THRIVE Affordable Vet Care: what do users think?
Sheila Briggs: Awesome
Jasmine Henry: The Dr and tech was very patient and helpful. For the 1st time my dog was calm for a vet appointment. Thank you
LaTonya Mckoy: Excellent experience.
Theresa Zadori: Our appointment was at 4 and no one came in the room until after 4:30. Then they kept coming in and then leaving saying they'd be right back. All in all we were there from 3:45 till about 6:00. Most of the time we were just waiting in the room. When trying to take blood from Capone the tech couldn't get the needle in vein on his back paw. We had him still for a good 2 minutes. Then they wanted to try his front paw and when she tried to stick him there he tried to pull away. At that point she acted like he bit my husband, which he did not. He has never bit, growled at, or shown teeth in his life. She also thought he was growling when he was making normal Mastiff noises. I also didn't like that they took Maia out to get her vaccines. They ended up bringing her back to the room after we suggested that from the beginning. The other location does them in the room. It was very clear the techs were afraid of my gentle giants. So after all of that time Capone got zero treatment. We are now looking for a new vet that is comfortable with large dogs.
Mani Bostick: DISGUSTED WITH THIS LOCATION. This location performed a procedure on my dog WITHOUT MY CONSENT. We were under the impression that my dog was going back there to get blood drawn. Instead of them coming back into the room getting permission from the owners (ME) you tell me “I just went ahead and did it” She made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt very disrespected. Please don’t go here. They tell you they’re doing one thing to your dog just to come out to tell you they did something else as well! Then it was a procedure that was preformed — I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH, AT ALL. But what could I do? They had already did the procedure without my consent.
Tawanna Washington: Everyone is always so cute but there is always new people every time I come
Heather Lamb: Great CARE. These people have their hearts in taking care of animals
Stephen Brown: First visit. All staff were very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Great rapport with dog and parent.
Jaay Rose Marie: I had an appointment scheduled for two pets on Wednesday 2/22/23. Two 30 minute appointments back to back. We got there 10-15 minutes early and still weren’t seen 23 minutes into the first 30 minute appointment. So we’d been waiting with an anxious puppy and cat for almost 45 minutes without being seen. We were irritated and left because it was a simple appointment, no shots just a check up and fecal test. If I could give 0 stars , I would. While we were leaving, a customer that was there before us anxiously asked if we’d been seen and after I explained that we hadn’t and were just leaving because they were taking too long, she said she’d been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen. We will not be returning. And what made me write this post is that I just received an email ( more than likely automated because I wish they would purposely be so stupid😂 ) that thanked me for my visit and wished we would continue coming to them. Hilarious. Good bye vet care ✌🏽
BJ McLaughlin: Dr. Allison Schnoke and her staff are fantastic. Very professional, kind hearted, good listeners, genuinely care for your pet and the pet parent. They go above and beyond.
leo leo: Brought my dog Buddie in after being lost in the woods for 4 days. They took great care of him performing all the needed test an gave him a clean bill of health.
Dion Brooks: The Pleasant Valley Vetco team in Raleigh NC was thorough, friendly, efficient and used the least invasive techniques to help my dog. I was very pleased. Thank you!!
Clop Nibs: Didn't have to wait long. Dr Allison and support staff were very friendly and made me feel good about my dogs upcoming neuter surgery. Clean room, and Yoshi got some cheese treats from the vet tech. Very nice experience. -Vetco Pleasant Valley Cary NC-
Carissa Roets: The veterinarian was able to see me on very short notice, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful! They genuinely seemed like they cared about my pet, asked a lot of questions, and listened to all of my concerns. Luckily, my pet improved greatly overnight with the medication they prescribed and some close monitoring at home. Thank you :)
A C Wilmoore: The Visit went well I was in-and-out in a fairly good amount of time
Michele Thweatt: We were making an extremely difficult decision the day we brought our pet in. The Dr and nurse were very kind and supportive as we said goodbye to our sweet baby boy.
Glen Daniel: Super friendly and helpful people. I love how they helped me and my dog.
Katerina Burko: everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable... they really cared about giving the best care to my dog and were very gentle with her when she was nervous.
Johanna Cordova Guity: Was very quick and the people were friendly!! Affordable prices. Everyone was super helpful. I recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Kelsea Roberts: Just found out they’re not longer thrive but Vital care. Pro- free exams & low cost monthly Con- no discounts on vaccines, medication etc.
Carolyn: I didn't experience any issues. I was in and out.

Veterinary Care Anywhere Animal Hospital, PLLC: what do users think?
Melinda Burris: What a joke. Received an invoice from three years ago that was paid, for my dog that passed away over a year ago. Tried to call the office on both numbers listed no one picked up and no voicemail was set up. Found out they were closed and no one was in the building at 2pm on a Friday even though their hours state they are open until 4:30p on their website and 5p on Google. Good thing we don’t go here anymore if I had a pet that needed help they be would be helpless. Nice to see that poor quality still continues after three years, good job on staying consistent. To make things worse, the doctor has to give himself a 5 star review to hide the negative reviews.
Evan Voordeckers: Never responds to phone calls, messages. Takes multiple calls or emails to get a response. Always closed
Kelly Whelan: This isn't our regular vet; we brought our cat here during an emergency (she had an escalating upper respiratory infection). We received kind, compassionate care - the doctor took the time to explain things to us thoroughly and was very good to our kitty in a very stressful situation. And the visit was pretty affordable despite being an emergency. The one complaint I have is, this office seems to share a building with a dog daycare and the barking we could hear through the walls in the exam room was NONSTOP. (They do try to address this with music via Bluetooth speaker, which I appreciate). Just mentioning in case you have a nervous kitty like we do; it's something to consider if you're able to time your appointment for a less busy day (or possibly ask for/wait for an exam room that might be quieter).
