LouboutinTaylor: Not sure why there are bad reviews. I've had a wonderful experience here. Tina has given me a lot of her time to find the right contact lenses for me, and they give you lots of samples and encourage you to try the lenses for a while before you buy them. Other eye drs. have told me i should know what lenses to order within a few hours! Everyone has been nice and helpful. Only issue is they still require masks, unlike the rest of the world lol.
Kristen Berry: Such a awful experience! I went over after my son’s eye appointment which was great. The environment was cold and stale. The young lady asked for our prescription and insurance and it went down hill from there. She took me over to a wall and said you can choose from this section. These were adult glasses and my son is 3yrs old. Oh yeah it’s the Medicaid wall. So I asked about the flexible glasses for toddlers. She first said that’s all they have on the wall. However, she didn’t know my son got his glasses from here last year. So, she went searching and comes back with 2 pair of the flexible ones. One was way to small and the other one too big. She said this is all we have. I ask could she ask someone else, she told me she did already. That I could always comeback. Such judgement and discrimination!

The technician took the time to understand what situations I would be using the glasses and made appropriate suggestions. She was also very helpful in ensuring that I got the full benefit from my Medicare Advantage Plan. When I went to pick up the glasses, the technician took the time to make sure I had a good fit, even though I didn't get the frames from them. I'm very impressed.

Kim Young: This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. The pediatric eye center was fine I didn't have an issue with them. When I had to go over to the dispensary to get my daughter glasses the first question I was asked was what type of insurance would I be using. I said Medicaid in which I was only offered 2 pair of glasses to choose from which were too big for my 1 yr old( I was thinking the office only carried those 2 pair of glasses for a small child). She broke them the same day she got them. I called back to ask if they had the flexible glasses for toddlers. They said yes, I then asked why no one told me about them when I was there. The lady said with my insurance I could only get certain ones. I told the lady no one even offered me to purchase the correct ones for her. My daughter doesn't get Medicaid because she is low-income, she gets Medicaid because she is adopted! I could have purchased what she needed, but I wasn't offered. Not a good sales-person and not good customer service

The only Chrissy: Very disappointed!!!. Came into the store to order glasses, started to choose my glasses. I asked someone to help me order my glasses who said she was busy on the phone with somebody, which seem like she was. She was done and helped 2 other people one of them who just came in, after waiting sometime I asked another person to help me she said as soon as someone got unoccupied they would. She was ready to take someone else so she went to the front desk to ask if I had a prescription, and she said I needed to check in before so they could call me that's the reason I hadn't been called before because I didn't check in. First of all why would I want to order glasses without a prescription. Second they saw me walking in, I waited by the front desk for more than an hour(notice I came to 2 different people asking for help before) but nobody bother to ask if I needed help and tell me I needed to check in before. I am a member of the eye care club and do have a prescription.

When asking the customer service person in the front why my appointment was taking so long her response was "I should ask a technician because she cannot rush them". I understand many people come here because of the prices, but please people stop giving these terrible businesses like this your services and money. I called corporate and she informed me they would be reaching out to the district manager in regards to this. Hopefully they will handle this.

When the optometrist called me back, which was within a very reasonable time frame, no hello, how are you? Straight to sit down and place your head against this....She wasn't listening to me, she was rushing through her assessment with me to get to the next paying customer. I called today to learn that my contacts have come in, but I never received a call. Then I was told they only ordered me a trial pair for 10 days. Great, but I've been wearing this brand for over a decade - they work. I won't be a long-term patient.

Jacob Terrero: I’m not a fan on leaving negative reviews. However, after my experience tonight and seeing previous reviews on this place it looks like there’s a trend here. I wish people paid close attention to customer service these days since it’s the customers that are the driving force of a business. Treat customers well and deliver an exceptional customer experience you will be well compensated.Leah was extremely rude tonight. I can understand that no one likes working outside of their designated hours, but no customer should ever hear “I was supposed to clock out 10 minutes ago”. After asking if I can try on glasses. Do better, be better, treat people how you want to be treated. Simple
Denise Reyes: First time here and Heard good things about Costco optical and their frame selection. No one greeted me or directed me to get a number to be in line to be helped. I asked to see a Burberry frame and the optician, Leah, asked if I got a number and I said no, I didn’t know I needed to get a number and she proceeded to say well I was supposed to be clocked out about 10 mins ago with an attitude. I left the optical place disappointed and I hope Costco pays her extra for staying 10 mins past her time to clock out.

