They came out and measured our space and helped make recommendations on the final design—which was awesome. The installer, Chando, was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having him in our home working on our blinds while we were away. He programmed everything for us and left us instructions on how to use the new electronic blinds with our home internet system. I’d definitely use this company again. They “gotcha covered” if you are in need for a quality product and install of new window treatments. I included a photo of the ones in the kitchen but the other roller shades on the patio also look great. I didn’t have a photo when posting the review.

William Anthony: I recently brought in for repair to All-Phase Blinds an old set of blinds from a rental house that the tilt mechanism has stopped working on and the tenant in trying to get it to work had also broken on of the slats in the center of the blind. This blind was beside another set of blinds so if I had bought a new set here I would have had to buy 2 sets for them to match due to the age. I dropped them off late one day for them to look at, and they called me back early the next day and said they could fix it. The repair only took a couple of days and it works as good as new. They fixed the tilt and moved a slat from the bottom of the blind to replace the broken one so that everything works and matched perfectly. I have used them in the past for new blinds and repairs, and have always had excellent service.

We felt confident they would give us a fair price based upon the reviews, so we reached out to them to have them quote us on blinds for our new home build. Sara was very responsive and worked with the builder’s agent to get into the property, measure, and send a quote very quickly. Indeed it was fair, so we entered into a contract. They knew when our house closing was, and were able to receive the product on the earlier side of the quote and install the day after we moved in! Our installer, Nick, was very friendly and efficient, installing beautiful cordless blinds in our whole house. What was also exceptional about this experience was that we decided we didn’t want/need the attic blinds we agreed to on the contract, and gave them our reasons for that. Michelle from Carolina Blind Crafters agreed to credit those two blinds. 100% a 5-star experience with this company!!! We will recommend them to everyone we know in the area!

She also gave us feedback on how different shades of white would look different against different shades of light and paint colors. She was much more thorough than a similarly priced competitor. In addition, there were some slight issues with the sizing of some of the shades, so they sent the team back out to custom trim the shades that weren’t absolutely perfect. The team even vacuumed our porch after doing the work on-site! They didn’t collect final payment until we were 100% satisfied with our order. Overall, a great, personalized experience from end-to-end and I would use them again.
