Should have known right away it would be a problem when they said, "If you dont hear from me by wednesday for a quote, give me a call". Stopped in thursday and nothing had been done. Waited until the following week and stopped in tuesday. Nothing done. Had to tell them how I wanted it again. Said it would be done wednesday the next week. Stopped in thursday not started yet. Made esxcuses as to why and that it could be done this afternoon. Decided to take it and leave. It should not take two and half weeks to do something that would probably take one hour to make. The business seems very unorganized. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Hmmm... what else could you ask for.These people are less than decent they are as described above and below accurately. They Dented my freshly painted car had the dishonesty to say "no its not us".Did not care enough to look at how much was needed in sq ft when ordering the carpet 2 different color lots.I cannot find the hood release which was affixed to the panel on the drivers side under dash. Oh again "we didn't do it" .Look at the center wood tray they never made the carpet for the Tray. Just incredible bad take the money and it was plenty.Do what you want but you are warned.I have hired another to fix all this dishonest with no integrity mess. I am just thankful I so rarely interact with companies like this.So many good places and people out there , this not one of them.Mistakes happen but its how we respond to them that show our intent.

Rod Pepper: Can not recommend this business. I talked with the office lady concern some repair work on RV upholstery. She told me they can do this work and she asked that I send some photos so the job could be evaluated and quoted. I sent the photos and received an acknowledgement of the photos and a question was asked did I want to stay with the tan color. I responded I was open to any suggestions. I never heard from "JB" again. Emailed and asked if they were interested in doing the job but no reply.

Bianca Thompson: The staff here was nice but the quality of work was really terrible. I had two boat seats re-upholstered by them. I dropped them off on Tuesday for a Wednesday appointment and was told they would be done by Friday but they would call me when they were done. I was going out of town for a week so I was going to have a friend pick them up the following Tuesday (leaving them a whole week to do great work). I never received a call saying they were ready and when I called on Tuesday, Sylvia told me they were ready. I went on Wednesday to pick them up. I was really disappointed with the quality of the work (especially considering they had the seats for a week!). There were visible staples poking out the back. There were 5 brown smudges from someone's dirty hands on the new fabric. There were 3 black marks on the fabric. The cording on the back that was supposed to cover the stapling wasn't even attached well - it was hanging off in one section. Sylvia had the guy work on it again while I waited. When she gave it back to me, the cording was still barely hanging on. She took it back again and when she brought it back the next time, it was still a mess. I just told her I would find someone else to fix it. If their staff was unable to do boat seat work, I wish they would have told me that upfront and let me find another shop that was staffed to do quality work.

Jairo Vasquez: I had a very bad experience with this place, we took three different vehicles, a 1999 Mazda, a 2002 Cadillac Escalade; and a 2002 Toyota Corrola. All three of them bad quality work. The Toyota and the Mazda both the headliner was falling down from the rear area of the headliner. The zoneroof are of the Escalade was coming lose as well, not to mention they broke a plastic section of the inside of the vehicle. The owner offered to replace part, he said he would have to find it first and then he would call me back to replace it. I called him several times but he never answered my calls. I strongly recommend you stay away from this place.

When I dropped the car off in the morning with Charles at New Finish Automotive Interior Repair, the car was practically unusable, however, later that same day when I went to pick it up he and his crew had completely transformed it to a point where it was unrecognizable and made the car look as if I just bought it off the lot. There attention to detail and quality of customer care was incredible and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them, for all your detailing and interior work! Again I can not express how PHENOMENAL my experience was with them, and how kind, hard working and knowledgeable the entire staff was!
