Enith Briales: I don't see how a previous balance disqualify you from renting a car when you provide a updated statement of a zero balance owed. I even had my light company directly email you the receipt that the account had a zero balance because the next billing cycle didn't go out until next month and a billing statement couldn't be issued because of how their system is set up. I had this issue yesterday . My driver license as well as having full coverage was all cleared. If a customer is providing a updated statement of a zero balance owed directly from the light company and all the other requirements you require checks, no one should be denied. Your losing money. Please make it make sense

I wasn't told until I got there about no installment plan indication on bill...but there was no amount past due. Everything changed once I got there...😉

Linda D: BEWARE...Extremely Disappointed. I asked specifically if they had non-smoking SUVs. I was told that ALL of their vehicle rentals were non-smoking. WRONG.We picked up the rental and within a few minutes noticed a peculiar smell...opened the windows to air it out and then closed up and put the a/c on. It REEKED of smoke. We spent 21 hours in a vehicle with the stench of cigarette or vape smoke. It permeated everything we traveled with including our clothing & suit cases.We wouldn't have rented this car even if THEY paid US the $444.56.Why didn't we simply return the vehicle for another you ask? We were told it was the only SUV available (now we know why) AND, we were on a time constraint.When we returned the vehicle, we asked to speak with the manager and the employee said he was not there today. We asked him to speak about our experience with the manager and to get back with us. And he said he would. That was over one week ago. No communication whatsoever.This was the most disgusting experience we have ever had with a car rental.

That was the first bill I received in 3 months and it was 600.00 something July and Aug were paid Sep wasn't due until the 24th of this month.I called the light company which they verified no pass due.he said they go by what on the bill thanks Brother !!!

Oma Shekk: One star cause I can't give a zero. Worst customer service ever. I had a confirmed reservation and they told me they couldn't get me in a vehicle till two days from now, despite my reservation. Keys on the counter and cars in the lot. But someone decided my reservation couldn't get one (lots of excuses for that, but no apologies) Enterprise used to be good. No longer. These folks don't deserve to stay in business.
Trevor Peters: Made a reservation for a car rental, and was called 3 hours before reservation time saying they did not have a car available to me. The only solution provided was to offer me an SUV but at a higher rate than what was reserved. They have vehicles available apparently but would not honor my original rate for a car on their lot. Told me to call around and find a car elsewhere. You honestly can't get much worse customer service than that.

Kristopher Wilkins: Enterprise in general is not a bad company. I have had pleasant experiences with most locations. I highly recommend anybody in the triangle area using the RDU location, but specifically in regards to this particular location in downtown Raleigh North Carolina. The customer service is beyond disturbing. The young lady Jasmine was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in the door. we were on our way to visit sick family and me, and my pregnant wife who had a previous reservation reserved from three weeks prior walked in from the moment the conversation started she was unbelievably disrespectful to my wife for whatever reason and continued to be what I would consider degrading for the remainder of the conversation because we were having issues with a credit card. when a solution came up and we called the number that she provided to make sure that we were cleared through enterprise to be drivers we were sent an email confirming that we were cleared and ready to pick up the vehicle and that we verified to be able to take it off the lot at that time. She then said that she would not rent us the car even though we had the email confirmation stating that we were approved for the rental and that there was no reason for us to be held back from picking up this rental. We are in the business of customer service as a family , and if any of my employees ever acted even a 10th of the way that this ignorant young woman, these are the lightest words that I would use in referencing this lady. I would have her fired immediately. Again after we confirmed that we were eligible to pick up the vehicle, we were there early to pick up the vehicle payment drivers license were cleared and the corporate office of enterprise specifically sent an email telling her that we were able to pick up the vehicle. She told me my pregnant wife and my two children but she would not rent us the vehicle so we can go see our sick family member.We then reached out to RDU drove out to the RDU location and were treated very well. Did not have to provide any of the information that she was requesting other than the IDs and reference number showing our itinerary and a young gentleman name. Devon was extremely helpful and did outstanding service. She also said that she did not have a manager. I feel like this is worth mentioning because when I reenter the building there was a manager standing right next to her. I made the decision to turn to walk out the door because they did not deserve our money at that point, and I refused and will continue to never use their services again. Once again, this is the enterprise location located in downtown Raleigh, which is stated above this review do not go here unless you want to be treated like trash. In my opinion I think she’s racist because we are a mixed family and I feel like I was discriminated against, she’s lucky that we had the patience to walk out of the building, because with the level of disrespect that she gave our entire family, she deserves much more than just being fired. As far as Rent-A-Car‘s an enterprise goes to RDU location has great service and a great selection , I highly suggest never using this location and I pray that if it’s your last resort you are not standing in front of a woman name Jasmine.At the end of the day everything turned out well thanks to Devon at the Hardy location and we are now although three hours behind schedule due to Jasmine able to take a trip to go see our sick family member and take our children in a comfortable vehicle.
Evan Kinney: Booked a confirmed rental for a pickup truck. I received a call in the morning that the location actually didn’t have any pickup trucks available. Upon calling them back, I was told that 1. the website doesn’t accurately reflect their availability, 2. a confirmed reservation doesn’t mean anything, and 3. they have no ability to check other nearby Enterprise locations for a truck to see if they can fulfill their obligation.I’m then further told that this location actually doesn’t have *any* vehicles available for rent today. And that I’m just as likely to be in the same situation by booking another rental at a nearby location.

