Jordan Rink: 1 star: I placed a "fully refundable" deposit on a vehicle for a day until I could get over there to look at it. SUV was in pretty rough shape and had mechanical issues, waiting for repairs, so it wasn't even drivable. Asked for my deposit to be refunded and they said it would be. Credit card statement came and it was never refunded. I've been calling and emailing for over a week trying to get someone to process the refund but so far no luck.Update: Revised to 4 stars. Refund was processed quickly shortly after this was posted. Overall most staff were responsive and helpful.
Kyla Williamson: Great guy helping me, helped quickly in my time of need. Only complaint is car wasn’t cleaned well, no caps on any tires and some random items in car not belonging to me. Also no spare tire :( I got a flat and was stuck on the road a few days after getting the car. Beautiful car other wise!! Lovely people.

Jennifer Ballesteros: Purchased a 2014 Honda Civic on May 22nd . The first day we already had issues with locking the door and saw that the back door on the right wasn’t opening. We reached out to our salesman Rob about it and he told us to schedule a service appointment, which we did. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday the May 27th, when me and my fiance got there, we were waiting for an HOUR. One of the service guys sits down and tells us “sorry to tell you but they put the wrong door in your car, you will need to come back since we need to order this part” after being told that we waited WEEKS just recently Saturday June 24th they fixed the door. Three days later after this I’m having trouble turning on my car I stopped at autozone to see if there is any issues and they told me i need to get a new car starter. My fiance reaches out to someone at services yesterday (June 28th) and they tell him oh sorry warranty expired. My warranty expired 5 days ago. I’m sure there is someone that can help me!!! Pleaseee! I should of known from the start not to have purchased the car in the first place especially with all the red flags now they don’t want to help me out meanwhile I recently got the door fixed b/c someone decided to put the wrong door part in the car. I’m honestly so dissapointed. I was honestly considering getting another car here but now with these issues i’m having with the car I would rather not.

Jeffrey Johnson: Would give a zero rating if possible. All I needed was to remove personal items after insurance totaled car. There was NO ONE else around and they made us wait outside in 100 degree heat. Rude employees too.Thanks for the apology. Apparently you are great at apologies. But since these negative reviews go back years it's clear you don't really care. If you did, you would address the issues instead of constantly apologizing.

Shawnice Johnson: I was not buying a car from them so my experience is completely different than the other reviews here. CoPart is who my insurance worked with when my car was deemed a total loss. Every time I reached out to this location, I had a good interaction. They were understanding and patient with me when having to get my Title due to NCs 15 day rule before sending it out (which is just crazy to me when the DMV verifies all the info in the system in the first place). When I physically went up to the location and when I needed to retrieve something left in the car, both times I had a great and quick interaction. ThankYou.
Carlos Ordonez: It has taken me some time to write this review, if something bad happens once I can let it slide; but this Copart in particular is completely flawed. The vehicles are not advertised correctly, the title arrives a month after picking up the vehicle, and the customer service is abysmal. That is the kindest way to call it without using profane language. Phone rep's hang up randomly, and they belittle you saying "It's not their problem" What type of customer experience is that? With my experience of purchasing vehicles all across North Carolina, this is by far the weakest, immature, unprofessional Copart in North Carolina. I would not call this Copart a business. Do yourself a favor a purchase from a competent branch, your time, money, and stress levels will thank you.

I’ve been fighting for a title since last august and they are lying and saying they can’t do a duplicate title on a clean title. I’ve had a few title issues with other copart and they were so helpful. The rude lady on the phone is no help and have zero respect for the customers and the issues they have. I wouldn’t buy a scrap title car from this place. How do you even sell a car without a title? Terrible

This place was awesome and the prices were so reasonable if I'd had a trailer at a probably gotten way too much stuff. Play this review will let you know. You should probably come with a truck or a trailer if you want anything with furniture but they do have some small stuff. Not much. They also have a website where you can view larger items that are at auction. I do not know that offhand or I would post that here.

