Chase Erford: Could not have asked for better customer service! The staff took pleasure in helping me find 4 different cigars for my very vague expectations. I was walked through the well organized humidor and told about every product I was about to purchase. Very, very friendly staff.

Bert Rosado: This place is incredible because not only is the Walk In Humidor organized by brands, it also has labels on the boxes which helps a novice like me understand the strength of the product. Ranging from Mild, Mild-Medium, Medium, Medium -Full and Full. some also contain the origins of the tobacco. Sadly it was only slightly more than half full, not a reflection of the business. Rather the story of all business today due to shortages, production and demand. The Lounge is an exquisite addition to the store with the ability to store your own cigars in climate controlled environment.

Those picnic tables in the parking lot aren’t inviting and makes potential customers feel 2nd class. The owner determines the so called Rif Raf, these prices were implemented for. You are losing good ppl enjoying a nice cigar. At $150 a month AND NO BAR or ABILITY TO BUY A NICE DRINK. For what is offered, I can sit on my deck and smoke!! Even $50 a month would run off the so called Rif Rif. $150 a month and a dress code to enjoy the lounge is ridiculous, meanwhile the owner has ripped jeans and a Man Bun. Look at the lounge pics, THERE IS NOBODY IN THERE. If they’re just selling good cigars, it’s basically a lesser Total Wine. Come on Raleigh, raise up!! This use to be for fans of a good cigar, knowledgeable ppl of diverse conversations. Now they expect maybe 10-20 ppl to pay $150 A Month to sit n look at 5 ppl and feel cocky because theyre naive enuf to pay $150 a month for 10% off cigars and to see a copper tin ceiling. They wanted to get rid of a bad element that began to show up, but they ran away good men and women. They could get good ppl at $20 a month and keep away the same riff raff. Now they want members to pay for a tin/copper ceiling with the same TVs n furniture as before. A cigar lounge, with NO BAR, at $150 a month!! They are either a front for something else or a GOB club that believes they are elite. GO TO ANSTEAD in FAYETTEVILLE, and theyre membership is $5, BUT SEE HOW MUCH MORE YOU GET, and with the same if not more variety and quality cigar, DEFINITELY A MUCH GREATER EXPERIENCE. Mr Oscar was it worth it to bring in that new investor?The owner can set the stage of the club, without running good ppl off with these absorbent and outlandish club prices. Good place gone bad, wish they’d never have left off 6 Forks, if this is the end result!! The Triangle deserves better!!

Tim McDonald: Found this great cigar lounge. I was here for the weekend from out of town and was looking for a cigar. This place has a great selection and a huge humidor. I wanted to stay and smoke and was told they have a members lounge. I was able to purchase a day pass and found the members lounge to be classy and comfortable. I came back for the second time today before I fly out to have a relaxing cigar. Great place to stop. You won’t be disappointed

It seems your only valued when your shopping for more expensive cigars.(original review) Called about my favorite every day stick an Omar Ortez Robusto as I was looking to buy a box, They didn’t have it no big deal instead of trying to sell me on another stick it just seemed as if I was bothering him and that he had better things to do

The lady who runs the store, I believe her name is HELEN- she told me my out of state ID looked suspicious and so she scanned it and said “okay everything checks out” and we had a great chat.I found myself back in today and the lady pulls the same stuff on me- “This ID doesn’t look like you- you look 10 years older than this photo” and I mean I have dyed my hair since my ID. But my ID still scans, and is NOT expired. I told her- “we had this chat last time I was here and you had an issue with my ID until it scanned- so please why don’t you scan it and you’ll see that it’s legit.” She told me that she wouldn’t accept my ID and didn’t even scan it. Helen legitimately seems like she is on drugs and I’m concerned about her well being. Anyone who goes here beware... Helens or whomever is a crackhead

Lydia Albrikes: The worker sold me the incorrect vape juice. She sold me salt nicotine when I asked for normal liquid. Salt nicotine liquid doesn't work interchangeably with regular vape juice, they never gave me my receipt despite having me sign which doesn't matter because they never accept returns anyways. I've had many issues with this store in the past and it seems despite a change in ownership this store is still not worth any money. Go elsewhere for tobacco products.

Chase Eliason: After Juul pulled flavors from the shelves this place started getting more and more off brand pods in it's place. On a normal basis they were out. I was placed on a list to get called when their stock was replenished, twice, however I never received a call. I started going to other places and found the the same product they never had in stock for $8 less. At multiple other stores for the same price. I assume it's the owner or the management but my experience with this place has not been great. I go out of my way to save money and pay the normal price for an off brand product compared to this place that charges more than the original product costs. If you buy pods here I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

Carson Hagan: Reviewing this in January 2023 - I haven't been to CS in probably 3 or 4 years. Defintley pre pandemic. This was my first experience since then and WOWWW is all I have to say. CS used to have the 'tobacco shop' vibe and really not a selection at all. The shop itself was dark, dull, and just not that appealing tbh. They have completely redone this store and it is now a full-fledged legitimate glass establishment. So much selection and every accessory, item, shape, style, color, thing, etc you can think of is in that store now. I spent 20 minutes just looking before I got to my list of stuff to purchase. I am very impressed with the transition they have made and am proud to support this shop in my city and hometown. WOULD RECCOMEND 🤙🙌😤😤😤