And when it was finally my turn she was so rude even my 7 year old daughter was like "why is she like that with you dad..???Anyway, I got the information and I went to the outside of Costo and got my appointment. If I only knew.
haley ahn: The optical vision center needs alot of work. Prices are unbeatable but the wait time is always long and one staff in particular was rude and not qualified to make adjustments. I had to have my progressives done twice and she clearly did not know what she was doing when trying to fit them properly. I continued to have pressure points behind my ears and nose after going back two times. I took them to another optician at the mall and they adjusted my glasses effortlessly to fit comfortably. I was also never informed about coating options and they chose one for me.After losing my glasses, I decided to try the Costco vision center in Apex to have another pair made. A world of difference!!!!! Well staffed and short wait. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff and a better selection. My glasses were ready in 4 days and i was in and out in 5 min with a perfect fit. Do yourself a favor and go to Apex even if it's a bit further out.

I had just gone through possibly the worst experience with a scam eye care professional and was on the verge of tears when I walked into Costco eye center. They were really friendly and I was very lucky another client had just called to cancel so they fit me in right away. One of the best things about this particular eye care center (besides the kind staff) is that as soon as you are done (if you are a Costco member) you can walk right inside and get your contacts and get fitted for glasses on the spot. It is such an immense time saver. The glasses at Costco are shockingly inexpensive as well.

I'll definitely be getting my exams elsewhere. Bummer, Costco, I thought I could count on you for quality but I realize this is an independent contractor.

Amy Kirshner: Triangle Eye Care is a great place for full service eye care. The office is beautiful and they carry a wide range of frames. The exam is thorough and conducted by a very thoughtful and competent team who are kind, considerate and lovely! Dr. Klaus was patient and open to discussing any questions I had.
Christina Mackey: It was my first time coming here and the whole process was easy. They sent me all my new patient paperwork in advance so I didn’t have to fill it out when I got there and I was in and out less than an hour. Everyone was very nice and the office was clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doodle: Absolutely wonderful! Cannot recommend enough. Had to go to ophthalmologists who will remain nameless on Healthpark Lane, which was the worst service ever experienced at a medical facility. Went back to these folks cause I just needed a prescription for new glasses and the other folks wanted to charge me just for paperwork to get them. Everyone here treated me like I was a patient and not a $$$ and really listened to what i had to say.

Their glasses inventory is extensive and BEAUTIFUL! The woman who purchases the inventory for them has a fashionable eye - I couldn’t stop trying frames on. The woman who helped me pick out my frames reminded me of my mom and gave me real opinions, kept handing me different cute pairs to try on, and helped me be wise about my budget and add-ons. Tae Kim: Purchased prescription safety glasses from them 2.5 years ago. It was smooth transaction and used them everyday. I am about to order a replacement now, lets see how they do 2nd time.*ordered online, waited 3 weeks for the 1st pair* I never contacted them.

