best buy when it cracks and best buy tells me that the info was incorrect and I had to mail the screen protector and pay for shipping and wait a week to get it in the mail.I called this ATT store several times for a manager to rectify the situation given that, had I known I’d have to go through the hassle of mailing and waiting and it not actually being “FREE” like the rep told me, I would have just gotten the ATT screen protector to save time and dealing with snail mail.Manager strung me along, said he’d call me back, never would and after several calls just told me there was nothing he could do.Terrible customer service - I’d go to a different location.

Demaris Anderson: My SE Apple Watch was less than 3months old and got stuck in a reboot loop and then would not turn on. It continued to only show the apple logo after charging . After talking with apple support they said to send my watch in for hardware repairs as I was still in my warranty period. Today I was told apple will not honor the hardware warranty on my watch due to the screen scuffs. The advisor I spoke to openly said the hardware issues were unrelated to the screen but apple will still not repair the hardware. The only option to get the watch working is to pay $200 to also have a new screen. Why would apple encourage me to send my watch to be repaired without asking if the screen was in perfect condition if this is protocol? I am so disappointed with the product and service. Apple warranties are fraudulent scams.

Victoria Mulcahy: Been waiting to go here for some time now and it was definitely worth the wait! It's the best store to go to if you're looking to get organized. Great customer service, great product selection, and just a fun time all around. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Carol King: They had rearranged things since my last visit. They've cut back on the travel products they carry. When I went to check out their computers were down and were able to ring me up as a mobile order. They were unable to email my receipt.

While some staff members were accommodating, others were less so. On some occasions, I found staff members friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. However, on other visits, I encountered staff members who seemed disinterested in helping me or could not answer my questions.The Container Store offers a good selection of organizational products, but its customer service can be hit or miss. If you visit the store, be prepared to encounter staff members who may be unavailable to answer your questions or offer assistance.

I bought some HBCU merch for a great price and got a nice sticker to go with it. If you're looking for affordable sportswear, great service, and a charming atmosphere, I highly recommend it! Michael Petta: Driving Route 1 from Key West, FL to Fort Kent, ME, we, a couple of New Englanders, stopped in Raleigh for lunch and a walk around the city, of which we've heard nothing but great things. My 16-year-old son and I happened upon The Vault and are glad we did. The collection of retro jerseys was impressive, representing teams from across the country and eras. Daniel (hope I spelled that right) was kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about sports, from the Brewers of the 80s to the Bucks of the 90s. On top of all that, they offer a military discount. Because I live in Boston and can't easily come back to the store, I will gladly shop with them online, especially before buying from one of the many giant box stores taking over the world.
