David Evans: I agree with others that the customer service pretty much always leaves something to be desired, but the store is always well stocked, clean, and great for grab party or Halloween things. If getting balloons, leave yourself some time, it can take awhile.

Deborah Schwartz-Kates: Disappointing! They used to have everything you needed for a party. Now the store looks like a desert. There are many bare shelves. It’s possible the goods are in the back in the store, but a lack of employees makes it difficult to unload the products. Honestly, it’s easier to order online. In-person shopping feels like a waste of time.

Andrew Lees: We've gotten balloons for our son's birthday multiple times now and the team at Party City has done an incredible job to make sure everything gets taken care of properly with our order. Delivering 75 balloons is a challenge and they were able to coordinate that with multiple delivery cars so that we didn't have to worry about it! In particular, John and Destiny went above and beyond to make sure our order was processed and delivered on time. We worked with Destiny last year as well and she's awesome! I can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely be getting more balloons at Party City.
Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

I GET TO THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD SOMEONE ELSE PICKED MY ORDER UP BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS ME .
Ravi Patel: All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

Cara Milburn: I’ve had two negative experiences here. Last week the cashier Jacob was about as rude as you could get. He never acknowledged me after I stood at the checkout waiting for several minutes. He didn’t tell me the total- simply held out his hand for payment. I don’t think he said a word to me.Today I came back hoping for a better experience. Instead there was one register open and 8 people in line. Other employees were watching the line back up but it was a good ten minutes before another register opened.

Tameka Thomas: My son had a party on 4/8/23 (Easter weekend)and we received the Best service from this company! The booking process was really easy! Everyone really enjoyed the Easter Bunny! The team worked well together! There was another team member/lady with the Easter Bunny, and she was really good, & polite as well! I forgot her name but her professionalism was memorable! We will be using their services again! Highly recommend 👌🏽

Raquel Ledbetter: Came in right at 10 A.M. and the attendant was very helpful as I had to order balloons last minute for a work celebration. She was very kind and helpful and helped direct me to which balloons were available.
Jessica Vega: It’s an ok store. A lot of the stuff is all over the place and the service you get here is pretty hit or miss. I’ve had excellent visits, but during my most recent one I had a pretty rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me other than to tell me the total and to put my card in the machine. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever else she was doing.

Some of my latex balloons popped during inflation and they called to let me know and offered to replace them free of charge, which I certainly didn’t expect.
