Layered Croissanterie: what do users think?
Rebecca Murison: This place is so cute! The staff is amazing no matter how busy. The food is fantastic and the coffee is great as well.
Kapur Family: Excellent! You can tell the staff and baker take pride in their work. Had the Egg Danish and Popeye. Very tasty. Will be returning.
David Ethridge: Saturday morning in Raleigh led us to the Layered Croissanterie. What an incredible way to wake up. The pastries are so delicious, a good assortment of both sweet and savory types, along with an espresso bar.We tried the Ham & Cheese, the Egg Danish, Roasted Red Pepper & Feta, Strawberry Margarita Cruffin and the Maple Bacon French Toast. All I can say is wow. The ham and cheese was classic with a perfect blend of salty ham and gooey cheese on the flakiest of croissants. The egg in the danish was perfectly soft and did I mention how flaky and buttery and utterly amazing these croissants are? I really enjoyed the red pepper and Feta croissant as well, topped with everything bagel seasoningThe real highlight of this breakfast though was the Strawberry Margarita Cruffin. Somehow it captured all the sweetness of fresh strawberries with the sour and salt of a Margarita all folded up in the croissant pastry but baked in a muffin tin. The little shortbread “lime” slice just took it over the top. 10/10 Highly Recommend!
Anjali Agrawal: This week's savory roasted red pepper and feta is amazing
Sai Krishna Reddy Jali: Layered Croissanterie is a must-visit! Despite the Saturday morning rush, their speedy service ensured minimal wait time. We tried a variety of items, each with its own unique flavor that delighted our taste buds. Can't wait to go back for more!
Toby Johnson: Amazing layers of croissant deliciousness found here in this location on the outskirts of downtown Raleigh. Priced around 3-6 dollars for each item, but so worth it. I went back to order seconds so I could try some of the others. Had the ham and cheese, roasted red pepper and feta, and egg croissants. The bacon and french toast, was more of a baked souffle. My favorite was the strawberry lime margarita "cruffin". With the rave reviews about the egg danish, I was excited to try this, but it was actually my least favorite of the ones I tried. We had a delicious peach ginger sparkling water and a iced purple matcha latte to wash it all down. They have rotating varieties of the croissants/baked goods for different seasons, so definitely a reason to reurn. There is some seating here, and the place is very clean.
Will: Overpriced, undersized baked goods that are undeniably delicious. The establishment cheerfully doesn't recognize cash, so that their digital payment system can present the payer with predetermined tipping prompts of 20%/15%/10% while the cheerful cashier looks on. Tips for delivering a tray 5-10 feet? Meanwhile, napkins have to be sought out by the patrons. A slap in the face to real servers at real restaurants who actually have to do real work for their tips. In sum, not worth the trip unless you're a hipster who likes to show off by overpaying.
sparrowmedrama: If you love croissants, this place is a must try. I wanted to try a kouign amann pastry and this bakery popped up when searching. We got multiple to try and the LKA was flaky, buttery, and caramelized. The hot cocoa donut was surprisingly good with the liquidy filling. The gingerbread was also perfection. The only critique was the hot drinks— the cappuccino and as very bitter and gritty.Edited 6/4/23The monthly croissant flavors entice us to visit each month to try them out. We haven’t been disappointed by any of them and our favorite is still the Popeyes. If you want to ensure you get the flavors you want, you must order online the night before!
Gary Smith: The Best Almond Croissants!Very friendly pleasant space for a morning treat. We recommend the Layered Croissanterie for coffee and Croissants.
Trevor D.: Love this place. Actually really good coffee too! Stop here for a treat and go nextdoor for an incredible meal!
Ellie Kitchin: I am OBSESSED with this place. My boyfriend and I have come here every month for the past two years just to try all the new monthly flavors (we call it our “Croissant Sunday’s 3.”) I recently moved away from Raleigh and leaving Layered behind was one of the hardest goodbyes I have ever had to make. I seriously miss these croissants so much (I literally DREAM about them!)I cannot recommend it enough. The monthly flavors are always amazing and there’s something for everyone. I love you Layered Croissanterie 3
Ebony Franklin: Fantastic spot for baked goodness! Please order ahead! Lots of yummy items were sold out within an hour of the store opening. You can never go wrong with any of the croissants!
mjnc2009: Woah! The croissant stuffed with a brown butter cookie was so good! Fantastic
Chris Bierbower: FYI. This shop auto-adds a 20% tip to the already generous prices when you order online. I was a little shocked that I’d spent $30 on 4 croissants.