Nancy L: Really great staff! Very knowledgeable and showed genuine care for my pets.
Verna Mino: my dog was out of his heart meds and it is a compound. I was having trouble getting it. I called the office and they had some and filled it right away. Very Very friendly and efficient. Dr. Marlin is the best.
Karen: Me and my pug, Karson, LOVE Veterinary Care Anywhere animal hospital! Dr. Marlon is the most personable Dr. I have met and we can’t express the gratitude we have for his practice, him and his staff. This is a teaching hospital where interns get the hands on experience from him directly, and they show advanced talent in their practices from working with him. Dr Marlon is the only vet there, which makes this incredibly personal for me and my baby pug. Karson almost died at age 1 when he was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I brought him to vet care anywhere and he survived.. was held there daily to hangout with the staff so they could give him all the care he needed. I am a nursing student and barley make ends meet, dr Marlon understands and has me pay what I can when I get paid. I am forever grateful for them and would never go anywhere else! I knew when Karson was diagnosed one month ago with type 1 diabetes that I was in the best hands, I did not stress I just let the staff take care of him and continued on my regimen when dr Marlon made for me and Karson. My fur child is happy and Healthy!!! Yay! Thank you vet care for all that you do for us ! 🏼❤️
Denise Fatigati: I used to go to Banfield until I was introduced to Dr. Marlon.. I am extremely satisfied with the way he takes care of my Buster he is very thorough and makes me feel very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment.
Bonnie Latham: Outstanding Service. This review is based on initial new patient visit of two senior dogs, both with a variety of issues, to Vet Care Anywhere Animal Hospital. I wanted to transfer from another animal hospital, where I was being "up-serviced and up-charged" at every opportunity. Dr. Marlon is a sole practitioner, assisted by a number of vet interns, whom he is mentoring. His office isn't in the "high rent district", nor is it fancy on the inside, but he has up-to-date, on-site lab equipment, which shows me that he knows where to properly put his investment. He is a fantastic Vet., intelligent, dedicated, compassionate and practical. I could tell that Dr. Marlon absolutely loves his work by how he addressed all my numerous concerns in detail with both dogs, answered all my questions, identified priorities in treatments. I wasn't charged astronomically although Dr Marlon spent a good deal of time with both dogs and performed several on-site treatments. I feelDr Marlon is trust-worthy, and he is now my primary veterinary doctor. My only quibble is that it is very noisy at this veterinary practice due to the constant barking next door at the dog-daycare facility.
Bri Edwards: In the early days of COVID lockdowns we noticed something on our dog's eyelid that was bothering her. We have never, ever, made her go through something difficult like a vet visit without us there to keep her reassured, and we called a huge number of vets trying to find anyone who would work with us to find a way to maintain human safety while doing anything other than demand we drop her off to be taken back alone to an unfamiliar room for an unknown time. It seemed like in such a difficult time, everyone became more rigid instead of more flexible--seeing her outside, even looking at a picture--no one would budge, or even really listen to our request. Then we found Dr. Marlon. His practice had already thought deeply about keeping people safe while reassuring dogs and owners. First, he was willing to provide a detailed, considerate and personal correspondence about the issue by email before the appointment. Then, we found the system they set up for visits: our dog was taken to a room with full-length window where she was able to see us constantly and be within inches throughout the visit, while Dr. Marlon stayed on the phone for his whole examination, explaining everything he did in real time exactly as if we had been there in the room. Our dog was treated quickly, kindly, and with tremendous care for her and us. This experience embodied what we have since learned is true of the whole practice. The rest is history, and he has been our primary vet ever since. It is so clear that he just wholeheartedly cares for all animals and owners, even ones like us who are not his long term patients. I honestly don't know how he manages to see so many patients and still give everyone the same earnest attention - it's amazing to see and it's also every pet owner's dream! In the two years now that we've been patients, our dog has developed some tough old-age issues that Dr. Marlon thankfully diagnosed in time, including diabetes and Cushing's disease. He has been there for us through it all, including urgent calls and visits when she has a bad turn, and to help turn specialist consultations into a plan that sees her as a "whole patient." She is still enjoying her life with us, and we know much of this is thanks to his help.I would be remiss if I did not also compliment his staff for being an essential part of the same dynamic. There is a strong sense of compassion and competence among every member of the crew that makes everything work so harmoniously!  I could go on and on but for the sake of time, I will just say that I cannot recommend them more highly!
John Mansueto: Useless
bobbie goodwin: This has been the best vet I've ever witnessed. From Dr. Marlon to his staff- everyone is amazing and understanding. My baby, Sassafras, had some complications and they fit me in immediately every time I was concerned. 5 visits in a week to be exact. They took amazing care of her and eased my mind in the process. Everyone is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I never felt rushed or that it was a burden. I will forever stand by!!
Cindy Liu: I interned for Dr.Marlon for about a year and became a veterinary assistant during the process! He is a great mentor and veterinarian and I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about vet med from him. He is very knowledgeable about pets and tries to give the best care possible. I will continue to bring my cat to him while I’m still in the area. If you are a pre-vet student looking for some great experience before applying to vet school then working for Veterinary Care Anywhere is the place to be!
The McKoys: Dr. Marlon was patient with my timid fur baby. He explained very thoroughly what was going on with my dog and presented healthy and cost effective options. The vet techs were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient not only with our fur baby, but with my endless questions.
