Town & Country Hardware: what do users think?
Jay: The helpful employees at this store helped me find what I needed, after big-box Home Depot failed me. Will start coming here first.
Zachary Eulo: This place is top notch. Had a particular find today and Jarrett had me in and out in 5 minutes. Guy deserves a raise, thank you!
Stephen Brown: Love this store. My go to store for hardware, garden, grilling supplies
RICHmike: Poor communication in describing Stihl's no return policy. I presume a business would inform you of something like that before purchase. I've had my wife with me during multiple Stihl purchases and that has not once been communicated. Manager had no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. 2 stars is being generous considering lack of customer service.Huge thanks to Josh at the Cary location for handling this issue. True definition of customer service.
Cindy Walter: They always have quality products. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Jessilin Collins: Every time I shop here the customer service is excellent. Everyone is so polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful! I would chose to shop here before going to bigger hardware stores. The prices are the same, if not better with their consistent sales on various items.
Mai Mclean: This's my go to for all my chickens and Birds need!.And a very NICE man he work there he helped me with all my stuff to the car. I just can't remember when was the last time any one offer to HELP with anything. Thank you .
Renee Rogers: Walked in this store unaware of time it closed, every single employee followed me in the store to tell me they were closing in 5 minutes. Bad customer service. One older man, said “we close earlier on the weekends” with an attitude. Younger boy gave me a hard time as soon as I walked in. Ok but, I did still have minutes!!! Very bad customer service.
Kerry Henderson: I hate to admit that today I first went to Lowe’s and then to Home Depot …twice … to get what I needed. The service at both was terrible. No one would help or offer solutions to a simple request - I needed to find a lamp socket/switch.I went to Town and Country Hardware. Someone helped me right away, took me exactly to where I needed and had a grater selection than any of the other stores. He walked me through what I needed and told me to let him know if I had issues. And the cashier was so nice and helpful! The experience really turned around my day. Town & Country will now be where I go first from now on!
Olga Vidal: Muy bien
Jennifer: Staff is so helpful and friendly. A great experience. We go here often.
ScarletBattalion: I love this store. Friendly with some hard to find items like a large variety of metric hardware.
Alayna Smith: Just found this store today. I was shopping for a mini flag. Everyone at the store greeted me, asked if I needed help, and were super friendly. I ended up buying a mat also. Will definitely return. The customer service was amazing! ♥️
Jay Izso: Local business, helpful kind people, I always shop their first.
Tony Coulter: Small with a hometown local store vibe. The staff were all really friendly. The prices were a little high but I'll go back.
Vivian Smith: I love their bird seed selection and customer service. I also love the punch card that when complete I get money back :)
Ken Boone: I needed a key duplicated for my old Chevy truck. Yep I lost one. In the past I have tried using the automated key duplicating machines in some of the large stores with limited success. Town & Country has always done the best key duplicating for me. However they cannot provide keys with computer chips which are needed to start newer vehicles. But hey can duplicate the physical key part so you could open the door to get to the keys accidentally locked in the vehicle.
Venicia Jones: They have a nice variety of plants n flowers outside annuals n perrinials.
Kwesi “kashthesonoftheking” Dyer: Took my chef knife to get sharpened and they didnt even sharpen it and when i went back suggested I take it somewhere else. Extremely disappointed didnt even offer a refund.
Craig Sampson: Good selection of bird feeders and food
Mike L: I generally like going to locally owned establishments for a variety of reasons. While I recognize the prices are not as good as box stores the service normally is really good. I have been to this location and one older gentleman has continued to ruin my experience. When I ask him for assistance he always seems put off, I have bitten my tongue this far after visiting there 10 times in last 2 months. All other associates are great. Hate for one grouchy old man to ruin my experience and others too.

Country Connection: what do users think?
