Ultimate Comics Raleigh: what do users think?
Christian Holmes: Daniel was born to run a comic shop. Endlessly knowledgeable with a steal trap memory for his customer’s preferences. This shop is terrific. I go every week.
Sarah Murray: Dan and his crew are amazing. They made me into a comic book collector. (I would go for my husband and daughter who are into comics)
Kona Jonah: Great people great place great books!
Sean Chavis: Staff is super cool! Owner is super cool! Had a great convo about comic covers and artist 🙌🏾
sabrina bayha: Read!!! It's what we do. Art is what we like. Comics is what we love. When art meets words and has a little baby!! We call that awesome baby, Comics. If you want a baby to love, one of your very own, go to where they all live.....ULTIMATE COMICS.🤜🤛
Garfield W, Lawson Jr.: I LOVE THIS STORE . THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE !!
OfficialCrescent: Terrible cheaters
CB Jones: Great selection and staff. A+++
Melinda Leonardo: Wonderfully helpful staff! And they made my son feel so welcome! We will definitely be back!
Chris Skarp: Great store, friendly staff! Can't wait to finish reading House of M! 😁
Barbie Bustamante: My husband loves this place :)
Julio Salazar: Great customer service, even at long distance! The Raleigh staff helped me find an OOP book at a good price and offered to ship it (which they don’t usually do). They went above and beyond for me and were kind when I decided to pass on it. If I’m ever in Raleigh, this is my first stop. Awesome
Trey Dodson: Excellent selection from all eras of comics and other related merchandise. A rare gem in finding a vast back issue inventory!
Robert Clark: Fantasticly knowledgeable and diverse. A must for any collector or fan
Mark Ferguson: Best comic store in town. Always a great experience with friendly staff.Superb selection.
Alison Kannon: I have only given a 1 star rating because I can not give a 0 star rating. If you are looking to sell your comics I would recommend going elsewhere. While my experience was with Ultimate Comics Cary I am leaving this review with all their stores as all locations share the same proprietors.I was an avid collector and enjoyer of comics prior to grad school, although my collection was not a curated as those of others. However, since graduating grad school last year I have not had as much time to enjoy the hobby as I would like and decided to part with my collection. While I realize I might not upon first glance look like one might expect a comic fan to look, my collection is bagged, boarded, and cataloged with current updated values, including the condition of the comics.I reached out to Ultimate Comics to sell my collection and was directed to the Cary location. I provided a list of my collection prior to my appointment to bring my collection onsite for review and was told that lists were not necessary, they would look at the comics when I arrived. I did certainly expect them to look through my collection to ensure the titles noted and the condition of the comics but was surprised they were not interested in the list. What they told me, after reviewing my comics and picking out a few to price in the back, was that it was their policy to only offer 20% MSRP in cash. After their offer we did not discuss what they would offer in store credit because they offered me $100 for the entire collection, 2 long boxes and 2.5 short boxes. My collection is currently valued at over $4000 retail value, including variant covers, editions, and condition of the comics. While they said they offered me 20% MSRP they, in fact, only offered me 2%.I do not blame the staff. They were pleasant and professional. The only other conclusion left available to me is that this is a policy created by the proprietors and pushed down to the staff who are forced to comply if they wish to keep their situation.Needless to say I will not be doing business with Ultimate Comics, either now or in the future. However, I wish them all the future success that the multiple local locations would lead me to conclude that this pricing policy has secured for them in the past.
J Greens (therealjgreens): Love this place! Just wish they had more action figures.I just visited again as an update and they were hyper friendly and helpful per usual.
Jason Boggs: Everything you want and more, very knowledgeable staff and great network of stores.
Nikki G.: Great comic shop that set up an excellent recommendation wall of graphic novels. Staff are available to help, and enjoy their work that shares their interests
Jon Mcvety: Clean, well lit. Helpful staff and the latest titles
Lucas Palso: Best of the best! Friendly and honest.