Ashley Curtis: 2 words!!GOD SENT!!
jermaine hash: They are awesome and they really care about my pet. They took care of my dog and they saved me about $3000 fro what another veterinary quote me. They other place was just interested in the money and Vrt.csre anywhere was just interested in healing g my dog. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!!!
Amanda Crook: Went in and they gave my pup some medications and said within a week or so he will be 99% better. He died before he even finished the medication. First and last time going here.
TG: How could anyone who loves their furry friends not love Dr. Marlon? Dr. Marlon and his staff are very caring and sensitive to our packs needs, especially our senior boy Willie. It’s not very often that one is able to be in the presence of such a great and knowledgeable veterinarian like Dr. Marlon! We have nothing but complete respect and heartfelt gratitude for what has been so freely given to help keep our pups healthy, our pit crew Thanks you too! 🐾🐾🐾
diane Bourbonnais: Best vet!!! He takes care of your animals as if they were his own!
jorge navarro: Positive:ReliabilityWouldn't bring my Pup Anywhere else definitely recommend if you're stuck on where to take you fur baby
Ronald Delatorre: great doctor
Jeanette Cebry: Pleasant to work with. Great experience. Nice.

Raleigh Community Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Kenneth Greene: Remind you of your appointments. They have been fairly priced so far.
Chris Coker: DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. THEY ARE ONLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. THE CURRENT VET HERE DR. SIMON IS ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. YOURE BETTER OFF GOOGLING YOUR DOGS SYMPTOMS AND MAKING YOUR OWN BEST GUESS, BECAUSE THATS WHAT HES GOING TO DO!
Jill Clarkson: This is an excellent staff. The only issue I have is that when I attempted to refill my cat’s flea, tick and heart worm medication they informed me that they require a health exam to refill the medication. My cat is 5 years old and in good health. When I questioned their requirement I was told that they needed a client/patient relationship (which we have because we received her 3 year vaccinations at their facility), I informed them that we did and then they said it was illegal which at that point they just seemed to come up with an excuse as to why they could not sell it. I understand they are there to make money, but requiring a health exam for flea, tick and heart worm prevention seems excessive.
Cheryl Howard: Very kind and compassionate!
Lisa Medlen: Raleigh Community Animal Hospital has been my go-to veterinarian for several years. The entire staff is amazing, caring, thoughtful, compassionate, and above all, professional people who love pets! They make you feel welcome the moment you step through the door and they treat your furbabies like they are their own. Dr. Miller is truly one of a kind and I’m so glad she joined the RCAH team. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent, never rushes, and communicates everything clearly and with ease. And she makes it a priority to keep your pet as stress-free as possible throughout the appointment. I am so happy with the level of care this team provides and want to thank you all for taking great care of my girls!
Elle W: For over eight years, the RCAH team has taken care of my sweet, sassy cat. Every single team member showed me and Jojo amazing kindness and provided the highest level of care - I knew they always had her best interest at heart. And if you need a place for your pet to stay while you travel, their boarding team is phenomenal - I would not have trusted anyone else to care for my senior cat as well as they did.Yesterday, I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl after 17 years. The RCAH team displayed unparalleled compassion and kindness through this difficult decision. They brought us into their comfort room, talked about next steps, and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. It was all so very peaceful.I cannot thank the RCAH team enough for their kindness, knowledge, and support over the last eight years. Jojo was always in good hands and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.
Zach Morrison: Wouldn't recommend this place. I had to pay 54$ dollar fee to just set up appointment for my cat. We wanted them to give him a shot and they couldn't even do that. All what they did is do blood work. So I had to pay 200$ and they never even gave him his shot. They even said they couldn't cut his nails cause our cat wouldn't let them. Lol. I've definitely been to better vets than this.
Melissa Etchison: Thorough, excellent service, knowledgeable, caring. Just moved here from out of state. The high ratings are very accurate.
Melanie Hamilton: The facility was very clean and did not smell .The animals looked very well taken care of.
Graceanne Piner Piner: After trying four different vets in the area, I’m so grateful for running into Dr. Beecroft. He is the absolute best! So kind and the best at his job. 100% recommend.
M. L.: The vets and vet techs are so kind and friendly.
Dillian: I love this vet office. Everyone is super nice. Been going here a little over 6 months. Only thing I have issue with is the prices went up since the last vaccination round, so it went outside the cap of our pet insurance. But with inflation, I get it. It didn’t go out a crazy amount, but the vaccines went up, exam went up, etc. BUT. Still worth it.
Samuel Smith: Found a lost dog & our dogs vet was able to track the owner by the chip. Dog was reunited with her hooman.
Grace Pittman: My dog Josie has gone to RCAH since she was a puppy for both boarding/daycare when necessary and vet care! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. They treat Josie like their own, and that is evidenced by how much she loves to visit! They also treated me with such compassion several years ago when my former dog unexpectedly passed- I had our first appointment booked but hadn’t made it in yet when it happened. The staff was incredibly kind to me and even sent a card even though we had yet to spend a dollar with them. Josie and I will be lifelong clients from that alone!
Sabrina Diaz: I absolutely love this place. These people genuinely care for you and your animals. When I had my pet chicken’s they were there and provided the best care possible. They consoled me when I had to put my chicken Elly to sleep after she was attacked, they helped save my chicken Amy,helped our cat Bugsy and will now help with my new adoption Mila. When Elly passed I was an absolute reck and felt like they were the only ones with compassion when she passed. I even received a card from the staff after her passing. It was the absolute sweetest thing ever! I have heard so many horror stories from other places & I will not trust anyone else with my pet other than this location. PLEASE bring your baby here. This is the SAFEST place you can possibly bring them.
