Flour Power North Hills: what do users think?
Crystal Hinton: Amazing place for children's birthday parties had an great time very clean and organized. Can't wait to come back for adult cooking fun 😊
Heather Dundon: We had a memorable team building event at Flour Power Cooking Studio, thanks to Denise's flexibility and accommodation. She seamlessly incorporated our dietary restrictions and our desire to do a competition-style event. It was a great success, filled with friendly competition and delicious food. We look forward to booking another event at Flour Power!(P.S. The red team and the blue team tied!)
Anna Yount: Highly recommend Flour Power for a birthday party! The kids had the best time making cookies and pizza! The staff could not have been better- the manager, Denise was SO easy to work with leading up to the party and the staff working the party were excellent and kept the kids happy and engaged! EASIEST party spot!
Christy Rogers: We loved our daughter's birthday party at Flour Power! The children were engaged and included in each step of the cooking process, the staff was great with children, and our daughter and her guests had so much fun! Thank you, Flour Power!
Linsey Palazzi: If no one in your house has ever cooked or baked with your child, this might be okay. My daughter has baked before and we were expecting more. Baking was whole group, one person added flour and passed the bowl to the next person who added sugar, etc. Waaaay too much downtime for my 6yo. Instructor repeatedly gave kids a direction and then turned away to do something else, then seemed surprised by the mess. No discussion of measuring correctly, avoiding germs (one kids sneezed all over everything), or safety. The instructor repeatedly said, “I’ve never made donuts before, so this is a learning experience for all of us.” The donuts turned out poorly, as is to be expected the first time an instructor does a recipe. Why wouldn’t you try a recipe before you teach it to someone?
Cynthia Boxberger: We had a party for my 8 year old son here. The hosts were engaging, patient, funny and friendly. The kids got very comfortable with them very quickly. I loved just showing up not having to worry about or do anything for the party; they had everything covered.
Vanessa Flores: My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her bday with her closest friends. This is an intimate setting, 10 kids and yet plenty of room for parents to mingle. Deborah and Mackenzie were great with the kids having them participate in all sorts of tasks; from grating cheese, kneading pizza dough, to pouring sprinkles into the mixer. The smiles on those kids faces said it all!! Parents and kids told us it was an awesome party— and we agree! So much fun!
Justine De Angelo: I mistakenly enrolled my daughter for a kids night out last Friday for the wrong location. The employee I spoke to as well as the owner today were very accommodating, allowing my daughter to stay at the class and had great follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate their flexibility and making sure that my daughter had a great time regardless of my mistake. Thank you so much and looking forward to my daughter attending again!
Patrick Hardy: Denise was fantastic! We gave her the challenge of helping us bake 70 dozen cookies in 3 hours. Mission accomplished!
Amanda El-Kholi: We recently celebrated my daughters birthday here and it was so fun for the kids! Denise and Deborah were lovely and kind and really tried to bring our theme to life! Would definitely return for a future party.
Willie Walker Jr.: Great experience for the kids they had so much fun and the stuff was awesome!
Hunter Davis: Terrible experience for my child. Save your time & money. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and I am even more disappointed. The “we’re right, you’re wrong” response I received was not only insincere but demeaning.
Adri Taylor-White: My daughters 5th birthday at Flour Power was a huge success! All of the kids had an awesome time! Everyone felt included, got turns stirring, mixing, chopping, and tasting! Several guests said it was the best party they’d ever been to!
Laureen Daw: For the amount of money paid for this party I expected so much more. The studio itself is super cute but the atmosphere is very dull and had zero energy. I asked about music and the employee put music on his cell phone…not a speaker just phone and it lasted a few minutes. The employees were pleasant but lacked in zeal. As I stated above for this amount of money it should of been much better. Overall I got $150 party for the over $300 I paid. Disappointing.
Mary Kathryn Kimray: Loved our experience!!
Rachael Pleczkowski: Positive:Quality,ValueOur daughter had her 7th birthday at the North Hills location and loved! The two ladies who ran the party were nice and kept the kids on track. All of the kids raves about the food they cooked and everyone ate it! It was the absolute easiest party for me to throw because they handled everything!
gina shoemaker: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityWe had my daughter's 13th and 14th birthday parties here. The kids had a BLAST! The ladies helping with the party were so patient and kind. It takes a LOT of patience with a bunch of young teenage. I would recommend this place to anyone for a birthday party!