Ultimate Comics: what do users think?
Charlie Copeland: Ultimate Comics is legit! My kids and I love the store. Great selection, even better service and the signings are always fun for them. Reminds me of the store my dad took me to when I was younger. I love going with them.
Tanya Harned: Tons of comics and a great merchandise selection.
Walter: When I think about comics my first thought tends to be “Is Grace working today?”At ultimate comics off Buck Jones rd near the Thai place is a great comic store. It’s just the right size and always has great stuff in stock. That’s not why I go there though. I go because Grace is working. Have you ever found yourself asking what’s new or different out there? Maybe you just want something like Harley Quinn, or Batman? Maybe your Significant Person or kid is interested in comics? Well Grace can help. She’ll give you several choices, then alternatives to those choices, then about 5 more recommendations, plus a chat about other cool authors or art styles.Hearing her talk about them with such enthusiasm you can’t help but be wrapped up in the wonder. She’s helped me find things I would never have read on my own. Titles such as Luna, Love everlasting, poison ivy, Human Target, etc. Authors too like Tom King. Due to Graces recommendation I’m always on the lookout for anything written by Mr King and I would of missed that without her help.If you have never gotten a comic or your kids expressed interest she’s worth a chat. There a whole lot more out there than spider man.My wife will sometimes say, “you haven’t got comics in awhile is Grace working today?” Yes I read comics and have a wife who’s fine with it, dare to dream people!
Taylor Dennis: Clean and very organized. Dani was extremely sweet and helpful!
Kyle Rector: Chill and knowledgeable staff. Quick to give a good recommendation if you want one, and just as happy to leave you alone while browsing if you prefer
Richard Sanchez Jr: I'm hooked. I open a subscription box. Everyone's super friendly, super cool, and knowledgeable. It makes going there worth it and fun. Good vibes and all

Brianna Sawyer: Amazing Funko Pop selection and more than fair pricing! We went for the first time back in December and are going again tomorrow because we were so impressed.
Elijah Kincy: Friendly place and great selection. 👍
Walter Winn: Great Customer service. Really cool stuff from comic books to action figures . Highly recommend going to check them out .
Frost Yim: Great find with some good inventory

Capitol Comics II: what do users think?
Sean V: I always have an amazing experience here! Recently picked up some great CGC comics to add to my collection. Staff is wonderful and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
Joel Sicko: A nice little shop with a huge selection of comics. They also had some vintage action figures.
Dianna Finney: not helpful at all
Alec Marsh: Perfect first time experience, the owner and everyone working were beyond knowledgeable, extremely kind, and helped me walk away with a handful of great books for the collection. If you're in the area and into comics, this is a must see.
Robin Sharp: This store is amazing! The owner was so knowledgeable. Even though there are an infinite number of comics to choose from he knows exactly where they are and how to find what you're looking for! I've been looking for a copy of "The Incredible Hulk" Issue 300 since I was 16 years old. I ask about it at every comic shop I have ever been to, and they never have it. I mentioned the issue to the owner and not only did he, plus a few other regular patrons, take time to really search for it... they found it! They also managed to find an "Avengers" Issue 232 I didn't know I needed but had to have once I saw it. The issues were out of a new collection just brought in, so they weren't even priced yet, and the owner priced them so fairly and showed me what scale he was using to price them. I don't know a ton about comics - I just love Eros/Starfox and have been hunting for some issues relating to him for a while. They took the time to educate me on the issues I was wanting, what to look for when buying comics and variations of the issues. You have to come here! The owner is great, friendly, understanding and passionate about comics and it makes for an amazing shopping experience even if you're not sure what you're looking for. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town!