Kevin Singer: Good communication. Friendly staff and vets. Accurate and transparent pricing. I've never felt like they're trying to "upcharge" me. Highly recommend.
Nancy C.: Dr. Beecroft was kind, personable and quick to follow up with a summary of my senior dog's bloodwork including recommendations for additional diagnostics. Requested estimates were provided immediately. Also no guilt trips or pressure for additional services that are not in my budget currently. I feel they are reasonably priced as well. A very good experience.
Rachel Bond: We had our first visit with Raleigh Community Animal Hospital Friday and had a great experience. Landon became best buds with our long haired chihuahua Buffy and made her feel so safe and comfortable. She has always been a nervous girl but Landon made her feel right at home. Dr. Simon was very thorough and kind, even though Buffy didn't quite warm up to him. Overall we had an excellent experience and look forward to bringing Buffy and our cats to this vet in the future.
Jo Herzfeld: The staff there were very friendly and all cared for my fur baby like it was one of their own ~ I was very impressed with everyone there ~ this was my first time going there with a severely injured dog ~ it was well worth the drive there ~ will be using them as a vet with all of my fur babies ~ can't say enough about this place ~ would highly recommend them to everyone I know and talk to ~ they even followed up several week's after to check on my dog. Very Very impressed with this Animal Hospital. Thank You for taking such good care of my dog!!!!!!!
Crystal Tate: The staff and vets are wonderful. They take great care of my very old Black Lab. They are also compassionate and caring. When I thought that my dog had some serious issues and broke down crying, the MD gave me a hug and reassured me that my goodest boy would be okay. I appreciated that. Lastly, it's the most affordable animal hospital/ boarding facility that I've found in Raleigh.
Lisa Miller: My dog Wrigley LOVES his boarding and daycare stays at Raleigh Community! He can’t get enough of the outdoor and indoor playtime. I’m happy that no matter the weather they can make him happy with plenty of playtime. Thanks boarding and daycare staff, you are all wonderful!

Magnolia Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Emily Pearce: I don’t normally go out of my way to write poor reviews as I work in hospitality and understand that people often write negative reviews based on one interaction, HOWEVER every single time I call this vet’s office to either make an appointment or ask a question about a prescription I either can’t get through at all “User Busy” or I get put on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.Then you show up for your appointment and it takes at least 20 minutes to get checked out at the end. Absolutely horrible customer service. They are way too busy for the staff they have or they have very poorly trained staff to deal with the high volume of customers they book. I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years now and it seriously happens every single time. I’ve had enough and will be finding a new vet’s office that doesn’t waste my time with every interaction.I’ve read other poor reviews on Google for this office and every single one has a rude response from the vet’s office stating they “don’t reply to negative responses as they are rarely factual.” That gets a big LOL from me as I often have to do the same in my line of work and no not all of them are factual, but publicly calling your clients liars is not a professional way to handle a complaint, you’d be better off not responding.
Jim Reed: Very dirty - smelled so bad we left in the middle of our appointment. 4-5 staff standing around - put them to work cleaning! We won't be back.
Marina M: Always a great experience with Dr. Jon. I feel like my babies are actually cared about and not just a $ in his eyes. The techs are equally fantastic and I would trust them with any of my pets.
Heidi Moravcik: Have been with them for 20 years and would not go anywhere else!
Fanny Garcia: I took my dog years ago and they gave her a vaccine and my dog could no longer walk well, I didn't say anything, I returned just with my cat and only because I asked them why they were charging me for an emergency appointment, if a friend who I didn't have an appointment and they charged him for a regular appointment, they got upset I called again 5 times and they told me they had to check my account they didn't want to make an appointment for my cat who was very sick they told me to take him to the emergency room as if that were so cheap They refused to make me an appointment even though I paid for the appointment I didn't know it was a sin to ask they sent me a very rude email from Mr. John the head of the person who will change hospitals I told him it was discrimination and it got worse he was rude it's a worse place than I was able to meet the doctor who treated him the previous time, very good but the rude staff were annoyed by asking why they were charging me as an emergency
AJ: Careless, dishonest and money hungry. The staff at Magnolia Animal Hospital lacks compassion, knowledge, and integrity. They blatantly lie and misrepresent information and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. I wish I had read the other negative reviews and rude/defensive responses from Magnolia before bringing my cat here.Updated response: Pricing isn't the problem. It's the dishonesty, refusal to take accountability for mistakes made at your facility, and the condescending, dismissive attitude. It's evident by the multitude of other negative reviews that our very negative experience was not unique. If you love your pets, stay far away from this place.
Lucas f: I absolutely love this place. I have 2 boys that are a handful but everyone there is super understanding and always excited to see the big fluff balls. Every time one gets taken back you can hear the joy and care that this team takes with your babies. I wish I could say so much more about them but they really are personable with you and your babies. They stay on track with tests, exams and immunizations. They have got flea and tick medicine, I use Bravecto. They have heart worm medicine up front too. They are very clean and always have a good stock of food and odor neutralizing candles. If you are ever curious about where to go choose this place. No where else I've been takes the same care of my boys as this place does
Elizabeth G. Rouse: Great vet, doctors, assistance and follow up. I highly recommend Magnolia. Zelda and Raleigh were treated like family and the follow up was very personal. Great prices and care. Thank you all.
Kaitlyn Connors: I take my dog Haxen here and can't recommend them highly enough. Dr John and all of the staff that I met truly went above and beyond to make sure that my dog was receiving the best possible care. Prices are below average but they really give 5 star treatment and it feels like they care about you. I hope to be using them for years to come.
Angela Bradley: Dr. John is Awesome!!!
