The Nest Raleigh: what do users think?
Christa Allen: Celebrated my husband’s birthday at this location and Michael the manager was awesome he was very attentive and helpful the whole time ..the place was very nice and clean… all of our guests complimented us on the property, I don’t usually write reviews but this place I had to.. Thank you to “The Nest”
Daniel S: By far the best co-working space I've had the opportunity to work from. Staff are friendly and the space has virtually everything you need to work comfortably. Highly recommended.
Connor Jones: Nest recently hosted my coworkers and I for a week stay. It was truly the best co working space I’ve ever been to.The staff was amazing and provided everything we needed. The entire place was exceptionally clean as well.I couldn’t recommend a better place for a short or long term company working space.
Bethany Hyde: We attended for a work conference and the space was incredible. The staff was SO friendly and kind. We definitely want to come back
Elizabeth Vander Heyden: Could not ask for a better experience at The Nest. Our company utilized a conference room for two days. John and Michael were the picture of hospitality and beyond accommodating. If you’ve ever worked at a co-working station, you haven’t until you’ve been at the nest! If you’ve never tried a co-working spot, look NO further! This is the best. You have no idea what you’re missing. Not to mention free beverages!
tim molina: The Nest rules. Locally owned. Comfortable. Michael and John are amazing and so accommodating. We hosted our staff retreat there and we got the royal treatment, and it was totally affordable. I wish there were Nest’s in every city.
Sean Gillespie: Excellent working environment with a range of options allowing flexibility in how I want to work on any given day. Outstanding people and businesses to connect with and amenities to make the experience complete. The paid parking option available to members is a short walk with closer street parking and adjacent covered deck if preferred. Very convenient to the Raleigh Convention Center and Sheraton Raleigh.
Brigid Bryan: We love this space. The Nest Team is so helpful, everything is clean and the amenities are amazing. Our team has had space here for over 2 years, and really love everything about it. Michael and John will help you with anything you need - even some tech problem solving for big meetings. Highly recommend this space!
Christian Tobar: Went over for a tour for their dedicated desk. Spent 30mins + parking space to get there, just to be told that there was no space available, why not just disclose this on their website or as a follow up via email? instead they mentioned that I would get a phone call with alternative options. Never heard back. Also mentions parking space on the website which is clearly wrong, you need to pay for a permit at your own expense
Amanda Gerber: Michael and The Nest team are awesome - the venue and service were amazing!!! We used the space for a baby shower and it was wonderful. I'm so glad that I found The Nest - we'll certainly be using for future events.
Essi: Friendly management and a beautiful coworking space, it allows you to focus and get work done!
Cameron Boyette: The Nest was the perfect space for our 25-person celebration. The venue is spacious, unique and elegant, with all of the amenities you need and then some. Michael and his team were very accommodating and great to work with in setting up our event. If you're in need of a great event space in an awesome location, I'd recommend starting here. Cheers.
Matt Sacks: Ideal location. Michael is a fantastic guy and this space is absolutely top notch.
Monalisa: Wonderful space in downtown Raleigh that is well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Very pleasant and eager to help owner.
Dehja Atkinson: 10/10 - Would recommend! The Nest is amazing! The spaces is beautiful and is in a prime area. Micheal was so personable and extremely helpful - and so were the fellow Nesters. I will definitely back here!Book a tour or grab a membership ASAP!!
Heather Rath: Absolutely exceptional space to work and connect in Raleigh. Private rooms and open tables available. Will be back!
Michael Curran: Booked the Aerie room last minute for our fantasy baseball draft and it couldn’t have worked out better. Michael was extremely responsive through and the space was incredible. Clean, comfortable, sunny with fantastic A/V resources. Highly recommend for any event.
Shanda Estwick: The space for my event was perfect. However, it was the service, friendliness and great overall helpful spirit of Michael that made the experience absolutely wonderful.