The item that I ordered is not what was sent and it took forever to receive. When contacting Eyeweb via email they ask for photos of the incorrect item as if I am not telling them the truth. Lee X: This is the provider you use for safety glasses when you hate your employees and want them to quit. Slow is standard and wrong is normal for this company. Poor service is also served up since just about everything they do is done poorly or just plain wrong.It took four weeks to receive safety glasses that were not safe (no side shields installed or even shipped along), sent them back after way too long trying to get customer service. What a garbage provider…I expect in another month or so , in the mean time my old glasses are just about unusable so I really need glasses. I’ll probably buy some out of pocket since this company doesn’t give two $hit$ about doing their job and I need to be safe.
Luke Huling: VERY BAD, it may seem temping to purchase from them put do not do it! It took over two months to ship and when I got them they were the wrong pair. I returned them and it took over two month and I still did not get my return. Finally I called and asked to speak to a manager because I felt like they were never going to refund me. It wasn't until after I called two months later and made a stink about it they finally refunded me. I bet they would of never refunded me if I didn't call, THEY ARE SHADY DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
James Melvin: Great value for the money. My frames arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The only downside was that the seller's communication regarding my item being out of stock/delayed could have been MUCH better. Things go out of stock... I get it but you need to COMMUNICATE that. It's a shame because, had they been more proactive, I would have no hesitation to give them 4 or 5 stars.
Cody Hufstetler: original email said my lenses would ship in 7-10 days. They didn't even reach out to ask what frames I had until 13 days later (which I'd already told them in the order comments). then, after much back and forth, and "lost" emails, and a whole load of other nonsense, I finally got a package... 55 days after my order. And it wasn't what I ordered. First, it was a full set of glasses, not just the lenses. Second, supposedly I entered my prescription wrong, but I would've had to enter it VERY wrong for it to be this bad. neither eye worked - not upside down, backwards, or any way I could think to look through the glasses. They said they sent me a screenshot of my incorrect prescription, but of course that's one of the emails that got lost. I initiated a dispute on the charge 50 days after my order when it still hadn't shipped, and it looks like I'll have to leverage that to get my money back and buy my lenses somewhere else. customer "support" felt hostile to work with and sometimes didn't respond or communicate for weeks.
Ron Wolters: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had, they have had my glasses over a month to redo lenses so far and keep giving me excuses every time I contact them, will never do business with them ever again .
ROGER MCINTYRE: Bought a pair of safety frames from them. They created a shipping label the next day but never shipped the frames. after waiting a month with no reply from them, I contacted EBay which refunded my money because. They are outright crooks. They should have gotten ZERO stars but it's not allowed.
J Cwell: I've had to use eye web with my employer and I really can't stress how they should be used as a last resort. They are slow, their website is awful and they always over promise and under deliver. Save yourself a ton of trouble and find someone else to use.
Lisa Allsbrook: Do not recommend at all. Site says 7-10 days from order to ship.. waited 14 days, still no email of shipping or tracking, was promised to have them the same week, no frames, promised to have them the next week, no frames, a 3rd week, no frames. Then got tracking showing they shipped and were on the way to California when I am in South Carolina. Was told they would have to go from California back to the warehouse and then send back out to me.. order was canceled after a month and a half.. and mine were NO RX frames.
Paul Ridder: Slow shipping glasses, when they finally arrived they were defective. I tried to wear them for about a week. Decided to return for a refund. Very poor customer service throughout the return process I was told a different story each and every time I called. It took filing a dispute with paypal and my credit card to get reimbursed. Don't fall for 100% guarantee. Very dissatisfied
Dale Bryant: Do not use this VendorI do not recommend purchasing any glasses from this vendor. My order was delayed for 2 months. the glasses that arrived where unusable due to the lenses being applied incorrectly. Customer service attempted to tell me it would be a quick fix but that was not true. Over 4 months later customer service is still giving me the run around. This review would not have been posted if they simply had good customer service and either repaired the glasses in a timely fashion or reimbursed the money. I am still waiting on reimbursement.
Isha Serrette: Ordered a pair of prescription goggles in August. Was shipped the wrong colour. Returned the item from abroad at an added shipping cost . Waited more than 6 weeks and had to call and chat with customer support multiple times to receive my replacement order. Have just received what appears to be the exact same incorrectly colored pair I returned almost two months ago. Absolutely useless customer support.
Joe Silver: I have rather mixed feelings about this vendor.There were issues with my order. They sent the wrong frames, and one of the lenses weren't in the correct prescription. Since I uploaded my prescription incorrectly, I offered to pay for the cost of a new lense and the cost of shipping the glasses back.We initiated an RMA process, where I would pay for the replacement lense, they would cover shipping both ways, as seems to be their policy, and they would replace the lense and send the correct frames.I waited a few days to get an RMA notification, and wound up having to contact their support department again to get the RMA started. I finally received a shipping label, but didn't get an invoice for the new lense. I sent the glasses back anyway.A few weeks later, replacement glasses arrived, this time with the correct lense, but they sent the same, incorrect frames. Since I still hadn't been invoiced for the lense, and I didn't want to go through another RMA process, I offered to keep the incorrect frames if they were willing to absorb the cost of the lense.The person I spoke with said they would check into it. After a few weeks with no additional communication, I'm emailed them again. This time they agreed to my proposal. From order date to resolution was over 7 weeks.Their service personnel were friendly, the fact that they paid shipping both ways on the RMA was quite nice, and the glasses I received are of good quality. However, both times the frames were wrong and their RMA process can be frustrating. Add to that the need to repeatedly contact them about issues, and I doubt that I will do business with this vendor again.