Shawn Turner: Went into the store today 7/8/23 because I heard that this store was great, I was treated get a lot of ladies in the store. I asked about the water boots and they just pointed me to them. No one came over to help and wanted to answer question. They all stood up at the counter and wasn’t helpful to myself or some of the Hispanic customers. I bought the shoes after I googled my questions but then after my experience I just returned them. It’s sad that it appears that if someone is of color that they do t get help but others get full service, shown things and even walked around the store. I will never shop there again and also I will be telling others. It was my first time in the store and it was as an unforgettable experience. I did however, state to the cashier that rang my up that it was sad I had to google my own questions and help myself. Race shouldn’t matter and if we get cut we bleed the same color blood, even in the dark we are all the same.
Michael Ratley: One of the best shops for boots, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on what I need. I had an issue with a pair of boots and they were quick to replace them. Always a great place to shop with an affordable price range.
Braulio Garcia: Great smell. Great service.
John Ellis: Large selection
Jonny J: Large boot collection along with hats & belts. Very nice staff and a lot of other items.
Sidney Bonner: I have lived in the area for years and I continue to be impressed by Country Connection's variety of products, unique items, and quality western wear. They not only stay on top of the western trends, but they have an incredible selection of hats, t-shirts, boots, sunglasses, work wear, & name brand everything.Kind employees and an overall enjoyable shopping experience!!!
Keith Pleasant: Great store with western wear
Dale D: Products are 100% quality. The staff is even better. I'm looking forward to going back.
Pedal Faster: Very friendly staff and they might have a good selection of products but honestly, as narrow as the isles are, you can’t move around enough to see. I’ve visited twice and both on a Saturday. It’s a popular place but you can barely get down an isle and going around someone is nearly impossible. It’s just not a good shopping experience.
steve Mellas: Plenty of boots hat's and anything you need to cowboy up except cattle
Natalie McKenny: They usually have exactly what I am looking for and if they don't I can find something equally satisfactory. The staff are always helpful and cheerful.
Emir Akins: If you need cowboy boots and hats this is the place to find them.
Bill Davis: great selection of work boots and really helpful staff!
Percy Thornton: Love the selection lil tight in there but that's because it's a lot to choose from in such small space.... Thanks for everything
Armando diaz: Excelente lugar
Leah Buchanan: Just about everything you can find in a country western store. Found a pair of boots I just had to have, they have been around for years years I bought a fringes cowboy jacket for around $50. About 40 years ago. You can't go wrong here great quality still have the jacket....
Jared Brown: Amazing experience. Great staff!!! We love there mascot... I believe his name is CASH!!!
Ms Virginia: Super friendly staff and excellent customer service with a clean and stocked store. Love it 🖤
Jay Harward: Great Western store with a huge inventory of boots.
Jay Hendrickxs: The layout of the clothes section was a bit confusing and they didn't have any of the sizes I was looking for. Sadly when looking at some of the Jewelry that they had on the display a lot of it was tarnished
Randy Parnell: Most enjoyable shopping experience, very helpful staff. Largest selection of everything western in the area.

Dover Saddlery: what do users think?
Margaret Dunkirk: Staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions or give suggestions for other items that may be needed.
S: This is the first time I've been to Dover in about six months and I was looking for something specific. To say that I was highly disappointed in the selection available is an understatement. Very poor selection of paddock boots/tall boots. Seem to really only carry Ariat and then don't even have half the styles available. Most are either zip on or slip on and that was not what I wanted. I finally had no choice but to settle on a pair only because I had a lesson the next day and was desperate. Don't even get me started on trying to find a pair of half chaps that fit. Evidently, the brands think that everyone is a toothpick and forget about those of us that aren't. Finally, after much effort from the sales rep. (kudo's to her by the way because I think we tried every brand/style in stock) we found a pair that fit. I don't blame the staff for Dover's inadequacies because they were friendly and helpful but Dover really needs to consider ALL body types of riders. In future, I will start looking at other options for my riding needs.
julia Newton: Wonderful team of employees! Always so helpful amd kind..thank you Dover!!