Dina Sanders: Great place for a treat! Pricey but the pastries were delicious. We had ham and cheese Danish and the egg Danish. The ham and cheese was so flaky and had Dijon mustard in it ' so good. The egg Danish was also great- it tasted like caramelized onions and the egg was custardy. The chocolate croissant, the lemon blueberry as well as the mango yuzu pastries were all super good.
Stephanie Oberto: Boulted Bread’s croissants are far better quality though fewer types are offered. Layered Croissanterie doesn’t bake the flavors in. They slice open the croissant to add many of their flavors. Not as good as baked in.Parking:Plentiful. Don't worry about it unless you're a shade hobgoblin like me. Layered Croissanterie is situated in a cement desert. I did find some street parking with a patch of shade.Atmosphere:The decor is smart, minimalistic, and bright. Massive indoor windows allow guests to observe the croissant-making process, which happens to be a HUGE PILL. It's the reason I drove to LC instead of donning my adorable jean apron and rolling out unforgiving layers of butter at home. Thank you for your contribution to society, pastry masters.Croissant:Many flavor options were sold out by the time my friend and I strolled in at a tardy 11am, but I got what I wanted (almond), so no blood was shed. I did find it EXTREMELY HILARIOUS that they only sold croissants.....oh....and ONE donut. Just one. The Boston Cream Pie donut. Goodness knows if you're only going to sell one donut, Boston Cream Pie is the CORRECT ANSWER, but still. Hilarious. My almond croissant tasted just ok. Would not buy again. Too sweet and not as high quality pastry as Boulted Bread.Nevertheless, I enjoyed alternating between bites of sweet 'n crispy and sips of hot tea.Customer Service: The people who helped me were nice and nurtured my tea responsibly.
Jill Mertens: Best croissants in Raleigh, hands down. Only complaints are that seating is subpar and they seem to have lots of problems with their espresso machine so lattes are not always available.
Chad Taylor: Delicious! Highly recommend. They offer coffee as well, which was pretty good.
Arthur Zak: Perhaps the best laminated confections my wife and I have ever had (and we've had a lot). Rich, delicious, buttery, flaky. Never had a miss yet. Inventive flavors and menu changes monthly. I wish they had expanded hours and more locations (please come to Orange or Durham county!). But it's so good that I make the 45 min drive often.
Christine Steffes: This place has the most amazing pastries. The only thing I'll say that has been disappointing several times was ordering food the night before and then having the item not available for my order. Supposedly it was The Square app because it did not do a good job of tracking inventory, but this happened on more than one occasion before they seemed to figure it out. Would absolutely recommend their food, but would also highly encourage ordering on site.

lucettegrace: what do users think?
Kathy Todd: Delicious!!
Teresa Cauley-Boutall: Very awesome sandwiches and desserts.
Dave Wachs: 5 stars because they deliver what they advertise. It's a very contemporary pastry shop with fancy pastries and coffees at the price point you should expect. I read other reviews whining about the price. If you want quantity, and to fill your gut, go to Bojangles. Prices are comparable, if not better than Starbuck's and the variety and QUALITY was much better. I'm not a sweets guy, so I enjoyed a cold brew (black) with a sausage biscuit. It was perfect! Great combo and interpretation of one of my favorite comfort foods with a decent coffee. Biscuit was crunchy on the outside, warm and delicious on the inside. Gravy was inside the biscuit and the flavors were amazing! Well done!Service was good & friendly, we were there at opening, not incredibly busy yet. Unique signage on the restrooms--Even though I do not have a mustache I was able to figure out which bathroom to use. If in the area again, I would try another of the savory options, like the ham and cheese croissant.
Joe Joplin: This bakery has a great selection of crossiants and other delicious treats. We were staying in downtown Raleigh and walked over for breakfast. If Iknew they were closed on Sunday, I would have bought more. I highly recommend this place.
Jenny V: Cute pastry and coffee shop. Lots of seating and good for a work spot. Lots of outlets. But I need to talk about that sausage gravy biscuit. Holy moly. It was so good. It’s a must try.
george tataru: best cakes and coffee
Carolina Girl: Cutest little place in downtown Raleigh. Stopped by before the NC Symphony. Really glad I found this hidden gem. I'll definitely be back. The homemade marshmallows are amazing 😍
Farid Rahme: This is one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to, and what stood out was their Baklava croissant. It’s out of this world!