Dale Poston: I am the owner of Galactic Comics in Florence South Carolina. I recently picked up a TMNT #1 first print. It was a decent mid-grade copy. I wanted to trade it for a selection of lesser value books that would be easier to sell in my store. I put it out on Facebook and had a lot of interest and potential biyers/traders. However, while on vacation with my sister, I brought the book to Capital comics in Raleigh and spoke with Tommy. Both of us being comic dealers, he understood what I had and we both discussed jokingly how hard it is for a dealer to deal with a dealer. I told him what I was looking for with trade value. For those that do not know, this book has the potential to be worth quite a bit if cleaned properly and if it hits the grade that he and I both agreed it could potentially hit. I told him that I wanted several thousand dollars trade with a $1,000 high/low range to work with. He got me within $250 of the high-end range. And believe me, being a dealer myself, I double checked his numbers. This was a very pleasant experience and I truly enjoyed visiting this shop. I hope one day he comes to visit me. I would like to take him out to lunch.
Chase Lopez: Awesome experience here! Where i live doesn't have many comic shop options so whenever I visit i spend a long time browsing and got great help from one of the employees who helped me find tons of issues i never knew about, till next time!!
Danny J De Hostos: Great Comic Book store, everyone is so awesome I love to come and chat with everybody, amazing selection, definitely recommend.
David Giusti: Great spot to stop in and get your comic fix. Fair prices and a LARGE selection of gold, silver and bronze comics and a whole wall of new releases. I highly recommend visiting them.
Brian Mitchell: My favorite shop in the area.
Bernadette Obra: Friendly people, ceiling to floor comics, and very well organized.
Scott Hutchinson: Very helpful friendly staff. Good vibes, very relaxed atmosphere. Nice selection and worth doing subscriptions.
CB Jones: Although not as big as their other stores, they still have an impressive selection of comics, collectibles and knowledge. In most cases, it seems, anything you can't find there, can be brought in from their other stores, if they have it in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
J.J. Meidl: Great selection. Knowledgeable staff willing to help you find the stuff they might not carry and get it to you.
Rose: Very nice place. For someone looking for a variety of DC Comics, I definitely found plenty of titles organized in alphabetical order. Definitely a classic spot of comic lovers, especially since I saw a good amount of older and newer releases.
DGTerranItUp: I forgot who the guy at the counter was when I went but he was super friendly and very helpful. I'm sorry I forgot ur name but I enjoyed the conversation.
paul fitts: Best place in the Raleigh area to shop for comics. Great team, wealth of knowledge, great prices, huge selection.
Adam Kaynan: Support this shop. Good folks, solid spot.
Chaos Blade: Owner and staff are friendly and know their comics. They've got a wide variety of new stuff and a lot of back issues. Highly recommend.
Kyle Fisher: I have been coming here since I was little. The perfect classic comic shop. Great staff.
Mikhail Von Kerk: amazing service, the owner is incredibly helpful. would recommend!

Foundation's Edge: what do users think?
Realzies Cuts: Great selection and service
Jack Boothe: Have been here three times and won't be going back. Zero respect for comics or customers. Doesn't store books properly, gives you a "back issue card" so that after you spend so much money on their thrashed books, you could potentially get them for a little closer to what they're worth, but still over priced. I gave them a chance and returned after my first negative experience, but they just suck. Aren't friendly and not respectful at all. Oh and if you show up during business hours they are probably closed in the middle of the day anyways, so just go to one of the actually great shops in Raleigh or Cary.
Bryan “DigitalB” Tomlinson: Great local shop with everything for the collector
CO42: Like getting sucked into a time warp!
Chaos Blade: A great comic shop with a huge back issue section. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. Owner is great and if you're a regular will know your name. Great spot in downtown Raleigh.
Tyrone Lawson: Will stop by soon very knowledgeable in every areas of the DC and Marvel nation
Gregory someone: The staff was really cool the amount of comics is mind boggling I can't wait to go back
Garrett Morrison: Cozy comic shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Best part is the huge selection of back issues and the sales they offer which include a "frequent shopper" discount. My only minor critique would be that perhaps the paperback corner could be sorted and maintained a little better.
