Brandon Reams: Dropped an Xbox One off May 1, 2021 for an HDMI-out port repair. I told Sanje I was okay with them just soldering off the existing HDMI-in port and replacing the HDMI-out port with it, and he said okay and that he would let the techs know. I signed up for repair updates via text message. Called numerous times, each time the front desk informed me it was in the queue (had not been seen by techs yet). On May 20, I called again for an update and to address the issue of me having to call when I elected for text updates (they weren't texting updates because there was no update after 20 days in their shop). They apologized and informed me they were waiting for a new soldering gun in order to make the repair. Fast forward several months of me calling (still no text updates) and them telling me they were waiting for a soldering gun, until in August when they informed me they needed to replace the entire mother board (instead of simply and as I instructed swapping out the bad HDMI port). They don't do that. So we waited and waited until months later, they informed us they couldn't replace the motherboard due to supply issues caused by the pandemic. When I went to pick up the device on a non-holiday Saturday, they were closed despite listing Saturday hours of operation on their website. They could not repair a single HDMI port. I was able to replace the HDMI port myself after watching an instructional video on YouTube.
Misty Murphy: We took three phones to these people several months ago. One we finally received back after about four months, "repaired" in that the phone mostly worked most of the time but it was reassembled so incorrectly a rubber band had to be employed to keep the back on & it still gaped open.The two other phones were in their possession for roughly 7 months...and they still were not fixed when we picked them up after losing all patience with waiting for them to get it done. Not only did it take them 7 months to not fix them, but they lost at least one piece of one of those phones.Responsiveness to queries were seriously lacking. Their ability to do a quality repair is questionable at best.

Jimmy Ryals [hehim]: On May 11, I took Great Tech Geeks an iPad Mini with a shattered screen. It still powered up, charged, and responded to touch, but the screen was broken.On June 4, I picked up the same iPad Mini; this time, the screen was intact, but nothing else worked.The three weeks in between were maybe the worst experience I've ever had with a business (home improvement and car repair excluded). When I dropped off the tablet, I was told I'd hear from someone in a couple of days with a diagnosis. That actually happened; I got an email saying the diagnosis was complete and that a customer service rep would be in touch. That didn't happen.A week after dropping off, I went to ask for the tablet back. The owner (I think), Sanjeev, told me that the gas shortage the week before had really limited his manpower and asked for a little more time. The needed part would be in in 2 days and the tablet would be fixed by the end of the week.The end of the week came and went. I heard nothing. I emailed Sanjeev and he told me that the screen had been repaired but the that the tablet need to be opened up again -- something had gone amiss with connections between the touch sensors and the screen. It would be ready "soon."Another week passed with no news and no response to emails requesting an update. I called and told a customer service rep I was coming to get the iPad, and he told me nothing had ever been done to it all. This was the third distinct story I got about the repair -- first, that a part was on the way and the repair would be done in 2-3 days; second, that something had gone wrong and further work was needed; third, that nothing at all had been done with it.When I picked up the tablet, I was surprised to find a pristine screen, but the tablet was otherwise unresponsive.Do not trust Great Tech Geeks with your stuff.

Regina Watkins: Let me start off by saying this was the worst experience. This was my first time and my last. It took about a month to get it back. Evert time I called I got something different but the main thing they always came back with is waiting for part. I took my computer in for one thing which was the memory board and had to take it back because I pick up computer and notice the touch wasn’t working and it wasn’t keeping a charge which they said the battery was good on first visit at drop off.. They said everting was fix so i pickup laptop. But its still not fix. I took in a touch screen computer and came out without a touch screen computer and the staff is trying to tell we its not a touch screen so its nothing they can do. I know what I purchased, and it was a touched screen during the whole covid for my 16-year-old if it wasn't touch screen trust me my child would not have wanted it.. So, I took it somewhere else, and they even said yes, it’s a touch screen but it’s nothing they can do with it now. Then I take my charger in with the computer when I had to take it back to get fix again since it wasn’t fix when I pick it up and go back to get the computer and they lost my original charger..
A C: Easy computer repair experience. Our home laptop wouldn’t power on. We dropped it off and later received a diagnostic call - swollen battery. The nice gentleman informed of us the cost, ordered the new battery, and in a few days called us for pick up. Highly recommended.