Blanca Petrillo: This place has all items needed for house backriding and horses. If you sign up for mailing you get a discount card from time to time, where you can have great savings!
Brian Lail: Staff very helpful and great service
Ann Brady: Have nice selection, friendly staff, decent prices
Edith Sandoval: Exelente me siento muy bien con el servicio que recibí
Heather Ratcliffe: Non saleable items were in with sale items, not clearly marked sale sign on sales rack
Cathy Novak: Love visiting Dover for necessities as well as splurging on fun riding clothes.
Terri Dillistin: Lovely store. A bit pricey, but they have a great English attire for both rider and horse. Had a very nice staff member help and discuss bits.
Izabelah Bruno: Great place, but very expensive.
Katherine Robinson: Took my daughter to Dover this afternoon. We found everything we needed & then had an employee help fit her with new tall boots. My only negative is for the layout of the store. I'm in a wheelchair and was unable to go down most of the aisles. If I can't get to the items in the store, I might have to order for home delivery.
Sheree Casias: Friendly, excellent customer service
Jo Weaver: Customer service is over the top good!!!I had an emergency and needed something overnightedThey made it happenHighly recommend
Dave Mangual (I'm DMan): Best store for horse riding gear. Customer service is top notch. Great set of employees.
Kris Martin: A Dover is a Dover but the staff here are always amazing.
Mark Jennette: Customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The staff takes the time to work with you, explain, answer your questions & ensure you are happy. Purchased a Bates saddle for my wife & could not be happier. They even provided a box to return & to ship it back if not happy.
Kimberly Vaughan: Excellent customer service & great selection!
Devon B: Always great and helpful staff
Danielle Bishop: John went above and beyond to assist me with adding a name plate to my halter. I had to purchase the name plate from another vendor and the holes were not sized for their normal tools. John took the halter home - redrilled holes in the plate and attached it for no additional charge. 5 star service. Thank you John for all of your help in making that work.
Jim Cornwell: Went in looking for items for my wife's event horse. They had exactly what I was looking for. Helpful & friendly sales staff. Thanks Dover!

Orvis: what do users think?
KATHLEEN TAYLOR: I love outdoor stores but I just like this one because it's mostly about fishing. I'm not into that but I like the clothes and accessories and especially all the dog stuff.
Caleb Thole: Fantastic experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, especially Nick. Listened to what I was wanting in a three weight, and found the perfect option which even ended up being cheaper than what I thought I initially wanted. Ended up getting even more items with the money saved.Thankyou, Nick for your excellent customer service and knowledge.
aaron live: I'm sure if you are a fisherman, this place would be great. The salesman was a bit much for me. I just wanted to leave. They should tone it down when a noob like me comes in. Very nice store tho.
Christopher A. Cunningham: Great assistance in the store. Pants I may never take off.
Jeph Me: Friendly and knowledgeable, had good discounts going. They also carry the most complete Orvis clothing line
Jeff House: Took the 2 hr intro course and really enjoyed it! Fun, informative and educational. Will def be back.
Bobby Medlin: Nick, Andy and Zach are great to work with! I have been to other locations and this group is by far the best!
Eric Fawcett: Always a pleasant experience. Clean, well stocked and friendly employees.
Benjamin Huey: Decent selection of tying materials which is what I was there for. Scored a fly rod case on sale was an added bonus. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable always happy to help answer questions.
Rob Ratliff: Wonderful experience. Went in this afternoon to cast some rods and browse around. Nick was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Paul Guddat: Very easy to work with, good pleasant employees. Great selection of well made Clothes.
Jeff Miller: Their clothing may seem expensive but not when you consider the quality of many items. Catch them on sale and you've gotten a great deal.
Gary Kibble: Orvis is not cheap, but they do take care of their customers for life. We've taken free classes in how to tie fly fishing lures, how to cast a fly fishing rod, and a field trip to a nearby lake to practice fly fishing. Also look for many special events held on locations like BBQs.