Joshua Long: I would recommend for buyers of new books, especially with the Wednesday discount. There are tons of back issues to look through, however prices were all on the high end.
Kevin Babb: I've been shopping here since I was old enough to walk to the shop in the mid 90's. Always helpful staff, amazing selection of books, and a surprising number of older gaming supplies, this is a comic shop not to miss if you're in Raleigh.
roderick lambb: Great selection great staff
jeff mathis: Today was my first time coming here and I will tell you that this is best comic book store I have been to in a long time! Their back issue section is amazing and I happened to come in during their 2 day fall sale so all back issues were 30% off. I will definitely be coming back here.
Ed Scott: Great place, Owner and workers are super nice. A lot of history to be learned about this hidden gem ! Definitely stop in!
Scott Sheldon: One of the few huge selections of comics in the USA. This place has a huge selection of silver and bronze age comics around. I travel to various comic book stores around the country trying to fill in my collection of silverage and places like this are far and few. Most shops have mostly new comics and pops in the billions but this place has tons upon tons of comics. Love coming here, they cut me a discount after a couple visits.....like to the tune of 30% off for spending a few Benjamin's over the course of a year. Get their card that tracks your purchases so that you get a discount. I am in Raliegh and headed there now with my list of needed silverage.
Evan Foster: Great people, great pricing, one of my favorite places in Raleigh
Ethan: Has a very big selection but barely any are in bags and boards so most are damaged or bent even the brand new releases aren’t in bags and boards. The Prices are also either a few dollars more than what the book goes for (which is fine) or quite a bit more than they should be.The Owner was nice but the woman working there had attitude towards the customer before me and me. Overall i wouldn’t recommend the store if you care about the condition of the comics your buying but if you don’t care and are just buying to read this shop will do, i would still recommend to head over to ultimate comics instead they have better quality of comics and graphic novels
Matt Desrochers: If you are hunting for back issues, this is the place you NEED to visit!
April Reese: Have been picking up comics for my husband for 30 years. Rick is a wealth of information and helpful. All staff are friendly. They know your name and what you read and will include things they think you would like periodically. Great shop!
cool banana: It's a wonderful little comic shop that gets in the current comics that I'm looking for the day they come out!
Brockman Galbraith: Been coming here since 98, a Raleigh institution!
Chris Cook: Good comic stores are getting harder and harder to find. I stop in here when ever I am near NC State main campus (about every 2-3 months). Super friendly staff working. One has an awesome X-Men collection, all slabbed and on his wall. His girlfriend actually got him one of CGCs Signature Series book ( true love there). Anyway, the store may look like a well lit basement or a really big junk room, but they know where all the stuff is (its like they use the Force). They may not have exactly what you are looking for, either the issue or the grade, but they can talk about it. So if you walk in, say Hi, be polite, walk down the wall of specialty issues, and then tell them what you are looking for. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes here. Good luck! Just don't buy any X-Men issues 38 - 133, those are mine! 👍

Nicodemous: Great place for vintage toys and higher end collectables of more modern sets. They have everything from Power Rangers to old school GI Joe and WCW. Massive status of popular heros like Batman and any thing else you could ask for pretty much. What you won't find here is Gundams Kits (GunPla) and more Hobby shop style items such as miniatures.Definitely a shop for Toy enthusiast and collectors or the general Neek looking to see some cool items.

GalaxyCon Raleigh: what do users think?
Tracy Anderson: Clean bathrooms, good concessions stand, and plenty of space to sit and to walk around. Parking deck is convenient.
Bryan Gibbons: Great convention. We attended the Yu-Gi-Oh! National Championship July 2023. Brilliantly cold air-conditioning when it was so hot outside. Rentable electronic scooters all around to travel quickly worked great. Free parking for our Sunday was a big bonus. Concessions were also great with no waits.
Plus One Gaming: Brilliantly cold air-conditioning on a hot July day. Plenty of restrrooms, staff and concessions as well.