Pravin Naidu: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueWe celebrated our twins 11th birthday party at the venue. The staff were friendly and the kids had a great time. I Would highly recommend the venue.
Howard Longino: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueHad a fantastic and fun 11yo birthday party for my daughter. The staff were fun, well prepared, and engaging. Thank you!
Kathy Patton: It was a cute idea and the young man (Brad or Bry) made every effort to engage and encourage the kids. He really made the party enjoyable. We did not receive the same level of entertaining the kids from his helper.
Charlotte Siddons: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Sur La Table: what do users think?
Morgan K: Cooking classes here are very over priced for what is received. Most of the prep work is done before hand and there are dishes that they don’t even let you touch and it is fully made by the instructor. The class was only an hour even though 2-2 1/2 hours was written on the class descriptions and this time could have been used for learning more prep activities. All in all for $90 I pretty much just learned how to make risotto and was then served raw chicken and a salad with mold/fungus on it. Just watch a YouTube video instead and save yourself from food poisoning.
Thomas Cockrell: Incredibly disappointed. Do not recommend. First off we paid $180 for a macaroon cooking class. They’re made with inexpensive ingredients like butter, flour, sugar, and yet we couldn’t even make our own. We had to share a station with other people. And the “chef” doesn’t have her own station so she does a portion of our task and then let us finish. So we maybe got to do 30% of the steps. She had us browse the store for 45 mins waiting for them to dry and bake, we came bake to very undercooked macaroons and she blamed us and the humidity in the room. We would’ve been much better off buying the ingredients our self and watching a YouTube video at home. Also during our class she was cooking and prepping for another class. We were offered no drinks, no water, no snacks during a 3 hour cooking class that again cost $180! I have nothing positive to say about this place.
VICKI AUSTIN: I took the Beef Wellington class with Chef Caitlin. What a fantastic experience! The food was incredible. And she is engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. I will definitely be back to take another one of her classes with my husband.
Tim Allen: Absolutely awesome focus on the customer. I was looking to upgrade my knives. A staff member asked if she could help, explained the difference between brands, uses and types of knives. She let me handle some so I could feel the difference to help me decide. While my wife and I were shopping we were offered a hot espresso or cappuccino. In two visits we had two knives sharpened and bought three, in addition to some placemats, towels and more.
Azhar Rehman: Great store (love everything), and usually great people, but had an individual helping my mom and I that was extremely disappointing. She was very rude and disrespectful asking if we can pay for a product we asked for in a condescending manner. Very disappointed as my mom shops their often. Sad experience and hope things improve. Item in question was purchased and made sure to close the transaction by another great person
Martin Brossman: Not a big cooker but I wanted a better cooking pan and Jeffrey gave me excellent advice, and I’m excited to use the new pan I just bought. They have a wide selection at competitive prices and offer cooking lessons here.
Drew Bass: Bold Tuscan flavors was a great class! Chef Catelyn was amazing! 10/10 recommend, was a great experience!!
Philomena Golden: The cooking class was so much fun. We had a fantastic time
Jessica Clark: This review is primarily for the cooking classes. Overpriced, especially considering you share what you make with another person or couple they randomly pair you with. Did not learn how to make everything that was described in ad for the class, half of it was already made to "save time" (we were there for two and a half hours) and all we really did was chop vegetables. Because we were working together with another couple and had to consider their taste preferences, we ended up with a very under seasoned dish. We were most excited to learn how to make the peanut sauce for the spring rolls, but that was premade ahead of time. Same with dessert, it was just handed to us. No recipes provided after class. Didn't really feel like I learned anything new, and the food ended up tasting bland. The store was pretty, the staff up front was nice and the chef was also engaging and helpful when people had questions.Adding - they emailed the recipes the following day. Still, I could look up a recipe online for peanut sauce and coconut sorbet. Would have appreciated more instruction on these items, even if if the chef prepared the sauce in front of us.
Shela Johnson: They do have lots of selections of kitchen/ baking stuff. But I feel like that they have overpriced their products. I received a present that someone bought from Sur La Table, However, I didn't receive the gift receipt. They didn't allow me return or get a store credit. They are not a customer friendly store. I would not shop there if I can find the thing I need somewhere else.
Kristin Alves: We had an unbelievable experience in a private event class in which our chef Kaitlyn helped us learn how to make delicious mouth watering cronuts!! We came to sur la table reserving the private class and got to choose what we wanted to learn how to make. We not only learned how to make the croissant donut but we learned how to make several fillers and glazes and *everything* was insanely good. They created such an amazing experience that I think it's been the best christmas present I've ever given....HIGHLY suggest!!