Jerome Davis: Took my reservation, then told me when I arrived (on foot) that there was no car available, only a very large pickup truck or an SUV. I said "Okay, I'll take the SUV", to which the MANAGER responded "It's not clean, you'll have to wait." At that point I told her that she was providing terrible service, to which she replied "Then I won't rent you anything at all" and did not. When I called customer service (twice) they promised a call back. Still no call back after 10 days. The provide terrible customer service. Proceed at your own peril.

Jacob Jewell: Car smelled horribly of smoke and after two days the battery was fully dead. No lights left on and unresponsive to multiple types of battery jumpers kind of dead needing to be towed. Enterprise made the hassle of being rear ended exponentially worse. ShyamPrasad V Atri: Never go to this enterprise rental. They accept reservation on Indian driving license and then when you go to rent a car they say policy has changed. If the policy changes few weeks ago it becomes basic responsibility of the business owner to inform the customers. This is so unprofessional they tell you when you go to collect the rental car. If you inform earlier plans can be changed atleast.
Reba M: It didn't start off as a 5 star experience, but Meghan quickly turned that around for me. I had requested a SUV, but ended up with a van. I told Meghan that I was not happy and she immediately began to make it right. I felt not only listened to, but I also felt that I was an important customer to Enterprise. Nice recovery.

I sent copies of my reservation number, my Platinum status and explained what happened. Jonathan B. (Enterprise Business Support Team member) responded by repeating their excuses and said he was letting the regional team know so they could improve their processes. I responded back asking for some sort of compensation my time wasted, aggravation incurred, overall feeling of being disrespected. Johnathan B. informed the branch that I was requesting compensation for this issue. Jasmine, (Enterprise Branch Manager) did call me the next day but I could not take the call. I called her back and she said there would be no compensation. NO COMPENSATION, NOTHING, NADDA ZIP ZILCH because I did not get a car. ?!?!? YOU DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR ME TO GET!!! How messed up is that reasoning? I really thought I would be offered some sort of coupon to return so they could prove they do care about their customers, their reputation and take responsibility when they mess up and don't honor a reservation. NOPE, Enterprise, at least at this location, does not care. Jasmine won't honor reservations, and wont try to help a customer when they cause damage. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN and I recommend you don't either if you need a car when you reserve one.(ORIGIONAL REVIEW)**WARNING** DO NOT RESERVE A CAR HERE AND EXPECT THEM TO HONOR IT!!!!! Shame on me because this is the second time out of three attempts to rent a car from this location that that this has happened to me. I should have known. Their process is broken. Alec Clevenger: Recently I rented a car for two days from the downtown Raleigh location. The rental and damage waiver were very affordable, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and straightforward. They didn't have available the category of car I had reserved. But fortunately they did have some good options including something 'better' than what I had reserved but at the same rental rate, so all in all it wasn't a problem. The folks who helped me were very nice and knowledgeable, and the location is convenient for me. I'll be returning next time I want to rent a car. Thanks!