Kim Jordan: Nest Raleigh has provided me with a totally new and exciting way to work. I get to focus (and make great progress) on my writing projects while enjoying being within a highly-creative community. No more working by myself in a poorly lit box. Nest is open, spacious and filled with natural light. I can see everyone else quietly creating. I can feel the ideas flowing! The friendly smiles that I enjoy as I walk to the kitchen, (which is well-stocked with quality drinks by the way), make all the difference in the world to someone whose work requires long hours of alone time. In addition, Michael of Nest Raleigh has created an AV cart that allows me to film my vlogs with ease (in one of several conference rooms). To summarise, my experience at Nest has been wonderfully positive. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Joshua Wagner: I used the upper floor as a space for a professional development presentation for students and could not have been more pleased with the atmosphere of the facility and the character of the employees. Michael and the administrative staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, providing a relaxing space that is ideal for furthering personal development among teams as well as professional organizations. I absolutely plan to return for future meetings.
Chris Davis: The space its very cool. Contemporary, but not pretentious. Plus the owner is super kind and generous. Hands down the best co-working facility downtown Raleigh.

Raleigh Founded at Gateway: what do users think?
Matt Fisher: Great co-working space with very attentive staff and lots of amenities
Alice Danzie: I recommend HQ Gateway for the fact it is a great place to cowork and network. The community shares a lot of great resources, conveniently located next to a drop in child care, yoga studio, coffee shop, violin shop, craft store, and more. Also, the parking is free and plentiful.
Pat Ryan: Great co-working. HQ Gateway is one of the four HQ locations. I recommend this location because of the ease in parking (free parking), the staff is friendly and always willing to help, and there is a lot of space to work collaboratively or by yourself. It is also close to some fun local businesses like a bakery and a bottle shop. If you are looking for a place for membership co-working, I’d highly recommend HQ Gateway

WeWork Office Space & Coworking: what do users think?
Ethan R: First time user of WeWork and I was surprised at how nice the place is. Awesome views make work a little more enjoyable!
Arghya Chatterjee: Went for a discussion session arranged by ValueCore. Good knowledge sharing. I would recommend that the building keep stairs unlocked.
Ashton Bazer: A great place to work and have meetings in a fantastic downtown Raleigh location! I enjoy the 24/7 access to the gym and building that my membership gives me. Unlimited cold-brew on tap, kombucha, and views of the growing skyline.
Linda Paulson: We held a 2-day team meeting at this location. It was GREAT! The facility was open, bright, and had spacious common areas (including outdoors--check out the view in the pict!) for us to do some 1:1/group breakouts. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Shout out to Alex Taylor who helped me book our conference room and answered all my questions leading up to the event. As a newbie to WeWork, he helped me navigate new terrain. All the staff stepped up to make us feel at home and this extended beyond our trip. A huge thanks to Kelly Williams, the Community Manager, who helped us coordinate another WeWork conference room (at no cost) with a different facility to make up for a minor tech challenge we had at our original mtg. location. The customer experience is exceptional! I'm a WeWork Fan, as is our team!
Brooke Grogan: This space is TOP NOTCH! It was hands down the nicest office facility I've ever seen in person. It felt like something you've see in a movie. The decor was modern and fresh, the plants that were incorporated with the decor were a beautiful touch, and it felt safe and clean. The clients I photographed in this space had so much variety when choosing where they wanted to have their headshots taken, and each area was perfect! Photos by Brooke Grogan Photography.
Carmen Trigoso: Beautiful and clean!
Roy Alame: Staff is super friendly. Seriously so thoughtful and considerate. It's like they're welcoming you into their home.
Bill Hartzer: Friendly staff, good place to hold a local event, such as the Triangle Marketing Club’s monthly events. Good, convenient location.
Katelyn Inman: Excellent location and great amenities. Awesome rooftop.