Mandi Cook: Dr Jon is hands down THE BEST vet you’ll ever come across! He’s been taking care of my dogs for over 20 years and I wouldn’t change one thing! Several of my dogs have required surgery for different things over the years which leads me to my favorite thing about Dr Jon…he not only thinks of your pets best interest but also your wallet. You never feel pressured to make decisions because he is looking out for you as well as your fur babies. He is kind, caring and treats you like a friend. I really can’t say enough about him personally and his staff. Thank you Dr Jon for being you!
HG7715: UPDATE TO THE FALSELY CONSTRUCTED AND GUILT TRIPPING BUSINESS RESPONSE: After today’s experience both of my dogs will be finding a new primary veterinarian. I am not upset about the appointment, I am upset by the absolute lack of customer service displayed by your front staff. Customer service was non-existent coming from the heavy set Caucasian female whose name I did not catch as she was unbothered to introduce herself upon my arrival (shocker). I have worked in customer service with the public for 7 years. I would not have snottily snapped at a customer that they need to reschedule an appointment for days later. I would never abruptly leave a customer standing by themselves, without a word for an unknown amount of time, ultimately leaving them feeling the best option is to walk out. I would have appreciated it if the female staff member hadn't chased after me into the parking lot while I was on the phone to further push to re-schedule an appointment I declined several times already. Where was the social awareness and respect? If a bandage change constituted as "straying from protocols" why didn't the girl who scheduled my appointment a week in advance say anything while on the phone with me? Why did she continue to enthusiastically put me on the schedule? If this is the truth, why did NO ONE email, call, or text me to discuss this throughout the week leading up to my appointment? Why did no one say anything in person to me Saturday when I was there? Not a single front staff member, doctor, tech, etc. If a post-op bandage change was against protocol why do I have signed discharge papers from NC State Vet Hospital, from his surgeon (Dr. Aidan Chambers, Orthopedic Surgery), stating any/all post-op care should be performed at the primary (Magnolia)? Are you suggesting his surgeon facilitates breaking protocols and contracts? How am I supposed to push for a break of protocol if I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS AN ISSUE. Once again, a complete lack of customer service and upfront honesty. Instead of arguing and retaliating against a customer's review, perhaps you should reach out and genuinely hear the customer's side of the story to come to a satisfactory resolve. I have emailed NC State Vet Hospital regarding this incident as they are now aware of the business practices and "protocols" exerted by Magnolia. They are just as appalled and disappointed as I am seeing the behavior and tone your business has set. I hope your response was worth it as I will be sharing this experience with fellow vet practices, customers, friends, family, etc. I want people to know just exactly what to expect and how poorly they will be treated when they come in trying to get their animals the care they need/deserve. Magnolia Animal Hospital USED to be great, sadly it's gone very downhill within recent months. Please use this feedback to have a sit down meeting with your employees to re-instill proper customer service, honesty, and empathy. I understand everyone is short staffed and stressed out, but that does not grant permission to treat customers and pets poorly. Have a great day!
Tom: Nice staff, offices, my dog liked them. Good prices.Really like Dr John. Super friendly.
Kash Exotics Bullys: Travelled 2 hours to get a C-section for my dog which I called the day before stay otp for 30 mins giving the receptionist my information and was told that they was available to complete the C-section. Got there the next morning and was denied, the reason was they couldn’t make time in their schedules which I feel was a lie. Still had to pay for evaluation even though they received all the information they needed otp. Terrible business on their end, I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone
K. S.: This place is a clown show. Highly recommended by two friends so I thought I would give them a try. To start, was put on hold multiple times before finally scheduling an appointment. They require a deposit upon scheduling the appointment. Once we arrived the place had the most awful smell. The whole place smelled and we smelled upon leaving. Not only that, in 2023, they are still requiring masks. Their mask mandate was never disclosed over the phone. Their mandate was not because of covid, but because an employee was autoimmune compromised (had an heart condition and was fully vaccinated) and the public needed to cater to them. Unsure the legality of disclosure of medical information to the public about employees. The reception guy had his mask below his nose, multiple people in the back room had their masks below their noses, and another person to the left in a hallway did not have a mask on at all. I am unsure how the particular persons needs were being met when multiple people in the office were not following their own rules. Not only that, but this particular person was not even in front helping the public. We declined the mask and we were told that we needed to wait outside if we would not put on a mask. We demanded our deposit back and left. The atmosphere was very emotionally charged. The employee was inviting an argument to ensue to force mask compliance or deny service. We will not financially support a business like this. I understand that employees have needs but the public brings the money in. Turning away business is probably not the best business model for a company who needs the money to support their special employees.Update to the owner's comments: Calling a customer a liar is very unprofessional. Their stance of taking the moral high road is a clear indication that the customer was factual and the company has no intentions on apologizing or correcting their business conduct of “I don’t have to abide by my face mask rule, only you do…”. Again, I stand my ground on the statement that this place is a clown show.
Ingrid Robinson: I love this place. veterinarians have a lot of patience with the pets they are very good with the handling of your babies. They Or very understanding with the pet parents, and they explain everything they are going to do with your baby to help them.
Lisa Alford: Very disappointed. My brother died in 2016. Our family took the responsibility of caring for his cats for the past 7 years. His wife left him 10 years ago and left him all of the cats. My brother spoke highly of Dr John so one of the cats needed shots and a checkup. I tried to make an appointment and the girl I spoke with refused to see us! She needed to get “ permission “ from his ex wife. I tried explaining the cats no longer belonged to her but still all the girl kept repeating was I need to talk to the owner of the cat 10 years ago! So I found another vet to care for my animals! You do not have any compassion❗️Attitude❗️
Vera Brown: Dr. Jon has been my vet for over 20 years. Cheapest boarding around for his customers. Dr. Jon is very good with my pets. His prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him
Judith Valulick: Happy to help, always a smile
Tony Pineapple: Have patience in line. This place is WORTH the wait in line. Very talented veterinarians and staff. Boarding is also great as can be. They all love the animals and give them special attention.
