Johnn Lovel: I had prepaid packages & I know that’s there is supposed to be a lady at the first counter there when you first come through the door. No one was there but there was a lady passing by., I said excuse me & all I asked was if I could leave the packages on the counter. She behaved with a huge attitude saying “EXCCUUSSEEE ME” and rolling her eyes and everything , this is after she first responded to me with her back to me all together..me: can I leave the packages on the counter ..... she that I could, but goodness, why so much attitude .... I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt since we all have rough days sometimes ....

CAROL ADAMS: I have been standin in line at the post office where they pnly have 1 person working at the desk. When u ring the bell and ask fir a manager they never reply. This is one of the worse post office there is. Lacks customer service. Without us mail and using this service youll would not have a job here. It looks like youll would try to treat your customers better. There are so far 16 people in line with one lady working the front desk

Wayne Lalevee: What a great experience I had yesterday while attempting to pick up a package that had the wrong zip code. 27610 was accidentally entered for delivery, package was sent to this location. The agent was pleasant, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. She said she scanned ~250 "mis-delivered"(packages with incorrect addresses)the previous day but remembers scanning this one.(how can anyone remember that?) In less than 5 min she came with my package. Thank you!

They will steal your mail, open letters they think might have money etc. we have caught them multiple times lying about delivering packages and have had envelopes disappear. Here is what I just pulled out of our LOCKED secured mailbox. A sympathy card for my girlfriend who’s father died. They must have thought there would be money and ripped it open.We have watched them literally toss packages or forget to lock secure package boxes as well. We’ve seen peoples mailbox left wide open unlocked too. Garbage.
Tea With Rose: Edit 6/11/22I’m so sick and tired of the postal workers stealing packages from this facility. This is a government institution and it’s time they are held accountable for their actions. My carrier is a sweetheart but as this goes through a system of different carriers and offices there’s no telling who or what office it is. The main post office needs to be notified or the PMG !The carrier signed my medication packages and any I received over seas! When are these types of carriers going to be held responsible? This is a felony. From now on I’m going to the PMG for my complaints bc apparently nothing is being done. This gives our great carriers bad names .
Etrof Media: The drivers at this location steal packages and either do not deliver the mail or they deliver it weeks and sometimes MONTHS later. Numerous complaints have been filed with no resolution and zero accountability. If you have packages being delivered via usps at this sunnybrook road location chances are the drivers or employees will steal your packages. They rescan packages and assign fake zip codes to the packages then mark them delivered past 10pm so individuals expecting packages are unable to address issue until next business day because they are then closed. I have filed complaint with BBB in reference to this as well. All 3 houses on my street routinely get mail well after the postmark date and drivers do not even deliver the mail some weeks. One of the drivers has been seen just pulling into the neighborhood and going to a man’s house for hours. A complaint was also filed against this driver with no resolution and no accountability
Alyssa Ulatowski: Stolen jewelry. Said that it was “delivered” at 10:27 pm… I contact the office to let them know I didn’t receive anything. I get a phone call the next morning that “it was mis marked and it is being delivered today” that was a Saturday…nothing comes.I start another investigation since it wasn’t delivered. They email it “it was marked delivered contact carrier”I call to get hung up on by the rudest employee ever. After he tells me “they’re going to investigate my mailbox” like I haven’t checked it.Absolutely will be escalating this. And to whatever employee who picked up the phone, and then spiteful put me on hold for 10 minutes I hope you have the day you deserve.
natalie aguilera: Worst post office ever. I’ve tried to do USPS pick ups for packages 4 different times. Each time took for me to try days in a row WITH calling the post office asking why my stuff wasn’t picked up. so even left a note in my mail box making sure they knew I had a porch pick up. Still, nothing. It’s like my carrier is too lazy to get out the vehicle. Ridiculous that this service is an option when it’s not honored.

Terra Lawson: I dunno about all these other reviews but i went to send an envelope to my mom with cash inside. I needed a stamp and the teller spoke wirh me suggesting I use certified mail, so the pkg coukd be tracked. This was a good thing vecause it went to the wrong address in NJ and my mom was able to locate it thanks to the tracking info.The staff was perfectly fine and polite. Maybe I got lucky I dinno. But these other complaints are definitly not the expierence I had . Iom headed there now...fingers crossed.
Tray H: Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2 of my packages has been marked as delivered to my mailbox and were not there . I actually was sitting in my driveway and saw the mail carrier ride right pass my house and put nothing in my mailbox . And no more than 5 mins later i get a notification that my package was delivered to my mailbox !!!! When i called to complain about it ,all the lady kept saying is i don’t know why it wasn’t delivered and that she’ll “speak” to the carrier. The next day she called me back saying the carrier doesn’t remember anything about it and then all of a sudden the tracking info changed and said it was being returned to sender in Alabama. Which it wasn’t returned to them . Then the day after that the trackage updated again to it being out for delivery in raleigh and of course it never came .

mathew boryla: this is the worst, multiple times, Amazon shows my package was delivered, but no where to be found. this company is just a bunch of people scamming Amazon, they get paid for every time they click delivered on a package even if they don't delivery the package, so somewhere is a room with all our stuff, and Amazon has to send it twice.

Dad For Autism: I am a Amazon delivery driver that works with the delivery hub in Durham North Carolina. It is safe to say that if I can find these different apartments and finish a route before 8 or 10 with 200 stops plus safe to say y'all can do it too and on that note how can you not access a open apartment that does not have any access code needed just lazy

Jessica Allen: Package was never delivered. I'm very upset and disappointed because the package was a gift to someone. I can't believe the amount of negative reviews from a company and Amazon still contracts with them.
Latrieva wilson: This is one of the worst couriers ever. Every time one of my packages from Amazon in through them, I don’t receive the item. They always mark as delivered, though so that they can say they met the delivery timeframe. Surprisingly, days later, some of the items may show up, which is weird if they were actually delivered. Twice, their drivers have even lied and said that they attempted to deliver, but couldn’t because of the gate code. Great story, but my complex doesn’t even have a gate. This is the most unreliable, dishonest company I have ever dealt with and it is even more frustrating to me that I can not have the choice to stop dealing with them. Amazon says that they make a note and remove them from the list of carriers that deliver to me, but it seems that they never do and I am still stuck wasting my money, every time. I was guaranteed a package Friday and still haven’t seen it.

Can't blame porch pirates...there were a stack of other packages from UPS with a delivery timestamp of 4:51pm. Apparently this is typically for this company based on the other reviews. Now half my Christmas gifts probably won't arrive in time :(

Jay Brown: Should be zero stars. All the reviews are correct. “Guaranteed same day delivery” from Amazon. Two days later, no call, no email, no text, no attempt to redeliver. Amazon tracking states that the package was attempted delivered which is obviously a lie. Will not do same day again. I'd rather wait two days and know that the delivery driver is actually capable of delivering my package.