Naser shamma: Clean and organize
One Bad Dog: Great crowd control
Merr Games: Decent space, kind of toasty.
Dawn B: There for Apex high school graduation. Very clean.
Shawna Millard: We were super impressed by their efficiency in getting the vendors in and unloaded and helping everyone know where they should be
Mukesh Lavri: Good place for conversation
Brantley Murphy: Not a bad place (facility wise). No food options in the convention center when I have attended. You have to go a good distance on the streets to find very much of anything. Streets in the area can be a little sketchy most any time of day.
Stephen Spencer: I hosted an event here and the experience was amazing. They have a loading dock that is able to accommodate a large box truck and freight elevators that open up to the convention rooms. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely book this venue again.
Lassana Sanogo: Great
Franklin Stiven: Great attention and evethingh nice
G B: Great place to visit cool events in Downtown Raleigh
JC 4all: I don't like coming here: if I do visit it's for graduations or work. The parking is way too much of an issue. The way that the whole place is set up, it's like a maze: incredibly useless. It's too much walking, too many doors, escalators. The flow of the interior is VERY unnecessary.
Gloria Batchelor: Was there for my niece graduation and had an amazing time
Angie Hartley: We take our kids to BrickUniverse Lego Expo at Raleigh Convention Center. This place is easy to find. You can park in the building right behind it or you can park outdoor which is right across the convention center. We parked outdoor (less walk😀). We paid $10.50 for all day parking. Download the app Parkmobile. You will need to pay online.
Angie Ray: We were there for my son's high school graduation. SGHS Class of 2023!!
oofers 1: It’s big. Had my graduation there. One of the seats provided was broken for the person next to me.
吴锐恒(Ruiheng Edbalt Wu): Had a really good memory here. The facility is good.
Ceant'e Pope: The perfect venue for events...

Reader's Corner Inc: what do users think?
Andrew Pappas: Great selection, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices
Modern Bobber: Love this place! It's a fantastic place to buy affordable used books. They also have vinyl records, comics and graphic novels.
Margaret Griffith: Best store. We'll organized.
A E: I remember going here when I was in middle school. I discovered Calvin and Hobbes in the corner. We would go twice a week before picking up my sister at ballet and i have fond memories of the place. We’re in a strange culture currently. some people want to ban books. I’ve never known anyone to be damned for reading too much, but rather it is for our lack of reading that we narrow our imagination and lessen our intelligence. Even the worst books are easily remedied by a better book thereafter. In the debate of books vs. ban… bet on books, every time.I don’t understand that the mentality of looking around at all the problems in the world and thinking to onself: You know who the real threat to American democracy is?Librarians. In the wee hours of the morning after the bars close you can purchase the 25 cent to the left or the 10 cent to the right. The Readers Corner has good quality surprises in the $.25 section. I got a bird song book and a military history book at 3 AM in the morning. $.50 for the two.
Bill Lowder: Lots and lots and lots of books!
A Carey: You never know what you'll find here! Awesome atmosphere.
Bill Albing: Knowledgeable staff, great selection of books inside, fun collection of cheap books outside. Booklovers welcome. Always helpful and courteous.
Yasmeen Bynum: Parking was easy with the parking lot. They had a good flow of people in and out. Book prices were reasonable. The staff was great! The store is interesting with more then just books. They had discount book outside. Love the place! I would return.
Juan Esteban Hoyos: There are a lot of options and pretty affordable
Freddie Joseph: By far my all-time favorite used book store! This place is a little hidden gem right by NC State. I used to come here as a student and had many wonderful suggestions by the staff on what to read next. Totally JAM PACKED with books of all kinds!
Marsha Adkins: They know their stuff! Good, smart people.
Richard Potter: Incredible store with sections for pretty much any genre you can imagine. I zeroed in on the horror section and found some GREAT stuff that is long out of print. The prices were great. I will definitely be back!
