PetsHotel Raleigh: what do users think?
Blak Masters: GREAT place. The young Latina at the front desk was BEYOND AMAZING. Made sure my little girl dog was taken cared of.
Crystal Kelly: This was our first time boarding our puppy (anywhere!), and I was very anxious about leaving him for the first time. But PetsHotel took good care of him and gave us a full report on his stay, including his playtimes, how much he ate, and even how often he used the bathroom! Our puppy was (obviously) happy to see us and ready to go home when we picked him up, but we could tell he'd been well cared for and had enjoyed his stay because the employees knew him by name, and he made sure to say a quick "goodbye" to the people who had taken care of him - That really put my mind at ease! Would highly recommend this PetsHotel and would definitely let our pup stay with them again!
Paul Spencer: Wonderful staff and facility! Will always be my first choice
Michele Baker: I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at the Pets Hotel. I toured multiple dog daycare/boarding facilities and I felt so comfortable after visiting the Pets Hotel. I have an extremely shy dog who has not had a lot of exposure to other dogs and the Pets Hotel staff has been absolutely amazing working with her and getting to play with the other dogs at day camp. I drop Willow off in the mornings and she is very excited to see the staff which let's me know how well they treat her. We had a terrible experience at another facility, but I can tell by the way Willow greets the staff each morning (and the way that they greet her) that she is in good hands, it's so nice being able to go to work and not have to worry about the level of care my dog is receiving.
Amanda Leathers: Great experience! Friendly staff made me feel that my girl was in great hands while I was away. Thank you!
Stephen: I boarded my cat here once and won't be returning. The cat pens have a large window facing the front desk that seems to be always uncovered, so I don't see how they can get much relaxation during store hours. When I picked her up, the employee who carried her out was lugging around the carrier very roughly as if there wasn't an animal in there, which was pretty much a nail in the coffin for me. It seems others have had better experiences, but as I said, I won't be a return customer.
brittany singleton: Positive:Quality,ValueThey take great care of my girls! My girls love them and I feel very comfortable leaving them here because the staff is very kind and caring. I bring them here even when it is out of my way to my destination because comfort with the people makes all of the difference in the world.
Austin Burley: Really affordable rates, especially for the private suites. Friendly staff and worth the bath add-on.
Cheryl Anderson: The care for my dog so well. He just loves it there. Great, caring staff.
Nicole Latorre: Very helpful
Eddy Taylor: Dog seemed like he had a great time. Staff was very friendly and attentive to any requests. Will use again.
israa Aljadiri: It.
angela Cherry: Great place to bring your pets. They even send you pictures of uour pet at play.
Valentin Caraballo: Cool
Virna Padilla: They really took care of my dog's wellbeing while I'm gone
Sharon Daniels: Great place and good prices. My pet love doggie day camp
David Kwon: Great staff and place overall.
Mark Moralls: Good helpful that care about your pet.
Myriam Susana Puente Jara: Cuidan bien a mi querida mascota Vidia, a ella le gusta quedarse aquí
Peggy Robinson: Trying to decide when to use them
Darryl Burgess: Love this place, and they love our dog. Highly recommended!!!

Cozy Cat Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Mark Miller: Very good experience with multiple cats and multiple vets. Happy they finally opened the door and let us back in. Staff is always helpful.
Denise Rhodes: Pleasant experience with technician and veterinarian. Love that they work with cats only.
Arianna Alvarez: Amazing and super patient facility. My cat is usually so stressed at the vet and I'm always a little nervous taking her to the vet, but the professionalism, expertise, and patience given to her is always top-notch. I'm glad to have Cozy Cat as my kitty's vet. 10/10
Nicole Weatherford: After having a bad experience at another vet, I found Cozy Cat. I read every single review and decided to make an appointment.Everyone was so kind, complimentary of our kitten, and the entire environment was calm and welcoming. At the previous vet, our cat was terrified and lashed out. Here, they let him warm up to his environment, spoke softly to him, and he did a great job - even through his vaccines. It was an entirely different and refreshing experience.I'm so thankful for your expertise and patience with scared cats. Thank you!
Molly O'Neil: I had a very sick, fractious cat that several other vets had not been willing to examine. Cozy Cat made sure she was medicated and comfortable and she finally got the care she needed. Everyone who helped us was so compassionate and professional and we are so grateful! 10/10 experience!
Jennifer Mochinski: I've trusted cozy cat to care for my kitties for the last 8ish years. They're always very responsive, helpful and really sweet with my cats. Dr. Wallace and Dr. Neri and the entire staff are super kind. I always feel like they are thorough and thoughtful.
