The Chocolate Boutique: what do users think?
Lawrence Cole: Very nice shop
Samantha nguyen: this chocolate shop has some of the best chocolates I have ever tasted! I picked the staffs favorites and was not disappointed - I will definitely be back with some other chocolate lovers 😊😌
Ron B Harrell: Selection of fresh goodies is unrivaled in North Raleigh.
Pat Calarie: Too expensive
Abbas Ali: I visited the store few days ago, a very nice blonde lady greeted me, she showed me the special sale they were having and I bought truffles , v tasty, great customer service. I'll be coming back there.
Kylie English: This place is HORRIBLE. The chocolates we got tasted extremely old and stale. They tasted like they had been out for weeks. We got turtles, chocolate covered almonds, and chocolate covered Oreos. I will never be returning here.
Dawn Wick: Staff was very nice but they didn't necessarily deliver on the description listed on the website. One example is that glass of wine was included but 11 people were expected to share 1 bottle of wine. When asked if there was another bottle we were told we could purchase an additional bottle. Everything is priced per person so those things like that are disappointing. There were more but that was the main one.
Maurice Dozier: Friendly staff and great chocolates. I will definitely return!!
Kunal Parikh: I love local restaurants & shops & when I visit places like Chocolate Boutique it makes me very happy.Chocolate Boutique has variety of chocolates & menu items. All the items are undoubtedly fresh, made in front of us.We also bought their pumpkin spice hot chocolate powder & it was amazing.
Patricia Bradley: Massive selection of every sort of chocolate imaginable. Chocolate lovers dream
Pat Harter: We just got home after an enjoyable couples' night at the Chocolate Boutique. Had such a great time the first time around that we had to do it a 2nd time! Sarah was a wonderful host; we were fortunate to have her for a chocolate tour guide the first time around, too! Her upbeat personality added to the enjoyment of the evening. This is a wonderful option for a special date night or for a group of friends who want to have an evening of fun. The shop is cute, and the chocolate is delicious. Without a doubt worth a stop!
seth penna: Met the owner at the dram bourbon pairing, Definitely would recommend this to anyone!!!
Amber Apostol: I've always looked forward to The Chocolate Boutique stop on the wine walk. They have a wide variety of chocolates and have some creative options. I like that they have samples due to price. Rarely, but sometimes I have given something a try, like orange chocolates and wasn't the biggest fan. In general, anything I buy from here doesn't last too long at home, because everyone wants a bite. I love when they have cutesy, Instagram-worthy dog chocolates. My dogs always gobble them up right away. The friendliness of staff can be hit or miss, but I'd still love to try one of their chocolate classes or date nights.
Anthony Lizardi: Unbelievably good tasting chocolate
Ilonka Leland: Cute shop with friendly employees. However, the chocolate was average and a little over priced.
George Messiha: Nice place..
April Williams: Visited the Chocolate Boutique today for the first time. The store is an interesting place to stop. Lots of chocolates to indulge in. They also have bourbon and whiskey filled chocolates. There are sodas and ice cream for purchase as well. Everything looks delicious and has very nice packaging. There are also some selections of wines to pair with your chocolates. The one critique is that there were 2 staff sitting at a table behind the checkout area chatting that never greeted or spoke to us.
Andrew: Great variety of chocolate. Waaayyyy over priced.
Bridget Dickinson: Awesome employees we went for a birthday and got to make our own chocolate. We all had an awesome time.
April Wood: What a fun time with our Smilemann team! You are awesome!!
Sally Bender: Amazing information learned about Chocolate with great friends! Thanks for the details and awesome chocolates! Our group had so much fun!

Videri Chocolate Factory - Chocolate Bean to Bar: what do users think?
Robyn Waring: $5 to parkNot very friendly/ welcoming staff. 😑 Wasn't a fan . We have no interest in returning. Caramel chocolate was too Salty.
Jonah Lawson: Great ice-cream choices! I had the dirt cup (my favorite), the adffogato, and the sand cup.
SH W: Stumbled upon this place and ordered an ice cream. It is heavy when hold it but it taste light and delicious. There’s a cafe next to the ice cream/ chocolate counter
Michelle Meyer: Found this gem while mural-hunting downtown. The frozen chocolate drink was fantastic (smooth dark chocolate flavor). We and our dog enjoyed the shade and the breeze on the back patio. We’ll definitely be back!