Garrett Camfferman: Good selection
Teal Lepley: A fantastic used bookstore with great prices. It’s got so much character and history. Selling books is easy and you get decent money in return—especially if you choose store credit instead of cash.A note, however: it’s an older building and space is cramped inside. While it has curb ramps and a wheelchair accessible entrance, the inside is definitely not wheelchair accessible. Even when I had a cane, it was difficult to navigate—honestly, it gets cramped in there easily in the weekends for everyone.Definitely visit earlier in the day or during the week, it’s worth it!
Ladystardust04: There is a large selection and it’s a cool place worth visiting. I’ve found some good books BUT I will tell you- for a used bookstore, they really overprice the books. I was shocked at the prices of books that weren’t even in good condition. The aisles are ridiculously small- it can be really hard going through them sometimes even with just 2 people trying to browse the same isle or get around each other. But there is a ton of stuff to browse through and find cool stuff. I kinda get weird and pretentious vibes from the staff. But overall I only get books from used bookstores so I do still support and visit them regardless of what I find to be some downfalls. It’s overall still a cool bookstore.
Laura Gearhart: One of my dons favorite places. Always finds what he us looking for
Kylie Winchester: I love the atmosphere of the store. All of the workers are nice. Tons of options for books
JJ S: Super fun store to browse. Always something unique. The staff are so friendly and kind. It’s a local treasure.
David Robinson: Wonderful selection of books, inside and outside. The outside books are 10cents one side, and 25cents the other. I rarely leave without seeing something interesting and buying it!
Charles Sasser: Amazing niche in Raleigh to find your favorite reading material or music. The outdoor selection of books, magazines, and music/video (music/video during store hours and the other 24/7) can be a source of excitement of finding certain gems during the thrill of the hunt. These items are super bargains and just drop your money in the slot. The money goes to a great cause- NPR.
Duncan “Scotte”: If you want books at great prices come here

Play4Life Comics: what do users think?
joe gallo: Always top notch, great prices, and selection on all things collectible such as new and back issue comics, key issues, graded comics, etc. They also have a great selection of rare and antique books with categories ranging from the occult and supernatural to antique textbooks and historical works. They have older and rare collectibles and action figures as well as pokemon card packs and singles. They also do a weekly YouTube live where you can get some keys that don't even make it on the shelf, I personally got a mark jewlers newsstand copy of "technically" the second appearance of gambit, uncanny xmen 266 in mint condition. Go check them out. It's refreshing to deal with someone in this industry that does right by his customers, unlike many of their competitors.
Brandi Dennison: A unique little store with lots of interesting used books and comics galore. These guys have really packed some cool inventory into this spot. I got a few books, a comic, and Pokémon cards for my friends children.
Dawn Mcilvain: This is a great little gem located in Wake Forest. The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable !
Judah: Super nice local comic shop, excellent customer service.
George Duffy: A place to get your latest book of art and adventure, while you chat up the 411 on that's new or old.
Jason McPhail: Great experience checking the shop out for the first time. Small store but wide variety of selections. Ended up leaving with a couple bundles of comics
Ryan Morris: Play4Life comics is the best local comic shop around. They have a great selection of new release books and back issues. They also have a great book selection and lots of great kids comics and book selection. They handle my extensive pull lists for new release comic books so I never miss an issue and get exactly what I want.Highly recommend the friendly great staff.A must visit in Wake Forest.
Nolan: Super friendly staff. Great selection of nostalgic collectibles.
Chris Partin: One of the best shops around. Can't find something in the back issues? Ask Brandon and he'll track it down.
Anthony Ricotta: Good selection of comics, graphic novels, and collectibles.
Kylie: Such a cool store, with lots of vintage comic books! I picked up a couple Stephen king books while I browsed around.
Locktem: Really cool shop, the guy in there was great and recommended some great books to me. Would definitely shop here again and would recommend anyone to check it out.
Kris Davis: Terrible new owners. Can't check quality of products yet they want $100+ of your money. Bad business practices here. I'd rather take my business to ultimate comics or foundations edge where you can touch the boarded and bagged comics that you wish to buy.