Kassidy Borum: Brought one of my cats here for the first time last week. When first arriving I had to speak over a CSR at the front desk on the phone to take to a tech to get checked in, which seemed rude to do to the person speaking on the phone - it would have just been more professional for the tech to get out of the chair and talk to me. The place was also very small, which is fine, but extremely cluttered and didn’t overall feel clean. The tech was good with my cat, but I can’t say the same with the doctor. She was border line rude and aggressive with the way she handled my cat, and my cat showed signs of being in pain from it that night and following few day (she had no pain prior to this). there was some type of miscommunication with the tech and doctor when I asked for a 1 year rabies shot but my cat was given a 3 year shot. When the tech confronted the DR about it, the only thing the doctor had to say was “well it’s already done” instead of apologizing. The tech had apologize multiple times and I said it’s okay as there obviously no way to take the rabies shot back and I was already overwhelmed with my cats sudden symptoms. For my cats issues they sent them home with Gabapentin, I gave my cat half of the recommended dose once and never again as it made my cat 1000x worse for over 24 hours from just the one dose. I was also still charged for a 3 year rabies shot even though it was mistake on the doctor. I was able to get it refunded by calling but this shows the unprofessional as I shouldn’t have be charged for it in the first place. I had taken my cat to a different vet and seeked advice from a vet in the family, both which agreed that is absolutely absurd that i was sent home with Gabapentin. Both had stated my cats symptoms were common signs of constipation and the gabapentin would possibly only make it worse - which I had told the vet at this clinic that my cat was peeing but I had not seen her poop. I felt terrible about traumatizing my cat by going to this clinic and the pain it brought her, please safe yourself and your cats and do not go here. I had only gone here as they were the only place with an opening last minute vs going to a ER vet, but this place was just as expensive as the ER vet but by far a worse experience.
Ian Iyengar: Recently moved to the area, was tricky to find a place but this place is awesome! Staff was friendly, doctor spoke clearly with care, and facility was very clean! We will be back!
Hillary Louise Kinzie: Moving from Colorado, the hardest thing has been finding a good vet for my cats, specifically my really special needs guy Salem. While Raleigh is a bit further than I'd normally drive for a vet (being from Fayetteville), Cozy Cats is worth the drive with all the care, compassion, and knowledge they provide. The practice itself is cat only, quiet , easy to find. The team are all extremely friendly. I was very impressed by the tech, Dakota, who was great with my cat during his senior exam - calm, patient, and overall exactly what is needed in a cat friendly practice. Salem isn't feisty - just doesn't like to stay still - and Dakota was exceptionally gentle and understanding with him.Dr Wallace and her team was not only more than willing to not only take on Salem and his medical issues, but also made me feel more confident overall by explaining things clearly and with care. The time Dr Wallace took to personally research Salem's medical concerns really shows her passion for her work and her care for her patients. It's a relief to have a vet and to also feel like we're working towards a plan to get Salem feeling like an even better version of him.It means a lot to have such a great team for Salem! I can't wait to bring the rest of my cat crew here, too.
Carol Brown: I have been taking my two cats to Cozy Cat for almost 10 years now, and it is by far the best vet care that I have had anywhere in the Triangle area. Dr Wallace has seen both of my cats through some very scary times, and she has always proven herself to be knowledgeable, compassionate for me as well as for my cats, and level-headed about steps to take. This veterinary hospital is not one of the high pressure, "let's-do-expensive-tests" places like so many in this area. Dr Wallace certainly tests when necessary, but it is clear that this hospital is not pushing unneeded tests and procedures for profit like so many in this area do. The support staff is awesome, and Vet Techs Dava and Dakota are top notch. There is simply nowhere that I trust more than Cozy Cat.
Dolly Murphy: Dr. Wallace is who you want as your kitty's vet. She is so knowledgeable, and does a great job listening and explaining options for caring for your furbaby. She and everyone at Cozy Cat are just the best! ♥️♥️♥️
Marc Gauvin: Recently took my cat here for the first time. Had a great experience. They knew how to handle my senior cat (who can be a handful). The health report I recieve after the visit was very comprehensive. My cats sinus issue cleared up after a week of the prescribed medicine. Overall I am very happy with Cozy Cat & highly recommend.
Reeze The Vampire: The people at Cozy Cat are friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I got an appointment the day after I called (impressive) and they took great care of my kitten, treating her with love and care as if she was theirs. They were happy to answer my questions and only use the medication I asked - personal research indicated some medications may harm my breed of kitten. Overall a top-notch experience from this vet.
JaneDoe: This is the first cat specialty vet I've been to, and I liked the overall atmosphere. I'm not sure it helped my cat enjoy her appointment, but it was nice to not hear any barking.Even though it's a fairly long drive for me, it's definitely worth it and I recommend this vet practice to all my fellow cat lovers.
Laura Tateosian: Cozy Cat staff are dedicated and care deeply for the well-being of kitties. Though my kitty developed Type 1 diabetes in his later years, they helped me provide a happy life for him through the age of 18.