Bill McKeown: Cooking classes are fun, informative and delicious! We've been to a few classes, and the experience is great. We love meeting new people and learning to cook a gourmet meal. And eat it of course. Our most recent class with chef Katelyn, was the best. She's awesome. Smart, funny, positive and engaging.Highly recommended.
Nancy Tavalsky: Bought these pots several months ago at Sur La Table. Paid $1000 on sale from $1500. They’re Viking brand. I’ve never had expensive pots before so I was so excited. Several uses later the black starting coming off the bottom of the pots. I emailed Sur La Table corporate and they said they couldn’t exchange for something else that I needed to go to Viking. Viking tells me they don’t do anything with pots and pans that the vendor needs to take care of it. So I’m getting the run around. Sur La Table doesn’t want to take care anymore of me
Samantha Hall: Do not do order pickup here there is no point. Trying to save some time during the holiday season and the "pickup" means you have to wait in the 40 person long line any way when there are several floor helpers standing around.
Christine P: We had a great time at the French pastry baking class with Chef Caitlyn. We were able to take some of our creations home...only some because we ate the rest when they were fresh out of the oven. I would definitely take another class at this Sur la Table.
Denise: Stopped in today just to look around ended up picking up a few things couldn't live without. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Michelle Sinnott: Very disappointed in the manager. My husband wanted to buy a yellow spatula. We looked at the exact same one in red but that was $2.00 less..We spoke to the manager and he in no way was going tolet the yellow go for $12 instead of $14. With the very high prices in the store giving a senior citizen the $2 differencewould not have hurt them. We will never go back to such a greedy company!!
Wendy Penfield: Such a friendly and helpful staff....if you don't see what you are looking for on the shelf, just ask! She found it for us!
Kenny Wade: Definitely going back had a good ole time!
Michael Honaker: Absolutely amazing experience! The chef was awesome, as well as the kitchen staff. The date night is a really fun time with great recipes. Get some wine, meet some cool people, and have a nice time in cooking class! Plus, if you're in the cooking class, you get a discount in the store!
Logan Holshouser: We arrived for a party of 10 (9 after one person could not come) with a small grouping of balloons, a box of party favors (aprons and gifts for the bride) and a bag of wine for our cooking class to celebrate the bride to be.When we arrived to set up, the cook, Rachel, greeted us with a sour demeanor without saying hello or welcoming us to the class, but to state “just so you’re aware, this is NOT a private class, there will be other attendees.”We knew this wasn’t a private cooking class but didn’t understand the brut hostility upon arriving. My mother, who booked the class for us all, responded by explaining that she had emailed with whoever was in management/booking about our small party and that we would bring party favors and wine to share with the group. Rachel was reluctant to understand or inquire further about the emails that had been shared and was rudely expressing how she knew nothing of the emails or what was planned for our party.I expressed that there was no need for hostility or disrespect towards my mother and she turned and said “well you don’t have to be here if you don’t want to.”Mind you, we paid $80 a person for our 10 person group, hoping to have a fun experience for my sisters bachelorette gathering. We moved forward after her rude remarks and gathered to start cooking. Throughout the class she was rude, dismissive, and out right disrespectful to not only our group, but the other couples. At one point, the couple next to us expressed being afraid to ask her questions because of how annoyed she seemed to be.One of our group members asked a question about the next step of cooking and she rolled her eyes and spoke so condescendingly, that we stopped engaging and just tried to get through to the end of the class. We were hopeful for a fun experience, but we will NEVER recommend this place to anyone thanks to Rachel.Joy was a helper in the kitchen who was incredibly kind and helpful, but her assistant was just as rude (an older woman with black hair) as Rachel. It’s a shame that we came here to make a memory with our family and it was ruined by the sour and disrespectful attitude of Rachel. For $80 a head, you’d think that would come with a knowledgeable chef who loves to teach people how to cook.

Flour Power Kids Cooking Studios: what do users think?
June A: Did not like sharing everything with the other family at the table. For the price I thought we would cook our own food. Just printed recipe given. Different than tastebuds where step by step is given and each family had their own supplies etc. your website is so hard to use. I’m sure I didn’t read the fine print. Thanks for proving me wrong by not reading that would have to share with another family. The lack of instruction was surprising. No one wants to put their hands in dough with another family in todays time!