Sudheer Hegde: I had a pre-paid reservation, but this location did not have a 7 seater vehicle which I had booked, they did not call me early as well, they asked me to go to Budget location at RDU airport, after standing in line for more than hour at Budget airport location, person at counter say I have to call customer care & change my pick-up & drop location, another 15-20 min to reach customer care & customer care says they cannot change the location for the 7 seater vehicle since RDU airport location has no 7 seater availability, Person in-front of me in line took 7 seater vehicle, I think no sync between Customer care Inventory & Inventory at particular location. no use of pre-paid booking, I will never come back to this budget location again!

Bob Mitchell: I actually rented from Budget at this location, but I doubt that the experience would have been very different since they seem to operate as one business.Anyway, EVERYTHING about this rental with the exception of the car itself (which was fine) was underwhelming!First, they didn't have the car that I reserved. Second, I needed something with a hatch back (since I had a big cardboard box to carry with me that wouldn't fit in a sedan's trunk) and they tried to put me in a sedan.When I told them that wouldn't work, they told me that the sedan was the only car that they had available and that I should at least go and look at it. Which I did and it wouldn't work. So, I called the 800 number to see if they could help.They told me that since the contract had been opened, that they couldn't help me; that I would have to deal with the location.So, I went back in and told the lady, who couldn't have seemed to care less about my issues, that the sedan wouldn't work, she miraculously came up with a Ford escape...which worked fine.They told me that the car had a full gas tank, which it didn't.Also, when I wanted to add an additional driver (my son who rents from them all of the time) they insisted that he come in with me to show his driver's license. When I told them that I would be picking him up in a different city, they insisted that we go to a local location to show his drivers' license.....this was ridiculous! He rents from them frequently and they have his information on file. We offered to email a copy of his drivers license and they said no! It was against their corporate policy...I say BS!Anyway, the location looked Ghetto and the clerks did the bare minimum that they had to do...overall, not a very good experience!
Stella Nino: This place is the worst. First, finding the place is a total mystery. If you call them they are too busy to give you any direction whatsoever. If you make it to the place, do not expect any customer service or even a person at the counter. If someone finally shows up, they would not show a happy face to you. In fact, I see why these people hate their job. Of course my reservation was not taken into account, they offered me a sports car Camaro, which is for two people only. I have to say that is not what I booked. I preferred an economy Toyota Camry and all they got to say is we are sorry, it’s not our fault. That’s what happen when you rent cheap.
Jennifer Jordan: Awful. We had reserved a 12 passenger van months ahead of time to take a group of girls to camp. When I got there to pick it up they informed me that they didn’t have any vans to give me. I was supposed to leave the next morning early. I don’t understand how a company can do that.
Ashley Law: Only come here because it is the only location close to me. Every time it is an issue. Even with reservations they won’t have your vehicle available. I made a reservation six months in advance and there were no vehicles available. Gave a different customer in the lobby a vehicle with a cracked front windshield and told her to take a picture of the damage and it was fine to drive but the crack was in the field of vision - this is illegal! The car they tried to give me was full of dog hair, beach sand, FOOD and crumbs everywhere. The vehicle hasn’t been washed since brand new. I asked for a different vehicle which had bumper damage. I had a time stamped photo from the parking lot and they still tried to charge me. I will now be paying the fees at the airport to avoid having to deal with these employees.

I’m starting to think it’s the buyers being difficult and not the seller. I had absolutely no problems reserving the vehicle or picking it up. I reserved my vehicle 2 months in advance. Any information that was needed I completed online. When it was time for pick up me and my family were literally in there 10 minutes. They already had our information (license #, insurance, card info) online which was a plus for us making the transaction super easy for both parties. Hint: they like when you’re already prepared. You may not have the same experience as I if you try doing same day booking and pick up due to there cars selling out fast. It wasn’t hard to locate if you’re familiar with Crabtree valley mall. Turn into the side where macys is located. Drive down until you see the H&M sign which is located outside of the building and not hard to find. Walk into those doors and budget is located directly to the left and soon as you walk through the doors. I hope this helps. Truck was very clean in inside. Needed a little spray on the outside but still very nice. Will be renting through them again.
Mark Boggiano: The receptionist were really friendly but beyond slow had to wait almost a hour then once we were gotten to the system was slow after another hour of her trying to get everything to work we had to leave because we had something to do after and wouldn’t of made it. They also barley have any cars which doesn’t help either.

