He was able to immediately diagnose my problem and send it in for repair (both cheaper and quicker than Apple or another third party repair company like UbreakIFix could do) for my MacBook Pro 15inch screen. He was very easy to talk to and his dogs and cats in his house are very friendly. Overall, great experience.

Jim Ruble: Graham is a consummate professional! Took my 2011 MacBook Pro in last week and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Was heart breaking, the ole girl needed open heart surgery (bad GPU). He sent her off to the Computer Hospital on Friday and I had her back less than a week later good as new. He made sure everything was right prior to completion and spent time going over some tips and tricks for continued health for my Macbook. I highly recommend him! Don't spend time messing around with the Apple store or third rate idiots in their parents basement who claim to know how to fix things. Take it to Graham and he will be honest, treat you right and fix your Apple product.

He walked me through the process again, left and I picked it up at 6pm. He helped me set it back up and even carry it back out.

They answer the phone when you call, they'll come fix your paper jam lickity split, send your supplies on time and the sales folks are not pushy. Just Tim: The fact CEI was a small local business made me feel I could be apart of a family. Then Covid came to America 1 month after I came to CEI (Nov 2019). By February it got serious and March the new way of life began. Social Distancing. That started a horrible domino effect for me as a new guy trying to get to know my new family.When CEI had the big (pandemic)layoff a lot of my work doubled! Front Desk duties fell into dispatch including others. I went from having a partner in dispatch to sending 30day reminders to customers on credit hold, to helping Payroll with checks(opening, entering, and tally on the calculator all while taking customer calls) assisting Sales dept with updating accounts in Sales Chain, and every Wednesday folding over 100 invoices and stuffing them into envelopes. And Dispatch didn’t slow down until that summer.. I was So busy in a day I had to make an outlook calendar to keep up with duties. Dispatch alone requires so much attention to detail I’m surprised they tossed all that on me in my first 6months. I rarely heard “job well done” I pray they treat their new dispatcher with appreciation

They also understood our desire to purchase a machine vs leasing one and they didn't put any pressure on us to try and change our minds. C.J. Greiner is the Account Manager that we dealt with and he was very responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered. On the day our machine was delivered, the staff that assisted in setting up the machine were extremely personable and made sure our new machine was set-up and working perfectly before leaving, I would encourage anyone looking for print/copy services to reach out to CEI. We have leased both the Savin and Konica Minolta - the devices are user friendly and the support from the company is amazing (considering good customer service is hard to come by these days). I recently worked with Yolanda Hawkins to get a machine and she made the process a pleasant one and the machine was delivered in week's time!! Outstanding service and support! I would highly recommend.

Lindsey Smith: I brought my computer (Lenovo Thinkpad 410) to the CSP drop-off location in Chapel Hill for a warranty repair. The issue was that the computer would not boot up. CSP had the computer for 4 business days. During this time I received several calls updating me on the status of my order, which was essentially "we took the battery out, put it back in, and the computer was fine." When the computer was returned, I received an invoice for $120, despite this being a warranty repair. I thought this was odd considering they did virtually nothing to the computer. When I called to inquire, they first told me that it was $60, and then $120, and then to call back later. A few days later I received a second invoice for $60 because they had run some anti-virus scans on it (which I did not request). I thought this was a rip-off but paid it because I should have verified the cost up front. However, several days later, the computer again failed to boot up-- the exact same problem I had asked CSP to repair. So essentially, I'm out $60 and my computer is not fixed. I will not bring my computer back to this repair shop.
