Shannon Barnhart: I took my 99 Chevy Cavalier to Jim's Discount Auto Electric at the beginning of last month. My car was having electrical issues that had been ongoing for almost A YEAR. I had already taken my vehicle to 4 other mechanics with nobody being able to properly diagnose or repair my vehicle. I had decided that Jim's was my last place to try and if it couldn't be fixed, I would be getting rid of my vehicle. Jim had my vehicle diagnosed within 2 hours and fixed just 10 minutes after that. It was very affordable and I almost couldn't believe my vehicle was finally fixed after SO LONG! I waited to give my review to be sure, but it has now been almost 2 months since Jim repaired my car, and it is running perfectly!!! I am so thrilled with Jim and his work and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done. He knows what he is doing, he is honest, quick, and does it all at good prices. Don: At the recommendation of Duty Tire, I contacted Jim and explained the low beam issue I was having with our 2016 Kia Sorento. I dropped the vehicle off, and later in the early afternoon, Jim called to tell me the problem had been fixed. And the charge was only $20.45. I know enough about automotive electrical systems to know that significant issues can cost a ton of money to correct and can be an area is which customers can feel like they have been raked over the coals. Jim identified the issue with the low beam and corrected it within minutes. He could have made a lot of money from me, but he didn't. I attribute that to honesty and integrity. Let me preface this by saying it’s incredibly difficult for me to take my car to the shop, been working on em since I was kid, but every few years there’s just something I just can’t diagnose. Enter Shaggy, the real deal auto electrician. I hit my head against this brake/tail light issue for months and then within a week, and at a reasonable sum, he had it all worked out. So big thanks for keeping this family car on the road, and yea if you’re having doubts just take your car in, they’ll take care of ya

John Styron: These guys saved my 2006 Jeep Commander. Previously, I had 2 shops telling me that I needed a new transmission. Lee and Shaggy diagnosed a faulty transmission control module that was affecting my shifting and also causing a number of dashboard indicator lights to illuminate (O2 sensor, wheel speed sensor, etc.) A refurbished control module was ordered and installed and my 195,000 mile Commander is running like a champ! robert brown: Lee and Shaggy are very conscientious and thorough. They work hard to make sure you the customer are pleased. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my electrical problems on my 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck. In addition, they were able to identified and repaired a short caused by the manufacturer on my landscape trailer tail lights, which would sometimes fried my tail light's circuit board. I would highly recommend Lee and Shaggy to others.

Steven Bobbitt: I took my 1996 Ford explorer to Lee and Shaggy last fall to help with my failing instrument cluster,as well as replace an O2 sensor.Of course there are no new instrument clusters for a 26 year old vehicle so Lee got one from a salvage yard but it unfortunately had issues. He continued the search and after going through about 3 different ones, was able to make it work.I now have a working speedometer with the added benefit of upgraded LED bulbs he installed.Also, no erroneous lights telling me something is wrong, when the problem is me. I just keep driving this old truck and doing my best to maintain it.If you are like me and need help with your old or new ride, to can count on Lee and Shaggy to get it done right! Dave Borasky: I acquired a 1972 BMW with wiring that was not put back correctly several years ago. Having done what I could - new bulbs, cleaning connections and grounds - I turned to Raleigh Auto Electrical & Diagnostics to hunt down and eliminate all of the gremlins in the wiring. They more than delivered - even getting the radio to work. I know have fully functioning lights inside and out and am no longer worried that other cars won’t be able to see me. Crystal V: I was a customer of World Class for many years when it was operated by Dale and the service was indeed always world class. I can no longer recommend. While phone calls were followed up as promised, they told me that I needed new brake pads after looking the vehicle over. When I called to make the appointment about a month later, it was amended to needing pads AND rotors. I had a family mechanic in another small town inspect the brakes and was told I needed neither. Absolutely perplexed (and as a female concerned about being taken advantage of), I later had the actual dealership take a look and they provided actual video of measurements with the calipers. My brakes are FINE, with 3 in the green and one just in the yellow. I’d love to give World Class the benefit of doubt but I’m afraid they’ve lost my trust.