Raymond Vagell: I really love their pastries and make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in Raleigh. They are a tad expensive but the price is well worth the quality. The staff take extra care packing your pastries if you're getting them to go. The tarts are my favorite followed by the croissants. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area.
Aayanah M.: I love eating the pastries here, but one lady is so insanely rude every single time I come in. Cold. Unwelcoming. Clearly doesn’t want me there and tries to get me out as soon as possible. Yesterday as I walked in, she looked me up and down in the most judgmental way. And if you know what I mean… you know. I was just wearing a dress for the weather! She has short curly hair and glasses - an older lady. I’m beginning to think it’s a racial thing because it only seems to be me she is rude to. She needs to brush up on her sensitivity training 🙄.
Rachael Healy: Ordered the Tea for Two Mother’s Day special. The team and Daniel at Lucette Grace were wonderful! and all I gotta say is… The Earl Grey Lemon macaron and Vanilla Lemon scone were AMAZING 🤤🤤🤤
Eliza Jankowska: The best sweets and chai latte 😍
Cesar Asano: Very nice desserts and coffee!
Hinton Adams: Everything was great .
Eshacold It's me: So my boys and I decided to make a food run to Raleigh and this was the first place that popped up for bakeries. And let me tell you I am so glad it did!! We didn't have anything we didn't love! Found a 💎!
Aisy Khakimova: Love coming here every time we’re in Raleigh, place of friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Every dessert is like a master piece, looks amazing, but taste even better. Delicious.
Polo Don Diggity: If I could give zero stars, I would. My very first time here, I was treated like I had a bomb attached to my forehead. Not a welcoming environment for minorities. And we know when we're not wanted. And the hostess understood the assignment . Perfectly. I will NEVER go back.
Mike M: Food is always delicious, and their coffee is pretty good too!
Emily Thygesen: You have to have the baklava croissant. I will be back to have lunch one day tho!
E Scott Parrish: Tasty!
Peyton Moore: Was a great time. Went with my friend this morning and got several items. It was expensive, but items like the Baklava Croissant made it extremely worth. That and the ham and cheese Croissant were some of the best pastries I've had. The cookies and coffee were just alright; but as expected, the pastries is where this place shines!

Boulted Bread: what do users think?
Hermann Kappelhoff: Best bread in the triangle. And we're addicted to their croissants
Paul Nounderson: Delicious loaf bread a d baguette today. Perfectly firm crust and nice inside.
Toma Antilles: This bread rocks. I got the seeded bread and the breakfast cinnamon pastry to go. Both highly recommend. Next time, I will sit and have some coffee to see what its like indoors.
Carlos M Farrulla: Excellent upscale bakery. Friendly staff.
Victoria S: their Nordic bread is amazing, but that's also to expect for 15 USD for a loaf. Their puff pastry is also the best I had in the Triangle area, truly flaky. Expensive, but worth the money - just make sure to come early, they sell out quickly - and the servers could be more friendly.
Jesse Morales: Amazing croissants. A must try when in Raleigh!!!
Mohammed Alshahrani: Awesome people , love the atmosphereEverything delicious
Vickie Ta: Excellent pastries and the service is quick! Their new location is really nice and the quality of food is still on point. I always get their ham and cheese croissant with an iced oat latte. Always satisfied and will come back again and again!
Alyssa Carlberg: Gorgeous, delicious, top quality baked goods.
CB Richard: Boulted Bread proves you can buy happiness. Did a little sampling of 6 different pastries, and each one was phenomenal.
Petra Choi: This is our FAVORITE bread bakery. The staff is wonderful. The breads are healthy, fresh, made on site and smell like Heaven. Try the malted shortbread cookies if you need a sugar fix. The childrens loaf is perfect toasted for breakfast…and I cant count how many baguettes we have purchased over the years !!
Stephen Edgerton: I've lived for a time in France. Pastries there are unbelievable, of course. Boulted Bread's were every bit as good; so good I don't remember the coffee. I'd give the place 10 stars if I could.
Ali Marjani: If you're seeking a bakery with an authentic European vibe and style, look no further—this place is an absolute gem. Amidst the entire North Carolina, including Asheville, it stands out with its spacious and stunning new location. The recent addition of coffee and hot drinks to their menu is a significant advantage. Notably, their espresso is among the finest you can find in the Raleigh area. The cappuccino is devoid of any bitterness or burnt taste, offering a remarkably smooth flavor. Additionally, their breads are a must-try. You get so much value for your money that every visit becomes an opportunity to indulge in new pastries and explore a whole new world of flavors.