Alexandria Thames: Do not take your cat to Cozy Cat Vet hospital for groomingDO NOT take your cat to Cozy Cat Vet! Today my cat had his second grooming appointment at this clinic. He is extremely fluffy and will not let me brush him or clip his nails, so an annual grooming appointment is essential. He has to be sedated, therefore his drop-off time was at 8am. I received a phone call from vet at 12:30 asking if they could reschedule his appointment because they were overbooked. I was immediately confused because my cat had been in their possession for 4+hours. Vet tech stated she was aware that he was in their care, but wanted to move his appointment to Thursday. Taking him outside of the home is already traumatizing but to have to repeat it twice in one week because they cannot manage their schedule is outrageous. I declined to reschedule, and she responded "fine but he's going to be here all day." I am heartbroken by how they treated my already anxious cat. I was paying a premium of $200+ to minimize his stress and the opposite occurred.
Aimee Harmelink: Fantastic people that are very caring about your cat and are great with providing information and details. They've been our vet for almost 20 years and we absolutely love them!
Beatrice Mannes: How very sweet the whole staff was to my cat, Pinky, but especially the Veterinarian, Dr. Neri. She was so gentle and thorough. Thank you to all of them.
Sally Merritt: I heard about cozy cat from my daughter because this was her vet.I had a different vet for my kitty but when she got sick I needed immediate help for her. I called Cozy Cat and they had me bring Pebbles in right away. They did blood work and x-rays and we learned that Pebbles had advanced stages of kidney failure. We were sad to learn that we needed to put her down. The staff here treated us with kindness and treated pebbles like she had been a longtime patient. A week after our Pebbles left us we got the sweetest, sincere, note from their staff. When we get another kitty, this will be our new vet! Thank you to their staff for making such a difficult time a little easier for us.
Rachel Moser: They do a great job! The animal handlers are nice, and my cats are usually comfortable with them (two 13yr old cats, one 5yr old cat). Lots of treats available when needed. They clip my cats nails. Dr. Neri was really diligent over the pandemic about explaining my cats health details over the phone. I always have a vet that takes time to explain my cat's health to me, not just list things on paper. They also give me a paper copy of everything they tell me for my cat! 🐈 I wish Cozy Cat would give me a heads up when my cat won't be able to see the vet I scheduled with, though. Even if all the vets have been nice, I would rather reschedule appointments to keep seeing the same vet all the time. Other than that minor snaffoo, my cats have a good experience and they're going strong. Can't complain and always recommend. Thanks Cozy Cat!
Leslie Malaki: Recently moved from Chicago, so I'm glad to have found this place that is really close to my house. Dr. Neri was thorough in her report of my kitty Ursula and the techs allowed me to bring her back the next day for a more thorough shave of her potty regions. I only hope cat parents can be allowed in the office again since as of now, it is only curbside drop off/pick up.

Paws at Play of Brier Creek: what do users think?
Rod Karcher: We love the New digs! Otis has gotten much more comfortable with coming and going too.The PAP team are always friendly and professional yet personable. My only wish is that you invest a little more time and resources to your digital website management. It is Very cumbersome, confusing, and overall just not easy to use.In today's digital world, this piece of your business will have a direct impact on your foot traffic and bottom line. That being said, keep taking care of our baby as you have been, as this is much more important than a website. 😁Thanks.
Danielle Dolphin: Boarded my sweet boy over the weekend and he had the best time! He’s a very anxious pup and is selective with most things, however he loves the staff there and feels so comfortable with them! He got to play fetch and get cuddle times as some extra add-ons and I even got a little letter from him in an email update as well. After picking him up, I got the cutest digital report card with pictures of him looking just so happy. Was so nervous to board him but now I’ll never use anywhere besides Paws at Play!
Amanda Bates: They are super sweet and great to my Dog. Always provide great feedback on how he was and great him so kindly. They are easy to work with for scheduling as well. My dog gets so happy to be there when we take them to daycare.
Lisa Van Roekel: Our dog was well taken care of and enjoyed her stay at Paws at Play. We will be using them again for sure!
Karen Meyers: The staff at Paws at Play are absolutely wonderful! My dog loves going to daycare and being boarded there. I can tell from her behavior around them that she trusts them completely. The new location is very nice. I highly recommend Paws at Play for doggie daycare and boarding.
Erika S.: They take such great care of my pup for daycare and boarding! Great facility and an even better staff!
Lynn Sazama: Love Paws at Play! Great staff and animals well cared for. Had to make a return visit to pick up meds for my Dog that were not given to me before I left. Not a big deal. Just recommend making sure all items are sent home at time Dog goes home. Otherwise, you have an awesome business!
Daniel Lipparelli: The facility and staff are Paws at Play are outstanding. I feel so comfortable every time I drop my dog off for a few days.
A Johnston: Our dogs always get so excited to go to Paws at Play. Whether it is for daycare or boarding, we know our dogs are well cared for and safe when they are at Paws at Play! I highly recommend them.
Erin Bland: Sophie loves her weekly day camp! And the new location is way better! Staff is super friendly. After having had a really bad experience at a facility within a mile of Paws at Play (*not* RDU Pet Resort), we were really happy to find them. Highly recommend!
sandy m: I know my dog loves this place because when I bring him in he is pulling me toward the place. Staff are friendly and love animals. Love the pics they post on FB of all the dogs playing😊
Rhonda Kelley: Amazing! Our pup enjoys going each week. They truly love him and take great care of him.