Shonda T.: Giving them 4 stars because I didn't order anything. I was so excited to try the chocolate but Im not a fan of dark chocolate which is literally the only kind of chocolate they serve. I missed that part. It smells absolutely amazing when you walk in.They do have coffee and ice cream too. Please Videri can we get some milk chocolate?
B: An interesting idea but leaves a bit to be desired. The chocolate factory tour is basically just a small hallway you walk down in the back with glass windows to see the equipment. The soft serve was very expensive for a TINY amount of it. This place isn’t something I would go out of my way for, and certainly wouldn’t recommend as a tourist stop.
Michael J. Reilly III: Wonderful chocolate and delicious milkshakes!
Jose Carlos Huasasquiche Cubillas: Tengo que ir varias veces para opinar, sus helados son crema.Será para mi próxima visita
Susan Lee: Best 100% dark chocolate bars! Their chocolate soft serve ice cream is awesome, particularly with the caramelized cocoa nibs. Definitely our favorite place for chocolate ice cream.
AP05: It's ahight
Tbird 66: They make it where you can see. DON'T MISS THE TASTING! Single source chocolate DOES taste different by origin. You taste them all and can buy ones you really like.
MJ Worldwide: Free smells. Very delicious. Drinks, ice cream, chocolates, and other drink related items for sale. Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because we bought a bunch of stuff and were never offered samples. As we waited for our ice cream others were given samples. I would have liked to try other flavors. I might have bought more. I’d come back they have a nice outdoor seating area.
Makeda Phoenix: Videri is great, a community staple. Their chocolate is sold at many different local establishments. Towards the back of the store you can get a good look at where they make the chocolate. This was our first time getting the soft serve, which was amazing. We got this cute lil chocolate cowboy hat for rounding up our purchase to support the LGBTQ center.
Shalin Rathi: You can have a quick tour of their chocolate manufacturing process and understand the steps involved from getting pods to making chocolate. They provide samples of all the different varieties of chocolates they have. Loved the vesta, and the double shot sipping cup.
Pedal Faster: Delicious chocolate!!!
ryan edward: The workers were nice and friendly and I almost want to leave 2 stars on that alone, but the chocolate is the worst chocolate I've ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I were given recommendations on some of their popular bon-bons and chocolate flavors and we hated every piece we took home. With how expensive the chocolate is you'd expect something nice but the cheapest chocolate bar at walmart tastes better than what we had.I hope based on the other reviews that those were just particularly bad seasonal flavors, but I can't justify giving anything other than 1 star for expensive bland chocolate.
Fred Deffinbaugh: Found it was closed for the day after purchasing parking and entering. No sign or indication on their web site. The coffee shop was open however.
maria velasco: Friendly service and located at the heart of downtown Raleigh.
Farid Rahme: I got to try their chocolate soft serve only as I came in late, and it was astonishing!
Aija Alberta: Great coffee and chocolate
Arvian “Sparkles” Duval: I visited this chocolate factory yesterday as part of my Mother's Day celebration. This was my first time visiting this factory. It seems to be quite popular as there were lines to buy chocolate as well as lines to buy coffee. It's a bit small inside, and it was crowded yesterday. The chocolate was rich and there were a variety of different tasty flavors. What I enjoyed most about this visit, however, was that they allow their customers to tour the actual chocolate factory. Although the factory workers were off during the weekend, it still gave me a good idea of what happens and equipment that is used.

Azurelise Chocolate Co: what do users think?
Anne Siegel: Wow. Everything the previous reviews have raved about is true. Wonderful, creamy and freshest-ever chocolates! Mr. Reginald is a lovely and sweet, ultra-hospitable chocolatier who really engaging his customers. He is a Renaissance man; as inquisitive as he is knowledgeable. The day I dropped in, just a few pieces were available - truly delicious turtles and the best salted caramels I’ve ever had. These both were in a newer format for Azurelise- “flats.” 😍If you’re looking to buy specific items, he suggests an online order.I bought every last piece he had on hand.
Chad Kloefkorn: great chocolates and very friendly owner
Spiro Apostolopoulos: Amazing chocolate! Reginald, the owner and chocolate artist, was generous, kind, and a great conversationalist.
Julia Lavrova: This is the best chocolate I have ever tried. It's the highest quality product. Try it and you are going to learn lots of new things about chocolate. You can also ask Reginald for your favored flavors. I did!
Ian Shields: The best truffles in Raleigh. And still going strong.