They do not explain to you that their location is inside the mall, so I was driving around for almost 1 hour confused.Just fyl it’s located on the same side as H&M once you go in the doors, the counter is to the left. Park the car anywhere in the parking lot. On level one. Such an inconvenience to not tell people where exactly you are located.Make sure you leave early I honestly feel like this is how they get people for late returns because it’s easy to get lost looking for the location. They give a 30 min grace period and then you are charged another day. Budget update your instructions for the sake of your customers. I will not be renting here ever again!!! The worst!!
Susan Stephens: I rented from this location and after I declined insurance, showed proof of my insurance the man who helped me (Matt) added the insurance after the fact. I have my contract and nowhere is it signed that I accepted insurance. My signed contract has it all declined. The girls at the counter have been texting with Charles for 50 mins and Charles is unwilling to reverse the erroneous charge. I have also been charged an additional $64.14 that is not deducted from my bill. It is unfair to expect customers to pay for coverage they did not APPROVE! Charles offered a $20 discount but I am OWED more than that because I did not opt for insurance. I prepaid online at Budget so nothing should have been added at the counter. Budget's website also did not say that there is a $10/day extension fee and you cannot get anyone on the phone at customer service to discuss.

Thomas Kane: Worst rental experience ever - didn't have my car and didn't give a $hit! I rented a convertible and was called the morning of my rental and told that they had to substitute another car - this wasn't what I wanted, but I was just happy to have a car. I told them that I would be arriving a few hours after my scheduled pickup and confirmed my reservation. I called on my way to the office to let them know I'd be there before closing and was told that no cars were available and my only option was to call Budget's 1-800 customer service and try to book another reservation the next day. It's unconscionable that they would confirm my reservation in the morning and not have a car for me that same night. The person I spoke to at this location didn't care at all about my situation and did zero to help me. Avoid at all costs.
Sara Rayner: I actually made a reservation at a different Budget location for a rental car, but that location is closed on Sundays. Only this location and the airport are open in the Triangle area on Sundays.It was really difficult to figure out where exactly this location was located, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I assumed that since it's a car rental agency, they'd have a street-facing entrance somewhere. We drove around the Crabtree parking lot 3 times trying to figure out where it was at before finally giving up, parking, and going into the mall itself.Turns out, this location is inside the mall on the 1st floor near an entrance, but it does not have a street-facing entrance to the office itself.Once we found it, I saw there was a sign warning they can't honor same-day rentals due to a national car shortage.I asked the women at the desk if they could please look and see if they had ANYTHING available, but all they had was a 12 passenger van. Not their fault. I'd made the reservation for the other location that same-day, so the fact that they took the time to look at all was helpful, even though it didn't work out in my favor.The employees were pleasant and helpful. One of them was even guiding another customer behind me through how to get his deposit back via charging it to a credit card instead of his debit card. That way, his actual checking account balance remained unaffected, and they'd just credit the deposit back to his card once his rental was returned.This location isn't as bad as some of these reviews will lead you to believe. I'm of the opinion that typically, people who are trying to rent cars are already in a bad mood when they show up to these offices and they take it out on the rental agency.Make a reservation ahead of time for this location and call and confirm with the people working there that your rental is ready before you go pick it up. Expect a $200 refundable deposit. It's always best if you bring a credit card as there are some vehicle classes you cannot rent without one (especially if you have an out-of-state license). You will also, of course, need to have your license with you.I hope this review helps in locating this office and navigating your car rental.Thank you to the ladies who were there on Sunday, February 19th. I know you tried your hardest to help me and that effort deserves recognition 👏
Jennifer McClelland: I had a HORRIBLE experience with an employee at the Crabtree Valley Mall Raleigh NC location.Rude, told my 12yo son to be quiet because she doesn’t talk to children- he repeated what I was trying to tell the employee what was wrong with my rental car. She also came from behind the counter charging at me to fight. She ran her mouth the whole time- even followed me out into the mall yelling.The car I rented from another location was dirty, so I was told to go to this location to get a new car- customer service told me to do this.This employee was rude from the beginning- actually all of the employees at this location were rude! She didn’t find anything wrong my the rental car- see pics to show the nasty car I was given. Food and used napkins found inside and the outside looked like it was hung up in the ditch and someone got it out! I am moving forward with contacting regional and district managers.

