NOPE BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! my car completely stopped working 5months into having it. They had me buy a “warranty” just to basically say oh well it’s not covered. I’ve had my car for almost 2 years now and it still does not work. Took it to an actual mechanic and it has $6,000 worth of things wrong with it. I reached out several several times for help. And I never get an answer. I asked them to come just repo the car back and they said “no it’s not worth it, the value of the car is not worth recovery” so they knowingly sell bad cars. I bought a car that worked for 5 months and owe $11,000 on it. And it’s KBB value is now $3,000. Moving on to the vehicle my mom bought. On the second day of having it. She was on the side of the road with a flat. Turns out the rim was cracked. They took care of it. Fast forward 7months car is having major issues. They won’t fix, they also had her buy a warranty that again doesn’t cover it. This company preys on the people trying to recover their credit or stuck in bad situations. Please do not believe the act. Do not buy from here. We’re in severe debt now with nothing to show. Don’t buy.

Tosha Fulmore: I really like my car, but they didn't do a good job detailing it, which I didn't mind at first. While vacuuming the backseat (it was a lot dirtier than I had realized), I discovered the metal tracks that the front seats sit on, are RUSTED. The metal pieces by the seatbelts are rusted as well, which gives the impression that it has some water damage (which was marked as a NO in the car report). I also started having issues with the A/C glitching. When I called to speak with Russell, I told him I had some concerns and wanted to discuss my options if I had any, he immediately said "No" without really caring to address what my concerns were. The car buying process was cool (of course) so I initially left a good review, but I had to come back and be honest about the whole experience. Feeling a little screwed over but I guess its a lesson learned.

TheHeartTheHome com (Chris Cooke): Drove down from Greensboro a couple years ago to buy a black 2010 outback 3.6r from this place, they never disclosed that it was covered in hail damage and it wasn’t visible because the car was wet when I came to look at it, and it has been one electrical problem after another since the day I drove this car off of the lot. The rear liftgate leaks like a sieve into my vehicle anytime it rains and has been doing so since purchasing the car here. I tried to reason with the guy with the issues that I saw on site the day I came to look at and purchased the vehicle but was unable to reach any kind of a reasonable deal with the salesman, he was extremely smug and really didn’t feel as if there was any sense of truth going on here. I would never recommend anyone buy a car here, they knew I drove all the way from Greensboro and the guy really stuck it to me because of that.

Victoria Pevarnik: I called in to ask about the car and a car fax report. The gentleman explained to me that they didn't have one because the dealership they got the car from had them and they weren't going to pay for one. There wasn't much information listed online about the vehicle, so I wanted to have more information about it. After a short discussion on that being a service offered that could be offered to customers, he proceeded to say in offense that he could include that and then add it to the price and then he hung up on me.While on the phone, I mentioned having a friend come and look at the car for me. I would be traveling some distance for the car so I had them take the initial look for me. When my friend went to look at the vehicle of interest, he started to ask questions about the vehicle. The salesman asked if he was my friend and when he said yes, he said that he doesn't want any business from me. I was shocked. I did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. I was very interested in the vehicle and I don't think that any customer should be treated such a way for asking for proof of a cars service record and condition. I feel like this place should be reported to the BBB. I don't understand how anyone could have rated this place highly.

Most every one was a typical used car salesman until I went to Stone Cars and experienced people who were not pushy and who knew their cars. Gary and Doug are brothers who have been in business for over 20 years. They are picky about the cars they buy. They work on the cars themselves or get the work done if they can't do it. They told me they replaced the rear brakes before putting it on the market because that would be a problem for any buyer. I had the Avalon Limited that I bought from them checked out by a mechanic who said there were only 2 things wrong--the struts for the hood (they were already replacing these) and the tires. Gary supplied 2 new tires, I bought the other 2. I thought they were honest, caring and easy to deal with. When I'm ready to buy another car, I'm going to them first, and already recommended them to some friends. Also, I love my new-to-me Avalon Limited.

Lol.I met a car salesman named Brian. He was drenched in sweat because he wanted to wipe the car down for me before I arrived. I thought it was nice but hey, I'm always a bit leary of any kind of salesman right? Well he proved the stereotype wrong. What a nice, honest guy. He really does mean everything he says. Not once did I have to worry that I was having a fast one pulled on me, or that I was being ripped off without knowing. Example - I test drove the car and felt a slight vibration in the wheel. I told Brian when I got back and he right away said let's take it out again. He, being a previous mechanic himself, knew right away something was up. They told me they'd fix it and they did. I actually purchased it before it was fixed. He then a week later, DROVE to my house , picked it up, took it to the mechanic to be fixed, and then drove it right back to my driveway. Awesome right? Best experience I've ever had out of the 6 cars I've bought.Jeremy, the Finance Manager, was also fantastic. No pushing things you don't need. I got a warranty because I personally wanted one, but not once did he try to force anything else. Super friendly,relaxed, laid back. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to find this place. If I ever need another used car again I know exactly where I am going.