David Caviness: I recently ordered some chocolates for a family member living in the Raleigh area. They absolutely loved them!! The owner was incredibly helpful with helping me arrange for them to be delivered. This is customer service at it's best! This is a company that is not only passionate about making amazing chocolate but one that truly cares about it's customers. I highly recommend visiting them.
Brian Auriti: Azurelise is not only some of the best chocolate in the Triangle, it's some of the best chocolate I've eaten. I've gifted it to a number of friends and family members, and all agree: this tiny chocolatier, run out of a residential home, makes truly memorable chocolate. Even the plain truffles are special!
L. Coley-Greene: Best salted caramel chocolate I ever tasted! 😋
Naye Alston: I bought chocolate from here for my grandmother for mother's day! Let's just say my family devoured them, with my grandmother's permission of course. The chocolate was rich and full of genuine cocoa flavor, which is hard to find in Raleigh. The cocoa flavor I'm referring to is that of chocolate frosting or a nice warm cup of hot chocolate. I order a box of caramel filled, fruit filled, and hazelnut filled squares. The fruit filling tasted like fresh jam, which was delightful. The chocolates were fresh. This isn't commercial chocolate you can tell it is homemade and made with integrity. My sister and I also had a candy bar and it was dynamic!
ross wagner: Reginald the owner makes you feel so welcome upon entering his store. A very interesting man to talk to. I bought three chocolate bars and he also gave me one as a bonus! He was experimenting with Key Lime flavor at the time. I was the first customer to try the new flavor and it was AMAZING! The dark chocolate/key lime is a perfect combo. I wouldn't have thought that but don't hesitate buying this flavor if he has it on hand. The caramel pecan dark chocolate bar was incredible also. Also bought a box of sea salt chocolates. The sea salt caramel truffles are a must! The caramel is unlike any other caramel I have had anywhere. This is caramel to another level! Whatever your purchase you can't go wrong. I will be back next time in Raleigh for sure. Thanks Reginald!
Alec Himwich: I recently purchased a box of truffles for my wife and bought 4 chocolate bars for other family. Two bars for my daughter and son-in-law who live in Raleigh. My wife loved the selection of truffles that Reginald made. My daughter declared the chocolate bars to be “ the best she had ever had.” Chocolates from Azurelise will be at least an annual tradition.
Anne Yarborough: I am a very good friend of Gwen E. Who sent me a box of your chocolates. My husband loves dark chocolate and I like milk chocolate, so she sent me a mixed box. I have to say, honestly, these were the BEST chocolates I have ever tasted. I plan to visit your shop soon, so that I can meet the master chocolateer and old friend of my friend.
Joseph McDaniel: Hands down. Best chocolates in Raleigh. If you love chocolate or looking for a gift, except no substitute. No really, my wife moans when she eats these things. Need I say more?
Ben Mbugua: Best chocolate bars !! Very professional and excellent customer service. Just call and make your order!
Mark Little: Absolutely fantastic. Best chocolates in the city. And best service! Owner is amazing. Can’t recommend highly enough
Catherine Clark: These chocolates are truly like nothing I’ve ever had before. The sea salt caramel are a favorite. The flakes of salt are mixed in with caramel, not sprinkled on top. Once you try these, nothing will compare!
Michelle Yamamoto: Thank you Reginald, I almost don't want to eat all of them because they were THAT good! But...it'll be a great excuse to stop by again. If you live in the Raleigh area and love chocolate, you're doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by!
lee mcfarland: Simple artisan-ship delivering unbelievably fine chocolates. The chocolatier is a very down to earth, humble person, a pleasure to do business with and has a refreshing demeanor. His chocolates that I have given as gifts have delighted my loved ones so greatly. Many thanks to him.
Diana Gibson: Very friendly owner, but the chocolate is the best ever!!!We tried milk and dark chocolate caramel/sea salt.Magical!!Definitely will be a repeat customer!!So glad we found it!
Kristie F: The owner is so kind and great to talk with. I really enjoyed meeting him when I picked up my order. He has such a unique variety of chocolate to choose from it's hard to decide. I bought them for my husband and when I asked which one was his favorite he said "all of them." :) Great product and it came neatly with the chocolates labeled. Thank you!!!
Linda Aubrey: It was my birthday and my sweet friend sent me flowers from The English Garden and a box of Dark Chocolate Assortment. Salted Caramel is my fav but the other were super delicious too. I am just a huge fan of salted caramel and Azurelise didn’t disappoint.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory: what do users think?
DLE Harris: Truffles were pretty good.