This Budget/Avis location has an accurate rating. They're unfamiliar with their own processes, lack basic customer service skills and common sense. While picking up the car, we saw multiple people coming back in because the car they were given was not clean, etc. We even had to return because we were heading out of state and the oil change indicator was on. I would not have written a review however, Shannon should needs serious training. I called to ask questions about fees that I did not expect to be charged and unfortunately I was met with her terrible attitude from the start. Ariana Yu: I love enterprise but this particular store is run by a power hungry tiny man named Jorge. I misunderstood the price of the car and when I called and explained the situation his employee told me there was something he could do but wouldn't. Then put me on hold. I waited for the manager (Jorge) to get on the phone. After being on hold for another 10 minutes and being told there was something they could do but wouldn't I got extremely agitated. I asked for the customer service number and he gave me the tech support number for their office. He refused to give me his last name to call customer service. I went to the store to get the number where he told me that he wouldn't adjust the price because I'm rude. I called customer service while sitting in the waiting room and they refunded me for the extra money. It is so unnecessary that I had to go through all these steps over a misunderstanding. I will not return to this particular enterprise solely because it is managed by the tiny power hungey man named Jorge with no last name. Yes, Jorge people get rude when you treat them as dollar signs instead of human beings.

After experiencing a fender bender here in the great south with wildlife amongst us, AAA Insurance scheduled me for a Priority Pass Appointment on a Monday morning. I was initially scheduled for a pick up from John's collision office but the owner knew how busy enterprise was and decided to drive me and another customer over. Susan assisted me and reviewed what models were in stock. I initially requested a Nissan Sentra or Dodge Charger Sedan. I also confirmed with her that I wanted to stay within my policy's daily allowance. She showed me a 2023 Mazda CX5. I found the vehicle too large for my needs and asked to see other options. I decided on a electric blue 2021 Ford EcosportCompact SUV. I love a fuel efficient vehicle, so this was perfect for my needs. The car smelled new, did not have cigarette odor and the entire was spotless. I enjoyed the keyless entry, Automatic engine shut off, cap free gas tank, comfortable stain free seats, amazing fuel economy where $30 fills up the tank. The collision shop originally promised the repair would be only a few days but I had the car for over a week's time. I am not a fan of FORD but I really enjoyed my EcoSport. When it came time to return the vehicle Josh was wonderful and assisted me with the return. Caesar drove me back over to John's Collision and I was on the road again.The customer service at Enterprise is unmatched. I will definitely return for my rental car needs. Prices are affordable and the selection of vehicles was spot on for me.

I’ve rented from numerous locations dozens of times with no issues but for whatever reason this location decided to be predatory with how they handled my rentals. Due to my work I require a rental car that is covered by my company. For my protection I video record each rental inspection.Upon returning the vehicle, Enterprise tried to charge me for a cigarette smell and dirty vehicle. Thankfully I had evidence this was not the case and that this issue was on them. They tried to push the issue and were proven wrong.Another time they attempted to charge me for a ding on the vehicle that was already there when I rented and the paperwork proved them wrong. Maybe this is why they have attempted to push their insurance when I rent. After these interactions I have decided that I am much safer and much more welcome at the Apex location or any other location.As a customer who used to rent weekly from Enterprise, the experience at this location made me use other rental services

Don’t advertise & schedule what there is NO intention of doing !