Sue Ellen Thompson: Love the new location! Great croissants and breads unrivaled anywhere! So grateful we have this truly outstanding bakery in Raleigh!
Angelica McHuston: Used to really love this place. Their bread doesn’t taste the same as it used to since the move. It’s regularly burnt and it tastes either less dense or watery. This was the only place we got bread from, 3-4 loaves a week but I think the new changes or oven make it taste off. Hope they work it out, such a great product when it’s right. Pastries taste excellent still.
Cate Foy: The only bakery of its kind in Raleigh, serving up fresh baked, unique breads from around the world. I love coming here to get coffee and a pastry on the weekend and pick out a loaf of bread for the week.
Barbara Root: Just wish we had one in Northwest Arkansas! Stopped in with my daughter and it will be a stopping place every time I am in town!
Lucy High: Best croissants ever
George Havelka: We live in California and when we jet into Raleigh to visit the kids and grandkids Boulted is our first stop. Marvelous bread and pastries. GO!
TravelinGamer: They’ve been really burning their bread lately and not enough product to push, empty shelves constantly. What happened?
Sandy B: I stopped by Boulted Bread at their new location after church today. It was busy as ever but with great indoor space. I love their bread, croissants and jam pinwheels. And they make decent coffee. They are also super friendly! I specifically came in for a Morning bun, (amazing). I was told they had sold out. I chose something else, but when I got to the check-out the dude helping me said that he found a slightly less than perfect Morning bun, that he put in my bag for free! So unexpected, but so cool! It is a feel good place with delicious baked goods and nice people!

Burney's Sweets & More: what do users think?
Laura L: I love this place, thus 2 stars not 1. But today, I was VERY disappointed 😔, also thus 2 stars. I paid 2.99 for a long John, which the girl serving behind the counter said was filled with white cream filling, that was empty!! My heart sank 😥. I had my tea ready to enjoy the pastry and let down to not get what you paid for and are expecting. I bought this yesterday on the way home from an appointment. If they were closer I would take it back and get my $$refunded, sadly it's a 45 minute drive! P.s. the raspberry filling in the cream horn was also too waxy so another disappointment . That's what I get for trying something new. Stick to the croissants - those taste best!
Emmanuel Moreno-Ortiz: The Raleigh location is a must go to bakery! We’ve been here countless times, and every time it never disappoints. We’ve tried just about everything, and it’s all delicious. Our favorites are the tiramisu and flavored croissants (especially the turtle and cream cheese ones)!
Queen D: Best desert place I've been to. Will 💯 % recommend
Christopher Lambeth: Amazing, delicious, big variety.
Melissa Potter: Tastes amazing and had great customer service!
Lydia Farmer: I visited this bakery unexpectedly today. It was nice they had a lot of options cakes cookies donuts croissants ice cream etc. the sweets are just alright they’re not the best but not the worst. The place was tidy but the floors was very dirty I wanted to mop my self that’s how dirty they were. The other thing I didn’t like is they did have prices shown I had to look around and finally I seen a small paper on the wall with prices. They should make the prices known there’s lots of space on the wall to write out their menu and add prices for every one to see instead of hiding them over all I had a good experience will I be back I don’t think so but still a nice bakery over all
LIVE LOVE LOVE LIFE: I've experienced the taste of Burney's items but never personally went in until yesterday. It's a nice small site. When you walk in, the smell of pure happiness floods your heart. I had no idea the variety of desserts that are available. I was in awe.The sweet crossiants are the best delights. Small or large. They stayed true to the lightness of a crossiant, but they elevated the taste with sweet goodness. Filled or not filled, they are great. My family and I enjoyed a variety box.... glazed, lemon filled, raspberry, creme cheese, and one topped with bacon. WOW!!! The list goes on and on. If they only have plain the display case, they will fill it with what you'd like. That was sweet. The name is BURNEY'S SWEETS & MORE. Yes!!! Yes!!!! Yes!!!! There are a lot of choices. They also have ice. Haven't tried it, but it's available. It is a hidden gem that my family and I have shared with numerous friends, and when family comes to town, it is one of our favorite things to share.See you again and thank you .
bryanna brache: Their donuts are amazing! The staff is also super sweet.
Jen'Nea Fowler: Cake slices taste just like a grocery store bakery. Not homemade at all, and that wasn't very pleasant coming from an actual bakery. The lemon cake had no lemon flavor in the cake. The cake layers were purchased, defrosted, and decorated with lemon-flavored icing. Same with the coconut came - bought cake and actual coconut flakes added to the icing, and that’s it. Adding flavor icing doesn't make it a lemon or coconut cake. It was far from delicious, and it is a lazy method.