David Williams: We paid for a "Kitty Party" for my daughter's 7th birthday. The staff was nice, but that is the only good thing I can say. There was absolutely nothing to identify this as a kitty party. Not one single cat.The instructors didn't seem to know how to cook themselves. They, not the kids, messed up the pancake recipe. 3/4 teaspoon of salt?! Are you kidding me? And what did they top it with? Whipped cream AND maple syrup. And did they make a cat's face? Nope! Just plan old pancakes. And the smores... just graham crackers on a pan with semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. They could have randomly thrown them at the pan and slammed it in the oven and it would have turned out better. The cupcakes were old, and not even baked there! And they didn't even have the party favors we asked for. Then they send us a postcard to thank us, but it was from some random Flour Power in Knoxville, TN.$350+ for that?! I could have done better with $20 at home. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Gisele Gonzalez: My daughter had a decent time with her friends here, chit chatting, celebrating her 10th birthday. They did a body scrub and stuffed strawberries. We had 16 kids. The staff was patient and kind with our group. But, the experience lacked something more. For the amount of money that was paid, even my daughter was a little bit unimpressed, and said it was a “rip off”. It was underwhelming. We wanted her birthday experience to be more memorable, and less of a “eh” day.
Sonia Thomas: Alyssa and Teri were very professional. Me and my family had a great time. Would definitely go again soon.
breana chappuis: I attended the family cooking class and was sadly disappointed. The concept was great, the environment was cute and child friendly, and the recipes tasted good but the overall experience was a mess. The workers seemed disorganized and all over the place, not enough ingredients were set out and we were constantly running out and looking for them. We were told to half the recipe on the sheets provided which made things confusing when you are already trying to find the ingredients on one of the other tables and who is currently using it. One of the workers even gave a family 2 eggs per the "full recipe" and did not do anything about it, I hope their bread was not messed up. My suggestion would be to provide the "half serving" instructions printed out for class and maybe send the full ones home. There was only 1 oven top to use which was chaotic (and quite honestly a little unsafe) between all the 4-5 families trying to stir their chili at one time. I also felt bad making so much food to not be able to take it home. A suggestion would be to lessen the portions so there isn't a ton of food wasted at the end of the night. Also the icing on the cake was the cockroach I found at the front desk when I first walked in.Edit: it has been almost a week and I have yet to hear back from the studio regarding my experience.
Lindsay Hamilton: My daughter attended a week of summer camp, and it was her favorite camp of the summer. She has a new interest in cooking and helping with meal planning/preparation, and was so excited to show off her new kitchen skills. She wants to have her birthday party here, and she's really excited about attended another camp in the future.
Ash: Love it! The staff is super friendly, the recipes are fun for the kiddos, and they always have a blast! I highly recommend to anyone and encourage you to check out the Adult classes too! Super fun and the new owner is so kind!
T. Common: Edit: Taking another star for the owners response to my review. I DID asked to be contacted and never received a call back.Original: Nice studio and a wonderful idea, but for the cost of track out camp and what the kids actually do are not even close to being acceptable. Lots of time spent watching TV and kicking a ball around in the back of the building. More time should be spent exploring and learning about ingredients and each child should be able to make their own things. One of the staff members clearly needs additional training for working with children. Other staff were very warm, welcoming and engaged throughout the day.I'm sure birthday parties are nice. Looks like most are happy with that based on the reviews, but we will have to find something else next track out.
Tim n Jaclyn Henderson: My daughter had her 8th birthday party here and she and her friends had so much fun. She chose to make pizzas and sugar cookies and everything was well organized, they also did a good job including each kid. They are able to accommodate food allergies and followed COVID precautions.
Damien Pritchard: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Lyndsey Nelson: They took care of everything, happily. My 5 year old and his friends loved learning how to make cookies from scratch and mini pizzas. This was the most stress free birthday I’ve ever planned. Thank you Flour Power!