Rachel C: I shopped around vet offices for YEARS and most places fell short. I learned about PaP through my rescue organization and decided to try them out with my personal pets. Years later, I continue to use them for both personal and my fosters. They are great and have really helped me with my animals. Their customer support is above and beyond and I always leave feeling very informed and comfortable about any action plans being implemented for my sick furbabies.
Dayna Riddle: So communicative. We love this vet
Kai Cunningham: When I took my dog here the place smelled like urine but I didn’t think much of it at the time and dropped him off. When I picked him up 2 days later he was completely wound up, covered in scrapes and chugged 2 bowls of water after we got home like he hadn’t had any in days. I’ve boarded him at other places before but have never had an experience quite like this. Not sure what exactly happened while he was there but I won’t be taking him back. The one in wake forest is so much better.
Sarah Shellaberger: I love Paws at Play but even more importantly, my pup LOVES them! He always has a great time and is so well taken care of when we board him. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
D Power: Our 4 legged baby had a GREAT time at "camp"! She was well cared for and the staff is always friendly.
Chase Cantor: RDU Pet Resort / Paws at Play is one of the worst places in the area to board your pets. I had my two dogs scheduled for boarding recently. The day I go to drop off my dogs I learned my reservation had been switched by them to another location over 30 min from where I live. Originally my dogs were scheduled to be boarded at their facility in Raleigh but was apparently changed to their Wake Forest location without a phone call notifying me.As I go to drop off my dogs to the Raleigh location they inform me that I should be dropping them off at the Wake Forest location which would be over a 30 min drive to get there. I explain to them that my reservation was made for the Raleigh location and it appears they made a mistake by booking me for the Wake Forest location. The manager explains to me that unfortunately they cannot allow me to drop off my dogs at the Raleigh location since the location was fully booked. The manager then suggested I take them to the Wake Forest location as there was nothing she could do to help me.I explained to her again that they messed up my reservation and changed it without notifying me with a phone call. I asked if they would be able to have an employee shuttle my dogs to the Wake Forest location as I was going out of town and was going to be late for a reservation that was non refundable. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. The manager kept saying she didn’t have a solution for me and could not help me. After arguing with me for about 25 min the manager finally decided they could find room for my dogs at the Raleigh location even though she had previously kept telling me she couldn’t help me.The day I go to pick my dogs up from boarding I find that they are extremely dirty and we’re not bathed. When I dropped them off it was understood that they would get an exit bath however this was not done at all. My dogs were returned to me dirty and unbathed. When I questioned the staff about why they were not bathed they advised me that they could not accommodate me and actually canceled any future reservations I had with them. I explained that it was very unprofessional of them to acknowledge a service such as the bath would be provided then not honor that at all. I also explained that it was not fair for them to cancel my future reservations because of the mistakes they made by switching my reservation on me. The staff did not care and had nothing to say.BOTTOM LINE is beware of boarding your dogs at RDU Pet Resort or their sister company Paws at Play as you run the risk of dealing with unprofessionalism and rudeness should you encounter a problem with the company. I am disgusted with how they treated me and my girlfriend throughout the entire experience. I hope my review saves someone else from what we endured.
Matthew Drown: I was really interested in touring this facility as an option for our two doodles. The employee who answered the call was pleasant and respectful but informed us that they do not allow clients/potential clients to view the facilities, and suggested we instead rely on pictures.Since pictures are taken in the right light, at the best moment, this doesn't offer us any confidence. What we are looking for is to see how employees are interacting with the dogs, if the facility is kept clean throughout the day, and if the amenities are clean, kept up, and safe. Pictures unfortunately cannot tell us this. The facility should really consider some kind of option for this. Perhaps a monthly open house after hours... live video feeds... something. We will continue to pursue options that offer more transparency.
Kirsten Pittner: My dog Max and I absolutely adore everyone at Paws at Play Brier Creek! He attends daycare and receives his vet services from this amazing team. By far the best vet I've ever been to! Highly recommend!
Michele Carter: First day but our dog Maisie had a great time! Staff answered all of our questions and were super supportive of our uneasiness of using a new daycare for our dog.

RDU Pet Resort: what do users think?
Kierra beasley: Took great care of our dog while we were out of town and made sure he had a special birthday. Provided updates when asked and was very kind.
Andrew Painter: This place is unsafe for both staff and pets. Your dogs are in crates for HOURS a day. The runs/suites themselves are tiny. Why do you think they do not give tours while other kennels do? Staff are FORCED to lie under circumstance of possibly getting fired. Abusive staff and managers. Some staff select dogs they care about while others are left in crates all day during daycare then parents are lied to. They do not give notices for ANYTHING financially. The staff that do care for the dogs and are honest get let go. Take your dogs elsewhere.