DVVS Inc.: A cupcake should NOT be so top -heavy for a convincing taste of the true quality of a baker's cake underneath...unless that's the objective....just an observation.
Allan Noble: Love the glazed croissants! And you can order them with a choice of fillings. It's a good thing they don't have a "hot" sign, or people would get hurt. Everything else looked great, and good prices too.
Kelly A: I had 6 pack gender reveal cupcake done today, both ladies whom helped me were so helpful! I truly appreciate both ladies whom helped me with these cupcakes, recommend coming here for any special occasion cupcakes! 😊
Pete Gerdeman: This is a keeper. Sorry it took me so long. Top ice-cream, house made bakery items including donuts, bacon maple croissants, slice of several cakes. Friendly service, clean shop, music. Wow!
Angel Johnson: Delicious!!!! I was looking for a good bakery because I'm a fat kid at hearr and I hit the jack pot!! I love this place!
milan szechuan: I purchased the mixed berries cheesecake and a glazed croissant with Lemon & raspberry filling. I was left disappointed and unsatisfied. The cheesecake was very soft and bland, the mixed berries were okay. The glazed croissant tasted like a donut with lemon & raspberry jelly.. but it was okay. 4/10OVERALL SATISFACTION & EXPERIENCE: 3/10
Kita Teel: OMGGGG! WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN ALL MY LIFEEEEEE!ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!
CO42: Nice shop, clerks and fare
Shana Saldarriaga: We absolutely loved this cake! I ended up placing a super last minute order and they had this ready in an hour!! Completely exceeded our expectations for a last minute cake and not to mention it was delicious! We’re going back for more desserts. Thank you so much for the amazing service!
Kyle Martin Greer: Picked up some sweet snacks before hiking for my YouTube channel "Beyond the Pavement". I was looking for donuts but ended up buying these crazy, delicious croissant looking things. I was very satisfied with what I got. They also have coffee and ice cream which is always a plus. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. I'll be back
Aaron Michael Hayworth: Great baked goods and reliable quality and customer service
Allie Hardy: A hidden gem of a bakery. The staff are very helpful and nice. Everything looked delicious and it was a hard time picking from the great selection.Got a custom made donut and enjoyed every bite.

Cutie Pies of Raleigh: what do users think?
Stephen Edgerton: Though their supply is sort of limited, it's good. The oatmeal cookies are amazing. Best when they open.
Annette McLean: Just had the mini chocolate chess pie. Not your ordinary crust...he does something magical to it!
spencer rogers: Went in before they closed and was refused service.
Richard Shuping: Delicious pies, I don't know what they do to their crust, but it is scrumptious. We had a lemon and pecan for Thanksgiving. Order early for the holidays. I look forward to ordering more pies in the future.
Maple Roads: Are in the mood for homemade pies, cookies and dessert? Then definitely make this location a must for the best sweets and hospitality! Stopped in while driving through on Saturday morning and met this gentleman who was serving up the best cookies & desserts! Highly recommend!
Vicki Rosenow: Saw review for this pie place in magazine and decided to come experience it for myself. First, it took awhile for someone to come from the back to acknowledge that my husband and me were waiting at the counter. No one else was in the establishment. Second, when we finally sat down to eat the cookies (double chocolate chip and rum raisin and oatmeal) and tried 2 small pies( blueberry and apple) and baklava, they were cold, tough, and flavorless. Why so much? Because with a bite of each we hoped trying the next would be better but to know avail… so we walked out spending over $20 and food in the trash can and thinking what a poor experience…. Hopefully this review will help the pastry chef as Thanksgiving is around the corner for those pie eaters’ I personally won’t order from here… What a shame
Teal Puffin: Amazing pasteries and great selection, best to go in the morningEdit: No longer the French Bakery, haven't been since the change over so please take the review above with a grain of salt
Laura W: LOVE the sweet potato scones. Good selection and a lot of people in and out, but quick service. Will be coming back.
Lily Stevens: Love this lil bakery. The owner is lovely and the shop has a warm family feel. I come by every week ( sometimes more often!) to grab an apple pie, or a thyme and parmesan scone. Coffee is nice too! The menu changes often so there's always new things to try in the shop. Wish more people knew about this Raleigh gem!