Caroline Peevey: My daughter has been wanting to do this for weeks! Finally, this morning we called and got her set up for the teacher work day camp and she was so nervous. We walked in and were greeted by the fabulous Mr. Jovon! Peyton originally only wanted to stay for 2 hours because she thought she would start missing me but He assured me she would want to stay until 4 because he was THAT GOOD! I called to check in and she said she wanted to stay until 4!!!! She hasn’t stopped talking about him and her time there! I am so happy! Thank you Jovon! We will definitely be coming back 🙂🙂🙂
Charles Mangin: My kids have been to several parties here, and they always enjoy themselves. They manage to get my kids to try new foods we can never do at home. Plus buolding confidence while chopping, stirring, measuring. They want to help cook at home now :)
Alina Zhigunova: My daughter celebrated her 11th birthday in Falls River Flour Power. It went great! 10 guests 11-12 years old, both boys and girls, were enjoying the “tween program”, baking pizza, singing songs, laughing all the time. The staff is awesome - young and enthusiastic. My daughter had some camps here btw, and it also was an excellent experience.I loved the opportunity to submit all the details by using Google form. It’s really more convenient than doing it by phone.
Falon Foreman: We hosted my daughters 7th bday party here this past Saturday and it was perfect! They take care of every detail and make it stress free for parents. The staff was kind and patient. The process was quick and easy from the first interaction. They even did a science experiment while things were cooking. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Alicia Kelly: Definitely call before driving out here because the store hours are not posted online but I came a little after 5pm to book a party but lights were out and door locked! Operation hours seem to be inconsistent with the ither ones in the area. I will have to go with one of the other one's.
Disney Girls: We had my daughter's 9th birthday party here and it was lovely! The staff provided everything for a fun birthday party-balloons, candles, custom cake, and cleanup!! I didn't have to do anything but chat with other parents! We hosted 7 children and they all enjoyed making pizza and apple pies. I highly recommend Flour Power! Communication before & after was impeccable and execution during the party was spot on.
Lindsay Harrelson: We had our son's 4th birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff at Flour Power provide EVERYTHING needed for a fun birthday party! From balloons and cupcakes to running the entire party so you don't have to do a thing! We had 9 children come and all of them had such a great time making Mac and Cheese and Fossil Cups. I would highly recommend Flour Power!
Chavon Robbins: Both my daughters recently had birthday parties at Flour Power. Everyone had a great time. I do wish the kids were allowed take the desserts that they made. It can be a bit much to eat the desserts, as well as the cupcakes. However, I understand they have policies they have to follow. Overall, the kids had a great experience!
Samuel Taylor: I was asked by the staff to share my experiences after an angry parent posted several reviews using different names within hours of each other. This group of people has helped my child who has some special needs. It is the one place where she feels comfortable given her shyness, and I have nothing but praise and will continue sending her and recommending others. The feedback others left over the years prior to the string of negativity by one person reflects what reasonable people think about this kind, patient staff.
Emily Litchford: I went to a party at this place. I would not recommend this business because the owner was very rude.

Vitis House: what do users think?
Amy McCullagh: I've experienced two classes and had so much fun learning about wine. It's such a casual, and relaxing (not intimidating at all) way to learn. Doreen and Sarah are both great instructors and know how to have a good time in class. If you have any interest in wine, you should book a class at Vitis House.
Naomi Lambert: Excellent class with Doreen. Although we know a lot about champagne, she really educated us on other sparkling wines. The class was informative and entertaining. The accompanying snacks were a bonus. All the wines we tasted are available locally.
Kimberly Jordan: Education, fun and a great place to celebrate and up your wine game. We went to the Champagne and friends class. So much information and I appreciated the follow up email with the information we received in class. Great teacher—knowledgeable and made a great connection with our class! Definitely will go again!
Camille Gibbs: We attended the Whisky Class and had a great time; the instructor offered great insight - both the art and science of whisky. We learned alot and enjoyed some fantastic tastings from around the world. The snack that Doreen prepared was icing on the cake. We will definitely go back for other classes.
Chris Siu: Took the Wine 101 Class with the wife, Doreen was a great host and an amazing teacher, we had a good time and are planning on taking more classes with her.
Lisa Carney: I took the WSET Level 2 class at Vitis House. The experience was great! The location is easy to find. The class was well organized and the instructor, Sarah Malik, was very engaging. If you’re looking for a fun way to learn, Vitis House is the right choice.