Layla Borisouth: Always great. Happy with the staff and will always get Apples here
Danielle Auld Fleming: We love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We always stop by when we’re in Brier Creek. My kids love to pick out their own treats from their amazing selection. Our top picks are the chocolate covered Oreos, pretzels and strawberries.
Jacquie Hemmerdinger: I sent my daughter and her roommate Carmel apples for Valentine’s Day and they were a huge hit!! They arrived in Ohio in perfect condition and were a welcome sweet treat for the college girls. Thank you @rmchocolateraleigh You made the process seamless AND delicious!!
Eileen Auld: The store was decorated beautifully for Valentine’s Day. What a lovely experience doing business with the new owners! The chocolate is delicious and the service is wonderful!
Meg Crumbine: I simply adore this store! Fantastic place for gifts - from a small box of hand-selected truffles, to fun gift baskets, and everything in between. I always buy some boxes of chocolates to keep at home for last minute hostess gifts. Everybody needs a piece of chocolate now and then as my Mum used to say. :-)Also, love the new ownership. They give new meaning to the words "customer service."
Crystal Bullock: If I could give this place no stars I would I just went in the store I frequent and the lady completely ignores me and act like she doesn't hear me when I'm speaking her and none of the employees even acknowledged that I was in the store this has never been my experience here I really can't believe this just happened
Shanna Watson: Omg amazing…. I’m new working in the Brier Creek area. One day wanted something sweet while on break. Walked around and found the factory. From the different candy apples, the MONSTER is my favorite, to the chocolate covered Oreos and peanut brittle….. AMAZINGThey have new owners and they are great plus the outstanding staff. If you haven’t been you should definitely try them out!!!
R A: Loved this place!!❤️ They decided to increase their prices recently and I will not be returning. My favorite apple increased by $2 instead of $1 like most items. I travel over 80 miles to satisfy my sweets craving so the price increase plus gas expenses isn't worth it to me. I was a weekly customer. Mrs Evelyn is a very friendly nice and kind employee and I will miss her.
C Me: This used to be my FAVORITE candy apple spot but I think they now have a new recipe for their original red candy apples where the candy is tacky ( and I mean tacky...you can barely even open your mouth to chew)and not crisp. Also the apple itself wasn't as crisp as it usually is. I wish they would go back to their original way of doing things because they were always perfect. I will still go for their apple pie candy apples which are still amazing but not happy about the new change for the original apples. They also have a wide variety of other treats from rice krispie treats, fudge, chocolates and even ice cream. I just wish they would get back to the high quality candy apples they used to make.**Update** it's been a while since I had candy apples here and for whatever the reason, the red candy apples are so tacky. They are more the consistency of Now and Laters or Laffy Taffy. The apples themselves are perfect tart granny smith but the candy is so weird and tacky you can barely pull the liners they sit on off. Candy apples had paper liners stuck so you could barely eat them.
Perry Anderson: Great service and selection. I’ve been twice and I will definitely be back again soon. The standout for me is the wonderful array of caramel and candied apples in every imaginable variety, all of which are delicious.
Marty Flournory: Great selection, so much to choose from. Chocolate bars, tarts and drops. A good variety of candy apples too.
J W: Evelyn is the sweetest! She was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She made our shopping experience a wonderful one. Thank you so much, Evelyn! :)
DT L: This place is worth the PRICE!it is hand made and made with top quality ingredients I love the white chocolate and the candied apples look crazy good.
Alyx Kinney: This is One of my favorite desserts place! Their apples are amazing! They are a tab bit expensive but they are definitely worth the cost! My favorite is the Dirt & Worms or S’mores Apple, they are delicious! I highly recommend coming here!
Tamara Housman: I highly recommend Rocky Mountain! The service is fantastic- coming here makes my day, not just because of the amazing chocolate. 10/10, recommend for anyone who wants delicious chocolate confections and the best customer experience! My daughter absolutely loves the caramel apples!
Nicole Eason: Pretty good chocolate apple with sprinkles.
Nikki Foster: Love the cheesecake apple!
Cathy Suchy: I just left here with 4 friends and went to Cold Stone Creamery. Rocky Mountain had absolutely no ice cream cones or cups to sell ice cream. You just lost 5 customers today that will not return.
veronica harper: Very expensive. Good for already yourself day.
Renee Poole: I'm in LOVE !! I've been trying to make time to get here for a little while now and I finally did it today .. And I am in apple bliss ! Three cheesecake apple is nothing short of amazing I highly recommend. My daughter (2 yrs old) and I loved all the apples we brought today 😁😁