Isabel del Valle: I have used their services before and I haven't have a complain, until I came across the owner/manager. All I wanted to do to my laptop was to cleaned it, they semi did it, so when I asked him to at least clean the screen and the vents on the side, he returned my laptop cracking when opened up and not closing anymore from the base, I was showing it to him how it was not OK and something was wrong and the base of the computer just ripped apart from being force, something he did was so wrong that not only it didn't close anymore, it broke apart! And all he did was asked me to comeback next week, because according to him it was plastic and it was going to break sooner or later, so bad luck! I refuse to take it because the receipt clearly indicated there was no damage, and after he took it to the back then he came back with it all broken, clearly he didn't know how to do it and just messed it up. Its been 3 weeks and not a phone call I have received or an answer of what is going on. I do not want to contact consumer affairs for this matter, but it seems like I won't have any other option.
Jeff Dill: I have used these guys twice since I moved to the area four years ago. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. That is something that is very rare in the retail market now days. They will try to fix your computer instead of just saying it can't be fixed and trying to sell you a brand new computer like most big box stores do today.

I desperately needed to have my laptop repaired because it was a Friday afternoon and I had to use my laptop to study over the weekend for a 3-hour test the following Monday. Brian understood my situation and fit me into his tight schedule that Friday afternoon. The repair was fast; he explained to me what went wrong exactly and how he fixed my laptop. Several other places I called needed my computer FOR A WEEK, and if I wanted it quicker had an 'emergency' fee of $100+ to turn around in 48 hours. Can't do that, as it is my work computer. Highly endorse Warp Computers!

Natalie Martin: Hired One Tech to install a camera system I purchased. Ehab gave me a price to do that and an option to upgrade to a higher definition camera with upgraded wiring. Appointments were on time and best of all they were able to reach crawl spaces they weren't expecting to. All of my wiring is hidden. So glad I opted for the better cameras. Can't go wrong with this guy. Honest and fair ( not cheap/ big difference). I'd give him an opportunity to install or fix anything I can. He does business the old fashion way. Good customer service.

Frank Chapman: After being told from experts at Best Buy that my computer had a bad motherboard and would need to be sent off to Kentucky (really) for repairs, I decided to get a second opinion.Don't think that because this place in not in the high end rent areas that it is not top rate! Ehab was over the top nice. He stated he would take a look at the machine for $30 (cheap). So smart to find this issue was nothing to do with a high price motherboard replacement of over $600 was estimated from Best Buy (could be more they said). It was nothing more that two DDR3 ram chips that were bad. He fixed the computer and had it up and running in less than twenty minutes. I am telling you this guy knows his stuff. You will be happy if you take your electronics to Ehab. He was a pleasure!

James Higgins: These people are extremely honest and trustworthy. I brought my laptop to them fearful that it had been compromised by hackers. My wife and I had just been scammed after being phished (and I don't want to get into any of the details because it's embarrassing that we were so gullible). Anyway Ctrl Alt Del ran diags and scanned the laptop's databases and logs. They said that they found some anomalies, but that all in all the laptop was secure and uninfected. I picked up the laptop after only paying for the laptop diagnostics. They could have milked the situation and charged me for some generic cleanup work, but they didn't. The way that Ctrl Alt Del treated me as a customer is what makes America great!
Michael Simmons: Went there because my laptop screen wasn't working. The guy working the front desk discussed what he thought may be the issue and explained the timing when I would hear back. Very quick and pleasant visit. Highly recommend.
Zachary Bowen: Much much better than Best Buy.Put simply, Best Buy had me wait a week so I could reset my computer to factory settings (and if you dont want to pay the fee for them to back up your data you have to do it yourself and reschedule for a different week) and then ship it off and I was expected to get it back 3 weeks later. Instead I went here, it was a simple walk in, I explained the issue, and got my computer back good as new a week later for a reasonable price. And I didnt have to reset my computer. Ctrl Alt Del will be my go to repair shop in the future.

Vicky N: I had my MacBook screen replaced. They replaced it with a very used and ugly screen. After asking them to correct this, they replaced it with the screen it had but it was also used and had a scratch on the back which I didn’t see because they put their sticker over it. There were also big issues with the data import. All in all, unprofessional and not upfront. Save yourself the hassle and wasted time and take your computer to Best Buy.
Jaime Koeppen: They correctly diagnosed and repaired my desktop. The only issue was that their supplier sent them a defective part and it had to be re-ordered, which took an extra week. That's not necessarily their fault, but that tells me that they may not have a robust inventory of parts on hand... in this case a motherboard.... that would allow them to improve their turnaround times. Otherwise, they had a professional crew and, again, I'm very happy with the repair.