Mike L: Stay healthy. My wife purchased a couple spots for the "Whiskey or Bourbon?" class for Christmas and we were both really looking forward to it. Flash forward to this past Saturday and we were both getting over a bad cold. Not wanting to risk infecting anyone, my wife called and emailed asking if we could possibly transfer the tickets to the next available class in April. We were told all sales were final and they can't transfer our seats to the next event because the food had already been purchased. Their solution was for us to find a couple friends who could book spots for the April class, give those tickets to us, and they use our tickets for the night we were unable to attend. We didn't want a refund, which is what we assumed "all sales are final" actually meant. We simply wanted to move the tickets to a different day. Some of the other classes look really interesting and if the "Bourbon or Whiskey?" class went well, we likely would have explored taking additional classes. There is zero chance of us looking into any classes there in the future if there is zero chance of working with the customers when faced with an unfortunate situation. The food cost for the even couldn't be more than $10 or so per person. Not sure why that would be a reason for a company not to work with a customer.I never thought I'd find another business with the same event policy as Ticketmaster, but here we are.
Austin Semmel: Had a great time finishing my WSET 1 here. Super knowledgeable instructor and a fun delivery. We got to taste some high quality wines that I would not have otherwise picked out myself and was able to broaden my horizons. Definitely recommend it, great value for the price!
John Szymankiewicz: Doreen is an amazing host and educator. Her classes are fun and packed with information. Her passion for the material shines through and you should definitely take part in some of the Vitis House offerings!
Brian Norris: Fantastic experience at the WSET Level 3 class! Great venue, and awesome people involved all the way around. Highly recommended!
Karla Baron: We tasted many different wines between red, whites and sparkling wines, she taught us a lot about each one. Doreen makes the class so fun with her bubbly personality!
Samantha Torres: Doreen and her team are phenomenal. I have done the Malbec & Empanadas class and the Rose & Orange class. Each time I walk away with more knowledge on wine, how to pair the wines with food, and have an overall good time. I highly recommend attending a class!
Marianne Velonis: I took my WSET Level 2 course here and if I lived closer, I'd be signed up for every wine class Vitis House offers! The space is so inspiring, Doreen is on top of *everything* (we realized I didn't have the book I needed for this course and I received it via FedEx less than 24 hours later) and she is the epitome of true hospitality. Sarah Malik, our instructor, is a GEM and I feel so lucky to have her here in Charlotte! Will be back for Level 3 ( :
Julian Vainright: The course for the WSET Level 2 with the Vitis House this past weekend, far exceeded my expectations! The preparation and educational experience was well worth the tuition price. However, the very personal attention and support that all the participants received was above and beyond and made us feel welcomed, encouraged and well-prepared. The course, along with our own personal study of the course materials, prepared us very well for the Level 2 exam, yet we learned so much more about the world of wine from our expert instructor Sara Malik. Sara shared so much insight and interesting anecdotes from the perspective of an expert wine educator. Doreen Colondres organized the course, and treated us to a gourmet meal that paired perfectly with the Spanish wines that we were tasting. We found nothing lacking. I would highly recommend the Vitis House for anyone considering the WSET Level 2 course and I plan to pursue the Level 3 course with them in the near future.
kevin neshat: Dorene and Brianna are a class act! Very organized and full of relevant information. I highly recommend taking the WSET courses through Vitis House. Thank you for an amazing experience!
Bill McKeown: If you like alcohol, food and learning, you'll want to sign up for one of the many unique classes at Vitus House. We're thankful that Raleigh was able to lure chef, author, sommelier, tv personality (I forgot to ask why so many titles 😅) Doreen Colondres to start this business here. Someone with her resume might be stuffy and presumptuous - but that's the opposite of who she is. Funny, humble and smart. She has experts on her team. We met Brianna, a humble, well-accomplished wine and champagne certified staffer. We did a wine class. Size was small and personal. It was fun, delicious and engaging. Her place is inside Dock 1053 - a culture, art and food hotspot. You won't be disappointed.
Cindy: The course was informative and fun!
Jake Austin: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueA wonderful time fellowshipping with new found friends while enjoying the world of wine and spirits.
Ken F: Positive:ProfessionalismExcellent presentation, informative and fun. Highly recommend... Having attended another class {Malbec}, this was jaut as good and even better. will definitely be back.
Rick Bowers: This class was great! While being a wine collector for many years, I thought I knew a lot. I learned so much during the class, and discovered you can never know it all. Enjoyed the class very much, thank you!
Valerie Garramone: I just completed the one day WSET Level One Certification course last Saturday. It was such a fun and truly educational experience. I enjoyed it so very much and plan on continuing along with Vitis House on my wine knowledge journey in the future. Everyone was so knowledgeable and the class was excellent. I was not sure at all what to expect but the day was really relaxed, fact-filled, and most of all, fun! Thank you for a truly positive experience!