Neisha Simmons: I love working at this place! Free coffee, 24/7 access to the amazing and clean gym (with VERY clean showers), amazing events that happen throughout the week and welcoming staff!
jheri: Beautiful building. Very clean👍. Always smells so clean & refresh. Very comfortable work space. Comfortable environment. Beautiful outside deck upstairs .
Antonio Gutierrez: Beautiful facility and community.
Juan Hernandez: Great view

The Loading Dock — Dock 1053: what do users think?
Lisa van Heerden: Great place for outdoor food and drinks with a group of friends.
Bekah Nelson: While the venue is fantastic, parking is a nightmare every time I go. I want to love it but unfortunately access is limited because no one can park and therefore meetings are next to impossible here. Beautiful space that has become too crowded and overgrown the lot.
Christy: I will be back even for personal use. The atmosphere was fun & the front desk staff helped me so much to get settled in. She was happy and even though she was working, she took time to physically show me the dishwasher, the coffee and office space. The place is lively and I love that they allow pets.
Caleb Keller: My experience with the Loading Dock was fantastic. The facility offered everything we needed for our conference--and then some! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our conference came off seamlessly, which rarely happens (and since we have them quarterly, I can say that that rarely happens!) If I lived in Raleigh I would seriously consider becoming a member of the Loading Dock community.
Luke Wills: Amazing space, amenities, and vibe but the people & community & programming set this space apart. The space is run by some incredible folks with good hearts.Great mix of private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, phone booths & open coworking space indoor and outdoor. Loved visiting and will be back as soon as possible - look forward to checking out the other 3 locations in the area! Can't wait
US Composting Council: The US Composting Council has been a tenant of The Loading Dock for years now. Not only does the company legitimately care about its clients, but the staff are just the nicest people. This is a excellent location! The building / amenities are fantastic.Office Space - quite and spacious and lots of modern tech.Warehousing - sold out for now but expandingCoffee - 10/10 they brew coffee from Gabi's Ground (another tenant)They host fun events for members and have a full kitchen and event space. Cannot say enough good things about these folks.Establishments In the same building: Wilson Eatery, Hummingbird Cafe, Lynwood Brewery, Mister Pompadour's barber shop. All within a 1 min walk.Also.. Dogs are welcomed! so that is pretty cool.
Kemah Washington: Love being a member of Loading Dock Raleigh. Been here for 3 years and I can’t say enough about the facility, staff and leadership.
Clark Rinehart: I can’t say enough about this community of friends, neighbors, and colleagues. The staff is incredible and they’re helping people and companies grow across Wake County. Highly recommend.
Lizzy French: Loading dock is a great and cool way to work. We toured as an inspiration space for another co-working location we are working on and were very impressed with the aesthetic and ability to cater to it's residents. You have the option for multiple ways of working. Lounge or work at a desk. Change locations within the space or grab a view from above and work up high with a view of the shared business space. I won't include too many photos to maintain their privacy, but I can assure you it's an awesome space.
Chris Douglas: Really cool co-working space in Raleigh. My company uses it to meet with clients. Clark and his staff are easy to work with and very friendly.
John Dorminey: Vitis House wine classes are held here. I highly recommend Vitis House!
Patrick Cox: What a wonderful place to start-up a business, manage your home-based business or simply get away from the office. They have many options to pick from and the community offers many great opportunities to network and connect with other like-minded business owners.
Ronneshia Jackson: The staff is amazing and the location is great
Crystal Lefoy: Came here for a private function - super awesome place! I can totally see me booking this for future engagements!
Mark Prorock: Showed up a few minutes before closing, understood, but man the attitude and political shade from the lady at the bar. I even stepped out of my comfort zone to help her and she was truly on a mission. Walked out. Don’t go here.
Joseph Rudnicky: Parking sucks here you. Be careful where u park if u do find a spot tow truck sneaks in and out . Towed 2 car last night and there was not a single no parking sign. How can u have a company with no parking. Owner of this place need to do something about it.
Robert Bacon: Not a bad space from the bit I observed. Didn't visit much of the building just met outside for a meeting.