Jessica Worthy: Everything had been good until I showed up today to drop my dog off to the below sign. Deposit paid, no call, no email NOTHING! Now I’m scrambling to place my dog somewhere right before I head out of town. Will NOT be returning!
Liane Julianello: My dog loves coming here! The staff are always helpful and friendly and they clearly love the dogs. It’s so nice to have somewhere my dog can stay without me worrying about her.
Scott&Susan Gressel: Friendly staff! In addition, my little JRT likes to play with the big dogs instead of the little dogs, so they let him play with the bigger dogs. RDU Pet Resort is very accommodating with your requests!
Eddie Walsh: Have an 11 year old Golden Retriever named Piper best grooming she ever got very happy she looked beautiful
Brandon Bitner: Friendly and accommodating staff. Very responsive during a last minute boarding need that was fulfilled without stress!
Don Grimsley: Excellent crew and easy process. We’re glad for their help when it comes to watching over our girl!
Si Johnson: Amazing doggie daycare for my precious, adorable Elvis. He’s a big pain with separation anxiety at drop off & pick up but Danielle you made his transition so smooth by giving him one on one time, playtime with Sushi( welsh corgi), naptime( he enjoys quiet time in his donut), & snack/meal time; obsessed with food but takes a day or two when I’m not around. Thank you for the paw report! So glad he was perfect! I had shoulder surgery last week so this break has been tremendously helpful. See you next week! SJ
H H: The staff is very helpful and very patient during the busy times.
Steve Glavin: The staff here is friendly. They take good care of our dog. She's always happy and healthy when I pick her up. Highly recommended.
Christine Gil: Staff and hours of business are great. It was my first time leaving my dog in a daycare. There was a heavy dog smell in the lobby and on my dog when I picked him up. That may be normal since I haven't used daycare services before but it surprised me.I enjoyed the pictures they send after pickup. My dog is puppy / golden retriever and some of the pictures he is playing with bigger dogs. I guess he was fine but would have preferred to have him play with smaller dogs.
Michelle Mueller: Moe loves to to doggie day care! The staff calls him by name and are always very friendly! They are good at fitting us in last minute ❤️
Edie Manring: I was worried about my dog Sam, but he had the best time chasing and running and a good amount of much needed exercise. The report card and pictures of him playing that were sent to me the same day were wonderful
Eli Hartnett: Both of my dogs got really sick after going here which resulted in multiple emergency trips to the vet. Two days before a week of daycare, both dogs had an annual exam and were healthy. They were up to date on all shots and medications and have been to multiple other daycare centers without any issue. After 5 days of daycare here, both dogs stopped eating, became lethargic, started vomiting, and having severe bowel issues. Also, both dogs only went back and forth from home to daycare (no dog parks or other high risk areas). On the bright side, most of the staff was nice and I may have just gotten unlucky. Can’t recommend after my experience though.
Kathryn Schweri: My dog is super neurotic and they did a fantastic job keeping her while I was on vacation.
MaryEllen Wrisley: Very pleased!
Anjuli Luthra: After bad experiences at another kennel in town, we found RDU pet resort and have been extremely happy with how well they care for our two dogs. They are on the older side sus one has always gotten anxiety when boarding, but their cuddle times seem to have prevented any anxiety and they always are happy to go there! Highly recommend.
Tyra Boose: My dog used to frequent this establishment prior to moving across the country with me. This used to be a great place and he loved it, however, it seems that there has been some change in management. Seeing as my dog has not been here in almost 9 months, I didn’t expect to continue getting billed. When I called about it, no one had information and told me the manager wasn’t available to speak. Seeing as she is the only person who knows what is going on, I had to email her. I asked for a call back to discuss the matter but instead she stated that I had an unpaid invoice from almost a year ago. After checking and again asking for a call back as their information is incorrect, and it would be nice to speak with the manager, I have yet to receive anything. You don’t incorrectly charge someone for something and then have them go on a goose chase to contact you to no avail.
Michael Regehr: Staff are extremely accommodating! And my dog came home tired out from all the group play, so that makes it a great day!
Jamie Dunn: The groomer, Angie, is TERRIFIC. Our pup came home looking gorgeous without any knots and sooo very soft!!

Cozy Cats Hotel: what do users think?
Victoria Hodge: Cozy Cats Hotel is a wonderful place to board cats! I always travel without worry when I leave my cat in their care. They are able to provide additional playtime and treats and can administer medication. Their daily “postcards” and pictures sent every other day are greatly appreciated!
Marisa Cubito: Everyone is so nice e friendly and helpful. I received daily updates and pictures every other day! I already booked another stay for my cat when I have to be out of town again in Oct. (:10/10 recommended
Arshad Mohammed: Reliable and caring place for cats:)
T. Webner: Spanx spent 7 days n nights at Cozy Cats. We got a daily picture postcard and a daily message on how things were going. Amanda and Kat (oh I hope I spelled that correctly?), provided a super tour of facilities, (if you call and arrange it!) Recommendations to Cozy Cat team, Keep on Purring.