Div: Sept 2021Fall is here.. herb roasted sweet potato pie is amazing! Highly recommend.. will be back for pumpkin pie..Love the thyme scone n picked up a new flavor this time - sweet potato scone..Fresh garlic and rosemary bread.. so good .. stop by after 12pm for the bread..Aug 2021Delicious scones, muffin and pies 🤗🙏They even have freshly baked bread 🍞
Allison Buckner: Stopped by on a mini-trip to Raleigh and the vibes in this place were excellent!!! I can't stop thinking about the cannoli. Ordered a cannoli at a restaurant when I got back home and it was nowhere near as good so I will definitely definitely return!!
Joshua Schumann: A wonderful little bakery just steps from my apartment. Not much here but good, solid quality on what there is. Love it!
M G: Not great. I haven't tried the key lime pie.The strawberry shortcake could use some strawberries...The almond cake is dense... concrete dense. Not great selection on a Saturday (early afternoon).
Nateefa Wade: Hands down the BEST Key lime pie around. I haven't had pie that good anywhere but Key West, FL!! The owner and all of the workers make you feel right at home. Highly recommend checking them out! You will certainly find something there you enjoy!!
Sugar William: Went today for a Mother's Day Treat. Lol almost all gone! Luckily there's some left pecan pie and chocolate coconut pie. Very nice customer service..
Isha Lyons: Good homemade desserts.
Anna Soto: I just discovered this bakery and will definitely be back! We LOVE the mini pies so much we bought a bunch for marketing purposes!
Rachel Latson: Stopped by here on Sunday craving baked good- hi last week of pregnancy! We got 2 small pies, baklava, and a loaf of Parmesan thyme bread. Everything was well made and delicious. The owner was very kind. We will be sure to come back next time we are in town.
Eddie Dixon: Cool people and great food.
Dan Weisenhorn: My girlfriend and I love coming and getting a treat on weekends, it’s a perfect place to get a cup of good coffee and really good cookie or cannoli. It’s always clean and the staff are always as nice as can be. They have ice cream to serve with their amazing pies and I can’t wait to try it in the summer months.
adruth56543: Cutie Pies is a true gem of Hillsboro street. The pies, baklava, muffins... really everything is fantastic. My girlfriend and I go multiple times each week to treat ourselves and each other to the nicest baked goods money can buy.

Bekah Shimer: I have the sip club subscription which makes this the perfect affordable study/work space. Lots of room, usually quiet, friendly employees. It’s obv the same elevated hospital food you’d get at any panera, but I’m a broccoli cheddar bread bowl girly until I die and this is a great location to get it. 10/10
Patrick Langley: The apple was good and the sandwich was meh. I paid $30 for a salad with tomatoes and 1 egg no chicken (because they forget it on my salad that was $11???????) and a Chicken salad sandwich, with a drink. Definitely will not be back here either pitiful !
Scot Jones: Lots of indoor and outside seating, many use this as a meeting place during the weekdays, area middle- and high-schoolers later afternoon, often busy!Parking: It's a shopping plaza in Raleigh ... parking can be challenging during peak times!
Finis Williams: Ms. Lorrie Is such a courteous sweet woman. My first time in Panera, in years.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Larry Hobbs: very disappointed in my most recent experience at the Six Forks location of Panera. I ordered bagels at 5:45am for 7:30am pick up. i picked up like normal. no issues. got back to the office and the order was wrong and i had to return to panera. Instead of, "im so sorry your order was wrong", i got attitude. I ended up being some mean horrible person because i was upset that i wasted an hour of my morning shuttling back and forth to panera on six forks. oh, and i pre-tipped $3 in the mobile app for the extra hassle of prepping a dozen bagels. pre-tipping is over after today! i certainly didn't pay the $3 for the attitude i received.
Manuel Contreras: Stop today at 7 am for coffee and bagels and they already beh30 minutes on food. Only one person at the front. No one seemed to care. Hope the manager read my comment
lynn millerberg: I've ordered delivery from this location several times and my orders have been incorrect more often than not. Big wrongs. Like, ordering a sausage sandwich & getting no sausage. Ordering a bacon, egg & cheese & getting bread with an egg on it. So, tonight I decided to drive there to pick up a Margareta pizza & soup. The order looked right until I got it home & realized they gave me a pepperoni pizza with macaroni. Beyond annoying. Especially after spending $20. The whole time I was there, the employees were complaining about how they're always out of everything...but not once did they tell me they couldn't fulfill my order, so I assumed what I ordered was good. Unacceptable.