Jill Kidd: The only thing I can say about magnolia in the negative is that they don't have enough doctors and you really have to wait sometimes for a long time to be seen. Otherwise is so great that all the docks are very nice and very thorough and very caring.

Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Patricia Babowicz: Tried to make appt. I called and used website. No return call. Guess you don't need the business.
karen cheney: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessAlways places what is best for your pet first.
Caroline Sheaffer: I have been taking my dog, Sarah, here since she was a puppy, she just turned 15! They diagnose and treated her with care. Sarah loves going to the vet as she gets lots of treats and pets!!
Brian Wright: This place and Dr. Jimenez are OUTSTANDING. The entire staff is so friendly, compassionate, and you can tell they really love animals. Our dog had a dental cleaning and extraction today and we were blown away by the caliber of care she received as well as how communicative Dr Jimenez was. They took excellent care of our girl and we are transferring care for all of our babies (a whole hoard lol) to here. Fees for the services provided were more than reasonable and we are just so impressed. If you’re in North Raleigh (or anywhere really) looking for a vet- this is the spot!
Kristy Bryant: Absolutely love this place. Somehow, all of my babies (5! ) ended up at different vets for regular care throughout the Triangle. When we settled In North Raleigh permanently I knew we needed to pick one vet clinic for them all for convenience sake. We chose Creedmoor and haven’t looked back. Even through short staffing (as EVERY vet clinic has been facing the past few years) they always get us in and are so polite and professional. Dr Jimenez is outstanding and I love how everyone recognizes our babies when they come in. Care is top notch and the prices are more than generous. If you’re in North Raleigh Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is outstanding!
C A: Superb, friendly, caring and supportive staff. I can't thank the staff and Dr. Jimenez enough for squeezing me in during an anxiety filled panic moment with my beloved fur baby. Their dedication and compassion made all the difference. I'll always be in deep appreciation for their professionalism with care.
Kevin Mann: The vet and her staff are amazing and we felt our three dogs received excellent care. There's an unfortunately frustrating niggle that has caused us to seek a new vet: the intake process. After you're taken back to an exam room, a tech will come and ask you for your pet's symptoms and history and the like. Then they'll step out to type it into a computer, during which you simply sit and wait. Eventually the tech comes back in with the vet. Unfortunately, our experience was that the time spent communicating everything about our pet to the tech did not then make it to the vet. So we would end up explaining everything again to the vet. While I'm sure there's a reason for this process, the result is that the visit takes way more time and you end up describing your pet's problems twice, versus if the vet and tech came in together and the tech typed in notes after.
Saul Rodriguez: They are great! The staff were super nice and the Vet really loves the animals and was very informative.
Dawn Kirchner: Love the vet and staff. They’re all very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I never have trouble getting my dog in for an appointment and I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes. I am confident my dog is getting the right & best care. Dr. Jimenez always takes her time and is very caring with my senior dog.
Melanie Hamilton: We love the Veterinarians here - kind and very good with our animals
Matt Cox: Great place! They love our dog and it shows. I don’t know how but they remember us when we walk in. They provide all of the information you could want and will answer any questions. Open early and late so you have all the help you need. We did the puppy program to include vaccines and such and enjoyed it. We feel safe with them.
ALL IN MOTORCYCLES: The staff was amazing and very helpful. We have 3 dogs and all came in and got spayed and neutered all at the same time and it went very smooth. Great people and will definitely be our new caretakers for our pups.
Aubrey James: This is the best vet I have ever been to. Their pricing is so affordable, and they still don't give you attitude when you say you can't afford something. One of my dogs has extreme anxiety, and they always make sure to go slow with her and try to make each visit as calm as possible.
Jen Leiner: Creedmoor Road Animal Hospital is absolutely the best. Dr. Jordan and his staff take wonderful care of our Clancy!
Jhuliana Alvan: Great costumer service 🌺 very friendly and helpful
Quan Owens: A note to the vet and her assistants on the other side of the patient door...we, your clients can hear you on the other side of that door! Please be kind, professional and mindful when discussing us and our pets! I am very upset with our most recent visit to the hospital. I am giving two stars simply because our pet was seen by the doctor and the immediate issue is improving. Unfortunately this has been overshadowed by our experience while at the hospital. Long story short, the assistant came in to see our dog and asked what our pet was experiencing. I explained that her paws were irritated and that I had been treating them by soaking them and putting salve and socks on to keep her from licking them. She had recently been boarded and we believe she may have picked something up at PetSmart. The assistant looked at her paws. I showed her some irritation that was healing, because of my treatments there were no open wounds at the visit. This young lady proceeds to brief the doctor just on the other side of the door by saying "either I am blind or they are, because I don't see anything, and it doesn't help that the dog is 35 lbs overweight". The tears fell from my eyes and the anger I felt was overwhelming. Thanks to my husband telling me we are here to get our dog taken care of, let's just see the vet and address it later. My husband calmed me down enough prior to the vet into the room. (Side note...my dog did have yeast and bacteria on all four paws and the vet could easily see where to take the culture at the healed areas on her paws to determine the issue.) I was going to let it go, but I feel strongly that other pet parents should be aware of the unprofessionalism we experienced last week. More importantly, I hope the hospital reads this and takes our encounter as a teachable moment and the opportunity to make some changes in how your staff discusses the pets coming in for their parents to spend upwards of $500 at every visit because we care about them. DO BETTER!