Betsy Taube: What a cool place!
Luke Williams: A new co-working space in a convenient location in Raleigh. Friendly people everywhere. Buzzing with activity but not too loud. Very nice facilities. Nice start-ups or solopreneurs. Plenty of parking. Outdoor seating. Kitchen with coffee or beer ready on tap. Very clean.
Nacchianti The Wine Fairy: Great meeting and impromptu business space. Clark and crew are very accommodating and hospitable. If you're a solo-premier you need to know this place!
Charlotte Stalls: Beautiful space!! I visited for a SkillPop class but there were rooms being used for meetings and I can see it being a very productive and useful co-working space! Plus the gorgeous interior, high amount parking, and great area!!

The Loading Dock — Prince Hall: what do users think?
Jacob Wonder: Love this location!I toured a few corporate styled offices, but the loading dock captured my heart. I came for a desk, I stay for the community.
Shelly Hansen: Needs a lift to get to balcony if they are going to rent the space for events. Not handicap accessible.
Tom Simon: I’ve been in and out of coworking locations in Raleigh for many years, and this is by far the best one I’ve worked in.
David Moushey: We used the backyard event space for a small graduation party. It was quite nice, friendly staff was working hard hosting multiple events simultaneously. We managed a quick peek at the upstairs deck and it had really nice views. We had food catered in and everything went well.
Marisol Gonzalez: Beautiful rooftop and yard space!

Spaces - North Carolina, Raleigh - The Dillon: what do users think?
Ben Akroyd: Terrible experience.
朱丽莎老师: Beautiful space. Great views. There doesn’t seem to be much included. You have to pay at the machine for coffee (it doesn’t work anyway). There’s no water downstairs (they keep empty water containers downstairs for show during tours, I suppose). Seems pretty quiet, though. Access is only until 5. Wish it was til 6pm.
Dave Jolley: Clean, modern, nice open office
rochede sibblies: One of the best office locations in down town Raleigh.
Nikia Wilson: Thank you Ashley for being so helpful and gracious when I booked a space at the Dillon for a few hours one day. The Durham Spaces location is my home base, but I loved the Dillon as well. Thank you for accommodating me. -Nikia
james ortega: Critical:ValueI currently have a office there that i have not used once since covid PANDEMIC started i have asked them that to let me out of lease since there not fogging there center at all . There doing only mandatory cdc things and waiting for someone to catch covid before they fog area . Im not taking that risk. And you shouldnt aswell.
Blake Burnette: They nickel and dime you. Even the meeting rooms/conference rooms aren't included.Amount charged is significantly more than advertised rates. Think triple Charged multiple months up front. Attempt to renew you automatically with a single warning email. Attempting to get help is outsourced, cannot speak to a real person.Would NOT even recommend wasting time to check it out.The views are cool though.
Rose Degen: Beautiful new Architecture
Jerry Li: Great place and people. Thank you Kate.
Bryan Tomlinson (BTDesigns): Great building and central location
Grey Cook: We have been a SPACES customer for the last few months and we are very happy! The 'spaces' around the country are easy to access, the offices are amazing and the sprawling work areas where we can grab a table, an insulated telephone booth or a conference room.. are second to none. When our team is traveling they almost always find an available office to work from, which makes it a breeze to have availability for clients, even when we don't have our own brick and mortar office in that city.As for the physical location in Raleigh, the SPACES team is like an extended family. Nick, Ashley and Michelle are awesome people. Someone is always available to help, when needed, and they have done a great job of making the office space feel like a second home. Very happy with our new offices and we hope to utilize SPACES when we expand!
Brit Smith: For a company that is advertising that they have availability, this is the second time that I have reached out to Spaces at The Dillon and the first time they were racist against our real estate agent and the second time we got ahold of Michelle, as her contact information is all over everything boasting about availability and she writes back with "Hello! Sorry but we r full - happy to reach out when spaces is available". So much for a friendly co-working environment.