The crew there has helped me out twice, and they're knowledgeable, they care about doing quality work, and they're very good about communicating with customers about what needs to be done. And they're fun! It's rare to see a crew who is happy to be happy and enthused to recognize and solve problems case by case, and then say to a customer "hey! We're glad you came in!"

Sarita Miles: I took my "luxury" vehicle here for an adaptive headlight replacement after the assembly was water damaged for some unknown reason. Bill and Caleb did a great job of providing an accurate and fair estimate, keeping me informed of the repair progress, and completing the work in a timely manner while also honoring a special request to place additional sealant in the new unit to help reduce the chances of another costly repair. They showed me the damaged modules, even though I didn't request it. In other words, I feel like they went above and beyond. I was referred here by someone who has also gotten excellent service, and I will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs. I highly recommend that you consider them for your luxury and European car repair needs.

I took my car here for a diagnostic after a bad experience at another mechanic that left me feeling like the repair I needed done would be exorbitant due to a hard-to-find part. The mechanic who worked on my car at Benchmark was able to quickly come up with a logical creative solution to fix my wheel speed sensor at a decent price. This led me to believe he had a lot of experience and really knows what he's doing. I also appreciated that he let me know that my old tires were in even worse shape than I thought so I can go ahead and get them replaced and avoid a blowout. They prepared a reasonable quote for the tires but since I couldn't afford it outright at the moment and they don't offer financing, the receptionist referred me to Discount Tires, which offers financing, so I can get tires right away. I'm very happy with how they handled everything. l will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kyle Winters: Clean and sober 13 years, never had so many issues with a company. Service techs are great but often know that thier company is horribly run. Appointments scheduled and the shop is closed, took two months for my device to be installed directly and had multiple issues. Have any issues on a weekend good luck. Lived ten years overseas and this company's lack of service is what I came back to. In the end I support it if drunk drivers are kept off the road but the company needs a complete overhaul.
Phil Lobeck: I took off work early to get to my appt. 30 minutes early. They were closed at 5:20 pm and my appt was set for 5:40 pm. So not only did I lose money from work I lost the gas and my personal time which I will never get back. Then I had to call and get a code which takes more time to try it all again at 5:40 this Tuesday.

Karl Olsson: Got to the appointment 15 min early. Paul the tech (that’s the name he gave me) said he was having trouble finding the starter wire after about an hour. At this point it was 2pm, he said if he couldn’t find it soon we would have to reschedule. I went on my phone and found the location and color of the wire per GMC for a 2008 Acadia , told him it was yellow by the ECM , he stater that’s not what his info from interlock says , he was looking for a purple wire found 4 of them but none were it. He said we would have to reschedule. It was 2:15 at this point so I asked him if he could test the yellow wire see if it works and get it done. He said no not today and he wasn’t going to do that! Wow it was almost like he just didn’t want to do it. I called interlock they couldn’t understand why he wouldn’t just check, guy on the phone said the tech sounded like he had an ego issue, it would have taken 2 min to check and if good he could have installed it. What a waist of time. I would never go back here. Looking for a different company to get it done.

Last week, i couldn't figure it out so i came to the sad realization that I would have to go to a shop and have them look at the car. My girlfriend recommended this shop. She took her car to them a couple weeks ago, and had no issues with the service. I decided to go with this shop too, and i'm glad I did. Friendly, fast, and fair. After doing business with this shop, those are the 3 words that I would use to describe them. Absolutely no complaints from my gf or myself.

CarDrugs DotCom: I had my Miata towed to Choice auto repair because I was informed my starter was fried. As soon as it arrived at Choice they replaced the battery in my remote for free before charging me $150 for diagnostics and we found out it was only the battery in the key making the car not start. They could have easily just diagnosed my car for $150 but they chose not to. I left paying nothing. I'll be bringing my 3 vehicles here for any repairs in the future. Rare to find a shop this honest.