Meghan Leissa: Very great with animals cats loved it
Sarah McGee: I have boarded my cat several times now at Cozy Cats Hotel and have had a great experience every time!! I know she is in good hands while I am away and the photo updates are wonderful. Stacy and the entire team is great to work with! Highly recommend.
Victoria Haas: First time boarding here and absolutely loved it! Hiro will definitely be returning to Cozy Cats Hotel for any future boarding. Really love that pictures, daily email, and playtime are included in the stay -- most places have it as a add-on fee. Thank you for giving this anxious cat mom peace of mind!
Tyler Perkinson: So glad we found Cozy Cats! Worried constantly when we would go an vacation and have someone stop in to check on our cat. Having her stay with Cozy Cats eliminates all worry. She seems great every time we check out and we love the daily updates/Pictures.
Audrey N: I have a hairless cat. She is the sweetest cuddle bug but will bounce on my belly at 2 am to attack my toes because she’s hungry. Anyways, I dropped my naked peach at Cozy Cats Hotel for a 5 month deployment. The staff at Cozy Cats Hotel were incredibly kind and caring throughout the duration of her stay. They sent me emails everyday and pictures every other day to let me know how she was doing. She was on 2 meds because of her constipation (my poor baby) and the Cozy Cat Staff followed the instructions perfectly. They were extremely communicative and prompt whenever I had questions. They also arranged to have a resupply of food and medication delivered when they started to get low. They let my her out to play everyday and treated her like family. She warmed up very quickly to staff, which is no surprise because they genuinely care about taking care of your pets. Their rates for long-term stays are super reasonable. Even though I had to make a two hour drive, it was absolutely worth it. If I have to go on another deployment, I will without hesitation utilize their services again. 10/10
bonnie Schapiro: We just started using Cozy Cats Hotel and the staff is terrific. Coconut really enjoys the playtime and we enjoy the pictures they send. Highly recommended!!
Hannah Prince Ashachik: We have nothing but great things to say about Cozy Cats. We know our babies are in the best hands with them and we appreciate the regular updates, pictures and personalized care.
Nicole Merry: I boarded my cat there for a week and I had no worries or concerns while I was gone. It was her first time ever boarding anywhere and I knew she was in wonderful caring hands the entire time. The daily emails and photos home were very reassuring and appreciated. I would highly recommend using them for any of your cat boarding needs, the staff is extremely friendly, and accommodating. No complaints! Would 10/10 use them to board again. This is no ordinary boarding facility. First off it’s cats only which is fantastic! Their condos are not just small cages but large spacious areas with amenities, like play time, bird watching and tv! they also have a wide variety of additions you can purchase for your cats stay, like treats, scratchers, cat grass plants, and special food treats served on glass plates! Seems better then any hotel Iv stayed 🙌🏻 cannot say enough wonderful things about this cat hotel!
Macy Kalb: I always feel confident leaving Kami-Kitty at the Cozy Cats Hotel. She seems to really enjoy it there and I know she's well cared for. They send pictures every few days and I get daily email updates. Kami really enjoys the enrichment activities- especially the bird watching!
Matthew Hamilton: It's always very accommodating.
Zoe Smith: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability
GRANNY: Uninformed staff caused me Great inconvenience. We knew, in advance, that we could not be there by 11:00 am on pick-up day (Sat. Dec 3rd), and discussed it with two employees on two different days. We were told twice "just call and let us know, it will be fine".We'll, it was not fine. No one would meet us there that afternoon at all. We were forced to return the following day, a 5 hour round trip, to pick up our pet.Our pet was well cared for. No complaints there.Cannot trust information received from employees.
Brenna Walsh: first time i’ve gone through the process of boarding a cat so i asked way too many questions but not once did they make me feel bad for doing so. my cat is not the nicest or even all that friendly at times but she let the staff pet her by the end of her 3 night stay so i have no doubt she was treated well. this will definitely be my go to place from now on*photo sent by the staff*
Cameron Benton: Absolutely amazing. Took great care of my cat and updated me daily on how she was doing! Will definitely be taking my cat here again. Staff was very friendly!
Regina Kent: Thank you so much for the daily updates & photos. This was our first time for Claire & Preston staying away from us for a week. We will definitely let them stay again. The three ladies in the front were very nice & helpful.
Bebhinn Do: Cozy cats was great! My cat gets very anxious around dogs, so the fact Cozy Cats doesn’t board dogs was perfect. Everyone I interacted with was so nice. They provided daily updates and pictures, which really put my mind at ease since it was the first time we boarded the cat. Great experience, will definitely use them again.
KG Graham: Wonderful boarding experience. I always feel comfortable boarding here long term. Your cat is treated with love and care. Aziza loves every minute she spends there! If anything, they spoil her too much :)

Armadale Farm Kennel: what do users think?
Joseph Newhall: Their daycare and overnight boarding options are both great!