Brooke: Dr. Peace and the rest of the staff who helped me and my kitty were fantastic - they squeezed me in for a same-day visit right before the holiday and were so gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Creedmoor Rd Animal Hospital!
Taylour Trostle: We cannot begin to say enough about the quality of care, professionalism, and kindness from the staff of Creedmoor. The staff truly goes above and beyond at every appointment and they are extremely responsive if you need anything in between appointments. We switched to Creedmoor after having a not so great experience elsewhere and they have exceeded all expectations. Wait times are short, the facility is super clean, and they truly care about your furbabies. Thank you to all Creedmoor staff for your service and the standard you set for pet care!
Joseph gardner: this place is so disrespectful the staff is so rude and they don't know how to communicate they neglected my cat when i begged them to help her and they waiting so long she passed for the safety ur animals pls steer clear of this place
J P: This clinic has been nothing but great since we switched from Hidden Valley a couple years ago. They were very helpful dealing with the last years of life with our elderly cat, and when it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge, in a hurricane, the compassion and care from Dr. Peace and the staff was amazing. Our younger cat, who has severe anxiety on vet trips, recently got a UTI. Dr. Peace was so gentle with her and it was one of the easiest visits we’ve had with her yet. He even showed concern about our grieving process since our old man’s passing and gave us some new food to try out to help with the younger cats weight control. So far, it’s been a success! We definitely recommend CRAH for great care, cost and compassion for your pets!
Heather McManus: I had a great experience at CRAH. I was really apprehensive about what the price would be for all of the things our Lola would need. They told me the prices up front and we worked through what I was comfortable with for that visit. Dr. Jimenez took so much time with us and was very patient to explain everything to me. I felt very good about the care Lola received once we left and it didn't break the bank either. We haven't had the best experiences with veterinarians in the past and we are new patients for life!

Quail Corners Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Taylor Dapkevich: Originally came to Quail Corners Animal Hospital when my dog was having an allergic reaction, I was freaking out, and our primary vet gave us the cold shoulder. Called Quail Corners on a whim and the vet tech quickly walked me through assessing the situation, what to give right away, and got him seen and treated immediately. I was blown away by how calm, polite, and caring the tech was- despite my freaking out and us having never been there before.Fast forward more than a year and Dr. Morgan is our go-to vet. She’s incredibly kind, thorough, and only does what’s necessary, while working with the fact that our dog is a wee bit vet-anxious. You guys are great!!
T Whigham: Great new patient visit with Dr Posey. I’m confident that Quail Corners will be a great partner in keeping Cinnamon happy and healthy.
Jarod Rosenthal: Demonstrated excellent communication skills. We were able to work through some challenges. Would work with them again.
Ricardo Santamaria: Great professional service thanks
Edward Matthews: Our epileptic dog ran out of his prescription anticonvulsant medication on a Sunday and unfortunately our usual pharmacy was closed. We contacted Quail Corners to procure a day's worth of meds, so the dog would not be in danger of having seizures, only to have Quail Corners give us the complete cold shoulder. They claimed it had been too long since the dog's last check up and also said that since it was Sunday we would have to pay an extra fee on top of their already higher than average Dr. visit fee; only after all that would they allow us to buy the single dose of medicine our dog needed. We're not rich people (and frankly wouldn't want to contribute to the wealth of these vets in any way after the way they've treated us) so our only option was to decline their upcharge-ultimatum which left us to simply hope our dog would be okay without medicine.Still thinking of bringing your pet here? Please read on as to why you definitely should not.The reason our dogs haven't been to Quail Corners lately is due to the fact that they rushed one of our dogs into a risky surgery only to discover something that they could and should have realized from reading the dogs basic blood-work results. He had pancreatitis, something that is easily determined by a blood test at most (and all competent) vets, but not at Quail Corners apparently. Only after a 1300 dollar "surgery" where they cut his belly open and visibly saw his inflamed pancreas we're they able to determine this. No explanation given, no apology, and definitely not discount was given for the "surgery". It was and is completely unforgivable negligence on their part.I believe the most befitting single word for the treatment we have received from Quail Corners over the years would be inhumane, which isn't a word you'd like to associate with a vets office; quite literally the farthest wordfrom it.edit- In response to Quail Corners response:My wife is the one who typically takes our pets to vet visits so it's no surprise that you don't recognize my name. Your reply also seems to seek to discredit our story moreso then be an ernest attempt to rectify anything which is disappointing but frankly not surprising based on our prior experiences with your business. Furthermore I don't know how engaging you on the phone at this point could possibly be helpful; after we called needing help (a single does of medication which was prescribed to our dog by your very own office) and were blown off.The dog's epileptic condition is obviously not something temperary so to demand another vet visit (during premium-priced emergency hours, during a pandemic of all times) was and is a blatant cash-grab and proves a lack of empathy on your part. That day you were able to confirm the dog's identity and his necessary medication via your records yet were simply unwilling to help even this miniscule amount for unethical reasons from where I stand. After repeat acts of negligence regarding the well being of our dogs I'm sorry but you've forfeited the chance to garner any amount of good faith from us. The dog's is doing fine by the way; we we're able to procure a day's worth of his medication from a more thoughtful and understanding establishment later that day, but thanks for your (lack of) concern.
Emily Voliva: Vets and staff here have been consistently caring, prompt, and thorough.
Judith Larsen: Great experience at Nolas appt.Yesterday! Dr. MILLER IS AMAZING!!!
Albert Choy: Dr. Posey is great! She asks about our other cats even when the appointment is only for one.