Richie Guzior: This place is top notch in nice outdoor gear. They cater to fly fishing and light dry fit kind of clothing. Place is beautiful and clean. Plenty of variety and options in clothes, vests, jackets in men and woman. If you have a dog. They have a few things for your dog!
Beverly Graziani: Clothing is well made and comfortable. Sales people are helpful and gracious.
Salt&Sea *!: This place has great clothes for your grand parents or maybe great grand parents. There is not anything for any teen/young child. It seems like this store is simply for old folks who were too selfish to have children or grand children. The fly gear is good, and i love my personalized helios rod, best rod i ever laid my hands on and casted. The fishing side is good the old folks clothes are a hard pass.
James Parker: Great service and quality goods.
Mike: We did the fly fishing class and it was awesome. The staff was super helpful, and aside from a few obligatory pitches for some of their gea, it didn't feel like they were trying to do anything but teach people about fly fishing. Can't wait to do the advanced class where they take us out fishing!
Nicole Dolphin: Very kind staff!
Matt Miller: Craig, Graham and the team are all excellent to work with and really helped me sort out my fly gear needs (and wants) for an upcoming trip out west and I'll definitely be coming back to get some more local tackle. If you're interested in fly fishing at all stop in and have a talk with these folks. The Fly Fishing 101 course was also a great refresher for me and very friendly to the wallet (Free!!). Last but not least they had an event for dogs today at noon that brought in some handsome furry friends and the store is always dog friendly. Thanks again Orvis - Wade Ave!!!
Hector Santiago: Staff was customer oriented, very helpful clarify all the dought and make suggestions. Thanks for the advise.

Robert's Country Store: what do users think?
Lauren C: United mini mart is the best neighborhood store! Has the friendliest staff and is always so organized and clean! They’ve also recently redone the entire parking lot and it was a great improvement.
J. Tracey: This place is cool as a polar bears toenails. They got a head shop, they got a edc shop and they are a convenient store to boot. Super friendly staff. I was like look at all this stuff. Lol. Great place. I'll be back when I have more money to spend. Stop by and check them out.
James Crusenberry: Great place for cheep cigarettes an nice lady that works there.
chris white: Nice store convenient location. The guy working the day shift (Chris) needs to be fired. He's very rude and unprofessional. No need to have a guy like that working in a neighborhood store.
Bonnie Thorn: Had everything I was looking for. Courteous service.
Joshua Vanderwall: Friendly attendant, and never seemed too busy to cater to one of my window shopping whims. Beautifully laid out displays, although the sheer volume of options does make a cluttered knife display. Also a low to mid 150lb crossbow for sale just next to 4-foot water pipes is basically the American Dream.
Steven Rosero: I love Robert’s. Which is now called United market or something but they switched the owners it was a man named Robert & his son that owned it & they were the friendliest ppl. Now another man owns it & he is nice too! It’s amazing how the atmosphere of the place always puts the right owners in it! My dad use to take me here back in the 90’s when I was a kid & buy me knives & bubble gum! They still have a nice knife collection there, bongs, all your smoking needs, they even have Vapes! Love the fact that it’s down the street & has everything u need! It’s a plus that the people are always so friendly to the point u want to hang out & talk all day lol but it’s good place would recommend
Jonathan Gibson: This business was sold and is now called "United Mini Mart" and is going through a major renovation to make it more of a convenience store to appeal to a much broader audience. Much of Robert's old inventory is being removed. The new owner, Al, is making a huge investment in the property and it's going to be the the perfect addition to our neighborhoods! Way to go Al!
Bradley Watkins: Made an afternoon trip from Raleigh with a couple friends & had a grand time looking at an amazing selection of knives & all kinds of other unique trinkets, etc...No matter what kind of blade your looking for, ods are, they got it; from tiny little doll size pocket knives, to machetes & hatchets - from $10 to $500 plusThe staff was super friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable..