Ava Harper: This was the first kennel I left my dog at for more than a week- he loved every single day! He was adored by the staff. They took great pictures and sent me little texts about how he was doing, and they were always happy to tell me how he was doing when I called. He didn't have any issues with anxiety, all the staff treated him wonderfully, and he looked amazing when I picked him up (and he had a little report card with notes from all the staff cuz it was his first time boarding!) Very reasonably priced for such amazing care, and I am thrilled to say I will be bringing Pagan back any time he needs to board from now on! Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of my baby.
Erin Moore: My dog loves going to Armadale Kennel for daycare while I'm at work. The facility is very clean and comfortable for my dog. The staff is very attentive, and show lots of love to my dog. I feel comfortable knowing my dog is in good hands while I am away. Highly recommend their services.
Brier Creek Orthodontics: Very happy with the service at Armadale Farm Kennel! I always feel good leaving my dog with them when I go out of town. Very clean & friendly environment.
SUSAN PARK: I have been taking my dogs to Armadale Farm Kennel since I moved to Raleigh 11 years ago. Couldn’t be happier with the caring staff, as well as the cleanliness of the kennels. Daisy (rip) and Emmett were always happy to go and came home happy. Thank you! 👏😊🐶
Stephanie Cheney: Great Kennel for daycare and boarding. They treat our Golden Retriever like family and she absolutely loves it there!
Will Stuart: Everyone was great and incredibly helpful…Austin, Darby, and Marcie were awesome!!!! Thanks guys!
Jennifer Warrington: I have a sweet, but high anxiety dog, Norman, that was unable to board at other facilities which made traveling anywhere very hard to coordinate. Once I explained the situation to the office staff, they came up with a plan to ease him into staying overnight. It took several weeks, but we were able to go on our trip. Now my dog is happy to visit his friends at Armadale Kennel anytime and I have peace of mind that he is in excellent hands.
Steven Mitchell: Wonderful staff! I can tell they love dogs! I use their doggie day care and boarding regularly. I highly recommend Armadale Farm Kennel!
Jenny Mitchell: We use them every week for day care as well as occasional boarding. My pup loves this place! She is so excited to go there. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
Mariah Ramann: We unfortunately had the worst experience at this kennel. They did not give our cat the medication that the vet recommended/prescribed. Their reasoning was that our cat "did not seem to need the medication". Nobody called us to ask us if this was okay. Nobody consulted with our vet. Additionally, they lost 1/2 of the cat toys we provided them. Lastly, our billing was completely misleading & different than what was initially told to us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We absolutely love Armadale Animal Hospital (our vet next door), but this kennel is sadly not what we hoped for.
Beth Reed: They took such detailed notes of Tucker's stay. He was very happy and tired when I picked him up.
Andrea Holich: Critical:Professionalism,Quality
Angela Henderson: Been using Armadale for years!! They couldn't be any more kind to your pet. Always accomidate them! Excellent prices!I use Armadale Vet as well!
Donna Eyster: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueArmadale is the only vet and kennel we use for our dogs and kitty. Our animals actually like going there and are excited to see staff and play with other animals. The facilities are very clean and well operated, and everyone clearly loves the pets they are caring for. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
Isa delva: My fur baby was so happy coming out of here, she looked great and they texted me daily photos of her while she was being boarded, I was very pleased to see that my dog didn't show signs of had been neglected or had been doped like with some other places From now on this will be the only place I will bring my fur baby. Outstanding service!!!
jan Raynor: Great with my grand dog great Dane Mayhew, for boardingVery pleasant staff.
Alissa Pawid: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMarissa is great! I had a last minute boarding emergency and they were the only place that were willing to help me. Amazing staff and lovely environment :) highly recommend & if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely use this place as my go to.
Jonathan Woodlief: Our dogs just stayed the weekend, they are tired happy dogs. One of ours is a 100lb pit bull and they did great with him
Anthony Womack: Love the staff and Dr. Bonifant. They always take great care of our dog and seem happy to see us.
Avi Baxter: I take my pup here all the time. Armadale is our primary vet and kennel provider. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always do a great job! Service is quick and professional. My dog has anxiety issues but the staff are always great with him.

Triangle Pet Sitters - Cats, Dogs, Exotics: what do users think?
Kevin Campbell: I went through the whole process of filling out the form on their website. I had my vet send over my dog's records. We scheduled a meet and they even reached out the night before to confirm the appointment. Meet day comes and they don't show. I text to see what their ETA will be and never got a return text. So no running late message, no we're canceling, nothing. Not how you should run a business. I'm sure they're great with pets just not humans.
Allison Crumpler: Melissa and Jason take such great care of our maltipoo anytime he is under their care. He always comes so happy! They do a great job of making the job of finding a pet sitter easy while also giving the pet owner peace of mind while they are away. Highly recommend!
Kimberly Graham: Melissa is a gem! The most caring animal lover I’ve ever met. She sends photos, updates and loves on our cats and dog like their are hers. Not sure any of them wanted us back after vacation!