SWATDOG: I sat in my first vehicle and drove away. I had travelled approximately 1 mile down the road when the overpowering odor of smoke caused me to turn around and return the vehicle. I was given a Camaro next, which caused me trouble all week. Dirty, the windshield inside was so smoke dingy, it was really hard to see whenever it was sunny. My last 4 rentals from enterprise have either been dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, marijuana, or just in poor condition. The manager was nice and respectful, but the car’s condition each and every time has been terrible. I recently received a significant promotion where I’ll need to rent at least 2 weeks a month, but unfortunately I think our company will need to change rental car companies ASAP. That’s a shame because enterprise is 1 mile away.

To me that's the worst thing that could happen at a CAR rental (on top of me ubering there, having a day planned, etc..)? Website said car reserved. Arrive and no cars there = 0 stars. I ended up getting a car the next day at another car rental nearby with friendly service, same price, and flexible return time.

She offered patient, step-by-step directions for this directionally challenged fellow, all with an upbeat, helpful attitude that made for a great experience.Grateful for this, as well as for Budget's loan of a great vehicle (nicest car I've ever driven, actually — a chance bump-up due to available inventory, which I know full well is a gift from the Heavens) for an inexpensive rate. Felt too good to be true. And it was made all the better by the car-return end game rendered easy by my last-minute call with this on-site employee, whom I subsequently got to see in person when handing off the keys after taking the elevator down from that beautiful 5th floor of the garage (offering a solid vista among the towers)...

Last December, we booked a 15 seat passenger car and they confirmed us but when we went to pickup the car, there wasn’t any 15 seat or 7 seats car. They offered us 3 cars with 5 seats which was impossible because we didn’t have 3 drivers. They should take this matter seriously and only take the reservation when the cars are available

My experience with Sierra has been terrible, aside from not being able to get a car, which I understand is not here fault if it were true. I would hang up if she answers and find a different location. Knightdale is way more customer service oriented if you don't want to deal with rude people that just want you off the phone.

Ami Bright Barrios: I went to this location with a reservation from my insurance company. I received an email in the morning to start the check in process and one saying they would call me within an hour. I did not receive a call from them. I showed up before close of business. I was informed they had no inventory. The representative did not apologize for not being able to accommodate the request- she did not even make eye contact. She simply stated that the insurance did not send over the date when I needed the car. I retorted that was odd, because the car is not safe to drive, they had to tow it and the insurance sent it to a body shop. I told her that did sound right and also said had they called me this morning like they were supposed to this could have been rectified. She provided me with the numbers of 2 other locations & said she could not help & call around to find me a vehicle. It was my responsibility. I expressed frustration and stated this was poor customer service- 1st they didn’t call, 2nd they claimed it was a problem with the insurance, 3rd they couldn’t accommodate me until Friday and were unwilling to help me find a location with a car, & had they called I could have been working on this all day. As it was now, it was an hour before closing - if people had inventory I was likely to be in the same situation and pressed for time. I wanted to speak to the manager- she was the manager. I said well- what’s your bosses name- I want to make a complaint. She refused to provide me with the number for her manager. She argued that they had tried to call but the line was busy- I retorted- it’s a cell phone ma’-am there’s no ringing busy and I have no missed calls or messages. I called the other two places she gave me there at the counter- because they have no other tables or chairs & I had no where to go. When those 2 also had anything I asked her for other locations. She refused to provide me with the numbers- stating it was the week before the 4th of July and no one was going to have anything & my expectation was unreasonable. Again, during this conversation she did not make eye contact- she was typing on her computer. Her affect was that she was completely disengaged from the conversation and I empathetic. She told me to have a nice a day as I walked out. I turned and told her she needed to return to customer service training. That when you are unable to provide a service & someone is clearly frustrated you don’t say have a nice day- you say I’m sorry we weren’t able to help you this time. Or that there was a miscommunication (according to her there was between them and the insurance), or I hope your day gets better. But have a nice day is the last thing a person wants to hear in a situation where your company is not willing to help find a resolution or provide a service. I turned to leave and what does she say again- have a nice day! I turned and said “again with the (insert exploitive) have a nice day- just say bye or nothing.” I complained to my insurance company- who spoke with the manager- they refused to provide me service. I did nothing. I did not yell, I did not curse at her, I simply called her on inconsistencies & poor customer services. But apparently you cannot confront someone or expect better customer service from a company because you will be labeled as difficult, rude and confrontational. I called a few more enterprises- the one at RDU is awesome and has great customer service. The one at State st in Raleigh as well. The others, were not rude- just tones of the calls left a lot to be desired and weren’t as helpful. I don’t think that’s enough to save me as a customer for enterprise though. Use this location as long as you don’t mind people not making eye contact with you during your interaction, multitasking during your conversation, providing you with sub par help when their communication systems break down. Their infrastructure doesn’t allow them to see others inventory, & the employees are too busy to help you find a vehicle if they don’t have it- because it’s simply not their problem.