Trevor Welch: Very small comic book shop that keeps the mainstream fan favorites in stock and has a corner for manga, classic literature, and other reads.Don't let size stop you from peeking inside, for there is plenty to be found - even some rare collectible editions.
William Foxworth: Great comic book shop. Great staff. I always enjoy live shows. Always great visits.
Oliver Pettry: 🚀🚀🚀 AWESOME COMIC SHOP EXPERIENCE 🚀🚀🚀🚀
Brandon McDuff: Really cool place to check out if you love comic books. They always have some interesting finds and good prices. They also carry a lot of really old books and oddities. Definitely worth checking out just for seeing interesting stuff!
Pete G: Great place to buy comics. Brandon is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Carlos G: Awesome place to go and shop. I have been about four times in the past year and everytime I find something at a great price. I am a comic reader and collector and I'm always looking for any key issues and first appearances. Prices are out of this world great. They have a live facebook show also that I definitely have to check out and you should too.
Justin Jaeschke: Always helpful. New content weekly.
Dede Delong: To expensive

Ultimate Comics Durham/Chapel Hill: what do users think?
Jari Yarrell: Amazing Comics/Collectibles shop! Awesome selection of items too. The comics selection is very vast as well.
Kayla Ewell: Neato
Andy Richards: Classic comic store layout. Friendly staff. Similar vibe as the old school comic store I used to frequent as a youth in the 90s - focus is clearly on comics. Large selection of both comics and figures. My kindergartner appreciated the well stocked kid-friendly section.
william madden: Staff was helpful and friendly.
bosnitski: My absolute favorite comic shop in the Durham/Raleigh area!
Ronnie Robinson (Datusherman): The staff was very accommodating and very helpful as I looked around the area. I intend to make this a regular hangout
Adam Lee: Super neat place, very informal. Didn't have what I was looking for, but they tried all options available to point me in the right direction.
Mr Grumpy: Basic, very basic
Matt Parks: Great please to go for comics and comic-adjacent fun.
Burnt Dice: Great selection of collected hardcovers and the staff is very friendly.
Alan Curtis: Clean, well organized, family friendly comic store. If they don't have it, they'll find it for you!
Kevin Chamberlin: Great assortment of TPB comics and a friendly staff. I definitely recommend visiting and supporting this local business
Brian Edwards: Don't get me wrong, it's a business. Still felt welcoming though.Pros: I felt like I was in any other comic shop that has multiple locations in a metro. Good selection of current runs. The customer service was great and the atmosphere/music was right up my alley. Nice selection of collectibles.Cons: Pricey on the back issues for my liking, even though the selection was good. That was my primary reason for my visit, try to find another local-ish shop for back issues. Still in the process of getting back issues out on the sales floor, selection was limited. I know that will be remedied in time but I'd still give a 3/5 for the pricing on back issues. If they decide to tier the prices of back issues, (like most shops I've been in) I'll adjust to 4/5 stars.
Ann Bynum: It was nice and clean
Dave DeBaeremaeker: Excellent selection of comic books. I drop by here everytime I am in the area.
Josh M: Great store and good selection, but rude employee tonight. No hi or thank you for our purchase. Zero interaction with my family. Pretty poor practice, and definitely doesnt make us want to drive an hour to come here next time.
Mark Deer: This is my local comic shop. They have a great selection and will order what isn’t in store. The staff is always great to interact with. They offer a deal on subscriptions which is great as well.
Samuel Branch: Like a kid in a candy store. Selection and expertise of the sales associates are exquisite
weusi baraka: Not ony is this spot beautiful, it's efficiently organized and staffed by people that know comics and understand the culture. Please support this comic book store if you're in the area. Their title selection is great and they have toys set at accessible prices as well as collectors pieces.
Kristen Stinnett: Folks that work there are fantastic. Great selection, roomy and clean and organized.