Avi Lune: I hired Jason Rios at the last minute to transport my dog. He went from Raleigh, NC, to Louisville, Kentucky, to DC all in 1 day! He's a former trucker, so he said he was used to this!He operated on short notice, understood the situation, and was most adaptable, easygoing, ready to go, and all the things. He listened to all the details, took care of my precious fur son, sent pictures along the way, gave me updated ETAs, and arrived at the exact moment. He unloaded and even set up some items for me as I had a broken leg. The price was reasonable, especially with all the baggage/things my dog had, including but not limited, to two 42-inch crates, a ramp, and multiple bags of items. My dog is a Labrador Retriever.I got quotes from about 20 different pet transports before contacting Jason. The other pet transports would only have given the private pet transport attention and carried all of my dog's items for an astronomical amount of money. Jason offered more and his price was reasonable. He even walked my dog when he got to my place after setting up his crates. He saw my broken leg and didn't hesitate. One extra thing. I forgot to give Jason Rios the exact address of the pickup location. I woke up in panic mode at 7 am, realizing I had forgotten to give him the address. I thought he might have stayed in Raleigh and did not drive because he didn't have the address. I realized that it would be reasonable that he didn't go without having the exact address. I texted him, and he said he was already on the road and still left at 1 am as he had planned and was a few hours away from Louisville! Jason said, even though he didn't know the address, he knew he had to be in Louisville by 11:30 am and would wait until I woke up in the morning to get the exact address! If I ever have to do another Pet Transport or something similar, I will reach out to him. Triangle Pet Sitters may not be a big and fancy company, but they are a great little company! I wish they were nearby; I would hire them for more work.
Katie O'Shaughnessy: I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!
Kennan Masters: Melissa and Jason are great! They have watched our beagle twice so far. They send frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Since we have found them I never worry about our dog when we go away because I know he is being well cared for!
Caroline Stresemann: Triangle Pet Sitters are such a life saver!! Our Cavalier has extreme anxiety when we are not home and Melissa stays with her the entire time we are gone. I am so glad to know she is with her when we are away, and also nice to know someone is staying in our home. Their services are so appreciated! 🐾❤️
Jenny Smith: Melissa took wonderful care of my houseful of pets: dog, cats and parakeet. Would definitely use triangle pet sitters again!
Kristina Kegley: During my travels, Melissa & Jason have taken great care of my dog many times over the years. They always treat my dog with lots of love and pampering. And they text me updates and videos on his activities & welfare. Most importantly they are dependable, reliable, and very caring.
Robin Drechsler: Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. They send me videos and photos during her stay and I love to see her playing with other dogs or just chilling with their family. It's nice to know that when I can't be with her she is in good hands.
Kim Reynolds: They took care of our babies and our house as if they were their own. I will absolutely call them again when we need a sitter.
Candi Rhinehart: Triangle Pet Sitters came to my home to stay with my boxer kid for a weekend. I was sent texts with pictures and videos of my boy. I’m pretty sure he loved his vacation as much as we did. Great communication and you can see the love for animals!
Leah Friedman: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
Sheila Sammons: Triangle Pet Sitters is an excellent dog sitter. In addition to being very professional, they take personal care of your pets. While my husband and I went to Ashville they sent us at least 10 photos and 2 videos. My pups looked so happy. They have a fenced-in yard and a screened porch that my pets loved sitting and playing in. They have kept our dogs several times and will stay with them in the future.
Arlene Mendoza-Moran: My dog LOVES staying here, where she is truly treated like family and spoiled with attention. It's quite a drive from where I live, but so much better than having my furbaby stay in a noisy kennel where she only gets to go out twice a day (if that). The owners do such a fantastic job caring for my dog, and always send me cute pictures and videos of her lounging and playing.
Megan Andrason: Hands down the BEST pet sitting experience we have ever had. Our two dogs and leopard spotted gecko were in the best care. I loved getting pictures/updates and felt so at ease while away. Cannot recommend enough :)
Ellen Ayers: Our family has used Triangle Pet Sitters twice for overnight stays while we traveled. I feel comfortable leaving my pet knowing that they have years of experience especially with rescue beagles. I can relax on my trip knowing that my dog is being cared for and loved on in a family setting where she can nap on the couch and run in the fenced-in yard, just like at home. I also appreciate that Triangle Beagle Rescue sends me daily updates including pictures.
Karen Steinmiller: I highly recommend Triangle Pet Sitters! My dog, Chloe loves to go there and is always so excited to see Melissa and Jason. (Plus, their beagles, Dash and Woody)There is plenty of couch space/dog beds to nap or cuddle and a fenced in backyard to run and play.Melissa has 25+ years of experience In fostering and boarding and has literally fostered and help find homes for hundreds of dogs. They all adore her. She just has ‘the touch’ 🐶🐾
Jblaze 420: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI wouldn’t leave my furbaby anywhere else!