Jeff: Unlike every other classic car auction,Leith chooses to hide his results and take down all sold cars off the website that day. The reason for this seems pretty sketchy.
Jim Cirincione: Dishonest auction. I traveled to bid on a specific vehicle in this auction. When the vehicle was posted on their auction site it was published as a non- numbers matching car. A week later a banner came up that the car was numbers matching. I had an in-person inspection done on the vehicle and my inspector (I have photos to verify this) stated that the car was NOT numbers matching and alerted myself and the auction. They then removed the banner stating that it was numbers matching. The day of the auction the gentleman reading the description of the vehicle stated that it was "numbers matching" and the bidding ensued which caused the price to rise dramatically higher based on this specific information. Post the auction I contacted them (emails to verify this) and they stated that a mistake was made and that they contacted the buyer to let them know. Regardless I incurred expense to attend an HONEST and legitimate auction for this single vehicle at my expense. It was anything but. Contacted them to refund me my expenses with the above in consideration and after 4 emails have not contacted me back. This vehicle was the auction owner's vehicle (who is a prominent owner of multiple Auto Dealerships in Raleigh) so they can't represent that he didn't know. Besides they admitted that they made a mistake. Their mistake cost me.

Dawn Blackley was especially helpful, and she deserves both praise and a raise! The office staff was awesome.... Dawn, Barbara & Janis in particular. Over the weekend, we encountered many Leith employees, and everyone was amazing (special shout-out to Kevin). Leith is obviously a very well run company that cares about both its customers and its employees. Well done and thanks for everything!

Dogs out homework and you'll see it's all true and you know it all in the mechanic that can bring out the power in a 3.8. Grrr they can be agrevating to work on but the rewards are good when you finnally get it right..thats facts..

Kenold Francois: I bided on a van they said it was pending on seller approval,the same day at night time the van disappear and never added to my account and couple days after they charged me $1000.Please when it’s pending on seller approval and you don’t see when and how much to pay call them because they will make you pay for their mistakes .

WASEEM EMRAN: I spend half a million a year at IAA and have always had a good experience with Raleigh branch. I am located 3 hours from Raleigh and every single time I’m running late they will put my cars outside the gate to help me out. Every single time. They have always done this for every pick up I do. When I called ahead today to let them know I’ll be about 30 minutes late, they were very rude and acted like they have never done that for me before. Every car I have bought they put outside the gate if I’m late. I was trying to figure out what I could do to fix this issues since the office women said they supposedly had never done that before and she was extremely rude and aggressive. For the amount of money I’ve spent with IAA and the usual pleasant experience I have, this time I was very shocked by the display of aggressive behavior.

First gave a phone call and asked for the time, after 3 hours of driving they told me I was 10 minutes late and cannot get the vehicle even though I talked to them on the phone. Came back to get my vehicle today, and they made me wait while assisting other people who showed up over 30 minutes to 45 minutes after me. This location needs a new staff and reorganization

CannonBall: Buyer beware. I won a vehicle for $2075. They added a $480 buyer fee. $79 service fee. $89 internet fee. $10 environmental fee. For a total of $2733. I was then given 2 options to pay, either sign up for their floor plan or paypal which charges a 4.5% fee. I called to inquire about other methods of payment. After being on the phone an hour, I was not eligible for their “ipay” which is ach because I dont buy $50k in vehicles every 6 months, and if I pay in the branch with a credit card, I would have to pay an additional fee on top of that. Completely ridiculous.

Radio Rescue: Office staff are normally friendly.Fees are high so know that before you buy. Wait times are long on the day or the day after the auction. Use to be much shorter. Sometime's there will be forklift damage so expect that. Had a truck drive shaft fall out and run over by a loader. Don't expect them to be responsible. Wear a safety vest when you go in to pay. Put one in the truck before you leave. They don't take cash above a few hundred so get a money order or cashers check. ALWAYS double check there title work. If you leave and find out later. That's your problem. If you do all these things you should be fine