Kim Jordan: Dr.Piver is great! Jensey was treated kindly.
Brenda Wafel: Great care for Cameron. Spent time examining her and getting to know her. Everyone was very helpful.
Kathryn Whitlock: Staff always friendly, professional and sweet to my pets.
Lazy Pirate: I feel like they love my puppy as much as I do!
siyeducation: Absolutely caring and wonderful staff and doctors. I have taken 4 of my cats there, 2 on emergency. I love the 24 hrs service, unequalled!! Thanks for taking care of our babies. I am totally happy to post this comment. Dr. Sanders & the staff are the best. We love the care they provide. They are so good with our pets. Thank you.
Cooper Anders: Best care for our golden retriever!! He’s 13 and Dr Posey is such an expert in helping him through his many health issues! We love Quail Corners- everyone there is wonderfully friendly and caring@!
Scott Hand: Best vets in town! Caring, kind, just a great group of people! Never worry about them if they are over there!
Kervin Bolanos: really got people and they care a lot about the pets and people
Verna Mino: Wonderful staff
Nancy Harner: QUAIL CORNERS IS THE BEST. They all came in for our 2 rescue baby kittens. We love Dr Sanders and the entire team. Thank You
Shelley Moss: Great caring service!
Margaret Weaver: First visit to Quail Corners Vet...very happy and pleased with the facility and the vet. Great interaction and explanation of treatment options. The separate dog and cat designations is a good plan. LILI really enjoyed the treats! Looking forward to continued excellent care for our felines.
Lynda Harris: We had unexpected health concerns come up during our cats neuter appointment. Dr. Chaffer went above and beyond to help us understand the issues, guide us towards the best decisions moving forward, and was extremely compassionate during the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Chaffer and the staff at Quail Corners!!

Leesville Animal Hospital PA: what do users think?
Hazel Ruthanna: Absolutely love Leesville Animal Hospital. I trust them to take excellent care of my cats and dog. I never feel rushed in my appointments, and Dr. Tull takes the time to answer every question I have with patience and thoroughness. The staff is very friendly and responsive and kind and I have a wonderful experience every time I visit.
Rebekah Carter: Great vets & vet techs. Clean office. Tons of services offered. We recently had to have our older corgi put down which was horrible of course, but they made the experience as peaceful & loving as possible. Always quick to answer the phone & get appts.
Robin Mitchell: My parents, my brother, and now my son all take their pets to Leesville Animal Hospital. Amazing vets, vet techs and office staff. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Andrew S: Dr. Tull is the bees knees, I’ll keep going here as long as he is here.
Dolly Daniel: Our almost 13 year old very big chocolate lab had a great bath and nail trim at Leesville are they coming this way animal hospital last week. The one he had back in the winter had not gone quite as well as he was left too wet. The staff was extremely responsive to my concerns and did an excellent job of taking great care of him this time, as they had before in Previous sessions.
Patty Dwyer: Very caring and loving staff. Dr. Tull answered all the questions we had. He has done follow up calls to make sure the four-legged fur babies were doing well. Trust him with your family members!!! He won't disappoint!!!
Casey Braun: Such a great place to take your animals! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Took my two dogs just yesterday and they made me feel confident that they were getting the best care possible. So happy with my vet choice!
Miya George: I love the staff, they’re super sweet and caring. I take all of my dogs there and get asked about all of them when I’m there with one. The services are a bit expensive but cheaper than other places for sure. They make sure my dogs are comfortable before they do anything at the appointment which makes me super happy. My dogs seem to love them.
John Sellers: Always our place of trust for our fur babies. Dr. Tull, Neligan and all of the staff - thank you for Bonnie, Hokie, Vick, and the care you now give Earl and Lucky. Lucky was a rescue off 55 in Holly Springs next to Chic-Filla Two boy cats that knap together post surgery. Love your services truly 💯.
Ashleigh: What a calm environment. They make sure the animals don't cross paths (as much as possible) and have always made my skittish 100lb doggo feel safe. He even lets them trim his nails after a less than positive experience at another vet. I recommend this place completely!
Anne Reel: Love each doctor and the whole staff. They have a great day camp and boarding facility. I love having our dog groomed while we were on vacation.
Kate F: Such friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Neligon made sure I had all my questions answered and explained everything thoroughly.
Wanda D.: Have been taking my dog there for 10 years now. The vets and staff are always friendly and attentive. They do a great job of listening and treating my "son" very well.
Denise M: Wonderful staff..compassionate vets. Clean boarding facilities, they really love animals and you can tell that they care and take time with your pet. I fell safe leaving my furbabies there. Every Dr takes their time with your fur baby
Robert Rose: Best service in the triangle! Everyone in the practice takes care of our dogs as if they were their own! So much so that we never take them anywhere else!
Shawn Caton: Dr Baily is the best
Brookelyn Parsons: Very friendly staff!
Robyn Stratton: We boarded our pup with Leesville Animal Hospital and were so pleased with their caring manner in dealing with 'our baby'. The whole staff is so nice! We would not hesitate to use their services again!
Laura Marr: Very understanding it apts need to be rescheduled. They all seem to care about my lil guy! We now have 2 babies who will see these great doctors
Heather Beasley: I took my new rescue dog, Ella, to have a basic check-up and to get heart worm meds. The employees were friendly and the vet was very informative. She helped Ella feel more secure in the new environment and gave me all the options as to what needed to be done. I know that we will be back in the future!
Bogdan Nikiforov: Great animal hospital. Dr. Amy Neligon (hope I spelled it correctly) took care of our doggie twice now and we’ve been really happy with the care she received. Friendly staff and fair prices.