Gail Brown: They have everything....stuff you didn't know you wanted!!
Don MURRAY: Friendly atmosphere and nice people
kelly Howerton: Brought back alot of old memories
Matthew Stephens: Blades and bowls!! Themis place is the best!!!
Paul Sperry: Awesome selection
Tommy Creech: I have always loved this place. They have all types of meat stuff!
tami zeni: Looking for an item you just can't find, Roberts might have it. 40 years of a stuff. Come by and visit.
Dr. Aal-Anubia: Excellent folks!
Christopher Hill: Great people great place!!!
Jessica Johnson: The best place to get the coolest stuff ever all the tobacco needs and wonderful pipes bowls accessories knives you name it they have it oh Robert is gone now but his son Robert Johnson keeps it going what a wonderful place you sure will love it and you always find what you want and even more you can't go wrong with Roberts country store
Joe Gaughran: Friendly people, and lots of quality knives. They have good prices in general. I can only evaluate prices on knives I know, but the ones I did were priced competitively. If you like antique stores and such, you can spend a few minutes just looking around at stuff. In general, it's more stuff you would buy to use as opposed to collectibles.
Mike Medlin: Fancy

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store: what do users think?
Jeff Augustine: Worst experience at Cracker Barrel ever. Less than 1/2 the tables occupied. Waited 20 minutes to get seated, food took an hour, had to wait for silverware, fried chicken burnt and dried out. Other meal also bad. When I complained, the "Retail Manager" said it was not his problem. Obvious management problem. We won't be back.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Myron Brown: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Luretha Lewis: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5Recommended dishes Buttermilk Biscuits, Hashbrown Casserole Parking space Plenty of parkingMore
Donna Kelly: Arrived at 7pm and didnt leave until 8:40pm . The service was extremely slow. Took a very long time for food to arrive, when it arrived the bread for the Hamburger was wet and soggy. Hamburger was cold. Ended up having to ask manager for the bill so that we could finally leave. The people were generally friendly and pleasant which is why I didnt give 2 stars.
Dewayne: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Stacy W: I have always loved cracker barrel, and I will say I will not be judging all of the cracker barrels from this bad experience. They food was ok, some of it was undercooked, like my meatloaf was still pink, and my vegetables were cold. Service was all right. The waiters were busier talking than doing their jobs. The store part was great, but the dining area was nasty. There were 5 tables that had not been cleaned from previous customers from the time we got there till after we left. Bathrooms where ok cleaned. I know you sometimes can not help it when you're understaffed, but when there are employees standing around talking, that can bust tables that's what they should do to uphold the presentation of the company.
H Don: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Jim Hollingsworth: Stopped for a quick breakfast while driving home, nothing was quick about this stop. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, didn't really look that busy but there was 6 in our group. We thab had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order. After waiting another 5 minutes, we finally were able to place our order. We than had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. During this wait, the waiter never checked on us and we watched him check on other tables seated after us. When we finally got our food it seemed like the plates were under the warmer for too long. The plates were so hot and food seemed to be dried out. Our quick stop for breakfast took nearly 2 hours.
Andrei Smith: Some issues with getting service and a clean table, but the food was good and the prices are friendly.Food: 4/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Country Boy Breakfast …More
gale gallager: So Cracker Barrel has apparently changed the menu again? While I am not against alcohol, but when it seems there are more cocktails to choose from than breakfasts combos, something is not right. Food was good, but again the selection was limited and some favorites were missing. Our waiter was great, kept coffee filled and checked on us just enough. So Cracker Barrel corporate people, don't screw up what was a good thing
No No: Love going there to get breakfastFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Country Boy Breakfast, Pancake Breakfast …More

Darwin Aldrich: After waiting 10 minutes to be seated which was no problem at all, we were waited on quite quickly and had our drinks ordered. The server came back with biscuits and muffins and that was last food we recieved. I guess they felt like that was enough to sustain us for the 45 minutes we waited for our food that NEVER came. We abruptly ended our hour session of being told your food will be right out and left the restaurant now hangry. This is 2nd time this has happened to use at a CB at multiple locations. Not sure if we will try again!