michael anderson: Horrible experience. Booked on line and selected a mid-sized SUV. AFTER WALKING to the location, they claim the only thing available were luxury sedans and SUVs and you can't use a debit card only credit card.They claim it is Enterprises policy which they could not show me in writting. Have rented from them before with NO ISSUES. However the crew working Saturday 6/24/2023 were awful and did even attempt to help find a solution or even offer an upgrade.

iyman massoud: Worst experience ever I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN. I had a reservation for a minivan to drive up to New York for a Wedding. I arrive to the location on Wilmington st in Raleigh NC and was told there was no minivan for me.I asked the manager can she locate me a minivan, she tells me their is no way for them to know what other locations have and I would have to call them each myself .From 11AM to 4PM no luck. DROVE to Clayton NC and finally to the airport. I Get to the airport and they tell me they cannot transfer the reservation to their location. I had to Purchase 5 last minute roundtrip plane tickets to New York and a rental from AVIS rentals in New York. After this failed reservation attemp with ENTERPRISE Car Rentals on Wilmington st Raleigh NC .I had to spend $3500 to attend this Wedding.
zaki jauhari: I rent 2-3 times per month due to work. This is my go to location every time. The staff is amazing! Friendly, accommodating and they go above and beyond to make you happy. Shoutout to Travis and JJ for their amazing efforts.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the airport or the downtown location. This location doesn’t honor reservations, never has cars, will make you wait hours, and will up charge you without telling you.

Robert Markey: It’s apparent this company is not keeping up with training on Customer Experience/s, etc…. And, it really becomes evident when you have to speak/deal with they’re employees. I called them last week and “reserved” a rental car. I walked into this location (3600 S. Wilmington Road in Raleigh) today (a week after “reserving” the car) and was told they didn’t have a car for me and I shouldn’t have left renting a car until the day of! This verbiage came directly from a Regional Manager (crazy, right). He told me numerous times that I just made the reservation today! He even went to the point of laughing-in-my-face, then stated; “We Don’t Have A Car For You, Have A Good Day”!Do yourself a favor, don’t rent from this company, you’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation!

Tracey Cole: I waited for over an hour today at the 2911 Capital Blvd location to sort out my insurance’s error in setting up my rental, during which multiple members of the staff were rude and dismissive of me, only to be told there were actually no cars available. Why not tell me that right when I walked in? I asked for help locating another Enterprise that had a car available, and I was told they couldn’t help me and I had to call myself. When I called the 800 number I was told there was a car at this location on S Wilmington, so I went there only to be told that not only was there no car available at the other location either, but that the Enterprise staff had put a note on my reservation to not rent a car to me. The second location’s (S Wilmington St) staff member proceeded to lecture me that I should be more patient and nicer. Why even send me to another location if you know I can’t get a car there either? Just to be cruel? I am now still without a car because my insurance only works with Enterprise. I don’t even know why I am writing this review because nobody will do anything about it. All I know is if I ever treated anyone like that in my work, I would not have a job anymore.
Greg Leighton: I had an unplanned need for a rental and received great service and response from the Enterprise location at the corner of Tryon Rd and Rt 401. Demetri was very professional and thorough. I was very pleased with his handling of the rental. I recommend this location and will use them again when I need a rental!Thanks for making the process quick and easy!

We rent alot from enterprise and he was BY FAR the best representative we have had. It was a very easy process and we definitely will rent another vehicle.