Mike Fox: Was in the market for a 3/4 ton truck and started watching the Enterprise Car Sales website. I found a truck in TX that fit the bill. I contacted Chris at Enterprise and the process began. From start to finish, hands down the BEST vehicle buying experience I have ever had.Chris started with verifying the truck was still available, it was. I was able to initiate the process over the phone and Chris took care of everything on a Friday afternoon. The truck was trailered from TX to NC and arrived early. (Props to the folks that move those vehicles too!)Chris called me and let me know the truck was in early, but that was an issue. I am two hours away and my ride was arranged for the original scheduled delivery date. Chris stepped up again and was able to get me a rental from where I live to drive to their location. Away I went.They were putting the finishing touches on the truck when I arrived and pulled it around after about ten minutes. Absolutely what I wanted in every detail. I was a bit hesitant at first buying a truck sight unseen, but this one was a homerun. Chris offered a test drive, but there was no need.The paperwork part took about 45 minutes. That's right, I didn't sit there all day going back and forth. Enterprise has no haggle pricing. My truck was $2k less than KBB pricing, and about $22k less than a new truck with the same options. Chris reviewed the four add-on extras Enterprise offers. He was not pushy and didn't try to talk me into anything. (I did get the tire an wheel coverage, go buy an 34" E rated tire, the program is less than one tire. Good insurance in my mind.) All the paperwork was complete and that was it.A quick trip out to the truck for a photo and I was off. A two hour drive home with me smiling from ear to ear. That was not the end though. Chris has contacted me several times just to follow-up; as has Derricus. Awesome customer service!I can 100% tell you that I will not ever buy a new or used vehicle at a regular dealership again. This process has demonstrated that it can be easy, stress free, and that there are great people out there like Chris, Derricus and the team at Enterprise Car Sales - Raleigh, that are willing to go the extra mile and provide outstanding customer service. Krissy Ward: Elite Auto Sales has a decent selection of Jeeps up front. Besure to test drive them. One in particular we test drove was dangerous and difficult to handle. We had to insist to the sales staff to not put it up front. The sales office was very clean and tidy. Not messy and unkept compared to other Used Car locations. Except, one day they were cleaning with Bleach while we were sitting in the loan office. That was burning our eyes! There was one sales Lady with whom we worked was really nice and friendly. Michelle, she was excellent and great sense of humor! The loan process was a nightmare!!! Since the Jeep we went for was over 10 years old, we had to use OneMain Financial. It took over 2 days. Every time we spoke to them, it was a different story. We wanted to give up! It was the WORSE! After the entire hassle and run around, we got the Jeep. We would not recommend this place, though.

Cody Filicko: I purchased a 2012 Platinum Ford F-150 from Elite Auto Sales. I bought it back in October. I wanted to drive the truck around before I wrote a review. I have had zero problems with my truck. If you are looking to get into a vehicle and are within a drivable distance, this is the place. My salesman was Mr. Doug Martin. They handled business well, and Mr. Doug was super helpful. I am not from Raleigh, but rather 3 hours away. I went down to check out the truck but could not come home with it that day. The following week we made ends meet, and with my schedule, I would not make it back down within the month. Mr. Doug was courteous enough to meet me halfway, which was a blessing. We were able to do the paperwork that was needed where we had met.

Dasharai Williams: Went in to purchase a vehicle. Got 1 approval and then they combed through my bank statements and did everything but verify income. I left and came back a few times under the impression that Ji could help me get into something smaller. Just wasted my time and energy. They wanted to verify income and when they did they counted all my NSFs too. I feel like I was discriminated against but hey it happens everyday. If you are self employed stay away. If you have a 580 or below stay away. I don’t recommend this place.

I do not usually post negative reviews without giving the company a chance to solve the issue. I am very knowledgeable as a business owner. I have repeatedly been put off and ignored by them. I have been calling to speak with the manager for almost 2 months. No one has EVER returned my call. DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE PACKAGE! I bought the service package for almost 3000 dollars. My 2016 Kia Soul has had one issue since I bought it. The catalytic converter. They replaced it under the 90 day warranty. About 6 months later it went out again. I went up there-45 miles from my home for the guy to be rude and tell me there was nothing he could do. I then did my research, went to the dealership and found out that they put the wrong catalytic converter on! I then began to call over and over, simply to ask Elite Auto where they bought it from so MAYBE I could return it since ALL new catalytic converters have at least a 1 year warranty. They have been ducking and dodging since. My deduction is that they put a scrap yard part on. As another review said- DO NOT trust the service department. I have spent so much time and effort trying to get this resolved and I have not owned the car a year. I have the documentation from the dealership and I plan on seeking compensation from the company. I do not even care how long it takes. Someone needs to do something about this company! You would think that a small business would at least make right on the one thing that was wrong with the car considering I paid very well for the car and also even bought the extended warranty!

They charged me $1000 in gap insurance. I went with another finance company shortly after and the insurance was only $100. I have been trying for the the past 4 moths to get my money back and after several emails I still have not received a response. This is ridiculous. This is a lot of money of mine that they are holding onto. I was told by this company it would take 60 to 90 days to get my money back, this was after 4 separate emails and unanswered voicemails. After checking with my new finance company I was told it should take no more than 30 days. This is ridiculous. I will absolutely never do business with this company again and will make sure I get the word out about these robbers.

DONOT BUY FROM HERE and the owner when he test drives them he brings them back messed up, my ball joint is loose, tire wombling and every light on the dash is on. there's even a rattle in the engine now because Moe the owner, floors the cars. i highly donot recommend buying cars from this dealership at all. they have a ton of cars sitting to get fixed that they have completely did nothing to.