Heather Aldrich: We waited a few minutes for a seat, which was fine, but then waited over 40 minutes for our food. We finally left because we still had a ways to drive.
Chris K (Crispy): Came here on July 4th only to learn that none of the cooks came in, so there was a 2.5 hour wait. As a result we left and went elsewhere.
Peter Kitchin: A couple weeks back I wanted to propose to my girlfriend (now fiancée) at Cracker Barrel because of our shared love for the restaurant; plus I had a sweet proposal idea involving rocking chairs and checker pieces. So, I called this location and Andrew - the retail manager - helped me make my romantic ideas a reality. He not only caught my vision but he ran with it and executed every last detail to perfection (much better than I ever could). Under his leadership, the staff joined in and made the evening go off without a hitch. My Fiancée and I are so grateful for the excellent standard of hospitality that they show every guest as well as the added bonus of going above and beyond for such a meaningful event in our lives. Thank you so much! Could not recommend this location more! 5,000,000 Stars!
Ivona bg: Great choice of traditional American cuisines!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Roast Beef, Fried Okra, Country Fried Steak …More
Brad Harden: The sausage gravy biscuits are trash, the gravy has no sausage just dots of whatever.. Never agian, it's not the particular locations it's the way it's made company wise..Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Henri PlayZ: Hi Cracker BarrelI think you guys are missing employees and maybe you should close! Just feedback not offense!!!There aren’t workers! The floor was sticky!!!! The coffee was kind of cold. She forgot things we ordered. Another table in front of us server dropped all their food and broke the plates. Our server didn’t say sorry at all she didn’t say it at all and our food took so long!! Really bad service!!! Ok food!! Again sticky floor and table

Ealdwine Raleigh: what do users think?
David Edmonds: Myself and a Great Friend visited Ealdwine the Monday before the 4th of July, It was a terrific experience Matthew was very helpful and all around friendly gentlemen both me and friend purchased a pair of shoes, if you're ever in the Raleigh area definitely stop by Ealdwine you won't REGRET IT.
Jake Heiserman: Amazing collection of custom and stock Alden's. Had an awesome time chatting and getting fitted for a pair of blucher's by Matt. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.
Anthony Savoy: Service is top notch. Matt is friendly and generous with his time and expertise. A very enjoyable, upscale shopping experience.
Rob Mattson: I came to Raleigh from Oklahoma for a conference and inadvertently left my dress shoes at home, making boots my only option to wear with a suit. “Rough-looking” is a massive understatement for the condition of my boots, so I went to Ealdwine for some shoe polish, and saw that the product had changed quite a bit over the past few years. I had a few questions about leather conditioner, how much polish to use, etc. (stuff like that), and Mr. Gray took the time to show me everything, on my boots at that. The difference is tremendous, and I’m not JUST talking about how my boots look now. For a business owner to take time out of his day, literally get his hands dirty, and go to such lengths for a customer who might come to Raleigh every five years or so… It speaks volumes about Mr. Gray as a person and business owner. I’m now more informed, equipped with some really good polish, and won’t feel so embarrassed about wearing beat-up boots with a suit.Another cool thing, assuming most will be looking/shopping for more than shoe polish, the store’s beautifully designed, and chockablock with some of the finest in men’s clothing and beautiful footwear. Mr. Gray personally helped with the design in many of the latter (Alden’s handmade in Massachusetts), so I definitely feel like I was in good hands, and had definitely come to the right place.Great owner. Top notch products. Perfect service. Great experience.
Jason: Let me start with I had to order from the store. Matt knows his stuff but, he knows Alden’s like the back of his hand. I was a bit skeptical on sizing as we all are but, Matt reassured me if I wear a 11 in (x) brand an 11 in Alden would be spot on. They arrived very quickly to my home with excellent communication from start to finish! I am a proud owner of Alden 405s and could not be happier, thank you Matt!
Jason Krebs: Fantastic customer service!
Greg Coddington: By far the best customer service experience I have had in recent memory. Matt made each of my visits to his shop an experience rather than just another retail transaction. Ealdwine should be the destination for anyone interested in Alden footwear or quality menswear in the Raleigh/Durham area or anywhere within the Southeast for that matter.
Tim Brinkley: Very friendly and helpful
Derrick L Bailey: I needed some imfro about a pair of full and half scrap alden i called early that morning and spoke with mr.matt i asked him would it b ok to come by he said sure ..mr matt was wonderful all my questions was answered if anyone need a very good pair of shoes and great sale men beautiful store .....get going 😃😃😃😃😉😉
Vinesin Loops: Great staff. Inspiring products, will absolutely buy again.
Mac Maguire: I went to see Jim for my first pair of Alden. My wife had gifted me a pair for my first Father’s Day. When we walked in (my whole family including a 9 month old), we were treated like VIPs. Jim went above and beyond to help me find 2 pair that were perfect for me. I also cannot express how kind he was to my family while we were there. Jim will be my go to for any other Alden and I have already recommended him to many people. What a great experience!
Bryan Moreno: I came in looking for some shoes that would pair well with some shoes, and with the intent to purchase if it was within my means at that moment. From the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel like a VIP. Jim was very curteous, treated me with the utmost respect, and was thoroughh in his questions to ensure he understood my needs. Amazing service. I will definitely return to purchase a pair of beautiful loafers that Jim pointed out to me.
Darrell Gillette: Great guys. Great selection of higher end menswear, including their own special makeups of Alden shoes. This is the kind of place you wish you had in your own state.
Paul McGrew: I decided to invest in Alden shoes. Initially, I reached out to a very well known online Alden retailer. My first question was answered with what seemed like a modicum of effort. My follow up questions were never answered. Then, I reached out to Jim at Ealdwine. He answered ALL of my questions, even though I know he has probably answered the same ones 3 million times. My first pair of boots didn't fit. A new pair was sent over ASAP. They even helped me when I screwed up the shipping address for my shoes. If you are going to make an investment in a pair of shoes you hope will last two decades or more, Ealdwine provides the service commensurate with that kind of purchase.
Joseph Sassone: Matt and Jim provide excellent products and superb customer service. I recommend Ealdwine to any gentlemen looking for a touch of class for their wardrobe. Their selection of Alden shoes is outstanding as well.
Mitchell Haroldson: Simply the best. Whether you’re experienced or a first time buyer, the owners are always friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I plan on returning.
Cameron Cox: I have made several online purchases from Ealdwine. Their staff was very accommodating and helpful. They not only sell gentlemens’ clothes, but are gentlemen themselves. They meet and exceed the level of service anyone would expect when buying a luxury item. Can’t recommend enough!
Dennis Galey: Jim is both helpful and a subject matter expert on the products that he sells. Ealdwine has earned my Alden business.
Larry DeGroff: Exemplary customer service that I have never experienced before from not just all the other Alden dealers but from any small business. Matt and Jim are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make your buying experience perfect!
Curtis Smith: Just left this great shop. Jim gave me some collar stays as I forgot to pack mine for a conference I am attending at the convention center. Thanks for the assistance. Great selection to chose from.
Matt M: The best men’s shop I have ever visited. It is hard to really pin point the individual qualities that make Ealdwine worthy of that title as they simply do it all so incredibly well. The selection of Alden shoes and boots, the exclusive make-ups, the outstanding brands and variety of clothing are all important and all top tier. The best aspect however is certainly the service. Jim and Matt are next level, which is why you see so many reviews echoing their names and those sentiments. They legitimately want each and every experience to be a great one, and it starts from the moment you walk in until you leave - with or without making a purchase. You are treated far more as a guest than a customer regardless of how much you spend, and the vibe of the store is so fun and cool it’s hard to not want to spend time looking around.Great and interesting selection, elite service, and a cool location really make this store a must re-visit for me and has me thoroughly looking forward to my future visits!

DICK'S Sporting Goods: what do users think?
Jackelyn Ortiz: My husband has gotten into fishing and I wanted to surprise him with some new gear. Brian was super helpful! He answered all my questions, gave me some suggestions, and was overall super pleasant.
mario borja: Muy atentos todo el personal en todo momento
gerald park: Great Store, had every thing I was looking for. All sales associates were very helpful especially bc Abby
vicfishing 1 y más: Buenos artículos de pesca
LOVE THE BEAUTY OF THE WORLD. Daily magazine.: The brst experience buying sport equipment ever.
Felipe Fierro: I came here for baseball cleats for my special needs son. Miles, Bill, and Daymar (apologies if I spelled it wrong), were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They went way out of their way to be of help. I appreciate it more than I can express. We weren't able to find cleats that fit my son's needs, but they earned my business ten-fold by being willing to put in the extra effort for my boy
Alyssia Modesto: Employees were very helpful but my only complaint is the fact it was very warm in there. The employee's even looked hot and uncomfortable.
Lisa Lu: Thank you for having clean restrooms, for your customers to use 😁. That's a very rare occurance in stores, these days.
Steve Edwards: Bill was extremely patient and knowledgeable when helping my wife and I choose a new pair of running shoes. We will definitely buy our shoes here from now on.
Tracy Sansone: I waited over 20 minutes for shoes to come out of the backroom to try on while watching people who came in after me get their shoes. Eventually 1 pair came out...3 sizes too small ! I walked out, but not before telling the manager how terrible their service is !
marks love for watermelon: Saw the most handsome cashier and mf was so cute man 😭😭
Lara Mi: This location is my favorite one to go to. They have way more inventory than some others and always have enough people working. The high ceiling, bridge and escalators make you feel like you’re in the superstore location. Plenty of registers and happy crew.
Capri Rae: This location racially profiles all African Americans that comes in to shop, regardless if they have a bag, look suspicious or not. Also, the management treats African Americans employees horribly as if they don’t exist, don’t get acknowledged, causing them to seek other jobs. This establishment need to be looked into further ! It’s 2023, these types of behavior are not acceptable, can go viral on social media for awareness & should be addressed !
Bridgette Gathings: The attendant at the bike shop in triangle town square in raleigh nc was extremely helpful and he educated us on the bikes that would fit our needs. We bought 2 bikes and he made sure that they were ready for the road. Great experience we will be back for maintenance.
Franklin Olmo: Milton's has never let us down. When we are craving a well-made pizza made with our favorite toppings cooked to perfection. It's always our neighborhood spot, Milton's.
Thomas Hamilton: Came here looking for a new kayak. They had plenty of them in various styles, but only 4 had a price tag on them. I might be interested if the price is right. No staff to ask...but this isnt something I should even need to ask. Management, why are all the tags empty?
Julio Cancel: Good service. A bit high priced but good quality
Miguel angel Escalante Pérez: The person who charged me almost threw the bag at me, rude
Egbert Gracias: Was trying to buy soccer cleats for my son. They didn't have his shoe size for everything he picked, we spent a lot of time but couldn't try or buy anything
Monica Klebes: 10 stars for Andrew and Bernadette. Friendly, knowledgeable, all around nice. Clean well stocked location.
Cortney Stet: Terrible. I went shopping for some new running shorts before a 5k and had my baby with me. I had a backpack on as most moms do for diapers etc. I was followed around the store non stop by employees, making me feel extremely uncomfortable like I was about to steal something. I spent well upwards of $100 and probably would have shopped more if they weren’t so aggressive. To top it off I waited in line because they had so many employees out doing patrols not at the registers.
